A/N: Little something before Valentine's Day.

"Mama… mama okay.. well it's just gonna be a small celebration for the year he's been with us."

Elliot had made the mistake of answering the phone when he and Bell pulled into the 1-6 for a meeting.

They were on the elevator and he still was unable to hang up.

"But mama… no we don't need to do two parties for him. Well Noah was adopted too mama we can't leave him out," he tried to reason as they got out of the elevator.

Liv looked up over her glasses from the edge of Fin's desk as her husband walked in.

"Mama. We don't… Noah is 11 he doesn't want… can I talk to Kathleen?"

Liv looked at Bell and both women began to chuckle.

"I'm not gonna… ok ok. I… mama don't say that you're gonna outlive us all. I know. I know. Okay I gotta go mama I'm at another precinct and the captain needs me." He sighed before shock overtook his face.

"What? How did you… yes mama it's Olivia and I'll tell her you say hi. Okay. I know you're the smartest woman alive. Okay I love you. Bye"

He hung up and let out a breath, making eye contact with his wife who burst into laughter.

"Hi," he grumbled," leaning in for a kiss.

"Hi honey. Talk later?"

"Mhm," he nodded with a sigh, rubbing his face.

"Hey," she said, looking over at him and he looked to her. "She loves you and me and our babies. Be thankful," she smiled small and he nodded concededly.

He sat back with his arms crossed as he watched his wife handle two squads and work on delegating work.

"Stabler, need you and Amanda to go check out the alleged 'father'. Stake out outside of the office," she trailed off when she saw Amanda's face.

"Cap, Sonny is working tonight I don't have anyone to watch the kids," she frowned as El's eyes lit but behind her.

"Cap you could ride along with me," he said hopefully and Bell rolled her eyes and laughed.

"And what about our kids?" She said, turning back to him with a brow raised.

"Eli, duh," he said incredulously.

Mulling over for a second, she nodded. "Fine. But call and ask him."

Everyone went their own ways and The Stablers went to Liv's office to call Eli.

"Hi dad," he said over the phone, "I just got in is everything okay?"

"Yeah, yeah buddy everything is fine. I'm here with mom right now-"

"Hey mom!" He cut in cheerfully before they heard two slaps, indicating Noah and Eli smacking one another.

"Hi baby, be nice to each other please," she laughed.

"Listen mom and I have to do a stakeout together. Would you mind watching your brothers tonight?"

"No not at all guys!" They heard him smile and Liv's heart fluttered.

"Thank you honey we owe you… we have Fin and Velasco taking over around 11 when they get some sleep and are done with witnesses.

"Whatever you need guys I don't mind helping," he said with a grin.

They heard Noah in the background perk up. "Can we have waffles?" He whispered, to which Nate, from somewhere in the apartment gasped. "Pips!!!"

"I'll make sure they have some fruit too," Eli said to his parents with a smile in his voice.

"Thanks honey," Liv laughed.

"Buddy you're the best, thank you!" El grinned.

They hung up and Lucy texted that she'd left and made sure she locked the door behind her so the boys didn't forget.

El and Liv headed for the stakeout, with El driving.

"Just like old times," he smiled and she chuckled, reaching to hold his thigh. "Almost."

"If I had a nickel…" he trailed off when she gave his leg a squeeze. "Me too honey."

"So what does mama want?" She asked, staring to pull her hand away but stopping when he pulled it back.

She laughed and moved it closer to his growing outline. "You're so horny all the time!" She playfully scolded and he laughed. "Have you seen you?!"

Rolling her eyes with a smile, she chuckled, moving her hand to squeeze him. "I'm not giving you a handy in the squad car on a stakeout."

"But it's my biggest fantasy!" He whined and she laughed harder.

"Maybe when I was 30 but now? No sir," she said, moving her hand back to the spot on his thigh and leaving him throbbing and pouty.

"Can we time travel…."

"Sure babe I'll get right on it. Now what was mama saying?"

"She wants to throw like 12 parties for Noah and Nate to celebrate adoptions."

Liv laughed. "Did you tell her it's already planned to be a joint party for Noah's first year as a Stabler too?"

