From last time.
She feel indescribable need to go there, even if will soon fall dark. It's feel like someone needs help and she with or without this fiascos, can't ignore that. And maybe she find answer if she follows this , unknown thing. She didn't waist a second and start to running deep in forest.
Sun almost set behind the horizont, and forest even more dark then Luna first step in it. Woods that surrounds Violet city is old and tick. With very high trees with big treetops which block most of the sunlight during the day, making forest dark and cold. Pokemons in this forest are used to that type of stuff. No matter ti weather, you can here different sounds of wild pokemons even out of woods. It always full of life.
That what was making Luna's blood chills in her vens. It's was too quiet. From the moment she enter the forest, which was around good 5 minutes running, she didn't see or hear anything pokemon. Not even a hoothoot dear to let any sounds, making Luna to question herself , what could make all pokemon that scared?' The deeper she go, the stronger that weird feel become. Soon she start to finally hear something in front her, but didn't let herself to be detected. If the wild pokemons was so petrified to come out, then she definitely don't want to be found neither. At least not without someone's help.
, Good thinking Luna. You couldn't go to ask your dad and Pikachu for help. After all you was just freaking 5 minutes from house for god sake.' Luna scolded herself for acting on instinct instead of thinking this though.
So she start to alive down and making her steps as light as possible, not wanting unwanted attention on her. She carefully look around her to make herself well hidden while she was snicking to here destination.
,Golbat air cutter now" someone scream. That was Luna's signal to be quiet and to be alert. After few step closer she saw group of people whose in mostly black uniforms with some unusual logo. She lay down in high grown grass and come little closer and saw there was battle going on. There was Golbat, Beedrill and two Geodude. Thay were attacking two Eevees., That wasn't fair. Two against four. Who they think they are!??!!' Luna couldn't watch that anymore. She jumped on her legs and run out her hiding place and stand right in front two Eevees. When she was close she was shocked by in what bad condition two of them were in. One of them have heavy bleeding from spot behind ear and multiple bits over body. Another one can't stand and it look like one of legs was broken. ,How cruel you can be to do something like this!!!'.
, What are you idiots doing to them. Are you blind or something!. If you keep that way you will kill them!!" Screamed Luna full of fury and angers. Then one of them , man, step in and said, Move away little bart. Thay belong to team rocket and we do with them what we want. So better run home before we chang our mind." Luna couldn't believe., No wonder every pokemons run in hide. Thay were scared to be captured by them' . Two Eevees looked hopefully in human in front them. Luna looked the two pour Eevees and know that she needs to do something and fast if she planning to get to help on time. Lucky was on her side. Night was fall and there isn't much light to see. Luna often walk in forest with her dad, which gives her some advantages and her speed sourly would surprise them. She start to make steps back to come as close as possible to two Eevees trying at some time to not scares them even more.
The next secund another episode happened, like on the road. She can move and everything but this time that dot from before were energy coming from Eevees. That shocked her for secund but she just turned to team rocket and screamed. " You want them that badly. I'm sorry to say but they come with me, as fare away from you." As fast as she can Luna grabbed two of them and start running as fast as she can., You think you can run away from us. Beedrill and Golbat after her." say woman while another teammates take Geodudes in there monster balls.
Luna was already far ahead and didn't dear to slow down for even a secund. She couldn't go her full speed because she can't risks to hurt to Eevees even more. For her surprise Eevees were calm and didn't try release from here grab, like thay already know that she will help them. She hear light flapping behind herself and instinctively crouched down. If she didn't a millisecond later Golbat would hit her, but he missed her and hit in tree two steps ahead. Thanks to the her's dad taking her to the trainings she evolved sixth sense for when she hear or feel something going ( fallings down) towards her. You never know what would happen in training so she always on her full alert. And seems this isn't much different.
But Luna knows too that team rocket won't give up so easy. She needs strategy quickly.
