Spring has arrived in a big way in the forests of Violet City. The wild pokemon were enjoying the peace of this lovely warm day. Especially a group of wild meganium and bayleef with their this year's offspring, enjoyed themselves near a small forest spring. The little chikoritas, were playing with sunfloras near the spring ,until they heard a loud explosion and someone yelling, "Watch out!". A large rock appeared out of nowhere and fell straight towards the chicory and sunfloras. A couple of older meganiums managed to save them from the stone at the last moment with vine whip. When they were sure that everyone was unharmed, one of the meganiums came closer to look at the rock. It was bigger than the dragonite. - What idiot would do something like this, near the spring. - One of the Meganium asked with irritated voice. But she didn't have to wait long for an answer because the culprit ran out of the forest. Seventeen year old Luna ran out of the forest at full speed with her friends espeon Sunny and umbreon Star. Luna was wearing green and white tracksuits that were covered in dust from the explosion, and she was carrying a backpack full of medicinal herbs and first aid on her back.

-Why am I not surprised?- Meganium asked herself and rolled her eyes. Wherever there is confusion, there is this crazy girl. Meganium had nothing against Luna. what's more she liked Luna because she's basically a good person and always helps pokemons when they're in trouble. But that girl is a magnet for trouble in her own right.,, I'm really sorry. Is anyone hurt?" Luna asked them, fearing that something might not have happened to someone just because of a stupid training accident. Although she had learned by now how many things could go wrong with her powers. And add to all that and that Sunny and Star were eevees until last week and they can't control some of their moves like they should. Which is why Luna carries a bag of herbs, medicine, and first aid with her.

- Don't worry child, everyone is unharmed. But didn't we tell you to be careful where you hold your trainings, just for reasons like this.- Luna knew that mrganium was right and that a couple of times pokemons from the forest had drawn her attention that no one should be training or fighting nearby or in places like springs, near fruiting bushes or bushes. Because that's where pokemons gather and violence of any kind is forbidden. Thanks to her ability to understand pokemons, Luna learned that even in the wild, pokemons have their own rules that everyone follows. Not only that, they told her where she could find medicinal herbs, where to find a good shelter when a storm came, and much more. pokemons didn't care that she was human. Luna had never tried to catch a pokemon, nor did she want to. She always helped wild pokemons in every possible way, to build a shelter, to get supplies for the winter, take care of them when they are sick, even sometimes to look after hatchlings or eggs. They have so much trust in Luna, even if she causes trouble from time to time.

"Yes, ma'am, and I promise this won't happen again," Luna answered, all embarrassed and guilt-stricken. 'I'd really have to be careful in the future.' Meganium just nodded her head satisfied with the answer.- It was our fault ma'am. Not Luna's.- Star answered with his head down because he didn't want Luna to take all the blame.- Me and my sister Sunny got into a little argument about the moves we practiced the other day .Luna tried to reason with us but the two of us tried to take them out at the same time to see who was stronger. I did dark pulse and Sunny psybeam and we ended up making a big explosion. We are really sorry for our recklessness.- Star apologized. Sunny, who was by Luna's side all the time because of her dizziness from the move, came up and said - I'm sorry too. I shouldn't have started an argument about more advanced moves. Especially since we evolved recently. - Sunny apologized tiredly.

Meganium was glad the two had learned their lesson, not to show off with the powers they were given. So this time she will let them go and just accept the apology. - The apology was accepted. I just hope this will not happen again in the future.- Luna hastily answered, "Don't worry, it won't happen again." and the brother and sister just nodded their heads enthusiastically in the sign of agreement . Meganium smiled and then returned to her group. Luna was glad that no one was hurt and that Meganium forgave them. "It's time to go. We're already late for lunch anyway and I don't want to make mom more angry or worried." Said Luna, taking Sunny in her arms, because she wasn't sure that Sunny could run without bumping into something or getting tangled up due to her dizziness. If anything else this will teach her to be more patient with her training.

When Luna, Sunny and Star arrived home, a slightly annoyed Marina was waiting at the door with her arms crossed and a scolding expression on her face. And it didn't help that Luna was all dirty with dust, disheveled hair and a few scratches on her face. ,, So young lady, what is the reason you are late this time. And look at yourself, you look like you've been hit by an explosion." Luna didn't have time to look at the source of what she looked like. She was more in a hurry to get home as soon as possible because she promised to go with her father to the Silver Mountain police station .There they reported a new group of magnemites that were causing trouble to the nearby farms. So they called the nearest electric pokemon specialist, and josh got the idea that she should go too because of her ability to talk to pokemon. ,Oh mom, if you only knew how much you're just right.' Luna thought to her mother's comment. Luckily for her Josh was forcing his way down the stairs from his study and started talking to Luna.,, Luna get ready quick, we're running late. Mom's going to pack your lunches so you'll eat on the way." She didn't need to be told second time , so she rushed to the bathroom, not listening to Marina, who was trying to stop and scold her, in order to clean up.

