Upon discovering the mirror portal was a gateway to Equestria High, Twilight Sparkle wonder exactly where else the portal could manifest.
"Excuse me, Princess Celestia? But now that all is good in that other world. I was wondering if... maybe I could try visiting some other worlds"
"Hmmm... other worlds, what 'other worlds' did you have in mind Twilight?"
"Another magical world perhaps"
"Oh, yes... I'm sure we can" Celestia replied, walking over to the portal. "Now, which time period would you like to visit?"
"Oh, well... I'll take care of that myself" she replied rather quickly, rushing over towards the portal. Placing her hooves on the keypad she typed in a specific year and a location then she rather slowly made her way up to the portal's entrance which now was powered on to reveal colorful swirls of green and purple. Okay, here we go she breathed as she stuck her head in. Only after she stuck her head in did it become clear to her that she was lost in time; the outside world that was revealed to her from beyond the portal was as dark as night, some massive yet somewhat weird and bizarre-looking trees could be seen and beyond that a large house. Twilight knew instantly that this was not right— although she loved and felt strongly with the characters in this world... the world of the peculiar was defiantly not where she wanted to be in that instant. Shaking her head forcefully she let out a very distressed sounding breath that all horses do at some point in their lives. Jerking her head slowly out of the portal she instantly walked over to the keypad, eager to try again. She begin to punish in some new numbers then she hit enter and praying with all her might she stepped back through the portal. This time, however, she was met with a blackened sky, a cobblestone path overlooking a large lake, and in the distance set a somewhat large yet blackened silhouette of a massive castle.
"This is it!" She smiled to herself. "I can't believe it, it worked!" She smiled big with happiness, galloping all the way up to the door.
