Chapter Fifty Six. Waiting in the Wings
"So, who are you and why have you brought us back?" Kunzite asked the elderly woman he saw in front of him. He glanced at the other Four Heavenly Kings and figured they had the same question in mind.
"And how is it that you know us?" Zoisite asked.
"I am glad that you asked me those questions." the old lady answered. "I will be glad to answer those questions for you. First of all, my name is Zorelda. I am the witch who revived all four of you as I am aware that we have a common enemy."
"A common enemy?" Nephrite asked, confused.
"So, you know the Sailor Guardians as well?" Jadeite added.
"Yes." Zorelda explained. "Tell me, what is the last thing you four remember before your deaths?"
"I was defeated by Sailor Moon, who tried healing me using her Silver Crystal." Kunzite was the first to answer.
"Queen Beryl killed me after I nearly killed Tuxedo Mask." Zoisite answered next.
"One of the youma killed me." Nephrite added as he glanced over at the blonde man next to him. "The one that Zoisite happened to send just after I learned the identities of Sailor Moon and the Sailor Guardians."
Zoisite couldn't help but to scoff in response.
"And the last thing I remembered was Queen Beryl freezing me in ice after the Sailor Guardians defeated me." Jadeite finished.
"I thought I was doing you a favor since you were with that girl." Zoisite retorted at Nephrite.
"That girl meant nothing to me and you should have known that." Nephrite replied.
Kunzite scoffed in response as he knew deep down that Nephrite was probably lying. "I'd beg to differ."
"Silence!" Zorelda exclaimed. "There is no time for a quarrel amongst you four."
Kunzite straightened himself up and looked at his fellow Heavenly Kings. "The old witch is right. If the Sailor Guardians have returned, then we have to do what we can to defeat them this time around."
"I guess you're right." Jadeite replied. "Especially since all four of us are together at once, unlike what happened last time."
"So what is our next move?" Kunzite asked the old witch.
"We go and attack the Netherworld." Zorelda answered. "You will be seeing the Sailor Guardians there as they are allies with another enemy of mine: the Empress Hadea of the Netherworld."
"So we will have to go after her?" Nephrite asked.
"That is correct." Zorelda told the Four Heavenly Kings. "Be prepared because we are going to strike at Hadea's kingdom real soon."
Kunzite looked at the old witch before he looked at his fellow Heavenly Kings and then at the ceiling. He was grateful to be alive again but he wasn't sure if he should follow her orders or if he should take his own path in taking on the Sailor Guardians and their new allies, no matter who they may be.
Looking at Jadeite, Nephrite and Zoisite, he could tell that they were feeling the same conflict that he was feeling.

Mamoru woke up gasping in cold sweat. He looked around his room as he was feeling his heart pound. "Impossible!"
Slowly, he got up from his bed and looked at the door. It felt so real, even though it was only a dream. He saw the Four Heavenly Kings in his dream and they were with Zorelda. He was aware of the fact that Rei was having these visions but he was surprised to see this dream like vision so soon.
"Could it be?" Mamoru asked himself. "The Four Heavenly Kings, could they actually be back?"
He looked at the shelf that was next to his bed. "If that is the case, this could mean trouble."

Ming looked at the screen seeing four new faces. They were four men he had never known about before. The first one had short blonde hair with curls; the second man had wavy, maroon hair; the third man had blonde hair held in a ponytail and finally, the fourth man had long white hair.
"It seems that Zorelda has brought in some reinforcement to eliminate both the Sailor Guardians and the Defenders of the Earth." Ming stated. "Just who are these men?"
"These are past enemies of the Sailor Guardians known as the Four Heavenly Kings, who served Queen Beryl." Octon explained as each of the men were seen on the screen, starting with the man with short, curly blonde hair. "The first is Jadeite. He has the ability to freeze things into solid ice."
Ming stared with intrigue as the maroon haired man was next to be featured on screen. "The second the Sailor Guardians encountered was Nephrite. He has the ability to use his shadow to possess people and to disguise himself."
"The second power is the same power that my son Krotan has." Ming couldn't help but to point out before he looked back at the screen where he saw the man with blonde hair in a ponytail. "Zoisite has the ability to hypnotize a person and emit green energy blasts."
Ming continued to look on the screen as he saw the white haired man. "And this is Kunzite, who appeared the same time Zoisite did. He appears to be the leader of the Four Heavenly Kings and has the ability to emit energy and like his fellow Heavenly Kings, he can teleport."
After knowing the basic information about the Four Heavenly Kings, Ming was giving this some serious thought. Having these men under his control could prove to be useful to him against the Sailor Guardians and possibly even the Defenders of the Earth.
"What did you have in mind in regards to these Four Heavenly Kings?" Octon asked.
"I'm thinking of something right now." Ming answered, looking at the super computer. "I will have to think of a way to get these men to work for me rather than Zorelda."
