A/N: Just a little siblings piece I came up with after Mass last night, lol.

"Hey buddy," Eli said, fist bumping Noah as he trudged out of school.

"Hey bro," he grinned.

"How was school?" He asked as they started walking.

"Pretty good, Religion was really interesting today and Sister Mary told me I have to make a decision on my sponsor," he sighed a little.

With his brother's encouragement and his sister's bribery of their favorite nun, Noah had been granted special permissions to receive his Baptism and First Communion on Good Friday, fast tracking him so he could be on par with his school mates.

Noah, however, cared less about that and more about the surprise of him becoming Catholic that he was gonna absolutely shock his dad.

"Just ask him, bud," Eli chuckled, nudging his brother.

"What if he says no… or thinks I'm weird cause he's my brother?"

He'd been desperately wanting to ask Dickie to be his sponsor, but was far too afraid for his own good.

"He's not gonna say no and he's not gonna think it's weird. He looooves you buddy. So much."

Noah grumbled but nodded as they walked together. "Maybe I'll ask him tonight then?"

"I think you should," he nodded and smiled as they approached their front door after their short walk home.

Eli fumbled with his keys and opened their front door, walking in and being hit with a very excited Nate.

"I guysh!" He grinned, proud of his new word as Eli lifted him. "Hi baby brother," he laughed. "Good job at your word."

"Killin' it," Noah grinned, kissing the little ones cheek as they walked in, surprised to find Dickie, his wife, and their little one.

"Dickie," Nate smiled, pointing to him.

"I see that, what are you doing here bro?" Eli smiled.

"The parents had to work late and Luce had to run, so they're gonna meet us at Mass and we thought we'd take you guys to dinner in the meantime?"

"Perfect," Noah grinned and Eli nudged him.

He nudged him back, going over to hug Dickie, his wife, and their baby boy before nodding. "I'm gonna put my stuff up," he said awkwardly.

Eli nodded for Dickie to follow him, and he laughed softly, following his instructions.

"Hey," he chuckled, sitting on his bed. "What's up?"

"Huh? Nothing," Noah said, rummaging in his closet.

"Okay." Dickie shrugged simply, leaning back against the wall that Noah's bed was pressed against.

His nonchalantness made his brother turn towards him, shocked.

They stared at eachother a minute, and when Dickie squinted and poked his tongue through his lips to hide his smile, Noah laughed.

"You look like dad when you make that face," he teased, moving to sit next to him.

"So do you," he nudged and Noah laughed again.

"Talk to me… you've been weird. Everything okay? Nervous about another sibling?"

"What? No definitely not I uh…" he trailed off and looked down at his hands, wringing them lightly. "I.. Sister Mary said I have to pick a sponsor and uh… I've been wanting to ask you but I didn't want it to be weird so I uh," he cleared his throat and looked up to his smiling oldest brother when he nudged him.

Releasing the breath he was holding, he smiled back to him. "Will you be mine?"

Wrapping an arm around him, he pulled the younger boy close to his side and kissed his curls. "I'd be honored, Noah… and I can't tell you how much this means to me!"

"R-really?" He asked with a grin.

"Yes really!" He smiled. "No come on, let's get to dinner so we aren't late for mass, okay?"

He nodded and bounced up with a smile before Dickie called his name again, making him turn.

"Proud of you brother, and I love you. I hope you know that."

With a megawatt grin, Noah rushed back to hug him tightly. "Love you too, Dickie."

They had an uneventful dinner, meeting up with the girls, before heading off to church to meet the parents.

Dickie put Nate down, allowing him to sprint forward when he saw his mommy and daddy.

His little legs took him as fast as they could into his waiting dads arms, and he squealed.

"I Dada," he smiled, snuggling into him.

"Hi baby boy," he smiled, kissing his cheek and standing so Liv could say hi to him too.

"You have fun with your bigs?" He asked him and Nate nodded smiling, turning in his arms and pointing.

"Dickie," he smiled and Liv nodded, hugging Noah as he ran over to her.

"That's your Dickie, yes," she smiled. "Was that a good surprise when he came over?"

"Mmmmhm," he smiled, laying against El's shoulder.

"Good," he smiled as they all started walking in. "Noah, Eli you guys have good days?"

"Yep!" Noah said, bouncing into the church as he held his mom's hand.

"Sure did," Eli nodded, smiling back to Dickie.

"Dada," Nate whispered to El once they got seated and after they said prayers.

"What buddy?" He whispered back.

"Butt butt," he said, making his brothers and mom snicker.

El laughed softly, taking a diaper and wipes from Dickie's wife's outstretched hand.

"Be right back," he smiled.

Noah looked excitedly up to his mom and nudged her. "I asked Dickie," he whispered, "he said yes."

"Oh that's awesome sweet boy," she sighed happily, pulling him in for a hug. "We told you!"

"I know, I know," he whispered with a grin.

Liv gently brushed his hair back, looking down at the incredible young man he'd become, and started getting emotional.

"Alright mom, don't make it weird," he teased and Eli laughed softly.

"Don't make what weird," El whispered, coming back.

"Just mom being herself," he said, sitting back and leaning into his dad.

"I love you, daddy," he said after a moment of silence.

El beamed with pride and leaned down to kiss his head. "I love you, Noah"
