Angel woke up the next morning on the couch. He wanted to apologize so he had bought her flowers and chocolates. When he came home from the police station she was already asleep so he left the flowers and chocolates and a note on the nightstand by the bed for when she woke up. When Angel woke up he got dressed and went upstairs to see if he could find out anymore about the kidnapper. He wanted to talk to her this morning but he would wait until she woke up. Cordelia woke up later that morning in the bed by herself. She felt horrible for what happened the previous night. Her and Angel got into a fight and she wound up sleeping by herself that night. She was hoping Angel would be next to her when she woke up but he wasn't. She looked over on the side of the bed and saw flowers a box of chocolates and a note on the nightstand. She picked up the note and read it. "I hope these will make you feel better. I was a jerk and I'm sorry love your hopefully still fiancé Angel".
Cordelia looked and saw that Angel had also left her engagement ring on the nightstand along with the flowers and chocolate. She took it and put it back on. She was so stupid for throwing at him last night. She had to find him. She had to make this right. "Angel" she called walking out of the bedroom they had set up. She looked around and saw he wasn't downstairs. She saw that the couch had a blanket on it. She felt even worse now. Angel must have slept on the couch last night. She got dressed and took the elevator upstairs. Once she got upstairs she saw Angel sitting at his desk. She stepped out of the elevator and Angel jumped up. "Cordy high. I hope you liked the flowers and chocolates. I wanted to apologize last night but you were asleep when I got home and I didn't want to wake you. I'm sorry. I shouldn't have said all those things and acted the way I did" Angel said talking really fast. Cordelia walked over to him and kissed him which stopped him from talking.
"I'm sorry too. I was being impossible and selfish and spoiled. I know your just trying to protect me" Cordelia said. Angel saw her finger where the engagement ring was. He smiled at her. "So I guess we're still engaged" Angel said. Cordelia smiled at him. "Of course we are. I shouldn't have thrown it at you that was wrong" she said. "It's fine. I'm just happy your not mad at me anymore. I hate when we fight" Angel said pulling Cordelia closer. "Me too" she said as Angel kissed her. Cordelia stopped him. "What's wrong" he asked. "If you don't want to get our engagement photos taken we don't have to" Cordelia said. Angel smiled again and pulled a paper off his desk. "I kind of took it upon myself to call them and apologize. I also made an appointment for us for tonight. I know how important these pictures are for you so I figured we'd get them taken" he said handing the papers to Cordelia. She took them and hugged him. "You're the best" she said. Angel was happy that he was able to make Cordelia so happy.
At the Halliwell manor everyone was up and ready to start the day. Andy and Prue had gotten up early for their pictures they had to take today. Andy had just got out of the shower and got dressed and was going to have breakfast when he ran into Phoebe in the hallway. "Morning" Phoebe said walking past him. "Morning" he said back and watched as she made her way to the stairs that led to the attic. Andy ran after her. "Phoebe are you sure that's a good idea" he asked. "What" Phoebe asked innocently. "Your heading upstairs to the book of shadows to do god knows what. Are you sure using magic for whatever your going to use it for is a good idea? Do you want to have another fight with Prue" Andy asked. Phoebe rolled her eyes. "Prue needs to lighten up and I'm not going to use magic for anything. I just want to look at the book that's all" Phoebe said. Andy gave her a knowing look. "I swear I won't use magic. You guys don't have to worry" Phoebe said walking up the stairs. Andy followed her.
When Andy and Phoebe walked in the attic they were shocked to see Piper in the attic reading from the book. "Hey what are you doing" Phoebe asked walking over to where Piper was sitting. "Are you reading from the book" Andy asked not believing what he was seeing. "Yea and I'm also thinking" Piper said looking at Phoebe and Andy then back at the book. "About what" Phoebe asked. Piper closed the book and turned to look at Phoebe and Andy. "About how totally screwed we are now that were witches" Piper said. "Oh that" Phoebe said sitting down in a chair across from Piper. "You don't understand you don't think we are. Your never afraid of anything. I envy that about you I always have" Piper said looking away from Phoebe. "Yea well don't because it gets me into trouble sometimes" Phoebe said. "She's right it does" Andy said which caused Piper to laugh. "Hey" Phoebe said glaring at Andy. "Piper what's wrong talk to us" Andy said pulling up a chair and sitting on it.
"I don't know. It's just that our whole lives we've been like everyone else. Rushing off to work going out on bad dates buying shoes and suddenly we wake up one day and everything is different. We're witches now. I don't know if that's a good thing or a bad thing" Piper said. "Are you kidding it's a great thing" Phoebe said. Andy rolled his eyes. "Oh yea so great having to fight off demons and warlocks and having to worry about if you guys are OK all the time. Yea real great" Andy said sarcastically. Phoebe glared at Andy. "Your not helping" Phoebe said to Andy. Andy looked over to Piper who looked even more upset. "Sorry" he said. "Andy's right. It sounds pretty bad to me. You don't know if this is a good thing. We don't know anything about these powers. Why we have them what they mean. Where do they even come from? I mean how do we know it's not from evil" Piper said. Both Andy and Phoebe shook their heads.