"No I couldn't get a word in edgewise! Plus she'd ruin the surprise!" He cried and she leaned on his shoulder in complete stitches.

"Oh El," she smiled, pressing a kiss to it. "I love you," she smiled and he chuckled, looking down at her.

"You know what I love?"

"What," she said, adjusting herself in her seat to face him.

"When you call me Stabler in your Captain voice in front of the squad," he said, wiggling his brows.

She giggled and rolled her eyes, starting to turn when she noticed his blue eyes sparkle.

"Yes??"

"It's my night tonight!" He said with a gasp.

"Oh fuck, Elliot," she mumbled laughing. "Not on the clock!"

"Fine fine," he grinned, picking up his phone when it buzzed to see a picture of the three boys playing race cars.

"I love them," Liv whined. "Can you believe he's been ours for a year?"

"I can barely believe I tricked you into marrying me," he laughed and she smiled, nudging him playfully.

"I feel like I tricked you," she laughed and he grinned. "Oh?"

"Mhmmm… you were almost done raising kids and then you ended up with a Noah and a Nate."

He threw his head back in laughter and she smiled over at him, leaning to peck his lips. "I do love our Noah and Nate though," he grinned and she gave his hand a loving squeeze.

"Can you believe Eli is gonna go to college in the fall?" She asked, sighing softly and he chuckled. "Yes… I've had four do it."

She rolled her head to to look at him. "So you're saying by the time Nate goes I won't be a wreck?"

"Oh no you'll be a wreck," he laughed. "Our boys are sweet. The big kids were hellions."

"Elliot," she scolded playfully and he smiled, squeezing her hand and swirling her wedding band.

Both turned their attention back to their target, which still showed no movement, sitting in contented silence for a bit.

Their phones buzzed again with a video from the boys.

Nate was sat in his usual spot on the counter while Noah made waffles and Eli supervised.

The camera was trained on the youngest whose hair was down to his shoulder and the video started off with Eli saying what they were all thinking.

"Say mama! Dada!" Eli coached.

"Mamaaa dada!!"

"I need a haircut!!"

"Tut!!!" He cried putting his hands to his hair and giggling.

"Say, mama let dada take us!"

"Dada!!" He cried motioning to his brothers.

"Say, love you, miss you."

"Yuh mama, yuh dada," he cheesed.

"Say miss you!"

"Yewww!" He said with a crinkle of his nose.

"Bye bye."

"Bye," he smiled, waving into the camera.

Liv grinned and sighed happily as she leaned into her husband. "Fuck I love them, El," she sighed happily.

"Me too baby… watching you be a mom is the Fucking best."

"Watching you be a dad has always been the hottest," she grinned and pecked his lips.

He gave her a cheesy grin and looked back out the window before back to her a few minutes later. "Haircut could be a good excuse tomorrow to get Noh out of the house before their party so Mo can get that stuff?"

She gasped. "That's smart. I knew I kept you around for a reason," she winked.

"You gonna be okay when our baby comes back looking like a toddler?"

"No," she laughed, "but he is starting to look like a girl," she smiled.

"Finally! You admit!"

She laughed and smacked him gently.

The pair had an uneventful remainder of their stakeout and arrived back home around midnight. Eli was sitting on the couch reading from one of his text books with Nate asleep in his lap and both parents laughed when they walked in.

"Hi," Liv said softly, sitting beside him and kissing his head. "He okay?"

"Yeah I was studying and then he woke up so I brought him out here and he fell right back to sleep," he laughed softly, kissing his brothers head.

"He loves his Eli," El said proudly, gently lifting the little one to his arms.

"C'mere with daddy," he whispered as Nate snuggled in immediately, whispering his name.

Liv gave them a loving smile and stood, motioning to Eli. "Come buddy, go to bed we have a long day tomorrow."

"Yeah we're gonna get haircuts," El grinned.

"Speak for yourself," Eli cracked and El flipped him off with a smile.

"Let us put him down and we'll come in and say goodnight," she smiled at him and he nodded, saluting them with a yawn.

They went into the nursery and Liv put a hand on El's back, rubbing it gently and kissing their boy's arm.

"Night sweet boy…" she said softly, not wanting to leave him yet.

