After a bitter custody battle Jax's wins custody of Josslyn he leaves to clear head of what took place with the woman he loved he later realizes that he can never truly be free. So he decides to find a new home for himself and his daughter 10 years later on the eve of his wedding all hell breaks loose

Okay so let me be the basics Jax won custody of Josslyn prior to him winning Sonny tried to have him drugged but was caught by Jax's lawyer JT Sterling in Sonny trying to drug Jax. Carly sent Morgan away to Military school but when she lost custody of Joss she dedcided to bring him back home in the Process Brenda left Sonny for what he had done. Hurt and Angry Jax took Joss to Australia before landing in Miami with Sam insisting she would help him anyway she could Carly hoped after he calmed down he would return to Port charles. When he decided not to return she was able to get shared custody of Joss but he is the custodial parent.

"Jax please don't do this you can't take her from me"Carly pleads, as he picked up the last of Josslyn's things "this is on you all I ask was for you. To put OUR daughter first above Sonny and Jason but you couldn't or you wouldn't. I chose her. I did choose her and her safety and wellbeing. You're always gonna choose them first over everyone and everything. I will not do that to our daughter, " he said, leaving with her following him.

"Look don't do this okay you know I love Josslyn our children and our family always come first" she says. When he stops, "if that were true Carly, the things that have happened and you wouldn't have sent Morgan away to school for a reason, Carly" Jax says. While Josslyn sat in the car none the wiser as Carly looked at Jax with tears in her eyes"please let's just stop okay and do what is best for Josslyn she needs a mother" she said. "This is what's best for Josslyn in the long run and I agree she needs a mother but she needs one that's gonna put her first, hey sweetheart, come and say bye to your mother and brother" Jax says.

Opening the car door not wanting to hear anymore of her excuses, he will not have his daughter get hurt for her to understand getting out the car. "Bye mommy, bye Michael tell Morgan I love him see you when I come back from Australia "Joss says innocently bringing Carly to tears. Hugging her daughter "I'll see you soon I love you baby and I'll tell Morgan what you said " Carly says kissing the girl on top of her head. Michael hugs her as well, glaring at Jax, angry for taking his little sister from them instead of working it out"bye Joss i love you " he said hugging her.

"Love you too Michael see you soon" the eight year old said before going back to her father as kisses her cheek. Ushering Josslyn into the car before going around "Bye Michael, bye Carly I never wanted it to be this way" he says getting into the car and driving away as Carly turned and cried into Michael's chest. This was the first time in a long time that she felt this kind of pain she only felt this way three times when she lost her second son, when her kids were kidnapped and when Michael was shot. "We're gonna get her back you'll see this is Jax he's gonna bring her back he's just angry right now" Michael said hugging his mother as she sobbed.

She watched as he got off the boat, tying to the docks before she ran and gave him a hug and a kiss as he smiled "what's up little momma what's good?" he said. "I've missed you how'd it go in school" she says, he shrugged as he put her down "it's school Joss I always do good there they tried to trick me but my momma raised a thinking man" he said putting his bag down As he looked around as she took his hand and led him to the pool then sliding in with him following "anyway I'm how have you've been it's been a few weeks it's like I'm your chauffeur" he says making her laugh

"You're not, you've been busy So nobody is home. My dad, Griselda, and Alvaro, Ricardo and Felix are not here either. My mom, her husband and my other siblings are coming but that's later for my dad's wedding this weekend. So right now we have the whole house to ourselves and we can do whatever we want"Joss says with a grin wrapping her arms around his neck. Kissing him "umm what do you wanna do" he whispered against her lips, "you know exactly what I want to do"she says pushing his swimming trunks down.

Taking him in her hand "Oh word you wanna play with him " he says with a hiss "No i wanna continue where we left off the last time"she whispered making him groan. "Shit my wallet is over there in my bag I'm scared to move because every time we get this far something happens minus the first time" Les says. She watched him" nobody is coming. For hours we have plenty of time"Josslyn says as he ran his hands across her skin"is that so you sure" he says, biting his lip as she shakes her head when he jumps out the pool grabbing the condoms from his bag.

Then opening one and rushing to put it on before coming back all as she laughed "now where were we?" he said kissing her moving her bathing suit bottoms to the side. And entering her as they both gasp making her wrap her arms and legs around him as pushes inside her with hurried strokes" shitt, shitttt Les, Les oh my gawdd. Sssl…ssl..slow down"she stammers out"okay, okay fuck momma it's been a minute since I had it"he says slowing down when he starts to grind into her with slow methodical strokes.