"We've been through this we're good witches" Phoebe said. "How do we know? What about Jeremy? What about all the other warlocks he said would be coming after us? How do we know we're not just like them" Piper asked. Both Phoebe and Andy took a deep breath. They couldn't believe that Piper actually believed she might be evil. "That is what scares me we don't know. I just want to be normal again as messed up as that was. Is that too much to ask for" Piper said. Phoebe smiled at Piper. "Piper listen to me" Phoebe said as Piper looked at her. "You are the sweetest most caring person I have ever met" Phoebe said. Piper laughed to herself. Phoebe smiled at Piper. "No I mean that you are" she said. Piper looked down still upset. "Your always there to help anybody even strangers you've been doing it your whole life" Phoebe said as Piper sat there and listened. "There's no way you have been given this gift if it wasn't to do good things with it" Phoebe said as Piper nodded her head.
"To protect the innocent just like the book of shadows said" Phoebe said. Piper nodded again. "Besides if anyone should be concerned with being bad it's me right" Phoebe said. Piper Phoebe and Andy all laughed. "She's right Piper you've got nothing to be afraid of. I may not know about all this magic stuff and how that works but I do know you. All three of you. You guys aren't evil. There's no way not even you Phoebe. You're the best people I know and trust me I deal with bad people everyday because of my job and there's no way you that's you guys" Andy said. Piper hugged Phoebe and Andy. "Thank you both of you" Piper said. "Of course that's what sisters are for" Phoebe said. "And brothers in law. Well soon to be brother in law" Andy said. Piper and Phoebe laughed. "Andy" they all heard Prue call. "Coming" Andy yelled down and got up. "Are you guys leaving to go to your photoshoot" Piper asked. "First we're getting breakfast then we're going to go to our photoshoot" Andy said and left.
Prue and Andy arrived at the restaurant and got seated pretty fast. They ordered their food and we're deep in conversation. Their food came about 10 minutes later and they started eating. "Prue I really think you should talk to Piper" Andy said changing the conversation from their upcoming wedding to Piper. "Why" Prue asked. "She thinks you guys are evil" Andy said. Prue shook her head. "That's crazy. There's no way" she said. Andy nodded. "Which is exactly what me and Phoebe tried to tell her but I don't think she listened to us. If you tell her she might actually listen" Andy said. Prue smiled and nodded her head. "I'll talk to her" Prue said. Prue and Andy continued eating until their phones rang. "Can't even have a nice date with my fiancé" Andy said looking at the phone and seeing it was his job. "Trudeau" Andy answered his phone. "Trudeau I need to know if you can do the night shift tonight. I'm low on people" Andy's captain said on the other line.
"Sure that actually works out perfectly" Andy said. Now him and Prue didn't have to rush through their photoshoot. "See you tonight Trudeau" his captain said. "See you tonight" Andy said hanging up his phone just as Prue was hanging up her phone. "Good news I'm working the night shift so now we don't have to rush through the photoshoot" Andy said smiling at Prue. Prue looked at Andy sadly. "That was the auction house they want me to come back in for a second interview. I told them I'd get back to them. We have this photoshoot" Prue said. "Tell them you'll meet with them after we're done here" Andy said. "What about the photoshoot" Prue asked. "I'll call them and push back our appointment. You getting this job is more important than this photoshoot" Andy said. "Are you sure" Prue asked. Andy nodded his head as he ate some of his pancake. "Yea. This job is important to you which means it's important to me" he said. Prue kissed him and they went back to their breakfast.
After Prue and Andy were done with breakfast Prue drove Andy home and went to her interview. Andy walked into the house. "Hello" he called out when he walked into the house. No one answered. He walked upstairs and searched to see if anyone was home. He reached the attic and saw Phoebe reading from the book. She looked up when she saw him enter the room. "Hey what are you doing here? I thought you and Prue had your photoshoot today" Phoebe said. "We do but we had to push it back to later today. Prue got a job interview so we wouldn't have made our appointment and my boss called me and asked me to work the night shift" Andy said. He looked around the attic. "Where's Piper" he asked. "She went out said she had to check something out" Phoebe said going back to her reading. Andy nodded and left the room. He changed out of his suit and into more casual clothes. Now that he didn't have to rush to work after the photoshoot he could wear more comfortable clothes.
"Phoebe we have an emergency" Piper called from downstairs. Both Phoebe and Andy ran down the stairs. "What's wrong Piper" Phoebe asked. Piper looked over at Andy surprised. "What are you doing here? Don't you and Prue have your photoshoot today" Piper asked. "Yea Prue got a job interview so we had to push it back. So what's wrong" Andy said as he saw an old woman behind Piper walking around the house looking lost. "You guys are not going to believe this but I think this is Brittany Reynolds" Piper said. "Brittany Reynolds as in the Brittany Reynolds that went missing" Andy asked. Piper nodded her head. "Come on Piper Brittany wasn't an old woman" Andy said not believing her. "Piper this can't be Brittany. We just saw her the other night and she didn't have wrinkles" Phoebe said. Piper walked over to Brittany. "Brittany can you come over here for a minute" Piper said sweetly leading her over to Phoebe and Andy.
