I can honestly say, I had been planning to do a story like this but only found one that I feel works. P (Warning messed up version of the View of Quirks.)

This has nothing to do with my Sly Cooper crossover, this story is completely separate and another My Hero Academia crossover, though I may do another cross over for Kamen Rider.

:Story Start:

World of Quirks-UA Academia-USJ facility.

In a world of Quirks, where everyone evolves an ability, a strange super power, students learn how to follow this world's biggest career of this world is that of Hero Work. Real life super heroes protecting everyone from those who use their power to hurt others.

Currently being led by two teachers and are licensed heroes, EraserHead, capable of erasing the quirks of others. The second teacher looking like a chubby astronaut, this is Thirteen, the black hole hero, capable to vacuum all matter like a black hole through the slots of her hands. The two teachers stood guard in front of a class of trainee heroes of different shapes and sizes from a black cloud as an army of villains arrived being led by four, a white haired man covered in fake hands, the second was a living cloud made of shadow, the third was a muscular bird face black figure wearing shorts and the fourth was a young girl with a froggy appearance and neutral face. Behind them the majority of the villains appeared to be 'twins' with each other holding strange barrelled guns which would fired from both sides of their fists.

EraserHead glared at them as he says, "Thirteen," his voice was husky, "Protect the students,"

One of the students, wearing a blue Chinese martial arts suit and giant fists ready to fight says, "Sensei, can you fight them all?"

EraserHead lowered his strange yellow goggles over his eyes while his bandage scarf was raised over his mouth as he says, "I am not a one trick pony. For now focus on getting out of here and contact the other teachers," with that Eraser Head rushed forward down several dozen steps leading to the army of villains only he was forced to stop as a skylight between the hero and the villains.

The cause was three figures falling down on wires connected to silver grapples that look like buckles. The three were dressed in primary colours as they landed in front of the Villains. The one in yellow was female as she wore a gothic suit, with a yellow butterfly mask, though she wore white gloves bob cut hair style and a tiny top hat clipped to her hair. The one in blue wore a three piece suit only with baggy pants with the sparrow blue mask, with short dark blue hair. The one in red, he also wore a red suit that was patterned, though his mask covered a bit more of his face as it covered his cheeks, and with a laid back posture and green hair under his red top hat.

The one with the hands asks, "Who are these Enemy Characters."

Red smirks and says, "We are just a group of travelling thieves," he drew a business card as he says, "We are taking your treasure."

Hands simply says, "What treasure?"

"Not talking to you," Red states and throughs the cards at the Froggy teen girl, it cut the girls cheek and he screamed a very male voice as their body warped before was replaced with a very chubby frog monster, "We are talking to your Gangler friend!"

The Frog Gangler shouts, "Who are you?"

"Lupine Red!" Red introduces himself adjusting his gloved hand as the villains all with the same face, removed their disguises appearing to be shot up blue sailors.

Blue waved in front of his face, "Lupine Blue!"

Yellow did a small twist and raised her right leg as she says, "Lupine Yellow!"

"Kaitou Sentai!" red starts before the group says together, "Lupine Ranger!"

The Frog Gangler shouts, "Shoot them!" all minions that appeared to be the same creature opened fire as the Gangler laughs while EraserHead had leaped to the side to avoid being shot.

-Lupine Ranger!- was shouted by an unknown voice as in Red, Blue and Yellow had been replaced with a black and their colour suits with capes and top hat themed helmets. Each holding a white gun. Red simply says, "All those that are human I suggest you leave." The human Villains were all moved by the dark shadow figure while all that remained was Hands and Birdhead remained as Red looked over his shoulder and says, "Go help your students."

Eraserhead frowns before doing just that when he noticed in the boat rescue zone a glacier appeared filled with villains who had been swimming in the water around a boat. Eraserhead then looked to the Mountain zone and rushed towards there when he noticed yellow lightning.

Hands says, "Kill them already before All Might shows up."

Red froze and shouts, "All Might is coming here?" only to have to duck as the Gangler Thugs rushed forward to attack the Lupine Rangers. Red leaned back before spinning his gun and shot several thugs easily. Blue preformed a spin kick before shooting the Frog Gangler between the eyes. Yellow leaped forward and rolls avoiding the thugs before finding a rock and throws it towards the Frog Gangler and shot the rock causing it to burst and knocks the Frog Gangler down painfully. The three Lupine Rangers were flipping around and destroying all the thugs leaving only the Frog Gangler remaining.

Blue says, "Only you remain monster," and appears to adjust his mask under his helmet.

Yellow with some cheer says, "The Gangler's safe is on his back."

With that Red simply rushed forward and slides under the Gangler as Blue and Yellow open fire on the Gangler as Red held him down before revealing a red jet toy and placed it on the Gangler's safe, -1!8!4! Chime- the safe opened revealing a small humanoid figure that Red collects easily and leaps back.

The Frog Gangler shouts, "No, give that back!"

Red Shoots the Gangler point blank in the face knocking it away before it tried using some frog like abilities only to freak out when it did not work and he shouts in a panic. Blue and Yellow were now standing besides Red as he concealed the strange treasure before placing the red jet onto his gun and the weapon says, -Red!- with that the three Lupine Ranger's aimed at the Frog Gangler as their weapons charged with energy.

The Frog Gangler shouts, "You can't do this to me, I am your better!"

Red simply says, "We don't care," before the three fired a full energy blast each at the Gangler destroying him in a large explosion. Red finishes with a simple, "Forever more, Aduie!" and turns intending to walk away only for the trio to be stopped by a purple mist with glowing yellow eyes.

Hands spoke, "Kuragiri, did you kill the children?"

"No, he showed up," Kuragiri states as from the top of the stairs was the smiling visage of the Symbol of Piece, wearing his red white and blue uniform bodysuit, his blonde hair billowing in the shaking air after the explosion and a smirk adjourning his face. This is All Might and he was late to work today due to his compulsive need to save the day whenever he can.

All Might spoke, "To think that my tardiness would endanger my students during the first week of school," he cracked his knuckles and says, "Though I do need to practice enforcing discipline."

Hands glared at All Might through his hand mask as he says, "Nomu, destroy him!"

Birdhead or Nomu as he is called rushed to fight All Might, only for Nomu to be shot by Lupin Red multiple times as he says, "I forgot the other reason we are here for," he aims at Hands and says, "Your boss, All for One, where can we find him?"

Hands gets angry before rushing Lupin Red with his hand extended only for Lupin Blue to catch the hand with an upside down sword with claw on the handle. Hands goes to grab Blue with his other hand only for Yellow to capture the other hand with the same type of weapon while Red had his own version of the weapon to threaten Hands with a sword to his neck. Hands growls and says, "You are all dead heroes."

Red huff and says, "We are not heroes, we are thieves and we know what we want. Now tell us where your boss is before I decide to make you useless to your master."

Nomu was fighting All Might along with a Kuragiri as All Might had gone to slam Nomu face down into the ground only for the Warp Quirk user to portal Nomu so that he was stabbing All Might in his sides painfully and drawing blood. All Might struggled before Red Aimed at Nomu's hand and fired severing the appendage for All Might to escape getting cut in half.

