Story Start!
Sometimes it just happens.
A Naruto forms naturally in a universe that is surrounded by Universes that have their own Narutos. As a fully fledged Naruto's chakra expands the universe, and creates rips in Space and Time, that very chakra pushes out of the confines of his own universe and collects together with the chakra of Narutos from the surrounding timelines and universes.
Chakra contained memories.
A fragment of a person's chakra contained all of the memories they had in life, and a chakra beast was a being that was made out of chakra, their biological data itself was composed of chakra itself. These unique beings were massive accumulations of chakra in physical form, yet had their own genetic codes as well. When enough chakra gathered, it was possible for a second being to be formed from that collected chakra.
It just happened.
It was a blessing and a curse, because through this process a new life was born, but it was a life that had nothing. No family, and only memories of a life that they had never lived. They were the same person, but a different person. They were a high concentration of energy that needed to gather at one point, so the new life had to be born in a location that had a rich amount of natural energy or power flowing around it, or through it.
The NCL.
The Naruto Chakra Leak, the named phenomenom where chakra from Naruto broke through the heavens and leaked into the universes surrounding it. It was how an Otsutsuki could track which universe and which planet a Naruto was on, through the powerful chakra that a fully grown Naruto always exuded from themselves. It was a sometimes situation that just happened, and the chakra from several timeline's Narutos broke through their various universes and gathered together at a single point.
It happened all the time, but only sometimes did something form.
Usually that energy would get found, or sometimes it would just fail to take form and fade away. Usually it would only form if it could latch onto something long enough to gather enough energy to form a body of it's own. Sometimes this would happen in the form of possession, where it would latch onto a woman and form inside of her womb. In those situations, the chakra would infect the woman with the knowledge of what the baby's name was going to be, with the memories being separated from the chakra and resulting in a new Naruto without previous memories.
Sometimes a body with incomplete memories would just form, when it never latched onto anything.
Then there were times the energy would come into contact with a life form and take properties from it.
The chakra of a Naruto had the unique property that other chakras did not have.
It could match.
The unique ability to change the nature of his chakra and match it to anyone, to share that chakra with all people. If a person with energy made contact with the energy, it was possible for that chakra to change to match the properties of the energy the person had. It was also why only the chakra from a Naruto could form a body in a new universe this way.
Natural Energy.
Matching Wavelengths.
Density.
Natural Energy: Only the chakra of a Naruto could sync itself with the natural energy of any given world, allowing it to exist without the world purging it. The first condition was to be accepted by the surrounding world, and that condition was always completed.
Matching Wavelengths: Only Naruto's chakra could match wavelengths with the inhabitants of a world with 100% success, due to the unique matching properties.
Density: The one condition that could prevent a Naruto from forming, if the chakra dispersed before the energy became dense enough to form a flesh and blood body. This condition was the hardest to fill, and could only be gone around by the energy latching onto a living person and forming a new life inside of them. Otherwise, it was the hardest condition to fulfill, and the condition that was most prone to being corrupted.
When corrupted, the Naruto produced would be of a lesser quality, but far more suited to life in the new universe.
"You're pregnant."
"But... I... I can't be pregnant... I've never even had sex... I've never been with a man at all!"
Griselda Quarta didn't lie when she spoke of how she had never had sex before. She had never had a boyfriend, and never had the interest to develop a romantic relationship. She just dedicated herself to training her body, living her life as a nun, and helping to raise orphans at the church. She lived in a sisterhood of nuns, and she worked with females who trained her on becoming an Exorcist.
It was shocking.
"I believe you, your hymen is intact... but I think you may want to stay seated." The Church Doctor spoke as he tried to think of a way to explain something to her.
It was impossible to believe.
The unborn life inside of her had amazingly high life force, it was so high that the sensors in the church had told Griselda to visit the doctor. Under his watchful eye, he had observed her and ran tests on her. The energy had an unknown quality to it, but another quality that could not be ignored.
Divinity.
The energy had a divine quality and radiated light and goodness. The sample of the energy he had taken was golden in color, radiated warmth and kindness. It was of an even higher level of light than that, that was wielded by angels themselves.
"A... a virgin birth..." Griselda covered her mouth as she gasped in shock.
"The virgin birth of a child with divinity... divine power, power that radiates with light." The Church Doctor knew that she was onto what was happening, and why she had been taken away to get examined right away.
The implications were not lost on her.
"I'm... I'm going to be a mother to..." Her lip quivered.
"We will have to speak with Michael before any decision is made."
-In Heaven (After the News)-
It was a party.
To say the least, every angel rejoiced when they heard the news, and the news spread like wildfire.
"Father is being reborn into a mortal body... he's coming back to us."
"Yes!"
"He didn't abandon us!"
Excitement, love, and pure happiness flowed through their species when they were given the news. Many broke into tears of joy, sobbing as they just felt elation at the news that they were getting a real leader once more. Michael was the most excited of all of them, having not stopped crying for even a second since he had gotten the news.
They would be getting a new leader soon.
He could pass the Throne of Heaven to somebody else.