"shit move, move, I knew someone was at the gate" she said. As he pulled out really quickly fixing their clothes he trashed the condom while she went to check the surveillance cameras. "Oh shit it's my mom you have to go if she sees you here she'll tell my dad"Josslyn says kissing him and pushing him towards the docks, "damn babe I feel used it's like that Joss"he said. "Fine but you owe me with your fine ass girl"he said grabbing everything and running to the boat and taking off as she sighs rushing inside to answer the door stopping to fix her hair and to make sure she looked okay. Before snatching the door open "mom hi I didn't know you were coming this early" Josslyn says while Carly looked at her suspiciously before coming in" is anyone else here" she asked. "Umm no just me I was just in the back in the pool listening to some music waiting for my friends to come pick me up"she answered.

"Well hi to you too Joss"Morgan said hugging her,"oh hey,guys ,Avery, Uncle Sonny" she answered embracing everyone all the while her mother watched her. "So where's your dad and Griselda? Is anyone home? " Carly asked, crossing her arms at her daughter getting Sonny and the boys' attention as Michael looked around. "Umm no like I told you it's just me " Josslyn answered they all caught on to what Carly was really asking"hmm you seemed flushed so nobody here you have the house to yourself your 16 years old. Was your boyfriend here? You know the boyfriend I've never met in almost two years? "Carly said walking to the back of the house.

"Mom, mom, you're acting crazy, what are you doing?" the teen said as Carly looked around. The woman chuckles"I'm acting crazy. Where is he hiding? Is that why you took so long to answer the door? What were you doing? Oh my gosh, I hope you weren't doing what I think you were doing." she says. "What! Are you serious? He isn't here, Mom. Really, where am I hiding him in the bushes? He's too big for that" Josslyn said trying to stay calm as Carly laughs dryly.

"Right, I'm going to ask you one more time. Josslyn John Jacks was he here?" Carly asked, "No mom do you see him here?" she replies as Sonny looks around. "Michael, Morgan can you just check are your brothers gonna find him hiding around here somewhere?" Sonny asked as her mother looked around. "Nooo where am I hiding someone his size? He's 6'3 and 230 you would see him anywhere he tried to hide " Josslyn says as her brothers and mother looked all around.

Shaking her head, ''Mom, he isn't here how many times do I have to say it" the teen says with a groan"until I believe it and that isn't happening",Carly says when Josslyn's phone rings. She stops to send a text message when Carly takes the phone from her"is this him or is he asking if the coast is clear for him to come out?"the woman says" No mom that Ricardo sees"showing her mother the text. Just then a boat pulled up by the docks when they saw two girls get off the boat"howdy ho are you coming? sorry it took so long" Maddy said with Starr behind her.

"Umm, who are you?" Carly asked as Joss shook her head. "Mom these are some of my friends Maddy and Starr, what took you guys so long?"Josslyn says. "Mom nobody is here"Michael says as he and Morgan came back"oh she wanted to get Damien Marley "Maddy said,Starr popped her arm"he's a lot cuter than Damien Marley thank you very much" Starr says. "But we had to get frick, Frack, and Jack but Jack wanted to get his girlfriend so here we are so are you ready? "Madison says. When Michael backed up "This a distraction HEY IF YOU'RE IN THERE COME OUT NOW! Before I come in for you" he said at the pool house door.

"Who are you talking to?" Josslyn said, "Your friends are a distraction," Michael says. "Distraction from what Michael ,hi " she said with a smile making them turn around. "Hey little momma we ready to go y'all coming or what" Les says he had on completely different swimming trunks. "Mom, Uncle Sonny, Michael and Morgan this is my boyfriend Les"Josslyn said as they looked up to him. As he smiled and waved he had his hair up in a bun with a blue T-shirt and blue trunk"hi mom" he said hugging Carly, picking her up making his sister, Maddy and Joss laugh, it caught Carly by surprise.

Then Les put her down "Hey kid don't ever touch my wife now come here were you just here"Sonny says. Making Les look at him "Nah bro I just got off the boat" the seventeen year old said,"I'm not your bro kid" the man says, as Les chuckles as Sonny looks at him seriously. "Sonny it's fine"Carly says getting a real good look at him "Uncle Sonny he just talks like that he didn't mean anything by it" Josslyn says. " No, I think he can speak for himself what's your name?" Carly says.

Crossing her arms just when Griselda and her son Ricardo came out back "Hey chipmunk we got you food" Ricardo says with a grin. "Oh hello you guys are early I thought i had time to make some food so we can talk. Qué está sucediendo" Griselda says looking at the teenagers "No sé, el hombrecito está enojado por algo" Les says. "Enough you guys go ahead her family is here so she won't be hanging out this afternoon" Griselda. "Awww he didn't anything , we didn't do anything" Starr says, "I know mi amor go we'll see you guys later" she says. "Tears Joss, tears" Maddy says using her fist to indicate tears, "Oh and by the way Miss Josslyn mom my name is Elesandro they call me Les" he said. Walking back to the boat "Really that wasn't necessary because he was being nice it was just a hug" Josslyn said. "Do you guys often leave her to her own devices" Sonny said speaking before Carly did.