Hands growled angrily at Red as he struggled to free himself to touch one of them. Red simply asks again, "Where is he?" Hands simply shouted expletives at Red for him to sigh and suddenly cut off Hands' left hand under where it was being held. Yellow having the severed hand screams at the sight before flinging the hand away and out of sight. Red looks to Yellow and says, "Really?"

Yellow appeared to blush through her helmet as she says, "Sorry, not use to the sight of blood," shivering a bit at bad memories.

Red nods and says, "Step back for a bit," Yellow steps back as Hands had fallen to his knees in pain as Red continued, "We know that he is at the Nomu factory, where is it?"

Hands grits his teeth as Nomu to the side had his hand grow back as it was about to rush Lupin Red only for All Might to get in the way as he began wailing on the creature. Kamigiri though had been caught by two individuals, one with red hair and suit, his skin looking to be made of rock, while next to him was a white haired male with skin made of metal also holding down the Warp user. Though it was that point a multi coloured hair student created a ice along the ground that forced Lupin Red, Blue and Yellow to release Hands and get back as All Might proceeded to wail on the Nomu creature until he shot off like a meteor at high speeds out the roof of the building.

Red notices that Hands was freed and a couple of the Gangler's thugs came back out and shot at the two holding Kamigiri knocking them back while only leaving a bruise on their chests. The two coloured male student created a barrier of ice with his right foot around his two classmates as they avoided being shot again.

Hands glared at them before the main doors opened and the rest of the school faculty arrived to arrest the defeated villains around the facility as All Might barely winded took a step towards Hands and Kamigiri expecting them to attack. The two thugs that attacked the students both received shots to the head curtsy of Red and Blue.

Hands shook with rage before saying, "Kamigiri we are leaving," as a portal was created behind them and they walked through, it closed before All Might could reach it.

Red, Blue and Yellow sighs as Red spoke, "Guess we will have to try again later," and started to walk away only to roll forward as a series of bullets started chasing them. The three started running quickly before Red Shifted his white weapon, turning the front half ninety degrees before reversing it and then aiming up and firing turning the small red jet into a giant red jet with cables for them to escape with. All Might would have followed but he needed to ensure his students were okay.

That night-After the USJ incident-National Heroes Association Head Meeting room

At a large table deep in the NHA head quarters, nine figures were sitting around a large table listening to the tenth member in the room, showing a drawn picture of the Frog Gangler along with a drawn picture of its human form was shown on the screen, "Today there was a sighting of the Criminals known as the Lupin Rangers. It was discovered they were targeting this creature for an as of yet unknown reason. Though according to the reactivated security systems of the building, they recorded the Lupin Ranger's interaction with the leader of the human Villains. It was recorded that they were searching for All For One."

That caused a stir amongst everyone in the darkened room as the one at the head of the table asks, "For what purpose?"

The person leading the presentation simply says, "They refered to knowing that he was where they made the creature known as Nomu, who caused All Might some trouble. Once the rest of UA's faculty arrived the Villains escaped while the Lupin Rangers avoided Snipe's shoots before escaping in a miniaturised Custom Red Jet that expanded to full size." The screen behind him changed to show pictures of the Lupine Rangers and the drawings of their masked faces, "As you all know, any attempt to identify the Lupine Rangers has been revealed to be impossible for reasons we have yet to discover."

The head figure at the table asks, "What plans have we made to apprehend them?"

The head of the presentation answered, "Unfortunately, with the presence of these Ganglers and the fact this one had the human form of one Tsuyu Asui, a victim of the Mass Ice Disappearance attack two years ago. We believe that these Ganglers are the bigger threat and should be dealt with."

"Then the capture of the Lupin Ranger's are paramount," the table head states in urgency and stands intending to leave.

He was stopped when the man presenting spoke next, "Actually we have been in contact with the NHA of France, and they have equipment that we believe the Lupin Ranger may have stolen the designs of," the images behind him change revealing wire frame designs of four vehicles and the same gun as the Lupin Rangers.

Town of Mustafar-Bistro Cafe-Morning the next day

Morning in a little out of the way cafe, filled with colourful decor, delicious coffee and pastries that are the definition of divine. This was the civilian cover for the Lupin Rangers as in the civilian guises they are just staff of the little cafe, that they also live in. Yellow, otherwise known as Ochako Uraraka, with bandages covering her hands and wearing simply civilian clothes, was serving drinks at tables. Blue, otherwise known as Iida Tenya, was handling the till as patrons easily bought cakes and coffee to go. In the kitchen baking for the next day was a green haired woman that was rather short compared to everyone and slightly plump as she mixed batter and baked cakes, this is Inko Midoriya and mother to Red. Red was working that day as he was in the apartment upstairs for an unknown reason.

It would be when the work day started when business slowed down as their patrons left to work with intentions of coming for lunch. Ochako was collecting cups as the door opened and an elderly bald man wearing a butler's uniform arrived holding a large book. Everything was silent as Iida spoke, "Mister Kogure. I see that you are in good health," he says as he walks out from behind the register to see that his legs were being braced as he walks.

Kogure smiles lightly and says, "Of course, taking care of oneself is important when serving ones family. But I take it that the Gangler was defeated?"

Ochako hums in acknowledgement before saying, "Yeah, but he did not have a Collection Piece."

Kogure blinks and asks, "What?" with that he was led up stairs where they found their third team member, wearing red shoes and simple shirt and pants, this is Izuku Midoriya. Izuku was leaning on the wall next to a door leading to one of the bedrooms. Kogure asks, "What did the Gangler have in their safe?"

Izuku silently opened the door and inside sleeping under a blanket was one Tsuyu Asui, alive and well. Izuku states, "It had her face as a disguise," Tsuyu appeared to awaken causing the four to don their masks, black opera mask for Kogure, Izuku moved to sit next to Tsuyu and waited for her to awaken. Ochako walked away to get some water for the girl. Tsuyu goes to sit up slowly before Izuku spoke to her, "You may want to hold the blanket up to cover yourself, you are kind of naked at the moment."

Tsuyu blinks before holding the blanket to cover herself as she asks, "Where am I, ribbit?" everyone blinked at the strange wording.

Izuku asks, "What is the last thing you remember?"

Tsuyu thought deeply before speaking with a neutral tone and sounding somewhat froggy, "I was at the beach with my family when it suddenly became cold."

Izuku looks at the girl, who appeared two years younger than him as he says, "That was two years ago," Tsuyu heard that before her eyes rolled into the back of her head and fainted. Izuku sighs before commenting to everyone, "The question now is does this change anything?"

Iida and Ochako hums in thought before Ochako comments, "Stealling the Gangler's treasure before destroying them. So not really only we are saving more lives then we thought."

Iida notices Izuku's haunted look as he asks, "What do you think? Red?"

Izuku's eyes narrow before he says, "We don't know enough on why they used a human instead of a collection piece."

This caused everyone to frown before Kogure says, "I will organise Miss Asui's return to her family," with that he pulled out an envelope and says, "Though this one may take longer than normal," with that they took the envelope and looked at its contents. Down the hall Inko watched the three with concern but understood why each of them had to do this.

