And in the original, a small short glimpse of 20,000 years in the future was shown. But don't worry about that. In these kinds of tales, time has very little bearing at all in this story and others to come." she said.

Back at the garage…

"My name is Weisz Steiner! So…anyone of you wanna fess up as to why you're trespassing in my house?" he asked as he cocked his gun.

"Uh, we were just uh… Looking for you, yeah." Scorpia said.

"Is that so? You guys must be working for Sibir." he said. "Look, if you leave right now, I won't shoot. I'll see Sibir gets his money."

"Huh…weird." Inosuke said. "I smell somebody on the second floor."

"What a weird head! Wait, someone on…oh, crap!" Weisz said as someone above them started to open fire.

"What is it with us and guys with guns ambushing us?" Eddy said.

"Wait, guys… This is gonna sound weird, but…" David started. "This guy is Weisz… But at the same time, he isn't."

"What're you… oh, it's one of those time travel events, isn't it?" Mark asked.

"Sounds like a mystery. But for right now…" Kendo said, looking to the roof as the gunfire continued to spray.

"Oh right, guy attacking us." Shiki said before he jumped to the ceiling. "Magimech Attack! Gravity Fist!" he said, taking out the guy with one hit.

"Hey, where's past Weisz?" Pinkie asked.

"He must have bolted when the guy started firing." Jexi said.

"Are you with him?" the thug asked. "If so, give him a message. Tell him Sibir the Mighty despises traitors with a passion."

"Yeah, we'll be sure to give him the notice." Catra said, knocking him out before thinking. "Hold on… David, you might be onto something. Pinkie, you said that was the Weisz of the past?"

"Yeah, why?" Pinkie said.

"This might be crazy, but it's possible we're back in time." Catra said.

"But we didn't pass through any…unless…" Jet said. "So that's what happened."

"What is it?" Leviathan asked.

"Have any of you ever heard of a Chronophage?" Jet asked.

"What?" Spade said in surprise.

"In short, they're space monsters that can devour time itself." Jet said.

"So that's why the Aether felt off to me." Y'shtola said.

"Hold on, how would an entire planet's time just be eaten up?" Adora asked.

"Clearly you don't know how big Cronophages are." Entrapta said. "I heard they're like…" she threw her arms out wide. "This big!"

"Heh…that being generous. They're actually a lot bigger. And they move at high speeds. Once they eat the planet's time, that planet's past becomes its present." Jet said. "It's usually unavoidable if it locks eyes with a planet."

"This is just crazy, the Reduxes are subpar compared to this." Aya said.

"So, if we're seeing a younger Weisz now, how much time was eaten up?" Kaibara asked.

"If you compare his present self to his past self…we're likely 40…maybe 50 years in Norma's past." Twilight said.

"Let's confirm it. Rebecca, what's the current year in the Sakura cosmos?" Hope asked.

"I can't tell you. There's no internet." Rebecca said, showing her phone.

"Yeah…signals won't reach Norma for some time. Besides, we don't need a confirmation. We are in the past in a way." Jet said.

"That is true." Spade said.

"So what do we do now?" Frosta asked.

'"Hmm…we should probably try and find Weisz. It did seem like he was in some kind of trouble." Jexi said.

"Rebecca, do you know of any places that Weisz would normally be at?" Miriam asked.

"Well uh…" Rebecca said as the sky seemed to grow dark. "Oh what…now?" she said as they saw a large mecha flying above them, accompanied by several thugs.

"What is this?" Mayumi asked.

"I found you." it said.

"Yeah, these were the guys with Weisz all right." one of the thugs from earlier said.

"Let us have a go at 'em, Sibir!" another of the thugs said.

"Not just yet. You fools are with Weisz. Weisz stole from me so what does that make you?" Sibir asked as the bird beside him chirped.

"Uh… guilty by association?" Double D replied.

"Oh for… look, we just got here. We barely know who you are, much less what you're talking about." Lancer said.

"Anyone who steals from me is a good for nothing snake. Tell me where Weisz is, and I'll let you all off with a beating instead of wiping you out." Sibir said.

"Hmm. Let us think." Simon said before Madama's hand swatted the mech away. "Nope."

