Angel and Cordelia were driving to the movie theater where Prue Piper and Phoebe were waiting for them. They decided to have a night where they could just hang out together and didn't have to go demon hunting. They could just have fun. There was only one problem. "I still don't think this is a good idea" Angel said to Cordelia who was in the passenger seat. Cordelia rolled her eyes. "Babe we already bought the tickets besides once they're together they will see that this whole break up was stupid and they should be together" she said. Angel shook his head. Cordelia and Phoebe had come up with a plan to try to get Prue and Andy back together. Maybe Angel was old fashioned but he thought they should work It out themselves. It wasn't any of their business. It was for Prue and Andy to figure out. When he said that he got shut down by both Cordelia and Phoebe who set this up anyway. Angel tried again.
"Just because Andy is living with us right now doesn't mean we should get involved in his love life" Angel said. Andy was living with them right now. He was on the couch out in their living room. When Cordelia heard about what happened her and Phoebe talked about it and they came up with this plan. Honestly Angel was just looking forward to a nice quiet night with his fiancée and friends. He didn't really want to deal with the drama this was going to bring. "They haven't talked since their break up. We are just giving them a little push in the right direction. Trust me Angel they will thank us by the end of the night" Cordelia said. "Or they will hate our guts" Angel said under his breath. Angel could feel Cordelia glaring at him and didn't look in her direction. They finally arrived and Angel parked the car. Angel and Cordelia got out and waited for Andy and Doyle to arrive. Andy was picking up Doyle so he had taken his car.
"Remember Andy thinks it's just the four of us so don't say anything until we get to the theater" Cordelia said. Angel shook his head. "I don't know don't you think this kind of wrong" Angel asked. Now Cordelia shook her head. "Not at all. Prue and Andy are our friends. It's our job to help them" she said. "I don't think their going to see it that way" Angel said. Cordelia got close to Angel and grabbed his leather duster and pulled him closer. She started kissing him. "If you play along I promise I will make it worth your while tonight" Cordelia said. Angel looked at her unsure. "I thought you said no sex because Andy is literally sleeping right outside our bedroom" Angel said. Cordelia nodded. "I did but if you do this for me we can have all the fun you want tonight. I'll even wear the lace top you like so much you know the one you said you like that shows off all of my curves perfectly" she said. Angel's eyes grew wide. "Really" he said. Cordelia nodded. She got close to his ear so she could whisper. "I'll even go braless" she whispered.
Angel's eyes grew really wide and his pants got tighter. Andy and Prue were his friends but him and Cordelia hadn't had sex in a week since Andy moved in and she was offering it up to him on a silver platter. Plus she was going to wear his favorite piece of lingerie she owned. BRALESS. He had to go along with this rouse. Andy and Doyle arrived and parked behind Angel and Cordelia. Andy and Doyle had gotten out and walked over to Angel and Cordelia. Andy zipped up his leather jacket as their was a chill in the air. "Ready" Doyle asked. Cordelia nodded her head. "Yea let's go" she said putting her arm through Angels. "You guys were right. I needed to get out I think this is going to be good for me and help me get my mind off my break up with Prue" Andy said. Angel looked at Cordelia and she just gave him a look that told him to be quiet. "Yea it'll be fun. Just the four of us hanging out. No one else will be here" Doyle said and Cordelia turned around glaring at Doyle which he knew meant for him to shut up.
Phoebe walked over to Prue and Piper and shook the eight ball in her hand. It said "ask again later". "Ask again later. Hello vague. How am I supposed to plan my future without a little direction" Phoebe asked. "You who can see the future is now looking toward a magic eight ball" Prue said. "My visions don't help me remember" Phoebe said. "Look at this what a coincidence running into you guys here" Cordelia said as her Angel Doyle and Andy walked up to the three sisters. Prue glared at Phoebe while Andy looked over at Angel Cordelia and Doyle. "I'm sorry" Angel mouthed to Andy. Phoebe turned to their friends. "It's great to see you guys which I didn't know was going to happen" she said. Prue and Andy rolled their eyes. Andy looked at Prue. "Hi" he said smiling at her. "Hi" she said smiling back. Cordelia saw the eight ball in Phoebe's hands. "Is that an eight ball" she asked. Phoebe nodded. "Yea I just bought it" she said. "Why" Doyle asked.
"To help me plan my future but it won't give me any direction" Phoebe said. "Phoebe you can see the future" Andy said. "Yea but that helps the innocents not me" Phoebe said. "Let me try" Cordelia said. Phoebe handed her the eight ball. "Will I get the part in the play I am auditioning for this week" Cordelia asked shaking the ball. Everyone looked at her. "What? I just want to know if it would be a waste of my time to go to the audition or not" she said. She looked at the ball and it said "Yes". Phoebe rolled her eyes. "It'll tell you that you'll get your audition but it won't help me with planning my future" Phoebe said frustrated. "Don't worry Phoebe it doesn't work. These magic eight balls are a joke" Angel said. "Will me and Angel get married" Cordelia said shaking it. It said "Signs point to yes". Angel rolled his eyes. "I didn't need a magic eight ball to tell me that" he said kissing Cordelia. "I've got an idea"
Piper said walking over to Cordelia.