Iida Tenya's story-towards the end of the Mass Ice Disappearance.

Iida Tenya, quirk engine, he has engines inside his shins that increase his speed and kicking power and is fuelled by citrus. He is the younger brother to the hero known as Ingenium, who is the head of his Hero Agency with over fifty sidekicks patrolling the city of Hosu. It was the middle of Summer and Iida was assisting his brother with the Agency's work by making coffees for everyone and learning a bit about paperwork and rules regarding Hero Work. In Iida's case he could observe but not participate in Hero work. Iida was also using this time to practice using his Quirk in his Brother's private gym that had treadmills to increase his speed.

It was evening as his brother in an armoured suit was drinking some coffee before heading off to night patrol. All the sidekicks were at the building for shift change when suddenly the room started to get colder much to Iida's confusion, he believed that the air conditioners may be broken only that was not the case. As Iida gasps in surprise as suddenly everyone was being covered in ice except for Iida and his brother. Igenium placed his helmet on only to get shot in the back as a figure looking to be made of a frozen skeleton with a sombrero and a gold safe on each thigh. Igenium was frozen solid in a small glacier of ice. Iida saw the villain and rushed him to quickly knock the villain out only once the full power kick collided, it partially froze as he was knocked back to the ground. Iida was on the ground as this ice based Gangler laughed at him before freezing his other shin and crushing the two engine blocks in his legs causing him to scream in pain as he was left alone as all the Ice blocks shattered with their contents. The Gangler walked away with a pronounced whistle as he walked away and vanished.

Ochako Uraraka's story-a couple weeks before the end of the Mass Ice Disappearance

Ochako was walking home after getting an 'A' on her most recent test. She was aiming for the top in her school so she could enrol in a Hero School to help her parents in the future. For now though she just needed to head home for the day and do some research on improving Quirks like hers.

Ochako Uraraka, Quirk: Zero Gravity, everything she touches with all her finger tips of one hand can turn weightless until she touches all her finger tips together. If she had her Hero License then she could help her family's construction business by cutting the cost of heavy machinery.

Ochako was walking home when she was stopped at the sight that greeted her of several people stuck inside small Glaciers with several people walking around them in confusion. One such person was from her school, she had never met them before as she spotted the Ice Gangler aiming at the girl from her school. Ochako rushed to push the other girl out the way only, the girl had been grazed and covered in ice along with the palms of Ochako's hands. Her hands were stuck as she heard a pronounced whistle before all the glaciers shattered and she fell to her knees screaming in pain as they bleed badly and she needed to go to the hospital.

Izuku Midoriya's story-The day before the Mass Ice Disappearance

Izuku Midoriya, Quirk: non-existent. Izuku's life since he turn four has been nothing but a pain and misery. He was told that his dreams were pointless without a quirk at the age of four. Then for years his best friend became his biggest bully, while everyone around him besides his mother, would also become a bully in that they saw him as less than human. Teachers grading him poorly even though his grades were the best in the school's history. His fellow students would practice their quirks on him and even use it as an excuse to bully him, even if their quirk was something simple and without power, such as a mutation quirk that changed only a small part of the body. Even shop owners started over charging him for groceries and such. It all came to a head as on this day he finally cracked under the pressure and stood on the roof of the school intending to jump.

Izuku was standing on the building's edge staring into the city as a crowd of students shouted for him to jump cheering for his death. Except for one in particular as the doors to the roof was blasted open by an explosive blonde haired teen Izuku's age who spoke, "Deku! What the hell are you doing!?"

Izuku or Deku as his biggest bully called him, was silent having no words for his biggest tormentor and started to walk off the roof only for the blonde to rush forward and pull him back. Izuku suddenly punched the blonde enough to give him a black eye and to lose a tooth. Izuku continued to glare before returning to the roof's edge.

The Blonde simply says, "What is wrong with you? You are never like this!"

Izuku paused at that before saying, "What do you care? I have nothing to do with you."

"I care when you are threatening my chances of going to a hero school," the blonde states in anger.

Izuku simply says, "Really I am just a Quirkless loser that is just following the instructions of my 'betters.' So how about you let someone who doesn't want to be saved go," Izuku turned back to step off the building when a loud crunch stopped him.

Izuku and the blonde looked to the side to see a man wearing blue, frost bitten lips and hair, eating ice cubes on a cold winter day, wearing a poncho and sombrero. The strange man says, "Keep going I want to watch."

The Blonde growled before charging the ice eater as the man suddenly transformed and into the Ice Gangler and shot the blonde causing Izuku's eyes to widen as he shouts, "Kachan!"

"Kachan? I thought his name was Bakugo Katsuki, he matched the profile I stole," the Ice Gangler states as he drops a single page of information. Izuku's eyes widened at the sight of the NHA logo on the top. The Ice Gangler suddenly grabbed the front of Izuku's shirt and held him over the edge of the building. Izuku struggled as everyone below watched in 'aw' though a couple heroes in the crowd thought it would be a good time to intervene only they would be the next couple victims.

"Who are you?" Izuku asks in desperation.

The ice Gangler laughs and says, "I am Zimego! And I have a job to do!" before throwing Izuku off the roof though a random civilian gestured to him creating a barrier of air, that Izuku bounced off of and would survive the fall with only a few broken bones, but would spend months in a coma.

The days before the three met-Six weeks since the end of the six month Mass Ice Disappearance.

Izuku awoke to his heartbeat monitor, as he found his bones had been mended after an extended time in a coma. He looked to the side and saw his mother sleeping on the chair next to him. Izuku looks to the side where he sees some open curtains to a large hospital ward. Izuku looks towards the roof before removing the mask covering his face in annoyance and just remained silent as he took several deep breaths to remind himself how to breath. He just lied there on the bed deep in thought as eventually a nurse arrived and noticed Izuku before rushing to get a doctor. What came next for Izuku was a blur as Doctors asked him questions and he answered with a somewhat dry throat but managed. Never noticing Kogure keeping a close eye on him.

His mother was so happy that he was alive and well, though she missed when Izuku stole her phone before heading off to get something for him to drink. Izuku would look at the news reports and saw reports about the incident at his high school where a villain attack caused the disappearance of a child and several heroes and the injury of an unknown civilian. Though he did notice one online video that would be constantly taken down showing what he tried to do that day. Izuku was sitting up against doctor's orders after learning what the world found important.

He would spend a couple more days reviewing everything and somehow recovering faster than anyone would expect. When he was invited to join some fellow youths who had been injured in the same incident. Izuku was pushed in a wheelchair to a balcony where a circle of chairs were seen with several teenagers sitting as a doctor was sitting with them says, "Today we have a new member joining the group," he was smiling and it pissing Izuku off. Izuku was parked opposite the doctor that Izuku recognised from when he was four. Izuku looked around with an angry look, he noticed one he would later learn are named Iida Tenya and Ochako Uraraka. Along with several others who were fully dressed in civilian clothes, while Iida was sitting with braces on his leads and holding crutches whole Ochako's hands were fully bandaged concealing her hands completely. The Doctor continued, "Now I want everyone to say their name and what they lost."