El chuckled softly and looked down at her. "Wanna have a sleepover?" he said and she smiled small, biting her lip.

"Yeah… but I still wanna be able to take care of you," she purred, sliding her hand from his back to his front, just above his belt.

He let out a soft moan and nodded. "I'll be quiet… Captain," he growled softly and she grinned.

They went to say goodnight to the boys and Eli laughed. "Suckers," he whispered and they chuckled, heading to bed.

Returning to their room and El gently laid Nate in the middle of their bed, giving him his teddy and blanket to snuggle.

When he turned back around, Liv was on her knees looking up at him.

"Oh mama," he mumbled watching her kneel up and and run her hands up the back of his legs to squeeze his ass.

Pressing soft kisses to his hardening outline, he moaned softly, tilting his head back as his breathing picked up.

Her hands trailed from his back to his belt buckle, leaning back slightly so she could unbuckle his pants and pull them down.

"Liv," he whispered, asking permission with just one word. She smirked up at him and gasped as he tangled a strong hand in her hair.

"I always wondered how'd you taste," she mused, holding his ass tightly to let her mouth do all of the work.

He moved his hands, making quick work of removing his tie, shirt, and vest so he could look down properly at her, right when she sucked his head into her mouth.

"And it's so good all the time," she whined and began bobbing her head languidly.

"Shit babe," he grumbled, letting out a strangled breath and holding her head gently, thumbing her cheek.

Putting light pressure on his ass, she pulled him to her, forcing him down her throat and gagging a little bit while her eyes watered.

"Liv…fuck babe…" he was getting a little louder as she went and his hips bucked when her noses touched his pelvis.

"Look at me," he barely got out, and her eyes met his as she pulled back out, the force of her suction making his back arch a little bit.

His tightening and swollen balls bumped her chin with a soft slap as he she took him fully again, and she saw his ab muscles begin to twitch.

"Where d-" he began to mumble, but got cut off when the suction increased once again and sent him over the edge.

"Fuck fuck fuck," he chanted breathlessly, rolling his hips as he emptied into her and she swallowed around his length.

"I love you," he groaned when she pulled off with a pop and used her tongue to lick clean the remnants of his release from his sensitive shaft.

"I love you," she whispered, kissing his tip before taking his hand to stand.

"If I were 25 again and could recover fast I'd be back in you," he mumbled with a moan.

"I'm gonna shower. Why don't you recover," she purred softly, "and we can finish."

"Yes ma'am," he nodded quickly.

She pecked his lips and retreated to the bathroom for a hot shower.

When she came back, the light from the bathroom illuminated her boys who were snuggled together. El was snoring lightly and Nate had his hand on his dads cheek, fingers pinched lightly.

Biting her lip, she smiled small and slipped into her silky pajamas before curling up on the other side of her boys, content with being satisfied the following morning

.

The next morning, she woke to little hands pressing her face and giggling.

She opened her eyes slowly and smiled up at her baby boy who squealed.

"I mama!"

"Hi baby," she yawned, turning her head to kiss his hand and wrapping a free arm around him pull him close.

She rolled on her side and he cuddled into her. "You gonna have a morning with your brothers and daddy," she cooed to him and El smiled, curling closer to them.

"Dada," he said looking back at him.

"Mhm we're gonna get haircuts," he said kissing his head repeatedly.

"Tuts!" He exclaimed and Liv laughed softly. "Did you have fun with your brothers last night bud?"

"Mmmmhm," he nodded. "Pips," he cheesed.

"Yeah Noah made you waffles with chocolate chips?" El asked as the little boy rolled on his back to look between them.

"What else you have?" Liv asked. They were really trying to get him to talk more. He'd just turned one, but was already so smart and ahead of others his age that they wanted to keep up the trend.

Plus, the words he said and how he said them were the best.

"Mmmmmm," he said, thinking a minute. "Asps?"

"Raspberries?" Liv asked with a grin.

"Ya!" He said smiling and El grinned, clapping, "good job buddy!!!!"

Nate smiled and rolled back into him, sighing happily.

Liv yawned and played with Nate's soft curls. "Go back to sleep baby," El said and she chuckled. "I'm fine."

