It definitely took me longer than I wanted to make this chapter but I didn't like what I originally planned to write so I had to scrap the whole idea and start over. Now as for izuku, he will show traits of being a villian and will make decisions that will probably irk you but that's fanfiction for you, finally this story will have elements of smut but not too much. Chapter 4
*BUZZZZZZZ*
The sound of the buzzer going off signaled the end of the game, with group B being declared the winner due to having fewer students eliminated, however on the other side of the gym surrounded by the knocked out students that comprised group A stood one student sporting the straightest hairline anyone has ever seen.
`Wow, thank god I befriended izuku before the game started' mashin thought to himself before beginning to carefully walk around his sleeping classmates and heading straight towards the locker room.
"wow, did you see how he was dodging those balls"
"Yeah dude is fast, I heard he's the Track teams number one player"
"If it wasn't for him we wouldn't have had any of our teammates eliminated" several players from group B discussed, even though Mashin wanted to hear more tales of his epicness he decided seeking out izuku was more important before he headed out to his next class and upon turning the corner came face to face with the boy he was just about to go searching for.
"Oh, I was just looking for you"
"Oh what's up mashin" izuku says, a bit surprised.
"Nothing much, I just wanted to ask if you wanna have lunch with me and my girlfriend satou" mashin said, hoping he wasn't coming off too strong.
"But we just met? And I usually eat lunch alone but if you wouldn't mind I'd be delighted" izuku said with confusion and a hint of sadness written over his face.
"I insist, in fact I have a feeling my girlfriend would be delighted to meet you. Meet us by the front doors of the cafeteria, see you at lunch". Mashin says before running off to prepare for his next class.
'Maybe this school isn't much of a hellhole' izuku thought to himself
*Lunch Time*
After a long Math class and an even longer chemistry class the fourth period started bell ringing signaling the end of class and the start of lunch causing izuku to to do a little jog towards the cafeteria where he saw standing by the doors was mashin and beside him was a girl of similar height although she had bright red hair sported into two long twintails that stopped at the end of her spine, green eyes, a white skin complexion riddled with freckles all over her arms, legs, and face and was wearing an all blue nike tracksuit with all white pumas.
"Hey mashin!" izuku shouts, gathering the boy's and the girl's attention causing them both to begin walking towards izuku.
"So you must be izuku, it's nice to finally meet you," satou says, reaching out her hand to give izuku a firm handshake after finally coming to a stop face to face with each other.
"Nice to meet you too, and I like your tracksuit…and hair?" izuku says nervously, hoping to make a good first impression.
"Thank you so much," satou responds with a smile and blushed cheeks" I don't really braid my hair or wear these types of clothes often but mashin convinced me it would be good to branch out and try some new styles once and awhile."
"Yeah she yeah has this habit of just wearing the same outfit for months, and let's hurry and get in line before all the good food gets eaten '' mashin finally speaks up and gestures to the growing students walking into the cafeteria before being the first to walk.
"Yeah lets go, i'm starving" satuo says as she starts to walk behind mashin while holding her growling stomach, I quickly follow and after waiting in line and getting lunch, which was pepperoni pizza with curly fries and an green apple, I sat in front of mashin who was next to satuo and began eating in silence for the next few minutes.
Izukus Pov
"So satuo? What do you usually wear" I ask, being the first one to break the ice
"A black sweater with gray sweatpants, black and white converse and I usually keep my hair loose except when I'm training or sparring then I'll put it in a ponytail." she responds quickly before moving to eat her apple.
'Training?' Those words caused me to wonder what kind of hobbies or activities she partook in.
"If you don't mind, May I ask what your training is for?"
"Oh i'm training to be a hero"
'And now my curiosity is gone in flames' I think to myself 'A hero, that's all anyone wants to be these days'. The memories of wanting and trying so hard to achieve that dream and than being beaten down and treated less dirt began to resurface and started to torment my mind as they once did befor-' No, push these thoughts away as they do nothing but chain you to the past, you must never let back and only go forward.' I began repeating this sentence in my mind, a quote a past friend said to me before an accident took him away.
"Are you feeling alright izuku?" mashin asks, snapping me from my thoughts.
"Im fine" I respond " so satou, what exactly inspires you to be a hero" I ask, hoping to steer the attention away from me.
"Well its kinda personal for why I wanna be a hero but the gist of it is because I wanna help people who cant help themselves" satuo responds with a smile." but since we're on the topic of heroes, I hear you wanted to be one yourself?"