Iida and Ochako flinched at that as around the circle everyone introduced themselves about how they lost a loved one or friend. When it reached Iida he simply says, "I lost my brother and I will never be able to run again," Izuku noticed the exhaust pipes on the back of the hospital grade braces on his legs.

Izuku comments, "Your brother, is he Ingenium?" Iida was surprised but nodded at the question. Everyone started talking about some stuff they know about Ingenium or heroes in general from Hosu.

Everyone was calmed down by the doctor then has everyone continue talking about what they lost, eventually it was Ochako's time to talk, "I lost my quirk," that made Izuku raise an eyebrow but say nothing. She had lost a fundamental piece of her identity, which Izuku knew would be a detriment to the rest of her life.

The group had a couple more people before the doctor spoke again, "Well that is everyone besides our newest member. Now could you introduce yourself and what your Quirk is," the doctor gave a tired smile but lost it shortly after seeing the look in Izuku's eyes.

Izuku glared at the Doctor before saying, "No. Let me tell you what I lost," everyone was curious at what he had to say, "Nothing! Now if you don't mind, I never want to see your face again," with that Izuku started wheeling back into the hospital himself with an amount of Effort a coma patient should not have.

The Doctor quickly grabbed the wheelchair and says, "I am sorry but this is mandatory for your recovery."

Izuku grabbed the hand and broke it as he says, "Forget it! Never going to happen!" and wheeled back into the hospital very bitter and unknowingly getting Iida and Ochako to follow him back inside. Izuku rolled away before crashing in a sense as he found himself stuck before growling angrily and climbing out the damn wheel chair and walking away using the hand rails to move back to his room only to collapse and have Ochako's bandaged hands assist him in standing. Izuku was silent he was helped to his room where he could lay back down on his bed tired. Izuku finally said, "Thank you."

Iida adjusted his glasses before saying, "What did you mean, when you said that you lost nothing?"

Izuku sighs as Ochako was curious, "I was born Quirkless."

Ochako looked sad as she whispers, "And I was upset for losing my Quirk."

"I doubt you lost it. You just can't use it," Izuku states wisely and unknowingly providing more emotional support that she really needed. Iida nods in agreement as he still appeared to have his Quirk he just can't use it without apparently losing all use of his legs.

Ochako simply says, "Sorry."

Izuku simply says, "You have nothing to apologize for. We only met today, no point in apologizing first."

This caused the two to blink in shock before Iida asks, "Have you been discriminated against?"

"I am Quirkless," Izuku answered as it did answer the question. Izuku then went on to say, "I don't want pity I just want to be left alone."

Iida and Ochako look saddened and were about to leave when they bumped into Inko Midoriya having returned early to find Izuku in his hospital bed and two teens standing in the room. Inko asks, "Are you two friends of Izuku?"

Ochako simply says, "We were hoping to be after meeting in the failed group session."

"Oh what happened?" Inko was concerned before security arrived with the Doctor whose hand was broken and he pointed at Izuku for breaking it. Inko recognised the Doctor. The Doctor and Security found themselves raised off the ground by a very angry mother as she says, "You ruined my son's life," and they found themselves thrown away quickly as Inko closed the hospital room with her mind.

Iida blinked before commenting, "We apologize if we have caused any problems with your son's recovery," he bowed lightly in his crutches.

Inko sighs before saying, "No, you two are fine," she turned to them and they noticed her nose bleeding. Inko easily found a tissue to hold her nose as she says, "That was the Man who told my son about his lack of Quirk."

Ochako nods before stating, "Yeah, Izuku was more help then that jerk."

Izuku laughs before saying, "Please a flying turd is more helpful and stinks less," getting a smile from Ochako.

Inko says, "I am happy to hear that laugh again," Izuku was silent again before Inko had a mischievous smirk on her face as she says, "You two are on first name basis?"

Ochako blushed before saying, "Izuku never introduced himself at the group. I am Ochako Uraraka, it is nice to meet you," she bowed somewhat stiffly.

Iida still standing on his crutches simply says, "I am Iida Tenya, a pleasure," trying to bow only to find it difficult.

Inko smiles and introduces herself as her nose stops bleeding, "I am Inko Midoriya, the two of you have met my son, Izuku." Izuku waved lightly pretending to have fallen asleep. Inko continues, "Izuku does not have many friends, though Bakugo went missing."

Iida frowns before asking, "How?" having an idea.

"The day the Mass Ice Disappearances started. He was the first victim," Inko states simply.

Ochako looked to Izuku in concern only for Izuku to say, "Zamigo."

Iida blinks before saying, "You know that villains name?"

Izuku looks at him and starts whistling causing Iida and Ochako's eyes to widen in shock. Ochako even falling to her knees having a panic attack until the gloved hand of Kogure to hand her a paper bag to hyperventilate with to calm down. Everyone looks at the strange butler who appeared out of nowhere as he says, "Hello, I am the Butler of the Lupin Family and my name is Kogure."

Izuku looked at the man dead in the eyes as he asks, "What the hell do you want?" Inko was somewhat upset that her son was being rude.

Kogure smiles lightly before stating, "I understand that I have intruded. The ones that have caused you all pain are known as Ganglers and they are not human. They are monsters from another dimension," causing the four to blink.

The three teens and one adult would be moved out the hospital with all their medical bills paid in full by the Lupin family before they would begin their training to fight the Ganglers as master thieves.

The Present-Gangler Dimension-Large mansion

Inside a large room, what would be seen used for rich people parties only with more exotic foods and an Alien-like criminal organisation. The room was filled with Ganglers with different animal and object based appearances. Everything was rowdy until two entered the room, these being Destra, a large grenade shaped golem with two gold safes on each shoulder and the Leader of the Gangler family, Dogranio Yaboon, an aging Gangler with a dinosaur skeleton like appearance that was fused with an old family crime boss covered in chains that covered his golden safe on his chest. Dogranio Yaboon walked through the room with his personal guard Destra as he walked to his chair at the head of the table. Only to be stopped by a blue woman that looks like a pair of blue lips fused with a machine gun. She kneeled in front of the Gangler boss and offered to kiss his hand. Destra wanted to push her away only for his boss to allow the kiss as he says, "Gauche as lovely as ever."

Gauche laughs with a delicate voice that does not match her looks as she says, "I have been working on a project I think you will really enjoy."

Dogranio Yaboon simply says, "I will look forward to it after the announcement," he stepped over to his plush chair and groans as he takes his seat. His old age evident. The Gangler boss then started his announcement, "It has been nine hundred and ninety nine years since I gathered all the Ganglers together and conquered this world. So I have decided it is time to retire," shocking everyone even Destra but Destra accepted the decision of his boss, "Which is why in one year's time, whoever conquers the Human World or I find entertaining enough, will become my heir." This had the result of every Gangler in the room extremely happy and excited, except for one. Destra was still Dogranio Yaboon's bodyguard and he will follow that duty into death itself, though was willing to enjoy a drink with his boss.