"It's only 7," he said, nodding to Nate who was staring to rub his beard again.

"He's gonna be awake," she chuckled and he shook his head. "He woke me up at 6."

"Maybe we should put him back in his bed?" Liv asked, but Nate quickly shook his head. "No no no no no, mama," he pouted, forcing tears to his eyes and rolling from Elliot into her.

She breathed out a chuckle and pulled him tight to her. "Alright alright, close your eyes," she whispered, gently patting his back.

"Sucker," El winked, cuddling up with them.

Noah peaked his head in his parents room around 8 to find them sound asleep with Nate between them awake but laying quietly.

He sat up quickly at the noise and grinned. "I No!"

Noah returned his sleepily smile. "Hi buddy," he whispered, shushing him and going to the end of his parents bed.

"Wanna watch cartoons?" He whispered and Nate nodded, crawling clumsily over his parents with blanket and teddy in hand to his brother.

"You got him bud," El mumbled and Noah nodded, lifting him up. "We're gonna watch cartoons."

"Okay will you give him-" Noah cut him off.

"Milk and a squeeze pack got it, Eli's waking up so we're gonna make breakfast."

El smiled in his sleep, rolling into his wife. "Mhm just ma-"

"I know no cooking till Eli's up, dad I'm almost 11."

Liv breathed out a sleepy chuckle into Elliot's chest, shaking her head.

"Wake us up at 9," she croaked, her voice thick from sleep.

"Aye aye captain," he said, leaving the room with Nate who was chanting his oldest brother's name.

"Sorry I fell asleep last night," El whispered to Liv once their son was out of earshot.

"It's okay," she said, smiling against him and covering his hand with her own. "Make it up to me," she whispered as she guided his hand down her pajama bottoms.

"So wet for me already," he whispered and she nodded. "I had a few dreams last night," she smiled, biting her lip.

"Oh yeah," he asked, tugging at the sides of her shorts until she lifted her ass.

"Mhm," she smiled up at as he pushed her pants down just enough before the boys returned. "Dad we are out of chocolate chips," Noah said with a sigh.

Liv fell back laughing.

"Noah! Knock!" Eli cried from the kitchen.

"Dang it I always forget," he sighed as El sat up laughing to hide Liv adjusting her pants.

"You're gonna have to just use blueberries buddy," El said laughing.

"Nooo dada pips," Nate said, coming toddling in with a pout on his face.

"Baby we don't need to go to the store for chocolate chips, Noah can put blueberries in them okay?" Liv said, sitting up and leaning against El.

The little one pouted and leaned into his brother, hugging his legs. "Mama…" he said with wide eyes.

"Mama…." Eli mimicked and Liv and El laughed harder.

"How about we get dressed and go get some breakfast out some where before our haircuts?" El asked.

"Yes!"

"Yessss."

"Ya dada!"

"Good, mama is gonna watch her shows and drink coffee in bed in silence," she winked at them.

"Boys get dressed and I'll get Mama her coffee," El nodded and they ran off.

Liv looked at El pouting playfully and he smiled. "Sorry baby," he whispered, leaning over to kiss her.

She put her hand on his chest tattoo that housed the kids initials. "Need to add Nate," she whispered and he nodded.

"You still wanna get that other one on your hip? Maybe we can go on Valentine's Day weekend?"

"That could be fun," she smiled and nodded, kissing him again.

"Let me make you coffee and get you a toy," he winked at her and she pouted playfully. "I want you, I'll wait."

"You pleasuring yourself is the hottest thing," he growled into her ear, sliding a hand to cover her over her pants.

Her lip quivered and he smirked softly, getting up and locking their door before pulling her shorts down again.

"Fast," he nodded before descending on her clit and bringing her to a quick explosion with his mouth and fingers.

She lay satisfied and sleepy and breathless as he readjusted her and tucked her in, kissing her sweetly.

He got dressed and open the door as the boys were about to barrel in.

"Uh uh, snow hats," he said to his sons who were all wearing ball caps.

"Dad it's only 40 out!" Noah exclaimed.

"Guys you have to wear snow hats cause Nate needs to wear one and he won't if you guys won't."