But not all people were mean to her. Whenever they went to the pokemon center to check the health of their pokemon, Maya's mom, Mrs. Natasha, would greet them with a smile on her face. At first, Luna assumed that it was just out of gratitude for saving Maya, but she was still glad not to be afraid of her. Even her doctor tried to help with various analyzes to see if he could discover the cause of those powers and to no avail. Maya and Mat often invited her to go out with them to hang out, but she refused because she didn't want them to have problems because of her. Although they didn't even want to hear about it. So they visited Luna almost every weekend and brought her news from the town, interesting things from school ... But as they entered high school, the visits became less frequent and eventually reduced to phone calls. Luna didn't care about that because they still showed that they cared about her. That was the only thing that mattered.

Luna finished her shower and put on black leggings with a sporty blue skirt and a doe t-shirt with a silver moon print on it. Her long curly hair was giving her trouble, how tangled it was. In the end, she managed to tie it in a ponytail and looked at herself in the mirror. She no longer looked like she had been run over by a stampede of tauros. Then she picked up her bag from her room that she had prepared in the morning before going out and went down to the kitchen. Marina finished packing her lunch while Sunny and Star enjoyed their meal.,, Just so you know we're not done talking. when you come back you'll be in a lot of trouble, don't you understand." Marina let her know that this was not over. Luna just nodded her head for fear of angering Marina even more, otherwise she would be banned from going out into the forest for a whole month .,, Excellent. Now hurry up. Dad and Raichu are waiting for you in the car." Marina smiled and kissed Luna on the forehead for a good trip, before running to the car.

"For a girl who runs fast, you are really slow to get ready. '' Josh commented as Luna got into the car and sat in the passenger seat.,, Let me see how long it would take you to clean yourself up if you got hit by an explosion." Luna replied, pretending to be irritated.,, How are you ended up in the exposition!?" Her father asked worriedly, while Luna threw her head back on the seat and said, "You don't even want to know."- I guess Sunny provoked Star with something and they ended up getting into an argument that led to an explosion.- Raichu interjected from the back seat in disbelief. Sunny and Star often argue about things, so it's kind of become a regular thing in the Blackwood household too.,,That's right Raichu, sometimes I worry what would happen if I left them alone all day." Luna loves Sunny and Star with all her heart, but sometimes they can go overboard. But hey , they're still young and they'll learn someday. Luna unpacked her lunch, which consisted of a couple of tuna sandwiches, a salad, and two apples and stared to eat. Her dad turned on the radio and they drove for a while without anyone saying a word.

After an hour of just listening to the radio and bland country music, Luna asked her dad with a serious expression on her face.,, I know you don't need my help with the magnemite situation. What's the real reason I had to go." Josh knew it would be hard to fool Luna, after all she's a smart girl and very resourceful.,, Me and your mother agreed that you don't spend enough time with people and that Violet city is still unsure about you. That's why I brought you along. To meet new people who haven't heard and won't hear about your little secret." Her father answered her with complete sincerity. Luna would be lying if she said she didn't mind not being able to talk to people or being afraid of her or being treated like a freak. Even thought she didn't feel lonely when she has her family by her side and a forest full of wild pokemons in front of her.,, And you're sure there won't be any incidents while we're there. " Luna asked him, hoping he had a plan to make this go smoothly.,, Don't worry everything will be fine. Raichu and I will be with you the whole time." Josh said, trying to encourage Luna. Luna knew her dad was right when he said he should socialize more with people. Since her powers appeared, she started to avoid contact with people, unless it was absolutely necessary.' Maybe dad is right. This is a great chance to make new friends.' Luna thought. But she was also afraid that the incident like what happened seven years ago wouldn't happen again.' Professor Dervish pointed to a tall older man, gray hair and black eyes.,, I assume you already know the reason why we called you here. For some mysterious reason, the Magnetite Group started attacking the nearby farms. Well, yesterday they reported to us that several other types of pokemon got involved as well." All the people were surprised by the new information.

Most of the time pokemon act like this when their habitat is disturbed or they feel cramped for some reason. Luna answered with great certainty and a lot of confidence that Josh hadn't seen in quite some time .

The professor seemed satisfied with Luna's answer. What's more, he looked surprised and interested.,, Miss Luna, I think you are right. " shouted Professor Dervish from one of the jeeps.,, Looks like we better get going. Nice to see you Bugsy, say hello to dad when you get back." Josh said goodbye to Bugsy and got into the jeep with Luna and Raichu.

