Present
Andy walked through the halls of Buckland's. Him and Prue had a lunch date planned during his lunch break from work. He made it to her office and saw Prue looking at a bracelet. "Hey Prue ready to go to lunch" he asked. Prue smiled at him. "Andy hi" she said going over and giving him a kiss. "I just have to finish cataloging these items. It'll only be like five minutes" she said. "OK" Andy said smiling at her. Prue put the bracelet she was holding down and picked up a locket. She examined it and then opened it. Smoke came out of the locket and the door slammed shut causing both her and Andy to jump and turn toward the door. "What the hell was that" Andy asked. Just then a man appeared in front of the door looking like he was from the fifteenth century or something. "At last freedom" the man said. Prue looked down at the locket while Andy looked at Prue confused. She shrugged her shoulders. "The world has changed. What time is this" the man asked.
"Excuse me" Prue said. "Where am I" the man asked. "The better question is who are you" Andy asked placing a hand on his gun at his hip. "Matthew Tate" Matthew said turning to Prue. "If you're the one who freed me from that locket you are a descendant of Melinda Warren. Tell me are Angelus and Darla still around in your time" Matthew asked. Prue and Andy looked at each other. After they didn't say anything Matthew started to move closer to them. "Freeze. Don't take another step forward" Andy said pulling out his gun. Matthew laughed. "Your not going to get in the way of my revenge" he said as he moved forward and before Andy could pull the trigger Prue squinted her eyes and Matthew was thrown across the room. He hit the door hard and fell to the floor. "Thank you" he said. "For what" Prue asked. Matthew stood up. Andy was still pointing his gun at him. "I tricked you into using your power on me. Now I have it" Matthew said.
Matthew squinted his eyes at Prue's chair and it pinned her against the wall. She dropped the locket. "Prue" Andy yelled. Matthew squinted his eyes again and Andy's gun flew out of his hand. Matthew blinked and disappeared. Prue pushed the chair away from herself. "Where'd he go" Andy asked as Prue ran to him. "I'm right here" he said from next to Andy. As Andy turned to look at him, Matthew punched him sending him flying across the room. Andy hit the wall hard and landed on the floor unconscious. "Andy" Prue yelled as she went to check on him. "He'll be fine. I don't want him. I want you and those backstabbing vampires" Matthew said. Prue looked up at him and glared. "How did you do that" Prue asked. "I can share your powers but you can't share mine" Matthew said walking towards Prue. "What do you want" Prue asked backing away from him. "I want what Melinda took from me. I want all three powers back" he said grabbing Prue.
"Save yourself. Stop time" Matthew said. "I can't" Prue said. "Ahh so you're not alone. There are others" Matthew said. Prue didn't answer. Andy woke up and saw Matthew holding Prue. He saw his gun laying across the room and crawled over to it. Matthew blinked over to Prue's desk and picked up her nameplate. "The family name is now Halliwell" Matthew said turning to Prue. "Prue get back" Andy yelled as he stood up. Matthew put the nameplate back on the desk and looked at the window. He squinted his eyes and the window broke. Andy started shooting at him as he ran towards the window. He jumped out the window. Prue and Andy stared shocked. They ran to the window and watched as Matthew landed on the ground completely unharmed. A man reading the newspaper looked up at Matthew shocked. Matthew looked at him and walked away. The man looked up at the building trying to find where that strange man fell from. Matthew took a hot dog from a table and took a bite out of it. Everyone watched as the strange man walked away. Prue and Andy looked down at the street shocked. "I'll call this in" Andy said. "I'll warn the others" Prue said. They both nodded and left the office. This demon was a threat to all of them and it was going to take them all to stop him.