"I did, I mean I still do, I mean-" I cut myself not hoping to make myself look even more dumb.
"So your not sure if you wanna be a hero?" satuo asks, while making sure to put emphasis on the hero.
"I guess?, I don't really know what I wanna do, I always figured once I got a quirk my world would become easier and alot more bearable but now that I have one" I stop while looking at my hand before continuing" everything become more confusing than it was before and now I'm not sure being a hero is for…. Me." I say while still staring at my hand, and trying to remember all the all might videos and hero analyzing I used to obsess over before…
"You wanna train with me?" satuo asks snapping me out of my thoughts once more " I usually train afterschool and mashin has to be at track and field practice till 7:00, so I pretty much train by myself and with you around it would be so much easier to practice some of my self defense and disarming moves on something other than a plastic dummy" satou finishes while still chewing on her apple.
"I say it's a good idea, " Mashin says before reaching to pull out his phone. " i'll give you my number in case anything goes wrong, or if satuo forgets something, just give me a call or send a text" mashin continues while sliding his phone towards me.
"Umm while I do appreciate the thought, I think it's better if you try and find someone else to train and spar with" I say while sliding mashins phone back his direction
"Oh come on izuku, our quirks practically compliment each other" satou whines before a light blue aura begins to form around her body. "Here, I'll give you a quick show." she completes, before several cube shape constructs the same color as her aura began to form around all three of the students lunches before they suddenly sprung up in the air and began floating and circling each other in the air.
"Woah" was all my mind could think in that moment
"Hey I wasn't done with that and stop using your quirk before you get in trouble, again.'' Mashin quietly whispers to his girlfriend .
" Alright fine, I just wanted to give izuku a sneak peek of whats to come if he becomes my training partner" satou responds as the blue cubes that shielded the three lunches began to dissipate causing the three trays of lunches to fall with a small clang gaining the attention of several students around the trio.
" Wait!, What made you think our quirks compliment each other" I ask satuo as her past comment finally clicked.
"Oh, well it was mashin who suggested your quirk had something to do with force-fields, I'm actually confused myself on how he came to that conclusion" satou answers while glancing over at mashin.
"Well I did say I wasn't 100% sure but what made me guess was that fact that izukus body was covered in this light green aura and satuo is the only person I know who glows like that while their quirk is activated" mashin concludes his sentence before glancing at the direction of his girlfriend with a smile.
"Interesting, So what's your quirk mashin?" I ask excitedly
"I'll tell you if you tell me yours" he responds with a smirk
"Touche '' I tell him while suppressing a smirk of my own '' and satuo is the offer to join you with your training on the table" I ask her with a look of fire in my eyes.
"Always" she says, giving me a look of fierce look of determination of her own."What made you change your mind?"
"I have some techniques I wanna try on my own and your quirk does seem suitable enough to hold your own. You mind if I join you today" I tell her while keeping direct eye contact.
"Of course, and don't think me being a girl or you having a similar quirk means you have an edge against me, I will wipe the floor with anyone who thinks they can go and push me around." satuo says while standing up to go throw her lunch away.
"You don't have to worry about that with me, I like to test people's strength and the best way to do that is to go all out" I try to keep my smile but the excitement of being able to use my quirk against someone who wants a challenge makes it difficult too.
"Great, meet me by the front of the school after the last period ends" she orders before turning away to start walking to the trash cans.
"Fair warning, the second she starts to crackle like a mad scientist in the middle of training, just run" mashin whispers to me before walking towards the same direction as satuo.
" Wait, why?" I ask while rushing to his side after grabbing the rest of my stuff
"All imma say is that your gonna have one hell of time tonight '' Mashin tells me before throwing away the rest of his lunch and walking over towards satuo who stood next to the bathroom doors" now if you'll excuse me, I have some business to take care of." he stated, before palming the front of his shorts.
"I think that's my cue to leave" I say sheepishly and try not to look" see you tomorrow?" I ask trying to get confirmation
" Most definitely, You have a rest of a good day izuku." mashin told me before sprinting towards the direction of the bathroom.
"You have a rest of a good day too" I whisper to myself and than heading off to my next class
However, unbeknownst to izuku a pair of eyes followed his every direction and while cracking his knuckles in anticipation of what he's going to do to deku after school ends, katsuki began to follow behind his prey.