"Excuse me I didn't think she needed to be babysat she's 15 going on 16" Griselda says looking at Sonny incredulously. "With a seventeen year old boyfriend with a two year old" Carly says, "Yeah we understand that but Elesandro is a good influence. On her he is already in college he graduates by the end of the month then is going to med school.

He's here every morning to take her to school; the boy even looks over her homework. And to top it off he has never once been disrespectful to her and Jax and I trust him. They are teenagers we can't be around all the time policing them all the time. Look Carly I understand the situation but I would never in a million years let anything. Happen to

your daughter I will put my life on that alright now as far as Elesandro is. He's a little rough around the edges. But he's a respectful young man who is crazy about your daughter. Give him a chance once you get to know him you'll see what I mean anyway. It's nice to see you all again . This is my baby Ricardo and I have two other boys Felix jr and Alvaro"Griselda says, calming Carly but she would talk with Joss in private" you know my older son Michael, my youngest son Morgan and this is Avery and You've already met Sonny"Carly says.

As she embraced the boys, kissed Avery on the cheek then shook Sonny's hand "okay so do you guys want anything to drink I can order some food Ricky trae el menú desde dentro papi"she says. "How are you Lady Jane?''Griselda said greeting her with a hug and a kiss as well. "I'm well, how is Alvaro doing with the rehab?" the woman asked. The woman smiled " he's good, actually he's almost back to hundred percent so we shall see what the doctors and his coaches say about him playing again" she answered. "Good that's great news Josslyn, come sit with me Carly, Michael and Morgan.

How are you all?" the older woman says politely embracing them as well before sitting next to her granddaughter. Everyone sat around talking for a while before Sonny left to check into the hotel after they had lunch "so how is it with her and her kids moving in with you and your dad I know it can't be easy" Carly asked finally getting some alone time with her daughter.

Putting the dishes away"it's cool Griselda is cool and the boys are funny I like having them around and she makes dad happy like I've never seen him so happy he deserves that ''Josslyn answered. As Carly nodded "It seems that Morgan and Alvaro hit it off"her mother said Josslyn smiled"I knew they would for their love of baseball and comics" she says. "So that's your boyfriend" Carly says making Josslyn turn around "yeah that's him mom I wasn't trying to not let you meet him every time you come he has games or school that he takes seriously" the teen said. "Umm how serious are you guys Josslyn and don't lie to me you seemed flush when you opened the door earlier" the woman says.

" I don't even know how to answer that mom and I don't see myself with someone else if that's what you mean by serious" Josslyn replies. "Baby your 15 going on 16 it takes time to find the right one for you and you have to kiss a few frogs. Before you settle down and just by one small meeting he has no respect, he's lucky Sonny didn't hurt him" Carly says. "No offense mom he towers over Uncle Sonny height and weight he does boxing, Jujitsu and he plays football. And all he did was give you a hug. He was being nice.

He's only 16 well he'll be 17 next month" Joss responded making her mother look at her. "Hey Joss your dress is here for tonight and the rest of the weekend and the wedding. And girl I tell you Lucia killed it, your dad approved" Griselda says when she peeked in before leaving. "You guys got dresses made for the weekend"Carly says, "Umm not really just the wedding and the dress for tonight"she says.

She didn't like how close Joss was with this woman just as she was about to speak. A well dressed young man came in "hi chipmunk"Felix Jr said as he walked into the kitchen. Hugging Josslyn then giving her a kiss on top her head making Joss lookup at him "so are you gonna tell them you have to tell matter of fact you should do it now" the teen said excitedly.

"Easy cojelo suave Josslyn we plan on doing that tonight she's already here so when the time is right we'll do it. Hello how are you Mrs. Corinthos" he says, "Whoa wait she's here aaah I wanna see her" Josslyn says getting up. When he stopped her from going upstairs" No you'll see her later right now she needs to relax" Felix jr says.

Making her pout "That's so not fair Felix I called it"she says as he chuckles "Stop it, hangout with your mom before the party" he says. "I'm fine thank you but can you give me some time with my daughter ?" Carly replies as he and Josslyn look at her. "Yeah sure I apologize for intruding" he says making a face at Josslyn as he went upstairs. "I really wish they would stop calling you chipmunk, you don't look anything like a chipmunk, not a rodent " the woman says.

"You do know they only call me chipmunk because I'm smaller than they are. It has nothing to do with looks" Josslyn says. "Fine now this boyfriend are you guys you know I mean we've talked about this but you know your only 15 that's not old enough to be having sex" Carly asked.