Eli and Noah looked at one another and shrugged. "Fair," they muttered, dragging Nate with them for a change of hats while their parents laughed.

"Alright," Liv said from her cozy spot, "Boys pick out what you wanna wear over to Mo's so I can iron while you're gone."

"Already done," Eli smiled and she chuckled, kissing their heads.

"Aupels an pips!!!" Nate cried from the doorway and everyone looked at him.

"Did you just say waffles?!" Noah said excitedly.

"Ya! Pips!"

"Alright daddy take your boys," she said kissing him as they all left.

"You're gonna break your moms heart," he said as he watched his three boys lined up in the barbers chairs.

"She'll be fine," Noah said and Eli shook his head. "She'll cry but she might like short hair better."

El took a selfie with all of them and sent it to Liv.

L: Make sure you keep one of his curls!!!

E: I will

L: You having fun?

E: Of course!

L: Yay! Love you.

E: Love you more.

He sat in front of Nate who held as still as he could while they trimmed his hair and bagged a few ringlets for Elliot.

"Already looking so handsome!" El said and Nate smiled nervously, reaching for his dads hand when the clippers turned on.

"You're doing great buddy just hold still right?" He smiled, giving his hand a gentle squeeze as a few tears fell down his face.

They finished quickly and he raced into El's arms hugging his neck tightly. "Dada…"

"Oh you did so well baby boy…" he cooed. "And you look so so handsome."

He laid his head on his shoulder just snuggling him.

"Mama," he nodded.

"We'll take you home to mama soon okay boys gotta finish with theirs."

His lip quivered and the tears started. "Mama…."

"FaceTime her dad," Eli called and El nodded, doing as he said.

"Sweet boy, what's wrong," Liv exclaimed when she answered.

"Mama…" he said reaching for the phone.

"Clippers made him nervous," El said hugging his boy.

"Oh but you look soooo handsome!!!" She said making him giggle and relax a little. "Dickie is gonna cry when he sees you!"

"Ick," he said with a smile.

"Yes Dickie baby," she smiled. "Oh you look so grown…"

"Wait till you see your big babies," El laughed.

"Oh gosh, mama's heart can't handle any big changes," she called while her sons cackled.

"Nater you okay baby boy?" She asked and he pouted again. "Mama, wan mama."

"You'll be home soon baby and then we'll cuddle okay?"

He nodded. "Yuh mama."

"I love you baby."

Liv was mixing a salad for dinner that night when El and the boys came in. Mo had stopped by to get photos of all the boys and the cake Liv had picked up.

"Just go with it," Mo said with a laugh.

"I will but your father is gonna argue with her," Liv rolled her eyes.

"I say let her throw all the parties she wants."

"Agreed! Tell your dad!"

Nate sprinted in as fast as his tiny legs would allow, calling for his mama the whole time.

"Hi my handsome boy!" She exclaimed, lifting him to her chest.

"Mama iss yew," he said into her chest and she laughed softly, kissing his head repeatedly and dropping her jaw when Noah walked in.

He'd been keeping his hair shorter recently, but it was even shorted now and styled to make him look even older.

"Do you like it??" He grinned and she nodded. "I love it… you just look so grown," she laughed pulling him into her.

She audibly gasped when Eli walked in.

"You cut all of your hair???" She asked, awe struck and he nodded laughing.

"Do you like it?"

It was faded up the sides and styled on top. He looked even more like his dad than ever before.

"I love it you look," she said getting emotional and he laughed, moving to hug her. "You look like an adult. This is wild." She laughed and he smiled.

"Still your boys mom," he laughed and she nodded.

El walked in last. "How's my hair??"

"I wish you still had some," she teased and he smiled, kissing her.

Nate was starting to fall asleep in her arms and she nodded. "Alright I'm gonna take him in for a nap," she said and he squeezed her a little tighter.

"I'll sit with you," she reassured him with a kiss to his head.

She sat in the rocker with him and he snuggled her close.

"What's going on? You okay?" She whispered as his eyes lulled shut.

"Yuh mama," he cooed and she smiled down at him. "Love you baby boy. So much."

He gave her a sweet and sleepily smile before falling to sleep quickly in her arms. El came in and kissed her lips with a smile.

