It was early in the morning when the alarm at the gate was triggered. Robin spotted the flashing light while she sat at the breakfast table. "Dad" she shouted, her hair in a messy bun , still wearing sweat shorts and an old t-shirt, "we expecting company"?

"No" he shouted back, "grab a gun".

She looked at the multiple monitors and saw the black impala. "I'm not gonna do that" she called back, putting her cereal bowl on the table. "They're probably already nervous that'll happen. It's the Winchesters".

The Singers made their way to their front balcony to greet their unexpected guests. The guys looked shaken up, bad.

"Come on in boys" Robin nodded to them.

"You go put on some pants" Bobby instructed her. "The boys don't need you trapesing around in your pajamas. If they're here, this is serious".

Robin, shook her head at her father's reaction, but did as she was told and rejoined the group downstairs. The boys caught them up to speed. They had stepped in it, in a big way, demons.

The origin story of the Winchesters started with a demon, killing and burning their mother when Sam was just six months old. That's when John swore to hunt down the thing that killed his wife and destroyed his family. They had hunted and killed hundreds of monsters over the years, but this demon was the ultimate goal for the Winchesters. Robin had studied demons when she was a teenager and had two exorcism rituals memorized by the time she could drive…legally. She had performed four herself successfully. The odd thing about theirs was their demon had yellow eyes. Demons typically had black eyes

Every hunter who had the drive to survive any length of time, had a monster that started it all for them. For Bobby it was another demon, it had possessed and killed his wife. Possession was the typically MO for a demon. Bobby had gotten rid of his monster, decades ago, but it set him on the path.

As for Robin it was the witch who tortured and killed her mother when she was just seven years old. She was still dealing with the aftermath of her origin story years later and she too had one that got away.

These demons were after the Winchesters for a very specific reason though, the colt. The colt was a gun that was said to be the only earthly weapon that could kill anything, and the boys had it. This had been a goal of John's for a while, knowing it would get him his revenge.

Problem was the hunters had now become the hunted. What was more the demons had John.

The four were congregated in the library. Sam was looking through a book Bobby handed to him, while Robin gathered any that had exorcism rituals. Bobby was arming Dean with holy water and other things that would help them for what they had to do.

"Bobby, thanks. Thanks for everything" Dean started, "To tell you the truth, I wasn't sure we should come. last time we saw you, I mean, you did threaten to blast him full of buckshot. Cocked the shotgun and everything".

"What can I say," Bobby shrugged, "John has that effect on people. But none of that matters now. Besides I might owe you one or two for having Robin' back a couple of times".

"Nah" Dean shook his head, "that was a team of hunters, having each other's back".

Robin gave Dean a half smile to say thank you as she handed more books to Sam.

"She's a good hunter" Dean added.

"I know" Bobby sighed looking at her, "and it scares the shit out of me".

"Bobby, this book" Sam smiled from the pages, "I've never seen anything like it". He turned his attention to Robin, "you grew up with all of this at your fingertips".

She nodded, "and you can be damn sure, I used it. Almost missed prom, I was too busy studying". She went over to a corner that had a stack of papers as tall as she was as she sifted through the pages.

Bobby joined Sam at the desk.

"These protective circles" Sam asked, "do they work"?

"Hell, yeah" Bobby replied, "You get a demon in - they're trapped. Powerless. It's like a Satanic roach motel". Bobby's face went very serious when he told them, "I'll tell you something else, too. This is some serious crap you boys stepped in. Normal year, I hear of, say, three demonic possessions. Maybe four, tops. This year I hear of twenty-seven so far. You get what I'm saying? More and more demons are walking among us – a lot more".

"Do you know why" Sam asked?

"No", Bobby shook his head "but I know it's something big. The storm's coming, and you boys, your Daddy – you are smack in the middle of it."

The dog outside started barking

"Rumsfeld" Bobby muttered as he looked out the window.

"No one drove in" Robin growled, "it would have tripped the sensors.

Just then the door burst open and a blonde girl walked in. She was one of the demons, Meg.

Robin grabbed a hidden box of salt and threw some in her face. It hindered her for a second, but then she waved her hand, throwing Robin across the room.

"ROBIN" Bobby shouted. Sam put a protective arm across the front of him.

Dean was next, he got out the flask of holy water, but before he got it open the demon said "no more crap" and threw him across the room as well.

Sam kept his protective arm across Bobby, and proceeded to back him out of the room.