"Simon! You can't mess with the past like…" Rebecca said before they were grabbed.

"Lecture later. Let's move before he recovers!" Jet said.

"And besides it's like Jet said." Simon said as he was in tiger form. "The past…has no bearing on the present."

They soon ran all the way to a nearby bar.

"Wow…pretty seedy. How do you know this place?" Nami asked.

"It's somewhere the professor introduced me to." Rebecca said.

"And you thought we'd find him here." Catra said.

"Yeah, but I guess it was too optimistic of me to think that." Rebecca sighed as she leaned on the bar counter, hitting her shoulder on the man next to her. "Oh sorry, I-"

Rebecca stopped talking when everyone saw the man was none other than Weisz himself.

"Well Speak of the devil in tartarus." Applejack-2 said.

"You guys again?" he said as he was about to take off.

"Not so fast. Wait." David said. "That Sibir guy has us mixed up with you. So you have some explaining to do."

"He said you stole something from him." Jexi said. "As someone of the past, you gotta tell us."

"What do you mean of the past?" Weisz asked.

"Uh…here." Double D said, showing Rebecca's picture of the older Weisz.

"Holy crap! My hair's thinning like crazy!" Weisz said.

"That's you in the future. And the only way this can become reality again is if you help us." Mayumi said. "You are the professor."

"I'm no professor." Weisz said.

"Please get older for us." Rebecca asked cutely.

"Hell no!" Weisz said. "Now I'll…" he said, seeing the case missing. "The hell? Where is it?"

"Shiki, put that down. You have no idea what's in that thing!" Dynasmon said.

"Haha! I changed my job to Thief!" Shiki said. He then suddenly fell. "Huh…that's weird. My Ether Gear stopped working."

"Hmm… I wonder. Ghh… Something in that case is messing with my systems." Fulgore said.

"It must be an EMP." Leviathan said.

"Now I'm very curious on what's hiding in this thing." Miu said as she started to open the case.

"Hey, that's my money!" Weisz said, before the case revealed… a small girl-like fairy robot.

"I would appreciate it if you handled me with more care, master." she said.

"Is this…an android?" Sachiko asked.

"Yes. I am an anti-mech android. You may call me E. ." she said. "Please address me as Pino."

"Pino, huh? Nice name." Bow said. "Hey, Fulgore's systems are glitching, was that because of you?"

"Yes. I am able to generate an E.M.P." Pino explained. "As a side-effect, it will sometimes activate on its own. However, the moment will pass after a few seconds."

Sure enough, the electronics and more robotic members went back to normal afterwards.

"You okay now, Fulgore?" Entrapta asked.

"I think I actually blacked out for a moment." Fulgore said.

"I'm just glad you're alright." Leviathan said.

"Phew, glad that's over." Steven said.

"Hey, Pino. If you don't mind me asking, what were you doing inside of that suitcase?" Connie asked the android.

"Considering that Weisz had her, she must've been Sibir's property." Sakura said.

"Cross-referencing…." Pino said, having heard Sakura. As she was searching for his name, her eyes suddenly blackened as she started shaking. "Retrieving file… restoring damaged memory…"

"Huh?!" Sakura said.

"Uh, I think you broke her…" Scorpia said.

"Heading to target destination. Master Sibir…too terrifying to disobey." she said as she ran off in tears.

"What was that about?" Jesse asked.

"Hmm… Her specs seemed way too advanced for this era…" Fulgore said.

"Maybe this can tell us something." Leviathan said, holding up a small cube that had a lightning bolt symbol before clicking on it as an image popped up. They watched as they saw Pino's memories of her leg being ripped off by Sibir and memories of her previous master forcefully deleted.

"The way he is treating robotkind is disgusting…" Fulgore said. "We can't let this stand."

"Agreed, besides…look at the date on the case." Jet said, seeing X492 on it. "This is the current year. She's from the present."

"If Sibir manages to reverse-engineer her technology, it could lead to very catastrophic outcomes." Alphamon said.

"We're not gonna let that happen." X said.

"Then let's break into Sibir's hideout and get her back." Glimmer said.