Only making Josslyn groan "can we not I've had this conversation with Dad and Griselda and it was just as uncomfortable so can we not?" the teen says. As her mother turned and looked at her"what would make them think that you were" the woman asked because Jax never told her about this"oh I hit him in his junk"she said with a shrug.

"Why would you give him that impression that you would touch him there? What happens if he goes to touch you that way" Carly says, making the teen look at her with a raised eyebrow. "Oh gosh it wasn't like that he pissed me off so I hit him in his junk okay wait let me explain. He's bigger than I am obviously so his sisters and Maddy all said if I wanted to bring him down to size that I should hit him in the junk and I did. And he wouldn't touch me inappropriately either. He has two sisters and a daughter who he has to lead by example, his words not mine" Josslyn said.

"No Josslyn,absolutely not that opens up a whole different avenue Joss. Your dad should have told me about this so I could have that conversation with you." Carly said. Making Josslyn toss her head back"it wasn't a big deal mom he didn't grab me back he got upset I got upset and then we talked about it he said it wasn't cool.

Because it hurt him physically and then I told him why I did it, leaving out the part of bringing him down to my size. He apologized and that was it. There was no reason for dad to tell you about it because it wasn't a big deal" Josslyn said "what wasn't a big deal"Jax says coming into the kitchen.

"Why didn't you tell me she touched this boy Jax" Carly says when he made the same face Josslyn made that made Carly shake her head "it wasn't a major deal Carly we were all outside in the yard. And we spoke to her when it happened she hit someone she wasn't having sex in the yard Carly" he said.

Neither noticed Josslyn's face when he said it but Griselda did as they were coming into the house, the teen drank her soda to hide her shock. Only people who knew were Felix and Omayra ,that's only because they caught them about to have sex and they promised not to say anything because she caught them.

"That's not the point Jax, I had the right to know," Carly said, "Mom is everything okay?"Michael asked, coming and standing next to her with a glare as Morgan's and Alvaro stopped. Making Lady Jane stop as well "Jasper darling is everything alright?" she asked. "Mom, Michael everything is just fine" he answered.

"I was asking my mother"Michael says, "yeah everything is fine Michael, just a miscommunication is all between Jax and I" Carly says watching Jax. "Umm well the car is here to pick us up so we can change for the party"Morgan said with Avery in his arms, "yeah we should go Jax we need to be on the same page everything concerns me even the small things.

Josslyn we're gonna talk later you and your boyfriend along with his parents" she says leaving she was furious because he should have told her instead they handled it. As she was leaving "JAX BABE HAVE YOU SEEN MY MAKEUP BAG ooh hi see you guys tonight" Griselda shouted from the top of the stairs in her robe. Making Carly look up at her only made her angry as the boys waved by at her. Carly rushed them out then got in the car. That's when Michael knew she was upset about something.

"Mom, what happened? I know something did and don't tell me that nothing. Did something happen to Joss"he asked, " as she looked at him it's nothing baby. Your sister hit her boyfriend in his private area and Jax didn't tell me about it and he should have that's all." Carly said. "That doesn't seem like a big deal mom, it's not like he hit her or something" Morgan said with a shrug. "Joss is her daughter she should have known,"Michael says. Making Morgan look at him with a raised eyebrow "whatever man , mom don't make it a big deal because it's not it's not like he did tell you something major it's minor so she hit her boyfriend in the junk so what.

It sounds like to me she stood up for herself because the dude is huge "he says. "You don't get it because you don't have a child of your own that you have to share with someone else who doesn't tell you what's going on all the time" Michael shot out. "Alright boys that's enough I don't want you two sniping at each other" she says making Morgan scoff and roll his eyes at his brother as she sat in her own thoughts. Meanwhile, as Josslyn got dressed, there was a knock. "Can I come in" Griselda asked, getting the teenager's attention.

"Wow, you look amazing, my dad is gonna be amazed!" Josslyn says. As Griselda nodded her "thank you and look at you just stunning" the woman said as Josslyn posed "you think so" she asked. "I told you Lucia did an amazing job on the dresses but that's not what I came to talk to you about earlier.

How many times have you and Elesandro had sex out back matter of fact how long have you been having sex" she says taking Josslyn by surprise. "What! We,we,we haven't"the teen answered just then Felix came in "Hey mami can I see everybody downstairs please it's important like really big it can't wait "he said with a big smile.

As she looked between him and "okay mi amor but we are not done Josslyn we will see what your brother wants to tell us that is very important then you and I talk. Then you talk to daddy and your oyete"Griselda says as Josslyn shook her head trying to come up with something as they left the room she quickly texted Les. When Felix looked back and winked at her as they wanted downstairs "Omayra when did you get here I thought you couldn't make it" the woman said as the other woman stood up shocking everyone.