"Robin" Dean called as he got to his feet and walked over to her "you ok"?

She put her hand up to him for assistance to get to her feet, "I'll live" she replied.

The two joined the others in another room. They came up behind the demon, Dean was about to attack her from behind when Robin put an arm Infront of him to block him and pointed up.

"Did you really think I wouldn't find you" she sneered at Sam?

"Actually" Dean said, alerting her to their presence, "we were counting on it". He looked to the ceiling, where the circles Sam had asked Bobby about before were etched into the ceiling. A devil's trap, she was powerless.

"Gotcha" snarled Dean.

As the boys tied the demon up, the Singers salted every doorway and window. Salt was a deterrent for several supernatural creatures. Putting a solid line of salt across a doorway meant a demon couldn't enter.

Tied up, the demon continued to taunt the boys, mentioning how their mother burned and saying in horrific detail the ways she violently killed their father. Sadly, it was working, particularly on Dean.

"Guys" Robin called and motioned them to the doorway. The boys came over, "this is your first time huh"?

"With a demon?" Sam asked, "yeah".

"So I know you're riled up" she pointed to Dean, "I just said first time, and you didn't grab the double entendre joke. Listen guys, her saying this stuff is to throw you off balance. She needs the upper hand if she wants to get out of here, she needs you to lose focus. As hard as that is, freaking out is giving her what she wants".

"Listen to you" Meg attempted to turn her attention to Robin, "tough talk there".

"Not my first rodeo, sugar tits" Robin smiled.

"Why don't you come in here and untie me" Meg continued "We'll square off woman to woman...well not really woman to woman though is it"?

So the bitch knew Robin's secret, and this was her approach. "Or" Robin shrugged, "I keep the advantage in my court"

"Where's our father Me?" Dean boomed

"You didn't ask very nice" she smiled.

"Where's our father bitch?" he boomed again.

"Geeze" Meg replied, "you kiss your mother with that mouth? Oh wait"

As he continued her screams about their father became more difficult for the guys to hear.

"You think this is a game?" Dean shouted, backhanding her.

"Dean" Bobby called him aside, "you need to be careful with her".

"Robin already told me about getting worked up" he snapped.

"You can't hurt her I mean" Bobby warned.

"Why"?

"Because there really is a girl in there" he explained, "this is demonic possession, can't you tell"?

"Well that's good news" Dean said turning around. "Hit it Sammy".

"Regna terrae, cantate deo, psallite domino..."

Robin jumped to her feet.

"An exorcism" Meg asked, "are you serious"?

"Oh we're going for it, baby – head spinning, projectile vomiting, the whole nine yards" Dean replied.

Robin made her way to Sam, "ok Sammy, take your time. Slow and controlled".

"Oh are you the exorcism expert or something" Meg snapped.

"I had three rituals memorized and had exercised four demons before I turned twenty" Robin replied, "you tell me".

"Slow and controlled" Meg smiled at her. "I'll remember that when I flay you, getting revenge for my fallen brothers or sisters".

"Well that" Robin shrugged, "or you join them. Keep going Sammy".

"Exorcizamus te, omnis immundus spiritus, omnis satanica potestas, omnis incuriso infernalis adversarii, omnis legio, onmis congregatio et secta diabolica..."

Meg was shaking in obvious pain. "He begged for his life, tears in his eyes" she screeched.

"Ergo"

"For your sake, I hope you're lying" Dean whispered in her ear "Cause if it's true, I swear to God, I will march into hell myself and I will slaughter each and every one of you evil sons of bitches, so help me God"!

" Perditionis venenum propinare. Vade, satana, inventor et magister omnis fallaciae. humanae salutis. Humiliare sub potenti manu dei. Contremisce et effuge. Invocato a nobis sancto et terribile nomine. Quem inferi tremunt..."

Meg was writhing in pain at this point.

"Where is he" Dean asked again?

"YOU REALLY WON'T TAKE DEAD FOR AN ANSWER" she shouted.

"No, he's not! He's not dead! He can't be!" Dean cried out, nearly pleading. He turned to Sam "What are you looking at? Keep reading".

Robin walked over to Dean and whispered, "breath Dean".

He took a deep breath and looked at her. The glare that was burned into his face was still there, but it had softened a little.

