Hailey and Jay has always wanted kids together but they could never find the right time to have them until one day their lives change forever.
September 7th
Jay wakes up and tries to reach for Hailey but he comes up empty."Babe" Jay walks out of their bedroom to find Hailey curled up in a ball on their couch and he see's her face puffy with tear streaming down her face. "Baby what's wrong?" Jay asked "My stomach hurts" Hailey said and Jay sat next to her and rubbed her back." Let's go shower and get ready for work if you are up to it" Jay said " Yea ok I want to work". They shower and got coffee and head to the district.
After work Jay and Hailey get home and Haileys stomach hasn't gotten any better in fact it has gotten worse "Jay" Hailey said while tears were streaming down her face "does your stomach still hurt?" Jay asked with a concerned look on his face "yea it's getting worse" Now Jay is really concerned for his wife " Why don't we go shower and go to bed" "A hot shower actually sounds nice". Jay and Hailey showered and now are in bed and Hailey is fast asleep.
September 8th
At 2:45 am Hailey wakes up to a massive pain in her stomach "JAY!" Hailey screams Jay wakes up to find Hailey crying in pain " What's wrong baby?" Jay asked " I can't take this anymore it hurts so bad" Hailey says with tears in her eyes. "Why don'tYou go take a hot bath that might help" Jay said and Hailey nodded and got up hunched over and walked into the bathroom. As Hailey turns on the bath she goes pee and a gush of water comes out but she didn't notice because her pain was unbearable.
About 45 minutes later Hailey get back in bed " Feeling any better?" Jay asked Hailey shook her head no and laid down. Suddenly Hailey had the need to push and she tried to stop but she couldn't " Hails babe what's happening?" Jay asked looking confused and concerned " I don't know I just randomly started pushing" Hailey said "Jay these pains are happening every 2 to 3 minutes what is happening to me?" Hailey said crying. Jay tells Hailey to Calm down and breathe "Hails just breathe" " JAAAY!" Hailey says while pushing again " Help me please what's happening to me?"Hailey says while crying "I'm gonna call Shay and Dawson to come here ok just keep breathing for me" Jay said and Hailey nodded. Before Jay could reach for his phone Hailey grabs Jays hand and says "Jay I..I..I think I feel something coming out" Jay looks over with a shocked face and texts Shay to come here now with Dawson. After Jay texts them he grabbed Hailey hand and asks " Hails can you pull your pants down so I can see what's happening?" Hailey said " I can't Move it hurts so bad" so Jay pulls her pants down and has a shocked face and it made Hailey stop crying "Jay what is it?" Hailey said "Oh my god Hails there's a head" Jay says in shock "What do you mean there's a head" Hailey says confused " Hails I think you're having a baby" Jay said with frightened eyes Hailey says confused "What do you mean Jay I'm not pregnant I don't even look close to being pregnant" then Hailey has another contraction and pushes " OOOOH GOD JAY THIS HUUURTS" Hailey yells "I know baby I know I need to grab some thing to help deliver the baby ok I'll be right back" Jay says as he leaves the room. Jay comes back with towels and scissors to cut the cord "Ok I'm back how are you feeling?" Jay asked Hailey "Jay I like I need to push again" Jay grabs Haileys hand while she pushes " Just breathe baby you're doing so good" Jays says while Hailey lays back down. "Shay and Gabby should be here soon hails they just texted me they were on their way" Jay says "I don't think I can wait I need to push" Hailey says as the starts to push and scream "Oh my god hails the heads out" Jay says with a smile on his face. Hailey pushes one more time really hard and screams in pain as she feels the baby come out as the baby starts crying Jay catches the baby and says with a big smiles on his face " Hailey we have a baby girl" while Jay cleans the baby off he hears the doorbell so he grabs the baby and puts it in Haileys chest and runs downstairs to open the door "Guys Hailey just had a baby" Jay says as they all rush upstairs on walks into the room "Ok Hailey we need to cut the cord so she can breath on her own" Shay says clamping the cord down " Jay want to cut it?" Jay looks at Hailey as she nods her head at him " Yes Yes I will" Jay says and a single tear tear comes down his face. " Ok Hailey can you get on the stretcher and give Jay the baby" Gabby asks and Jay nodded at Hailey and she gave her to Jay.
As they arrive to the hospital he see's his brother Will looking at home with a confused face " Jay what are you here?" Jay was about to answer him but he saw Hailey being brought in with a baby in her arms " Hey will say hi to your new niece" Will looks a Hailey and Jay with a smile on his face.
A few hours later Hailey gets discharged and is getting their new baby ready to leave " I can't believe we didn't know you were pregnant" Jay says " I know I didn't even look pregnant or have any symptoms" Hailey said as Will walked in " Yall ready to go home?" Will said as they both nodded " So what's my little nieces name?" Will asked Hailey says "Her name is Rory Anne Halstead" as Jay smiles he says " Welcome to the world Rory" with a tear in his eyes "I love you so much Hailey" Jay says which makes Hailey start to tear up " I love you to baby" as Hailey said while they kiss and looks down at baby Rory in her arms "We love you to baby girl" Hailey says.
September 9th
"I still can't believe y'all had a baby and didn't know you were pregnant" Kim said as Hailey was nursing baby Rory " I know I had no symptoms it's just crazy how that all happened" as Kim walk out of door she says " good bye y'all and congrats on the new baby" she says with a smile on her face. Jay and Hailey finally put baby Rory to sleep and they go lay down and cuddle " I love you so much" Hailey says " I love you to baby I'm so proud of you" Jay says while kissing her.