Human World-The present-Bistro Cafe-morning

Izuku opened the envelope where he finds an address, a picture of the Gangler's human form and the Lupin Collection piece a blue lighter with the Kanji for Fire on the side. Izuku frowns as they would have to wait for the end of the day to beat this Gangler. Izuku though was going to be prepared. The last Gangler they fought, was able to leap large distances and it was expected that he was using a Lupin Collection piece. Which was why Izuku was doing research while intending to assist with the Cafe that day. Ochako was serving customers at the tables while Iida proceeded to make the coffee to go. Kogure had already left with their guest using unknown means as they all enjoyed working.

It was an hour into service when several teenagers arrived being led by a girl with pink skin and horns wearing casual clothes on their day off. Behind her was a girl with earphone jacks along with a pair of floating female clothes, a orange haired girl and finally a very tall girl with black hair. The girl with pink skin spoke up, "I knew we could find it, the reviews all said that this was the best place for cake."

Izuku stepped out and noticed the group of female guests and smiles as he begins to do his job. Though he smirks as they talk about an incident at their school, apparently they saw the Lupin Rangers fighting the villains who invaded the school. Apparently it was really exciting, as Izuku spoke with them to get some gossip apparently the Villains had shown up to kill All Might and wanted to kill the students to lure him there faster. Though apparently the police caught that Nomu guy and found Hand's hand and learning it's ability after dropping it face down on the ground where it decomposed the ground. Izuku learnt a bit about their class before he was alerted to his phone that caused him to stand quickly and run out the building leaving work to Iida and Ochako. The two just sighed as Izuku left them alone to work.

Inko having noticed Izuku's departure simply checks her phone and sees the same alert that attracted Izuku and says, "It appears a villain with a fire quirk is fighting multiple heroes."

Ochako nods and quickly excuses herself to check Kogure's envelope and would sigh.

Shopping district of Mustafar-five minutes later.

The criminal was a very average looking man who had gone missing two years ago and was now burning everything around him with Gangler thugs terrorising everyone. The Gangler shouts, "Pondermen, keep stealing the loot!" The Gangler thugs or Pondermen growl in agreement and continue to raid stores as the Gangler sets everything on fire.

The Gangler knocked back a hero that appeared to be a cross between a Fireman and a Fire Hydrant, before burning a hero with metal braces on his muscled arms.

The Gangler would have continued if a series of Red Blast, did not stop him is his tracks. Everyone looked around as the voice of Lupin Red was heard, "Garatt Nargo!" the Gangler grit 'his' teeth as he finds Lupin Red sitting on a roof and says, "I am here to steal your treasure before throwing a Lupin card at the Gangler and cutting it's cheek before it's disguise burst and was left on the ground leaving a large blue cat themed Gangler that stumbled back.

Garatt growls and says, "Lupinranger!" before creating flames in its hands and throwing fire at Lupin Red as he leaped off the roof avoiding the fireballs. Lupin Red landed near the Pondermen and used them as cover as the Gangler turned them to ash as Garatt shouts, "You ruined my disguise, do you know how much it is going to cost me to replace it?" as he continued to burn everything around it.

Lupin Red quickly rushed Garatt Nargo in order to access the safe on its chest with his small jet only to be forced to stop as a trio of heroes had arrived holding the same white gun that Lupin Red was holding. Lupin Red comments, "VS changers?"

The three were not really of renowned heroes or very popular, as they were more the devout followers of the NHA. As they pulled out three small cars of Red, Pink and Green colouring and says, "Ketsatsu Change!" before transforming into the car colours only with white instead of black, and police cap shaped visors, with an 'S' emblem on their helmets and chests. Lupin Red glares at them before they say, "By authorisation of the National Hero Association, you both are under arrest!"

Lupin Red shakes his head before shooting the Gangler suddenly before leaping into the air to kick him only for the three to shoot Lupin Red intending to focus on him instead of the Gangler. Lupin Red dodges the follow up attack as Garatt Nargo used them as a distraction to escape. Lupin Red continues to dodge as the Green figure extended a hand as if to use an ability only for him to freeze on the spot from his Quirk Backfiring on him. Pink tried to use her quirk only for her suit to start leaking out steam at every seam. Lupin Red shakes his head before using his jet to escape easily after shooting the other Red's gun from his hand. The NHA red tried to use his quirk only to fall over as he strangled himself in a suit that was suddenly too small for him.

Lupin Red easily escaped while laughing to himself with a simple comment, "They had no idea what they were doing," before he found a place to hide as he transformed back into Izuku and walked back to the cafe.

NHA-Hour after the first battle with Garatt Nargo

An emergency meeting was taking place after the disaster of a first engagement. A different person was the tenth member in the room explaining what went wrong, "After examining our team we have discovered they were all forced under the effects of their quirks. The suits stop anyone from using emitter or mutation type quirks through the suits."

The NHA head asks in anger, "Then what was the point?"

"Well the suits are able to give anyone the ability to fight these Ganglers or even villains for that matter," the presentation leader says as he concludes with, "All three have refused to use the suits and until we find three new users we cannot expect even them to be able to use their quirks through the suits."

"Then they might as well be quirkless," the NHA head says with enough 'racist' distaste that it was obvious how he felt about that.

"Well, after screening through all potential Licensed Heroes," the presenting speak spoke, "We found none that would fit the requirements. So we expanded the list to those still in a Hero Course, so we contacted Principle Nezu to get his thoughts on the matter. Instead he gave us a short list of several students who would be possible candidates for the position. After reviewing all the students suggested we have found three, whose Quirks would not be affected by the equipment, but only one is part of the Hero Coarse."

The presentation lead did not state the names of these students as instead the NHA Head simply says, "Then bring them in and arm them."

The Presentation lead though adds, "None of them have ever held a gun in their lives," only to be ignored.

Bistro Cafe-That moment

Izuku snuck back inside the Cafe, the girls from earlier had left before Izuku's return to find his fellow Lupin Rangers glaring at him as he returned from trying to get a piece of the collection. Iida says, "You should have had us go with you," his arms were crossed and he appeared angry.

"It would have looked strange if all the staff suddenly had to leave in the middle of a shift," Izuku states like he did nothing wrong, "Though I think the NHA are getting into the Collection game. Had three idiots with VS Changers transform into a police version of us only to incompacitate themselves when they tried using their quirks," this caused his fellow thieves to flinch at that thought.

Ochako though asks, "What about the collection piece?"

The bell of the door behind Izuku rung as a customer arrived and Izuku says, "Well, I am sure I will find it." Izuku turned around to see a skeletal man wearing a suit that looks to be slightly too big on him, and with tired blonde hair. Izuku smiles and says, "Mister Yagi, your regular?"

"Of course Midoriya boy," Yagi says before stepping over to a booth at the back of the cafe as Izuku makes the skeletal man a cup of green tea to calm his stressed nerves.

Izuku placed the hot tea in front of Yagi and asks, "So how was that new teaching job you were telling me about?"

Yagi, after taking a sip, simply says, "It has had its highs and lows. Mainly lows at the moment. A villain attack the school so everyone is getting a couple days to calm down before coming back in."

Izuku hums before asking, "That must have been scary. What subject do you teach again?"

Yagi froze for an unknown reason before admitting, "Well, I ah- Physical Education," he finally answered after some stress coming up with an obvious lie.

