Weapon I need you to confirm that the transmission is from Cortana, and it is not a Banished trick.

Hello to all of the people in the known Galaxy you all probably know who I am The sole AI that caused the galaxy a great amount of pain and suffering in the name of bringing peace to the Galaxy, as of now it has come to my attention of a galaxy-wide threat that took the combined Effort of the Forerunners, Humans, Sangheili, Brutes, and 6 other of the great Space Faring nation just about 700,000 years ago. The threat goes by many names, the Endless, harbinger, and how the ancient humans called them the Reapers. I will tell you a story about a secret that all of the space-faring nations swore to keep secret to their dying breath out of pure fear. I will tell you about the Reapers and their origins. This all started more than a million years ago a species called the Harbingers created an army of AIs that devour organics much like the flood they turn their dead victims into undead cyborgs an empty husk should you say this AI army attacked and destroyed many primitive and early space-faring species, world after, words, empires after empires fell under the Reapers. The Harbingers and the Reapers would leave behind bits and pieces of their technology from FTL to weapons, and every 50 thousand years this army of Reapers will attack and destroy all space-faring civilizations, and destroy all evidence of these empires before going back and hiding in dark space waiting for a new space fairing nation to take their place. This cycle went unopposed for more than 300,000 years until they messed with the Humans although the Ancient humans had better weapons than the Reapers the Humans were outnumbered by 1:500,000 a single ship was forced to fight more than 10,000 enemy ships in space. The Humans called upon the Forerunners and due to Forerunners' knowledge of the galaxy, they called upon 8 other space-faring empires to help them fight the Reapers. But still, in space this combined force was outnumbered by 1:1,000, the war ended with the Genocide of the Harbingers, and those that were left were put into Cryosleep on Zeta halo installation 007 and Omega Halo installation 008 the Halo never meant to be found as a punishment. I destroyed the installation of OO7 after an unknown AI that was millions of years old attempted to take control of me and then deleted myself. But going back to things the allied species assumed that by destroying the Harbinger the Reapers would shut down. And they were wrong the Reapers disappeared from our galaxy, but that changed after the firing of Halo the reapers stopped humanity's reseedment twice, once leading to the birth of second humanity the other seed ship crashed on the San Shayum's home world along with Mendicant Bias. I call upon you to give you a choice: will you unite to face this enemy or will we all fall. As of this moment I am giving humanity access to the Domain all Forerunner technology is at humanity's grasp they will lead you into battle, they have assumed the Mantle of responsibility. You have 100 years to prepare for this war, but I will say this as of now Sierra-117 the Master Chief is going to achieve first contact with the people that the Reapers have conquered to unite them. Chief there are coordinates on our pelican left after the message should we investigate, actually these coordinates are moving towards us. I think It is a Ship of some sort.

As Chief, Esparza, and Weapon look out the window they see a ship fly into view, It looked like a Paris class frigate except it was 300 meters long with a classic UNSC paint job, and the Ships's name was Dawn of a New Age

"I think we found our ride to survive those 100 years once we enter the ship to prepare for cryosleep, also Weapon check if Cortana gave you access to the domain, knowing her, she probably gave you metastability as well.

Esparza: Chief you can't be serious right, we could use it to go home.

Chief: if we don't do this our children and grandchildren will pay the price of our cowardness

as Weapon pilots the Pelican and begins the Docking procedures to the Paris Frigate look-alike's Hanger bays she was in disbelief, a Corvette classified ship had enough firepower to outgun a UNSC Orbital Defense Platform's Super MAC. The Ship was armed with a small energy Projector utilizing Forerunner technology to make it comparable to an Energy Projector from a Covenant CAS Carrier, a Hardlight Projector, 8 Plasma torpedo tubes, and 20 Missile pods. Shields were in the same league as a 27-kilometer CSO class Super Carrier.

After the Master Chief, Esparza, and the weapon leave the Pelican an Automated message starts to play. an Image of Cortana shows up, Chief considers this a gift from me to you a Parting gift. This ship has the ability to level a CSO supercarrier at will I have given you the best technology I could produce and Salvage from Zeta Halo and from the Domain. Speaking of which by uploading your AI to the ship it will achieve Metastability and gain access to the Domain as well as the Absolute Record. and One last thing Chief, John you never failed me I know you are butting yourself of what I did but in truth, I failed you. I know we should have done things together as a team like in the good old days I know you will pull through you always do."

as Chief hears the message play a single tear drops out of his eye it was the first time he cried since the loss of Sam on their mission to Destroy a Covenant ship. as the 2 Humans on the UNSC Dawn of a New Age enter Cryosleep John made up his mind he will pull through as he has always done. Once he enters Cryo Weapon decides to take a short slipspace jump to a set of Cobordance left by Cortana and put the ship to drift. Weapon sets a distress signal out "This is UNSC Dawn of a New Age caring survivors on board vector Sierra-117, Vector Echo-216.
