While getting ready for bed, Lisa wandered and looked around the house and strangely noticed that the parents were not around.
"Mom? Dad? Where are you guys? They must've left this house to go out again." she wondered as she went to Bart's room, where she found Bart reading a comic book. "Bart, do you know where Mom and Dad are at this time? Yep, they once again went out for another weekend and hired Laura as our baby-sitter. Right now, she's gone out to get something to eat. That means, in this case, we're alone. Oh, Bart. I've always wanted to spend some time alone with you. Also, I have realized that just because we're alone and under 10 years of age doesn't mean we're scared. We can handle being by ourselves. Yep, we can do this."
So Lisa closed the door of the bedroom and she and Bart would spend the night by telling each other a funny story. "Let me tell you something I experienced one time during this summer season. Alright, then. What's that something? One time, I was downstairs watching a funny show on television late at night and that show was so funny it made me laugh so much. (giggles) Right now, I can't get that funny show out of my head. Same here. You mean you watched a funny show, too? Yep. (giggles) Except it was actually a video where some dude was pulling a spider prank on his best friend. That prank was so funny, even though I can't stand spiders. Oh, neither can I. They're very creepy. What kind of spider was it, anyway?" "It was the small but infamous and poisonous Black Widow. Now, not all spiders are harmful and less-friendly, you know that? Of course. He should be relieved that spider didn't bite him. If she did, he would've been seriously ill."
After the funny conversation, the young siblings came closer to each other as Bart planted his hand on his sister's tummy, slowly rubbing it in the process and giving her a kiss on her cheek. "Oh, Bart. I have to say that this was cool having each other bonding well together as siblings again." she said. "Right you are, little sister." he replied.
Later on, Bart felt so tired from the laughing from the funny conversations he had with Lisa, so he decided to put himself to sleep, and shortly after, Lisa went to check on him.
"I guess Bart's feeling so sleepy from all these funny conversations we had. And I'm feeling sleepy as well. Sweet dreams, Bart. Now I'll go to my room and put myself to sleep." After she exited her brother's room, Lisa went to her room to put herself to sleep. "Good night, Springfield."
The End!