Piper held up Brittany's hand and showed Phoebe and Andy the tattoo on her hand. Phoebe and Andy were shocked. Andy ran upstairs and was back down in a second holding a picture. He took Brittany's hand and examined it and the picture. "It's the same tattoo" he said. "Yea that's how I figured out it was Brittany" Piper said. "Where's her husband? They both went missing" Andy said. "I don't know but she doesn't know who she is or anything really" Piper said. "So demons can turn people old and make them forget who they are" Andy said. Phoebe nodded her head. "I read something about it in the book" Phoebe said running upstairs. She came back down with the book. She flipped it open to the page she was looking for. "Javna and his wife Julua feed on young couples life forces one week of every year" Phoebe read to Piper and Andy. "That must be why so many couples have been disappearing this week" Andy said. "Yea we have to find out where they are and vanquish them" Phoebe said.
It was about an hour later when Prue came home. She put her purse by the door and walked into the house. "Andy I'm home" Prue yelled out. Andy walked into the room. Prue smiled. "Guess what" Prue said excitedly. "What" Brittany said coming from the other room. Prue looked at the old woman in surprise. "We have a problem" Andy said. Piper walked into the room from the kitchen holding a bowl. "Prue thank god your home" Piper said. "Yea who is this" Prue asked as Piper walked up to the old woman. Piper smiled at the woman. "Here you go Brittany why don't you go sit down at the table OK" Piper said handing Brittany the bowl. Brittany looked at Piper then walked to the table. "There you go" Piper said. "I'm sorry Brittany" Prue said. "Your not going to believe this I'm not sure I do we think no we know this woman is Brittany Reynolds" Piper said. "Yea right Piper and I'm Rosie O Donnell" Prue said.
"Prue she's telling the truth. Brittany has a tattoo on her right hand. An angel. See" Andy said pulling out the picture and showing it to Prue. Prue turned and looked at Brittany. She saw the angel tattoo on her hand. "That can't be" Prue said. "That's what we thought at first but then we started asking her some questions things only Brittany would know" Piper said. Prue looked at Piper. "She may be senile but it was enough to convince us. Now we just have to find her husband. Phoebe's looking for a way to turn her young again" Andy said. Prue looked back at Brittany as Phoebe walked down the stairs book in hand. "Prue your home great" Phoebe said. "Did you find anything" Piper asked. "Yes something called the hand of Fatima" Phoebe said. Prue looked at her watch and then at Andy. "You better call the photographers and reschedule" she said. Andy nodded. Phoebe shook her head. "No you guys go to your photoshoot. Piper and I got this" she said.
"We can't. We might need the power of three to vanquish this demon" Prue said. "We don't even know who this demon is yet. If we find anything we will call you" Phoebe said. "She's right. You guys go to your photoshoot and if we find anything we'll call you two. We'll call Angel and let him know what's happening" Piper said. "I don't know I don't really think that now is the right time for us to be doing this photoshoot" Andy said. "Look we need some normal in our lives. Go to your photoshoot and me and Phoebe will figure this out" Piper said. Andy and Prue looked at each other unsure. They would rather they were all together rather than separated when they faced demons. Prue sighed. "Fine let me get changed and we'll go to our photoshoot" Prue said. She gave Andy a quick kiss and went upstairs to change. "If you find out anything call us. I would feel better if the three of you were together" Andy said. "We'll be fine. Don't worry so much you'll get wrinkles" Phoebe said.
Prue and Andy arrived to the studio where they were supposed to be having their photoshoot. Prue turned to Andy. "I don't like this. I should be with my sisters helping them" Prue said. Andy nodded his head. "Yea something about this doesn't feel right. Maybe we should just cancel until after this is all over" he said. Prue nodded. "Yea but I promise we will get these photos done as soon as we figured all this out" Prue said. Andy smiled. "Yea saving Brittany and her husband is more important than engagement photos" he said. Prue smiled at Andy. "Thanks for understanding. I'm sorry me being a witch is getting in the way of our lives" she said. "It's fine. I accept every part of you even the witch part even though I'm not the biggest fan of it" Andy said. Prue kissed him. "We might want to get out and tell them" Andy said. Prue nodded. Andy and Prue got out of the car and walked up to the studio. Andy tried the door but it was locked. He shrugged.
"Maybe they're not here. We are early after all" he said. Prue nodded. "Let's go back to the car and call them there" Prue said. Andy and Prue walked back to their car and got in. Once they closed the door a hand covered Prue's mouth. "Prue" Andy went to help her but a hand covered his mouth to. The hand had in it and it was placed to Andy's mouth. Andy could smell the chloroform on the rag. He looked over at Prue and saw she was unconscious. He struggled but whoever this was was strong. He started to feel lightheaded and could feel himself losing consciousness. He fought to stay awake and alert but it was no use. "Thank you inspector. Yours and your fiancé's youth will be used well" Andy heard someone say in his ear. He knew that voice. It belonged to Stefan. That was the last thing he thought about before finally giving in and falling asleep.