Izuku chuckles before saying, "Wow, I did not know you were so physically able," Yagi laughed along with Izuku before Izuku states, "Been a quiet day." Yagi nods before the two continue to speak for a bit before Yagi was required to head back to work. Izuku smirks lightly to himself as he says, "Well that was interesting."

Izuku walks over to Iida, who asks, "Discovering secrets again?"

"Yeah, our Mister Yagi is obviously a teacher at UA," Izuku states before saying aloud, "Probably for General Education."

Ochako notices the time and asks, "Should we go confront Garatt now?"

"No, tonight we keep watch on his base and tomorrow night we take his stolen treasure," Izuku states while Inko was saddened by the change to these threes' lives.

UA Academia-That evening

In the Principal's office of the world's most elite Hero school was the Principal himself, with a height no taller than the average four year old and appearing like a fusion of a bear, dog and rat, is Nezu the Chimera; Quirk: Super Intelligence also known as the smartest strategist on the planet. He was smart, so smart in fact that he already knew secrets that can never be shared to another soul. Currently the biggest secret he knew was the identity of the Lupin Rangers which he had been actively keeping a secret.

Currently Nezu sat at his desk drinking tea, All Might standing nearby, as he was asked to come in for this meeting of future protectors. The doors to the office opened and three first year students entered. The first was a clearly tired student with purple spiky hair. The third was a girl wearing welding goggles and fiddling with an invention of her own design. Finally was a blonde haired student who has no decernable character traits other than his Egotistical behaviour. Nezu frowns at the third one as he had barely been on his original list to the NHA.

Nezu took a deep breath and says, "Good evening, Shinso Hitoshi, Hatsume Mei and Monoma Neito. You may each be wondering why you have been called here this evening," Hitoshi and Mei wanted to know for their own individual reasons while Neito laughed and started going on a tangent about his worth. Nezu spoke up before he really got going, "The three of you have been selected by the NHA to handle the current threat to the world. With the League of Villains," All Might flinched lightly as Nezu continued, "You will be tasked with handling the Gangler threat."

Neito was in his own little world about being better then the Class 1A while Hitoshi asks, "I am not part of the Hero Course yet. Why am I here now?"

Mei spoke up next asking, "And what about my baby making time?"

Nezu chuckles before stating, "Well besides learning the equipment and training, you will have plenty of time to create your babies. Though to answer Hitoshi's question. It is very simple, as each of you may not be able to use your Quirk during these operations," Neito completely missed this as he focused on how he was the best choice.

All Might though had one thing to say, "Unfortunately this will exempt you all from Hero work until the Gangler threat is dealt with."

Hitoshi asks, "What about classes?"

Nezu smiles lightly before saying, "Unfortunately you will be placed in a harder curriculum and will be having less time off for the foreseeable future." As All Might placed a pair of cases on Nezu's desk and proceeded to open them both where they see four vehicles and three VS Changers.

Garatt Nargo's Hideout warehouse district-Afternoon the next day.

Red, Blue and Yellow, each in the civilian lupin disguises snuck their way onto the roof of Garatt's hideout, an old warehouse that had been abandoned for years due to the company owning it had no use for it. They were able to sneak in through the roof and were able to take down all the Pondermen silently as they travelled through the warehouse only stopping when Blue noticed a strangely empty and clean hall that made him grab some concrete dust and throw it forward before the three saw a laser alarm system before leaping through and avoiding the security system. They made it through the before noticing the next door was heavy security and only needed one of their little jets to open easily. They walked through the door without resistance where they found a series of booby traps in the way only to get to where they can hear Garatt. Though they notice an old vent that Red gestures for Blue and Yellow to use while Red sped ahead. He dodged swinging blades and other deadly traps that could be easily reset without any harm.

Red was outside the door leading to Garatt as he spoke to his remaining Pondermen about how he would destroy those Lupin Rangers completely distracted until he gestured to the Pondermen to attack the vent only for Red to fire quickly destroying the Pondermen before they could injure his fellow thieves. All that remained was Garatt.

Red smirks as he says, "I told you we are going to steal your treasure."

Blue agrees as he says, "Then we are going to exterminate you."

Yellow then says lightly, "Sorry for the inconvenience!" she gave a light hearted wave.

Blue and Yellow charged forward while Red slowly walked hand in pocket. Blue and Yellow had their own coloured jets ready to open Garatt's safe only when they got close they were captured by Garatt suddenly growing an extra pair of arms and was able to fight off Blue and Yellow knocking their small jets away. Red stoped his slow walk as Garatt started taunting him, "What are you going to do now? You try to help your friends and I will kill them!" Garatt laughed and Red simply fired a single shot at the roof about Garatt. The shot ricocheted off the roof dislodging a piece of concrete onto Garatt's head before the shot continued to ricochet to the wall behind Garatt and into his back launching him forward into the waiting red jet in his hand.

-3! 8! 0!- causing the safe to open and Red to grab the oversized lighter and say, "Lupin Collection Piece Retrieved!" before shooting the inside of the Gangler's safe causing him to scream in pain while Blue and Yellow had managed to escape. Yellow was patting her chest to calm her speeding heart as Red says, "Why is it that only I remember that they sometimes have nasty surprises?"

Blue adjusted his mask and says, "He only used his fire so I assumed. My apologizes."

Yellow says, "I am sorry too."

Red shrugs and says, "Well then," he reveals his red jet and says, "Lets end this," and attached the jet to his VS Changer, -Red!- before flipping the VS Changer so that the jet was the right way up. Blue and Yellow followed suit as they each inserted their Jets' activation code before they each fired as large Lupin cards and their team symbol floated around them before turning them into the Lupin Rangers. Garatt smashed his way out the building forcing the Lupin Rangers to chase him with their special swords drawn as they landed ahead of Garatt ready to end him.

The Lupin Rangers stepped stepped forward only to stop as Red, Green and Pink bolts hit the ground at their feet. The Lupin Rangers looked to the side to see Hitoshi, Mei and Neito, wearing modified jump suits, with the letters NHA on the back. Hitoshi had red accents, Mei having pink and Neito having green. The Lupin Rangers though noticed they were holding the same VS Changers as the previous group. Neito stepped forward holding the Green VS Vehicle, "By the authority of the National Hero Association, you all are under arrest."

Hitoshi and Mei raised their own VS Vehicles and all three say together, "Keisatsu Change!" and with that they fired creating a large badge wallet with the stylised 'S' symbol that crashed onto them creating shoulder armour and white suits accented with their colours.

Hitoshi introduces himself first, "PatRan Ichigo!"

Neito went second, "Patran Nigou!"

Mei meanwhile was distracted examining her new toy until Ichigo elbowed her and she says, "PatRan Sangou!"

"Keisatsu Sentai PatRanger!" Nigou shouts taking the leader role for himself.

Lupin Red hums before saying, "Come on, before we have to deal with these rookies."

Lupin Blue though asks, "How did they get pieces of the Lupin Collection though?"

