This is Diary of a wimpy Kid fanfic for those of you that can't stand parental favoritism.
It's a beautiful afternoon in the neighborhood, and the Heffleys are heading out for a A party at Susan (The mother)'s Aunt's house for a big party, a televised event even. The mother is forcing the sons to wear tuxedos. "At least I get to wear this fun "Twisted Wizard" t-shirt" Greg said. Only to be interrupted by the smother "Now Greg you have to wear this orange suit. It's your great-aunt's favorite color, don't forget the starch." (She said as she sprayed him with so much he could barely bend). Next she went to Roderick who wouldn't stop complaining about his mother's new idea. "Mom this is nuts I have to play this violin, I'm a drummer, a rock star." Roderick said.
The mother had a response. "Your great-aunt loves classical music and you will pretend to love it too. I will show her that I am a good mother, now where's manny?" She looked and saw her husband holding him in his arms. "I got him, the little soldier who still wants to hold his b-blanky." The father said tired of his son's obsession with a tattered rag, covered in grime.
"I don't believe this, me and Roderick have to look perfect, but many get a piece of garbage to carry around." Greg said. They went to the Great-aunt Maddie's house, while the mother kept all the devices. Roderick and Greg talked "Man it's been so long since we saw aunt Maddie what was I like''3 ``." Greg said. "Yep and I just remember her music, no rock and roll, no rap, just that music-playing dog (Beethoven) and Toad-art (Mozart). " Roderick .
The family came close as Greg wouldn't share his pudding he snuck with manny. "Gimme some, Gimme some." Manny demanded. "No way this is the only sugar I got in a week." As Greg said no manny kicked the pudding onto Greg's lap, which the mother noticed. "What really Greg, you split that in the car and on your new suit." Susan. "But mom Manny kicked it cause I wou;dn't give him any." Greg. "Why didn't you just share it with him, he's a baby greg?"Susan the Smother said. The heffleys went into the house as they say the Aunt made a few changes.
They heard loud rock and roll music coming out of the house. "Are we at the right house?" Greg thought. As the door opened they saw that the Aunt was wearing a pleather jacket, a choker and had pink hair. "Rock on family, welcome to my 60th birthday party." Maddie said, then seeing the shocked faces of her family. The family came in to see her rocking party. "Aunt Maddie, what is going on, what's with all this? " Susan asked. " What?, I felt that all that classical music wasn't my style, now I Partay!" Maddie said The family spread out and made themselves at home.
"Wow I don't believe it , she's cool and she didn't even care about the stain, plus Roderick might even get better at drums." Greg was happy until he saw Manny eating the cake, and wiping his hands on the wall. He came to stop him until Susan showed up and blamed Greg for everything. But someone showed sense, Aunt Maddie walked in and said she saw it all. "Manny was stealing the cake and Greg tried to stop it, do you always just blame your kid for what your favorite kid did" Maddie. Susan tried to say she wasn't that kind of mom.
Greg showed Maddie his Diary with all the stuff Manny did. Aunt Maddie convinced Susan that Manny was a spoiled brat and that she would start spanking for the rest of the party and even let them stay with her for a few months to do so every time your mis-behaves and gives him no candy. Greg and Roderick at home they have been getting along better than ever
