As she hugs him "I'll talk to you Jax I have to go and save my parents before four 10 year olds, two 9 years olds and two three year olds. And an infant destroys my parents house" she says with a smile, "wow you have all the kids huh" Jax says with a grin.

When a young Asian woman knocked"are you Jasper Jacks" the woman asked,getting their attention, "umm yes who are you" asked as Sam waved goodbye to him then leaving with a smirk. As the woman revealed who she was then sitting down to talk with him"I just spoke to Shawn and I can't believe that you was all Carly got out when she stopped. " Hey perfect timing I was just gonna call you uh Carly uh this is Grace Yang the court appointed mediator "Jax says.

Handing the woman a cup of coffee taking her by surprise "Good to meet you" the woman says, stretching her hand out as Carly shook. "You too uhh my attorney didn't tell me you would be stopping by" she says. Still in disbelief "oh it's just an informal visit i always find it helpful to stop by unannounced gives people a chance to be themselves" Grace says putting her cup down. "Oh you didn't know about this either" Carly says looking at Jax suspiciously, "No but i cleared my schedule nothing is more important.

Then our daughters welfare" he says going back around his desk " You're right and since Josslyn's at the park with Mercedes i'm free what do you need to know" she says putting on a smile still unsure if he was telling the truth. " Oh I would like to your respective approaches to the custody situation and how open you are to compromise. Mr Jacks has been very helpful" the woman says as Carly looks at him still in disbelief" I'm sure" she replied. All he could remember was his talk with Sam "Now i look forward to hearing from you Mrs. Jacks tell what are your goals for raising your daughter" the other woman spoke.

Sitting down across from her "Uh my goal is to provide a happy stable home for my daughter I have" Carly says. As the mediator wrote some notes down "Who lives in your house?" Grace questioned me, Josslyn, her nanny Mercedes and sometimes her 17 year old brother Morgan. When he is home from Military school" she answered. With a nod "I gather you also have a few regular visitors" Grace says, " Yes my son's father Sonny stops by occasionally, my friend Jason who happens to be Josslyn's godfather" Carly answers again.

Sonny Corinthos and Jason Morgan both alleged to be in organized crime" the woman questioned looking at Carly. "They own a coffee importing business" she says, "among other things" Jax answered from his chair as they watched each other. "Josslyn is safe and happy in my house. She's thriving and Jax knows this,"she told the mediator.

"Any other visitors of interest" Grace says still taking notes "Joss's older brother ,he stops by a lot she adores him and he is wonderful with her" Carly said. "My records show that Michael is a paroled felon" Grace said, agitating Carly a bit before answering.

"His parole is finished" Carly answered staying poised "the records indicate anger control issues and emotional problems. Is Michael ever alone with Josslyn unsupervised" the woman asked, angering Carly. "Michael saved Josslyn life he killed the woman that was trying to kidnap her" Carly said, "hence the prison sentence for manslaughter isn't that right" Grace says.

"Michael doesn't have emotional problems. The only problem here is Jax. How could you do this to Josslyn and her brothers" she said. "Hey I was just telling the truth" Jax says he realized he had to play her game if he wanted to win. Because Sam was right she would do anything possible to get Josslyn to herself and he had to do the same.

"You sorry son of a bitch you can threaten to drag my kids into court, you can twist the truth but you will not get my daughter" Carly spat angrily. When Grace interjected "At this point neither one of you should be trying to get Josslyn this is about the child's best interest" she says. "I understand that and I'm sorry for losing my temper but I'm protective of all my children.

And for you to apply that Michael is a danger to his sister is not only hurtful but absurd" she says. "I can only go off what is on record" Grace tells her , "you know what and how dare you not tell Miss Yang. All the while Jax just sat there as Grace looked on Carly held her head before looking back at Jax. "This is Sonny Corinthos, Carly's ex husband" Jax says to Grace as Carly watches on, distressed , cutting the man off.

" You've been trying to bust up my marriage with Brenda ever since we said our vows, don't think you haven't Jax," he said. "You mean the day uh Brenda got into the limo that was wired to explode" the other man responds. "Okay this custody garbage ought to cause trouble because you're trying to turn Brenda against me" Sonny says.