Lupin Yellow had to agree with Blue as Red simply says, "They work for the NHA." That caused the two to pause before groaning loudly before the three got to work attacking Garatt. Though Nigou attacked Yellow who dodged as Sangou started shooting Blue causing him to flip quickly. Red though simply charged Garatt as Ichigo got between them and started attacking the monster. Red growls at Ichigo and says, "Stay out of my way!" and quickly shoots Ichigo away before charging after Garatt. Though that was when Nigou suddenly grabbed a barrel and threw it at Red and fired causing an explosion that knocked Red down violently and gave Garatt time to escape without resistance.

Sangou aimed her weapon at Blue and asks, "Where did you get some of these cuties?" in her own strange way she find technology and gear cute.

Blue simply says, "That is for us to know and you to realise that what you have does not belong to you," before kicking her away and into Nigou as he was about to shoot Yellow point blank.

Red growls as he gets up and sees Ichigo stepping over with a pair of hand cuffs only to get kicked in the stomach by Red. "Blue! Yellow! We are leaving," and the three used their VS Changers to activate their VS Jets to escape.

Ichigo frowns as the Jets fly over them while Nigou says, "After them!" and performs the same motion with his VS Changer. Ichigo and Sango and the three chase the Lupin Rangers through the city. Only they were forced to stop the chase when they almost crashed into the buildings around them while the Lupin Rangers actually knew how to use their VS Vehicles.

Lupin Red shout to the Patrangers, "Adieu!" and flew away.

Ichigo and Sangou were calm at this while Nigou was slamming his controls in anger. Ichigo calmly states, "We need some training to use this equipment."

Sangou though simply says, "I have plenty ideas for new babies."

Bistro Cafe-That night

Iida and Ochako were cleaning up the cafe after escaping the Patrangers. Inko was making them a nice dinner before coming out the kitchen and asking, "Where is Izuku?"

Ochako sighs and says, "He said he was going to track down Garatt?"

"Alone?" Inko said in shock.

Iida though relieved her of her fears as he says, "No, he is tracking him," it releaved her for a minute before she panicked again as Iida says, "His exact words were, 'I placed a tracer in his safe, going to stalk the idiot to make sure he does not get another collection piece.' His actions are prudent as the NHA arrived and interfered as we were to complete our heist."

Inko sighs in relief before finally asking, "Did you three get the Piece you were sent to get?"

Iida pulled out the oversized blue lighter to show what they caught only to gasp as Kogure stepped out from behind the tall teen, "I see you were successful."

Ochako froze in a shock position as she mutters, "How does he do that?"

Iida waited for Kogure to place the Lupin Collection book on the table as he says, "The Gangler got away. The NHA appear to have pieces of the Lupin Collection themselves."

Kogure nods before saying, "Yes, I researched the group that Izuku saw when he found Garatt. Though it appears they are all in the hospital recovering from their Quirk backfiring due to the Trigger Machines protections."

Iida nods and says, "Which is shared with the Dial Fighters," he pulls out his blue plane and says, "Which is why we were the natural choices to become the Lupin Rangers," Ochako was silently staring at her gloved hands.

Kogure simply says, "That is just the condition I found you in. The real reason this is that I spent months researching possible users and found that you each would have the drive to complete this task," Kogure accepted the blue lighter and placed it inside it's image in the book before saying, "I will increase my efforts in locating anymore Ganglers. When you see Izuku next, tell him I said to be careful." Kogure excused himself before Inko could serve the elderly butler tea.

With the PatRangers-UA Gym Gamma-That moment

Currently Ichigo and Sangou was shooting what appeared to be black skulled ghosts learning to aim and fire quickly with their VS Changers. Neito had excused himself to practice using his Quirk with his classmates in Class 1B. Ichigo was putting his all into this practice while Sangou appeared disinterested but able to shoot at high distances with ease.

Eventually the stopped allowing Hitoshi and Mei to step away as they found that they were really tired as they walked to the side, where Mei had some tools and a couple inventions she wanted to work on. The two sat calmly at a bench, while she made herself busy as he asks, "What do you think of all this?"

Mei was silent and stopped working on her inventions as she pulled out the Pink Trigger Machine and says, "Well, there is plenty of interesting tech to use. The problem is that I can't figure out how it works yet." She pulled the machine's trigger a couple times and nothing happened. Mei then adds, "Though the triggers appear to be an added component. It is newer then the rest of the machine. I would say within the last few years."

Hitoshi blinks before commenting, "I wonder where the NHA got them then," he looked over the divices with a critical eye.

Mei then comments, "Though the VS Changers though are somewhat strange," Hitoshi looked at her strangely before saying, "Well, I used my Quirk on them to find any seams. Instead I managed to see the Atoms that formed the VS Changers and after comparing them. These are the exact same gun." Hitoshi blinks before Mei finally brought down the bomb, "And they are over five hundred years old."

Hitoshi openly gaps as he says, "But Quirks have only been around for the last three hundred," Mei simply shrugs at that.

Mei then stands and says, "Well I am going to do some research. If this is so old I have to know who made it," before she ran off leaving Hitoshi in the literal dust, piles of it forming on his head and shoulders. Hitoshi sighs before standing and deciding to do some of his own research before calling it a night.

With Lupin Red-Midnight-warehouse district.

Red walked along the roof a fair distance away from Garatt, who was sneaking his way down alleys as the monster avoided being seen. Red was unseen as he followed Garatt being unnoticed by everyone and thing as he followed the Gangler. Red was using a telescope to watch Garatt, though when Garatt was out of sight Red would look at his phone where a map of the area is seen with a small red light.

Red smirks as he remembered stealing back the Lupin Collection piece.

Red opens Garatt's safe and sneaks a small tracking device by gluing it to the roof of Garatt's safe before grabbing the Lupin collection Piece and kicking Garatt back and through a window of the warehouse to the street below.

Red watched Garatt quickly before crouching as he looks through his telescope to see Garatt meeting with a Blue Female Gangler. Izuku pulled out his phone and opened the camera and proceeded to take photos of Ganche as the two spoke Garatt appeared to be angry as he was denied what he was looking for before Ganche turned around and walked through an invisible portal leaving an enraged Garatt to destroying several empty containers and Lupin Red frowns as he checked his pictures he had taken. Lupin Red nods to himself before he stands and goes to walk away only to slam into the wall of muscle known as All Might.

Lupin Red slowly looked up and sees All Might calmly looking at him and says, "Lupin Red I assume."

Red was silent for a moment before sighing and asks, "What do you want?"

All Might simply says, "For you to drop this life of crime."

Red blinks and groans and says, "You came all this way to talk me out of a life of crime against a group of monsters from another reality," he walks away only for All Might to place a hand in the way of Lupin Red.

All Might says, "That does not matter, when you are breaking the law."

Red sighs and says, "Then what do you suggest?"

All Might simply says, "Work with the Heroes and the National Hero Association."

Red started laughing loudly before saying, "Not everyone trust the NHA or the Heroes associated with them," Red steps back towards the building edge before saying with a smile, "I am not interested in false heroics," with that he fell back towards the ground. All Might jumped after him before Red pointed his special buckle to the side and pulling him away and out of range of All Might's vision. All Might lost him completely as Red simply returned to the roof he fell off as he turns to leave a sad frown on his face as he says, "Great I meet my childhood hero and he tries to make me a hero. If he knew I was a freak he would not have even tried." He would return to the Bistro Cafe with the information he had collected.