She couldn't decide if she should go to police station or her house. She know that in her house thay have everything for injured pokemons and it close. But on the another side she couldn't let them know where she lives or will let them to get out of this without a justice. She knows what and who team rocket are. Thay steal pokemons and hunt rare ones, and experiment on them. One of eevees got attention by try to scratching her arm. When she slow a little and saw what eevee trying to show she got idea. Near them was oran berry bushes.She know that sometimes fungus that causes confusion grow under the oran berry. Good that what she need to help them to get a little better. Luna rushed too berry and if there was fungus she have plan.
She grab berries and hide under the bushes trying to find it. Eevees started to eat berries and start to get better but berry can't heal broken leg or stop bleeding. So Luna opened her back pack and find her handkerchief and band aid, and start treating wound on one of eevees head. She hadn't much stuff in her bag so she put Eevee with broken leg in and make as comfortable as possible and start looking for fungus. And there was one but small., Good it's seems that we have just ove shoot. Oh and how to make them eat! Wow one more thing that you didn't think about Luna.!! ' Luna trying to think of way to solve the problem, hear footsteps near. She hug bag and Eevee as close as possible and try to stay hidden. She watched them and saw just Golbat flying around trying to find them which means that Beedrill stay close to group.
, That's it! Beedrill don't see good at night. That why just Golbat attacked . That our chance!!' Luna whisper Eevee as quietly as possible, I have plan and i know you are tired but if it works we'll be safe. Do you wanna try?" Eevee looked between the girl and her brother, trying to think if will work. After all thay are outnumbered and girl is fast that she admits. Thay don't have any other options, she will try whatever just to save her brother and herself. - Okay let's try- said Eevee with affirmative nod.
Luna baerly continence herself from jumping up and screaming from surpris. , Did you just spoke". Asked Luna as calm as possible., Eevv-evvv eee" say Eevee., Of course not, I'm probably stressed and tired, or I already mad.' Then she started to explain plan to little Eevee in hope it will work.
Team rocket was still searching for gir and two pokemons. , I will admit that bart is fast". Say woman in gloomy smile while trying to go as fast as possible without tripping on something or hitting something ore someone. It was so dark and flashlight didn't help much because many short grow plants with big leaves and moss hide holes and root's. Team rocket right now have just one who is fully usable, Golbat, because Geodudes are slow and can't see good when is dark like this. Beedrill at least can fly and stay close in case brat is pokemon trainer and planing something. While they were looking for girl Golbat had come back to the group and lowed him self to his trainer., Seem Thay stopped running and hide. After it a child she can't run far away. Lead the way Golbat!!" said man like it most obvious thing in the world sending his pokemon to show the way.
Thay follow Golbat to the part of woods where oran berry grow but didn't find anyone., Thay must hide somewhere, Golbat find tham others split and search." Said golbat's trainer and start to search bushes of oran berry with his flashlight with high alert.
He slowly started to check oran berry bushes one by one in search of girl or et least same clue. After few minutes he noticed that he got to far away from his team members. At least golbat is still fly above him. But i the next secund from bushes jumped one of eevees with quick attack and make him drop flashlight, Golbat attack'' yelled man while holding his painful abdomen and trying to focus on which side Eevee are go and call golbat. , Golbat catch Eevee now" he commanded. Secund later when he noticed his mistake it was to late to stop attacking. Eevee just started in front old maple tree and waited till Golbat was few centimeters away and girl jumped in front him. She throw her fist directly in golbat mouth , which wasn't hard how big his mouth is, and then push him. Luna then take Eevee in her hands and start run again.
, This time you won't escape. Golbat catch her". yelled trainer but didn't see golbat going after them. Then he turned and see golbat totally disoriented and barely flying. It's look like he vas punched with strong confusion attack. , But how is that possible, Eevees can't do confusion.' then clicked in his head., This was her plan all time.' Another teammates run to his side and start asking what happened. He just put creepy smile on his face and say, Seems that this bart isn't half bad as we thought. Take houndoom and start hunting." As he commanded woman from team throw up a monster ball and houndoom come out ready for battle. But when seen no one he turned to his trainer whit questioning face.
, Find them houndoom and teach them lesson that no one can joke with team rocket" said women and houndoom start running in forest as fast as he can with easiness.