"Why don't we ask it if Prue and Andy will get back together" Piper asked. Cordelia smiled shaking it. Angel rolled his eyes. "Oh Cordelia please don't" Prue said. "Yea guys we don't need some magic eight ball to tell us if we'll get back together" Andy said. Cordelia Phoebe Piper Angel and Doyle all looked at what it said. "Ooh interesting" Phoebe said. "Very" Piper said. Prue and Andy leaned in to look but Cordelia shook it. "You guys are cruel" Prue said taking the ball from Cordelia. "Not cool guys" Andy said. Cordelia laughed. "Like I said those balls are never accurate" Angel said. All of a sudden Piper's beeper went off from her pocket. "Ask it what a day off feels like" Piper said looking at her beeper. "That was my boss Martin I have to get back to the restaurant" Piper said. "Your kidding" Prue said. "There's a convention in town and business is just crazy" Piper said. "I thought you just did two double shifts in a row" Doyle said.
"He's working you to death Piper" Phoebe said. "I thought that you were going to talk to Martin about this weeks ago" Prue said. "I never got around to it" Piper said calling the restaurant. "Well tell him to stuff it. Tell him your taking the night off and that's that" Phoebe said. "I know your right I will" Piper said. "Hello Martin. No I know what you want but… OK no it's no problem I'll be right there" Piper said as everyone looked at each other. Phoebe shook her head as Piper hung up her phone and put it away. "Wow you told him" Prue said. "Piper you really need to talk to him. That's too much for anyone" Andy said. "Yea I know I will" Piper said. "Hey do you want me to call him and tell him to go shove it" Cordelia asked. Angel shook his head. "I don't think that would be a good idea" he said. Doyle nodded in agreement. "Yea Piper just wants a night off not to lose her job like I did" he said. "Yea I think your boss at the store you worked at said he never wanted to see you there again" Angel said laughing.
Cordelia slapped Angel on the chest. "Beware the wrath of Piper" Phoebe mocked. "I will talk to him eventually" Piper said. Everyone laughed. "I've got to go" Piper said walking away. "Wait Piper I'll walk you to the car. It's safer" Phoebe said walking after her. Cordelia looked at Prue and Andy. "I forgot something at the car and me Angel and Doyle are going to get it" Cordelia said smiling at them. Angel looked at her. "I'll stay here. You and Doyle can go to the car" he said. Cordelia leaned in close to his ear. "You remember what we talked about with tonight? Come to the car or you can forget about that" Cordelia whispered giving Angel a serious look. Angel turned to Prue and Andy. "We'll be right back" he said walking away with Cordelia and Doyle. Prue rolled her eyes. "I guess we'll stay here" she said. Andy and Prue stood there in awkward silence. "So how have things been" Andy said trying to start a conversation. Prue nodded her head. "They've been good. Nothing too exciting" Prue said.
Angel Cordelia and Doyle came back five minutes later and Prue and Andy had moved up in the line. Prue and Andy were having a conversation. "At least their talking" Cordelia whispered to Angel. "Hi guys were back. Hope were not interrupting anything" Cordelia said. Andy shook his head. "No we were just talking. You know two friends having a conversation" he said. "Did you get what you went to the car for" Prue asked. Cordelia nodded and opened her purse. Inside was a bunch of candy. "Your going to sneak that in" Andy asked. Cordelia nodded. "She does this every time we go to the movies" Angel said. "Yea she even did it when we double dated…" Doyle started to say but then a vision hit him. He held his head and almost fell to the floor but Angel caught him. "Is he OK" Andy asked. "He's having a vision" Cordelia asked. "Looks painful" Prue said. Angel nodded. "His visions are different from Phoebes. They cause him pain" he said. Doyle looked up at his four friends.
"What did you see" Angel asked. "Some guy getting a hole burned into his head" Doyle said. "Where" Cordelia asked. "A parking garage" Doyle said. Just then they heard cop cars pass by. "You don't think that could be where they're headed do you" Andy asked. "Only one way to find out" Prue said as they all ran in the direction the cop cars went. They arrived at the same time as Piper and Phoebe. "Oh my god" Prue said. "That's the guy I saw in my vision. We were too late" Doyle said. "Phoebe you saw this murder too right" Piper said. Phoebe shook her head and walked up to the guy. "No not this one. I think I saw the next one" Phoebe said. They all looked at each other. Their quiet demon less night was ruined.
