The Night had arrived and the two were now preparing for dinner. Well, Icylyn was preparing for dinner, since she was the one cooking. Ash was waiting on a picnic towel.
"So, you want to be a Pokemon master? I have already heard of Champions and Top-Coordinators. What's a pokemon master?" asked the ice with, visibly confused. Ash smiled widely and scratched the back of his head.
"It's… kind of hard to explain" he said, while laughing a little bit. Icylyn rolled her eyes, but she couldn't say she was holding the desire to laugh.
"And you. What do you want to know more about the pokemon world?!" the trainer asked, full of excitement.
"Well, I still want to see if there is any remnants of my kind's existence. We weren't seen that well back in the day, but I want to be sure" said the ice witch, on a slightly more serious tone.
There was a slightly weird silence between the two until the girl ended up putting plates with hamburgers on the towel.
Ash slowly grabbed one and gave it a small bite. He stood some minutes in silence, and the girl was almost 100% sure he hated it.
Eventually, though, he started to bite it mercilessly and started to eat in the speed of a starved man. Icylyn was even slightly creeped out by it.
"Wow! This is wonderful! How do you cook so well?!" said the trainer, enjoying the meal.
"Well, cooking and potion-crafting are similar, and I am good at potion crafting" said Icylyn, answering his doubts.
"So, where are you going now?" asked Ash, genuinely interested. The girl sighed, since she still didn't have a clear plan of what doing.
"I was planning on going to Saffron. I heard there are some magical objects over there. But, I was planning on seeing the whole region" said the ice witch.
"We can go there together! Saffron is in the middle of the path. And I also know the Gym Leader!" said the trainer.
"I think it could work" said Icylyn, while enjoying and slowly eating her hamburger. While the two were sitting there, they noticed something in the sky.
"Look! A shooting star!" Ash said, pointing to the star in the sky. Both of them kept looking at the sky, both wishing their separate objectives separately.