Luna was so happy that her plane worked like a charm. It seems that they will be able to escape after all. Luna was so happy that eevee agreed with her crazy plan. Right now main focus was to get out of woods and find nearest help. Luna didn't care anymore just to take Eevees and her self to safe, that was all that matter right now. But her happy wasn't last long because one of episode started again but this time she feels something ful of anger and hate coming closer. Luna didn't dear to look back to see, she just continue to run as fast as possible but it didn't work. She still feel like it right behind her and then it over jumped her and stopped right in front her. It's large houndoom and didn't looks like he wanna play.
Luna tryed to think of another plan but nothing crossed her mind. But she needs to protect two Eevees she won't give up on them. Hundred thoughts running in her head but nothing that will work. Houndoom was ready to attack, when suddenly Luna feel some weird energy flows through her body it was like she was burning. On the moment houndoom jumped on them, all energy in her body exploded. Luna was in agony how much pain she feels. It was like someone torn her in pieces and put in the fire. She fall on her knees trying not to drop eevee from her hands. When she come to her senses, she saw houndoom on the earth not moving like he just knock out., Did i just attacked him?' Luna was in shock for few seconds and then it hit her that she stil have team rocket on her tail, so she better start moving. She couldn't go fast as before but it didn't need. Luna was on the in short time. She recognized it as a her way to home, which she start going to her house. She didn't care about team rocket and take them to police department, she just wants to go home. She just wants that this nightmare end.
In few longest minutes in her life she finally arrived home. When she opened the door of her house she hear heavy steps from living room coming towards her. That was her father and he has very angry expression on his face. But it disappears in secund when he saw in what condition Luna was in. She couldn't see much in dark and didn't care in the moment about scratches, bruises and blood on her skin and clothes., Luna? Dear what happened?!." Asked Josh with comforting tone in his voice., What happens there??" That was Marina. She too come in hallway to see what going on.
She was horrified by conduction what Luna was in. When Luna make eye contact with her mom she started to cry hugging Eevee in her arms as close as possible without hurting her more. She was finally home in her safe place she did it. Her parents hugs her trying to confirm he. After long crying session and Luna was little more calm and stopped crying she started telling what happened. From her first episode in school in p.e. class then all about team rocket and her battle wot houndoom.If it could call that. She was still scared how will her parents will react or more better question, will thay believe her. She was so exhausted.
While she was talking her mother and father was taking care of two Eevees that she saved from team rocket. One from her bag was fast sleeping which make Luna worry for secured but her mother assure her that he will be fine. Another one was a little different. She won't let her father to come close, but after some time of assuring and again pleased her in Luna's lap she let she gard down and let them help. It good thay wasn't in danger now. When putting medication was finished Thay all go to Luna's room and leave two Eevees on Luna's bad to rest, while Luna go to bathroom to clean herself and try to calm her thoughts little more.
After long hot shower Luna was ready to hear what her parents have to say. She go down the stairs and go in living room where her parents were waiting for her. She feel uneasy about all this., Luna don't just started on doors come in and sit." said Marina. Even pikachu was with them, which means this is goin to be long and seriously conversation.
When Luna sit down her father started first., What were you thinking about when you run in forest this leat?" he asked calm as he can trying to hide worries in his voice., I don't think i just need to know why i feel this way and when i saw them i could live them alone dad i can't.?'' i tryed to fight new set of tears which try to come out as hard sa possible but it didn't work., I understand that you wanted to help and you did good thing but you are still child Luna. We were so worried about you." say Marina trying to make Luna understand her mistakes.
, I think you should go to bed it really late and you will need to go to school." said Josh standing up from couch and lightly pushing Luna to go to bed., Tomorrow after school we need to go to Pokemon center and police station to report team rocket but don't mention anything else ok?" he say with little wink, like he already knows that she didn't want another know about her episodes. That make her feel little better and easier. When thay enter the room two Eevees were fast sleeping. That make Luna overjoyed. At least thay weren't in danger anymore.
She slowly and carefully climb in bed without waking Eevees up and almost momentary fall asleep with two Eevees cubbies with her.
