Team Seto
Nick Seto: (Current Age 25),The Main protagonist of the story, he began his adventure at the age of 14 in Johto and has traveled around the world amassing a close-knit team of pokemon, he is currently retired from being a pokemon trainer (albeit he struggles) and has now become a pokemon professor.
David Ashwood: (Current Age 27), Nick's best friend and occasional traveling companion, he has eventually settled down to become one of the four founders of the Southern Pokemon Academy, as one of its professors, he still occasionally helps the rest of Team Seto whenever a crisis arises.
Malia Seto: (Current Age 24), Former traveling companion and later wife of Nick Seto, she is formerly from a very rich family who dictated her entire life for her, she now spends her time traveling with her husband who helped her fight for her freedom, even though the two eternally butt heads.
Comet : (Current Age 27), A close friend of Nick's who used to travel with him early in his adventure, Comet is known for having ridiculous bad luck but has a strong heart and will forever fight for what is right.
Lachlan McAlister: (Current Age 18), Nick's young prodigy, he came from a long line of pokemon hunters and wanted more than anything to break free of his family's tradition, he now is a research assistant for Nick.

Victor Cedar: (Current Age 18), A Former research assistant for Nick Seto, he eventually left the Seto Lab on Roanoke Isles to take over for his teacher as the current Champion of Galar (as the position had been left vacant), the two are on bad terms due to Victor's knowledge he did not truly earn his spot as Champion.
Clara Cedar: (Current Age 18), A former research assistant for Nick Seto, she is currently traveling along with DJ Seto in search for the professor (who she still believes is missing), she is the twin sister of Victor
The Seto Clan
Zalton Seto: (Currently Old), The patriarch and lore keeper of the Seto Clan, he is the grandfather of Nick, Damon, Daniel, and Silver and the former Viridian Gym Leader, he currently is enjoying his retirement.
Rylander Seto: (Currently 48), the eldest of Zalton Seto's children, he is the father of Nick, Damon, and Daniel, he is currently locked away by the international police for his involvement in Team Rainbow Rocket
Paulina Seto: (Currently 45), the mother of Nick, Damon, and Daniel, is a kind-hearted woman who encouraged her three sons' dreams and even supported her absent husband during his incarceration.
Giovanni Seto: (Currently 45) The younger of Zalton Seto's children, former Viridian Gym Leader and Boss of Team Rocket, Giovanni has seemed to turn toward a path of redemption and has founded The Satellite Corporation, in pursuit of making a better world.
Silver Seto: (Currently 25), Son of Giovanni, he is a former rival of his cousin Nick Seto, he now travels the world with his two companions Kris and Lyra on a quest to get stronger.
Damon Seto: (Currently Age 28), Nick's older brother, a Former Pro Pokemon League Battler he was formerly known under the stage name The Red Phantom until he was defeated by N and his Reshiram, he has gone through a crisis of identity since then and mostly acts as a caretaker for the Roanoke Isles whenever his brother is away.
Daniel Seto: (Currently 19), Nick's younger brother, a pokemon doctor in training who struggles to live up to his family's reputation due to his discomfort with battling, he is currently traveling with Clara on a quest to find his brother.
Maia Seto: (Currently 4), Nick and Malia's daughter, she is a perfect combination of both her parents and is loud and very abrasive, she is never without her best friend and partner Yogi (her Teddiursa)
RJ Seto: (Currently 8 Months), Nick and Malia's son, he is a very quiet baby and seems to only stop crying when his father holds him, he has a strange connection with a rogue Zarude who founds its way to the Roanoke Isles.
Story notes
Nick Seto has won the Silver League (Kanto/Johto), The Hoenne League, and the Galar League
He has lost the Sinnoh League and Kalos League
He was unable to compete in the Unova League (Due to Team Plasmas attack) and Didn't qualify for the Alola League (Due to Ultra Wormhole Shenanigans)
Finally, after many trials and tribulations, he won the Pokkun World Tournament being crowned the World Champion.
Shortly after this, he retired as he finally achieved his dream.
Much to his chagrin during a trip around Sinnoh with his wife she ended up becoming the Sinnoh League Champion.
Team Rocket was disbanded in Arc 1 of the Series and was brought back briefly in Arc 8 by The Mask of Ice and his Apprentice before being disbanded again.
There is a central antagonist of the story named Umbra, a mysterious masked man who has clung to life using unnatural methods.
He is revealed to have been a guide to the various villains of the story, nudging them in certain directions for a mysterious goal.
His true name and appearance is unknown but one time when he was unmasked it was revealed he was possessing an older Comet St. Clouds body (this body later on desiccated and crumbled to dust)