"All I ask of any of my witness is that they be truthful that's it" Jax says, "YOUR CAUSING EVERYBODY A LOT OF PAIN AND YOU KNOW WHAT YOU"RE GOING TO END UP FEELING IT "Sonny says angrily. When Carly jumps in grabbing his arm to stop him" No, No Sonny" she says , "What" he replies looking in her direction.

"I'm sorry that you're having to witness all of this," Jax tells Grace. That's when Sonny notices the woman "Who the hell are you?" Sonny said, making the woman look at him in shock. All the while Carly sat upset "I'm Grace Yang the court appointed mediator " she answered.

Catching Sonny by surprise, making Jax look at him " Yang " Sonny says, "yes" she answered. "Miss yang we're in private conversation" Sonny said changing his tone "Well I think Miss Yang should stay I don't have a problem with it" Jax says. " I do ,clearly you can see there is bad blood between Jax and Sonny.

Because of his wife Brenda it's been there for years long before Josslyn was born" Carly said. "I think I've heard enough it's been very entertaining and enlightening" Grace replies gathering and leaving making Carly sigh as the woman leaves them alone. "Well that went well" Jax says dryly when an agitated Carly says "Your timing could have been a little better" she says to Sonny annoyed.

"Why now you don't have to impress no mediator because you know she's in his back pocket" he answered. As Jax looks at him incredulously " are you implying that i paid her off? "he says to Sonny. "Yeah I'm implying that you did" the other man responds, getting up out of his chair.

"I don't have to pay anyone off Sonny because that little tantrum you just threw that's going to get me custody of my daughter" Jax said plainly. With Sonny glaring at him as the two men held each other glare "huh yeah" Sonny says. When Carly looks at Jax "I hate you" she says, storming out of the room as both men watch.

"You just did more damage to Carly's case in front of the mediator than I could ever do in court. You showed your true colors" Jax said, "I'd be a little bit more scared if I were you"Sonny says. Making Jax look straight at him "I'm not scared of you Sonny never have been" Jax said to the shorter man. "Okay here we go fifty, fifty last chance to share custody with Carly"he says, "Or what" Jax replies.

"Are you willing to find out?" Sonny said, daring the man to challenge him, "Thanks to you, by the time all this is finished I will have sole custody of my daughter," he replied. "By the time this is finished you're gonna be DONE " Sonny said angrily, "Is that I threat" Jax questioned.

"It's a promise you're gonna lose everything and when you do you're gonna remember this conversation and you know why. You're gonna remember that you could have avoided what's gonna land on your head" he said leaving. All Jax could do was look at him always so sure people would do what he wanted. Unbeknownst to either of them Sonny sunk Carly's the entire case unknowingly winning for Jax.

Present day

He watched her and Jax he was happy after everything he put her through she was happy"Hey Jax, Gris how's it going thanks for having us "Felix sr says greeting the couple as he and his new wife Yuliana hugged them as well. When he turned back to her shocked" NO FREAKING WAY WE'RE GONNA BE GRANDPARENTS "he shouted making his ex wife and his wife laugh as she shook her head. Before he went to congratulate them screaming as he hugged his son happy for them as father and son both cried when Felix sr.

Embraced Omayra putting his hand on her stomach "Oye chamacito this your grandpa Felix I'm so excited to meet you wow Grisy we're gonna be grandparents Papi is gonna be so happy. You told your grandfather" Felix sr asked his oldest son "yeah papa found out earlier it gave the old man just what he needed "Jr responds.

As Felix sr hugged his ex wife who wiped away his tears"look you got your father crying"Griselda said to their oldest son,"Bueno perfect timing then Griselda can I talk to you for a minute"Felix sr asked. Making his wife and ex wife look at him he winked at his wife who nodded as Griselda watched him suspiciously as did his son and Omayra.

Before walking away with her ex husband as her father looked at Jax and smiled. As he turned to Yuliana "What's that about" Jax asked she shook her head then made the zipper references to her lips. Meanwhile they sat down not too far away from their new partners and her father who she wanted to keep an eye on.

As his little brothers watched trying to figure what was going on"he said as they laughed. And they do now I know for a fact because all of us spend a lot of time with each other for Griselda's boys and Josslyn believe it or not they come to her volleyball games and cheer her on.

They are a part of your daughter's support system every day. You know what Griselda is the only reason that I gave you shared custody it was her constantly on your behalf telling me that Josslyn needed you at these moments in her life.