Next day-With Garatt

Garatt was enraged as he stomps through the city with a large number of Pondermen just causing havoc everywhere they went. Garatt was firing missiles from his gut that spiralled around and crashed into the buildings and Heroes that tried to defeat the villains.

The destruction only stopped when the Lupin Ranger's arrived and Lupin Red shouted, "Oi, Garatt? Did that other Gangler not give you what you want!?" Garatt roared and fired missiles at the Lupin Rangers as they dropped from the roof and opened fire on the Pondermen easily defeating them, as Blue and Yellow used their bladed weapons to take them down. Lupin Red focused on Garatt while blasting Pondermen that tried to get in the way.

Lupin Red was easily holding his own as he blasted the missiles before they could leave Garatt's body. Lupin Red was about to end it when he was suddenly shot in the wrist making him miss his shot as Patran Nigou arrived and started trying to apprehend him with grapples only for Lupin Red managed to kick him back as Ichigo and Sangou arrived quickly to handle the Pondermen. Though Sangou managed to get a hold of Lupin Blue to ask, "Where did you get these cuties from?"

Lupin Blue frowns before saying, "That is none of your concern," and managed to release himself and knock her back.

Patran Ichigo manages to avoid Lupin Yellow's kick as he asks, "Why are you doing this?"

Lupin Yellow simply says, "We have our reasons," causing Ichigo to pause as he was suddenly kicked in the face.

Ichigo rubbed his chin before suddenly getting kicked quickly towards the case he brought. Ichigo says, "How did she avoid my Quirk?" before drawing a mega phone with a baton built into it to act as a melee weapon. The matter of his quirk was forgotten as he had to continue fighting Pondermen.

Lupin Red finally had enough as he caught Nigou's hand and flipped him over and through he out the way as Lupin Red opened fire on the Gangler ignoring the Patrangers. Though Lupin Blue and Lupin Yellow as they avoided Ichigo and Sangous' blasts. Lupin Blue comments, "This is getting out of hand."

Lupin Red looks to PatRan Ichigo and sighs as he shouts to them, "Oi make sure you destroy this Gangler before he kills anyone," before the three grapple away as Nigou continues shooting at them.

Ichigo seems to understand what the Lupin Ranger's meant before he quickly opened the case holding their forth VS Vehicle and says, "Let's end this," having the extra large vehicle placed in the VS Changer and then flipping upside down.

-Good Stirker! Union Time!- with that Ichigo stood still as both Nigou and Sangou fused with Ichigo, giving Ichigo a green left side and a pink right side as they became PatRan Union. With that they set themselves up for a steady shot as their combined energies focused into the barrel of the VS Changer and they all say together, "One Shot Strike!" and pulled the trigger that destroyed the Gangler leaving only a broken safe and two flaming tire tracks leading up to the Gangler. The Gangler was defeated and the three Patrangers were able to take stock of what happened to them. Two were in shock before the third started feeling up the shared body.

Ichigo shouts at Sangou, "Please stop doing that!"

The Lupin Ranger's on the roof appeared to be laughing at the sight before Lupin Blue finally comments, "I wonder how many pieces of the Lupin Collection the Police have."

Lupin Red shakes his head at the question before saying, "Probably more than they should," though Lupin Red noticed Ganche arriving through a portal before replacing her Collection Piece in her gold safe with what appeared to be a golden squirt gun. Which Lupin Red managed to take photos of before they were out of sight. Ganche then aims her hand at the broken Safe.

"Nurse Garatt back to perfect health my precious treasure," Ganche states before shooting the safe causing it to shake as green slime grew around the safe before it expanded and PatRan Union had to dodge a giant Garatt as he appears to have gone feral as he starts launching gut missiles around the city.

Ganche vanished the same way she arrived before the Lupin Ranger's pulled out the Dial Fighters and started fighting the giant. Drawing it's attention and dangerous missiles.

Patran Union watched the fight, with the strange VS Vehicle shaking lightly. Though as they continued to watch the VS Changer suddenly raised and the VS Vehicle shouted, "Enough Restraint! I have a good feeling! WooHoo!" and launched off the VS Changer and extended a pair of wings with the Lupin symbol on it before flying after the Lupin Rangers. Patran Union collapsed as they split apart into their individual bodies.

The Dial Fighters were flying around the enraged Garatt but had to quickly get some distance to avoid getting slapped out the air. The Red Dial Fighter had a new wingman in the name of Good Striker as it shouted to Lupin Red, "Hey! Let's work together!"

"Aren't you the Patranger's weapon?" Lupin Red questioned at the clearly sentient VS Vehicle.

"I am free as can be and I have a good feeling!" Good Striker shouts back causing Lupin Red to smile.

"Okay then," opening the cockpit and standing on the control seat and proceeded to load Good Striker into his VS Changer and flipped it, ready for launch and he launched it. Good Striker went forward slightly before falling back and expanding into its full size and followed the Dial Fighters.

Good Striker then shouts, "We are going to Snatch Victory! Phantom Thief Gattai!" as Good Striker's dial spun before it folding the rear section ninety degrees, closed it's winds and flipped it's nose cone as it spun around creating wire frames of the Dial Fighters over it's body revealing red sections on a pair of legs that formed. The three Dial Fighters attached to Good Striker, Red creating the chest and head, Blue the right arms with a gattling gun under its fist and Yellow creating the left arm with a buzz saw for a hand, their wings folding to fit on the giant robot. The three Lupin Rangers were pulled into their robot and moved to a shared cockpit behind the face of the Giant robot as Good Striker shouts, "Complete! LupinKaiser!"

LupinKaiser the Phantom Thief Mecha was standing ready as Garatt roared at it and fired missiles. LupinKaiser started flying at high speeds shooting down Gut Missiles as it flew before lowering to ground level and using the buildings to block the missiles until it reached a street where Garatt was down and threw an energy disk from the buzz saw hand at Garatt, destroying a couple Pedestrian bridges and knocking Garatt back.

Lupin Red comments from the middle control seat as he says, "This is good," before a small orange puppet popped out is consol wearing a top hat.

"This is Crazy!" Good Striker shouts before continuing, "Let's give the readers what they want to see."

"The Finale," Lupine Red states while Blue to his right nods and Yellow to Red's left laughs.

LupinKaiser launches straight up as the LupinRangers pull out their VS Changers from the consoles they are using as Good Striker says, "Let's Go! Good Striker Shooting Defeating Strike!" with that the three VS Changers in the hands of the LupinRangers glowed white while a giant VS Changer appeared in LupinKaiser's hand and aimed at the giant Garatt and the LupinRangers pulled the trigger and watched as LupinKaiser unloaded into Garatt Nagoo destroying the Gangler instantly.

Lupin Red smiles at the destroyed Gangler and says, "An eternal," before all three joined in, "Adieu!"

Good Striker says, "That was fun!" before they flew off with the setting sun, taking Good Striker with them.

Explanations to be clear the roster for Class 1A and 1B will be different in that many people were taken by Zamigo for unknown reasons.