"Boys look handsome," she whispered and he nodded. "They do, and I think you've finally got your mama's boy," he winked and she kissed him again.

"I'm gonna put him down so he can sleep good, he needs it."

"Come hang with me in bed after?"

"Wait for me," she asked and he smiled. "Course."

She got up and settled Nate in his crib.

The little one curled up and El's arms wrapped around his wife, looking down at him.

"What a blessing," he whispered and she nodded. "We're so lucky, El."

"Mama planned a party for all three of them huh?"

"You know she did," Liv laughed and El shook his head smiling small.

"Cmon. I need a nap and to properly take care of my wife," he said into her ear, causing her to giggle.

When Nate woke, he was in a far better mood and all about his daddy again, insisting he get him dressed in his party outfit and styled his hair.

"So close," Eli teased and Liv laughed. "It's okay, I still have you."

They headed to Mo's, who greeted them at the door. "I tried to stop her," she say, motioning to her grandmother and the banner that ready "Happy one year of being brothers!!!!!"

The boys cracked up and Eli took Nate to look at the banner closer while Noah ran to hug their grandma.

"Your father said this was ridiculous and we couldn't throw too many parties, but he's dumb," Bernie said and Noah cracked up, hugging her tighter. "This is awesome grandma!"

"Yeah grandma thank you so much!" Eli laughed hugging her too and Nate reached for her. "Beeee!"

"That's right can you say 'daddy is a goof,'" she asked him, holding him tightly.

"Dada," he giggled pointing at him.

"Careful with him mama he's heavy," El said.

"And I'm strong!" She cut him off and everyone laughed. "Now what did you do to my grandsons hair??" She asked, rubbing his little head.

"Tut, Bee!" He grinned and Dickie stopped dead in his tracks when he walked out.

"What did you do?!" He cried looking at his brothers who all cracked up.

"Tuts ick," Nate exclaimed, reaching for him.

"Please we need to work on my name," he groaned, kissing his cheek repeatedly.

"Happy one year of being my favorite baby brother," he whispered to him with a smile and Nate grinned. "Wuh ick," he said, grasping his beard.

"Love you buddy," he smiled and Katie came out. "Oh my baby brother!!! One whole year of you!!!!" She grinned taking him and he giggled wildly.

"Ate!"

"And who am I??" Liz asked coming behind with a grin.

"Izzieeeee," he giggled.

"Now say 'Dickie?'" his brother asked hopefully.

"Ickie," he giggled.

"D-D… like dada!"

He looked confused and cocked his head. "Dada?" He pointed to El.

"Yes that's dada, say Dickie"

"Dickie?"

"YES!" He cried, lifting and spinning him and making him laugh harder.

Liv smiled and hugged El's waist, kissing his chest. "I love you," she sighed happily.

"I love you," he smiled as he watched all of his kids interact and joke with one another.

"Okay boys we're gonna have another party in the summer to celebrate everyone being Benson-Stablers okay?" Bernie said shooting her son a look.

"Okay!!!"

"Mama you're spoiling them," El said laughing a bit.

"Good! They need to be spoiled."

"Yeah dad!" Eli said.

"Yeah daaaad!" Noah grinned.

"Dada!" Nate exclaimed.

He just laughed and pulled all four of his boys in for a tight hug.

Liv went to sit with the girls and cuddle her grand babies while the boys played with the grandkids.

Mo and Carl had cooked a whole bunch of food and the family celebrated together for a while before the squads showed up.

Nate was obsessed with Fin and ran over to him. "Innnnnnnnn!!!!"

"What's up buddy!! We had you for a year can you believe it??"

He hugged onto him before being passed around from Amanda to Sonny to Phoebe before being set back down.

Liv and El greeted them just in time for Noah to drag the boys off to play and Bernie to usher the women in the house for food.

El wrapped an arm around her and watched their family interact and love on their boys.

"Hell of a story, Liv," he whispered and she nodded. "Hell of a life, baby."

They were silent, just enjoying their closeness and the view for a bit before she looked up to him. "I love this life and our babies... but boy am I excited to get you alone in a hotel room for a weekend."

"Captain," he admonished and she giggled.