"Ab insidis diaboli, libera nos, domine. Ut ecclesiam tuam secura tibi facias, libertate servire, te rogamus, audi nos. Ut inimicos sanctae ecclesiae humiliare digneris, to rogamus audi..."

Meg's chair jerked violently in several directions as she screamed. "He's not dead, but he will be" she cried.

"How do we know you're telling the truth" Dean demanded?

"You don't" she snarled.

"Sam"!

"A building ok" she pleaded, in Jefferson City".

"Address" Dean snapped.

"I don't know"

"And the demon we're looking for" Sam asked?

"I don't know I swear" she begged.

"Finish it" Dean growled.

"You son of a bitch" Meg shouted, "you promised"

"I lied" Dean shouted. "Sammy go".

"Maybe we could still use her" Sam replied.

"Sam there is an innocent girl trapped in there" Dean commanded.

"You're going to kill her" Bobby warned.

"What"?

"You said she fell from a building" Bobby started, "her body is broken. That demon is the only thing keeping her alive".

"Dad" Robin said softly, "death would be better than this".

"Right" Dean agreed, "We can't leave her like this".

"She's a human being" Bobby pleaded.

Robin was approaching with caution. Bobby's origin story included the possession of his wife, Karen. Karen was no connection to Robin, her mom was several years later. But she knew the anguish Bobby still lived with to this day.

"Right now she trapped Daddy" Robin explained. Adding Daddy softened things, "She is trapped in her body. No control. She's seeing a demon do things she would never do". She paused and watched her father soften, "these are the things we protect people from. Dean is right, we can't leave her there".

"Finish it" Dean nodded to Sam.

" Dominicos sanctae ecclesiae, terogamus audi nos, terribilis deus do sanctuario suo deus israhel. Ipse tribuite virtutem et fortitudinem plebi suae, benedictus deus, gloria patri..."

Meg's head flew back, and a black cloud flew out of her mouth. It spreads out over the devil's trap before it disappeared.

Meg's body slumped over in the chair, blood dripping out of the mouth, but she was breathing.

"She's alive" Dean shouted, "call an ambulance".

Bobby left the room

"Thank you" Meg whispered as the boys untied her and moved her to the. She winced in pain, as her already broken bones cracked.

She struggled to speak, the pain was too much. Without hesitation Robin placed a hand on her forehead. "Ango reverto" she whispered.

"What was that" Dean asked?

Robin realized what she did. "It's a follow-up" she said quickly, "It's meant to ease the host after the ritual".

"A year" she whispered, "I've been trapped in my own body for a year".

The real Meg slowly told them, they wanted them to come for their father. None of that mattered to Dean, either way he was going. She also told them the demon they were looking for wasn't there. They asked her where they had their father.

"By the river" she replied, "sunset".

Robin felt her last breath escape her body. The tension in her body just letting go.

"What does that mean" Dean asked?

"She's gone Dean" Robin shook her head.

She placed her head gently on the floor and got up.

The boys got to their feet. They had a direction now.

"You better get going" Bobby instructed, "before the paramedics come".

"What are you going to tell them" Dean asked?

"What you think you invented lying" Bobby replied, "and when you find your dad, bring him around would ya? I won't even shoot at him".

The Winchesters packed up and hit the road. The Singers watched them drive away from the front step.

"So" Robin asked, "Did you bother calling the paramedics"?

"No" Bobby replied, "I heard her body crack from the other room. I also heard your absorbtion incantation. You ok kid"?

"I'm sore, but I'll live" she replied, "I knew it was a waste to take too much on".

Bobby nodded

"I assume we're going to burn her" she asked?

"Yup" Bobby nodded, "you wanna help me carry her" he asked?

"I got it" Robin replied, "you get the doors".

Robin stood over Meg's lifeless body, "Leveese" she said, and Meg's body floated to midair. Robin remained focused on the body as she navigated it through the house, out the backdoor and to an underground bunker in the back yard. She went down the stairs to what looked like a large kiln and went inside.

"I'll give you some privacy" Bobby turned his back.

Robin stripped down to nothing, folded her clothes and left them folded on a chair beside the kiln. "You know how you said they're in the middle of that storm that's coming" she asked?

"Yeah" he replied keeping his back turned.

"I'm thinking we just got sucked in with em Pops" She walked inside with Meg, "See ya tomorrow" she said as she closed the door and banged on the wall inside.

Bobby sealed the kiln and banged back on the door.

Suddenly the entire inside of the kiln was engulfed in flames.