Professor Dervish was behind the wheel and Josh was sitting in the passenger seat, while Luna, Professor Oak and Raichu were sitting in the back of the jeep. ,, what made you agree to this research, if i may know." Professor Oak asked her politely. Luna was taken aback for a moment, because she didn't want to say, 'Well, you know, I just have incredible powers to understand pokemon, so it would be easy." just ask them what's wrong and get the job done quickly.' how could I not. They would have sent me to the insane asylum immediately.' Luna chuckled to herself at her inside joke knowing that she couldn't tell the truth. On the other hand she didn't want to lie either because she was bad at it.,, I want to help. From the beginning it seemed suspicious to me that pokemons attack all of a sudden Farms. And I often went to work with my dad, and watched him work with pokemon so I have some experience." which was true. At her father's job, it often happens that trainers leave their pokemon to her father, trusting that he knows what's best. This allowed Luna to spend a lot of time in the gym.

Luna shouted loudly with panic in her voice that shocked everyone and the vehicle. As soon as the jeep stopped Luna ran to the unconscious pokemon, followed by her father, Raichu, and Professor Oak. Luna began to check on the little cubone and assess how much damage he had received. "Professor, do you have any medicine or oran berry and first aid." Luna was already starting to panic, the pokemon was barely alive. Fortunately, Professor Oak had all the equipment to treat even the most serious injuries.

Not far from the pokemon, Raichu spotted a pokemon ball how lay in the dust. While the humans were tending to the injured pokemon raichu hid behind a rock and opened a pokemon ball from which an exhausted diglett emerged. - I'm sorry to disturb you during your rest, do you know what happened here? - Raicha asked. – Our home was attacked by team Rocket. Luna understood the sign and crouched down as close as possible to Raichu.- Luna we have a problem, it seems that the rocket team has recently made a base in this canyon, if we go in such small numbers we won't stand a chance against them. - Luna understood where Raichu's concern is coming from. What more does this explain the unusual behavior of pokemon. They didn't attack the farm or be aggressive, but they asked for help. Everything fit perfectly like pieces of a puzzle, but where the information came from was what interested Luna the most. Luna checked to see if anyone was eavesdropping on her and when she was sure she was safe she looked straight into Raichu's eyes. "How sure are you that Team Rocket is here." Raichu stuck his tail in front of him and had a two-color pokemon ball with Team Rocket's sign. - There was a diglett inside who told me everything. Luna began to come up with a plausible story to end this nightmare. ,, Dad !" Luna started yelling and running towards her father who was messing with Professor Dervish and the policemen.,, Raichu found a pokemon ball with a team rocket sign on it." Luna spoke to them as she showed them the ball. ,, That would explain why the pokemon were aggressive and left their habitat. Great job Miss Blackwood, we take over from here." One of the officers replied and gave the command to go.,, Wait. You can't go." The cops weren't paying attention, which worried Luna. If they leave now they will give away that we have found them and they will lose because of the numerical superiority.,, Can you wait, luna has not shared all the information. " Josh admonished them, realizing where Luna got the information from.,, Sorry sir, but if we don't move we'll have less of a chance of catching them." with that they turned and headed deeper into the canyon. Luna was trying to find a reason that was good enough and not suspicious. Then it dawned on her. Luckily the police took her a few steps.

,, Professor stop them, they don't stand a chance against the entire base of Team Rocket." That caught everyone's attention.,, How do you know that the questioner is the base and not just a small group." Luna needed that very question as a justification, Thank you, Professor Oak.' now that she had their full attention she began to explain. ,,Professor the reports are at least a week old, which means if these were just some pokemon catching group they would have already taken what they wanted and left. But they've been here for a long time, which explains why pokemon have gone all the way to farms for refuge. They probably made a camp or base here to avoid coming more than once and attracting attention. This is Team Rocket we're talking about though, shouldn't we call in reinforcements just in case." Luna tried to pull every detail from her memory that might justify her conclusion.

Professors Oak and Dervish saw the point in her presentation. Also for the third time Professor Oak was amazed at Luna's ability to analyze information quickly and intelligently.,, Officers, I think we better call for reinforcements. In case it's Miss Blackwood right now, we have no chance of catching them and we'd just tip them off that we know their location and run away. This kind of thing is not worth the risk." After four hours of waiting, it was almost midnight. I hope you'll join us next time Luna" Professor Joanna purred as she gave Luna a big hug. After saying goodbye to everyone Luna Raichu and her dad headed to their cars.

"Can you wait just a second." Professor Oak stopped them before they got into the car. "Of course, Professor, something is wrong." Luna's dad asked, because he seemed a bit uncomfortable.
