ColdFoxVII: Have you swung a wooden sword? I did kendo in the past, and normal wooden sword normally weight about 500 to 600g while the heaviest about 1 kg. If you're carrying it normally, it's not heavy, but if you do kendo, you will know by holding the handle and swinging it downward, it gave a heavy pressure to your whole arms.
600g alone and people uses both hands to swung.
the weight is not heavy, but the weight and the action of swinging make it heavy.
and in the last chapter, Naruto was eight when he was swinging iron sword (which is 2 kg (I never know about this, because I never held an iron sword)) and swung it two hundreds of times. most newbie kendo practitioners (which use 500g wooden sword) can at most swung wooden sword at most 50 times before their arms get cramps (some with trained body can do it right to 100 times). which mean I actually already made Naruto a bit inhuman with him being able to swung iron sword 200 times before getting tired.
any exercise for martial arts can look easy, but hard to do.

Golden orbs peered across the room when the large door suddenly opened. Though, the owner of the orbs becomes half-lidded the moment she sees who just entered the room.

"Your Majesty"
Alipheese greeted her mentor with a curt nod, already knowing the reason for her visit.
Tamamo herself bowed down in a sign of respect toward the Monster Lord before she returned to a standing position, eyes hinting for a question.
"So, is everything ready?"
"Yes…" a pained expression crossed Alipheese face for a brief second, but before Tamamo can show her concern, the Monster Lord raises her hand, stopping the nine-tailed fox "… The ritual shall be done when Naruto reach twelve years old"
"Will you be alright though? Your body won't be able to handle such a heavy ritual"
Alipheese merely presses her hand over her chest, feeling the pain slowly subside.
No one knows except for Tamamo and Alipheese herself, but after the Hero and his party attacked her years ago, her body sustained a heavy injury, one that will kill her sooner or later.
"I know. But it can't be helped, death will come to me sooner or later. Plus, my daughter is old enough to take my place as the next Monster Lord"
The two become silent for a few minutes, and no one dares to break it.
Though, Tamamo added an idea to the table.
"You should just do a normal ritual and let Naruto become Incubus, that way you'll live a bit longer"
It was a weak idea, and hearing it alone, Alipheese snorted in Tamamo's direction. There's no way she would let her dearest son become an Incubus for two reasons.
One, politically, the Succubus race is already one of the strongest races. She can't give them another power in the shape of Incubus Naruto.
For all intent, they could start a rebellion in the future.
Two, as a loving Mother, she wants all the best for her dear son. And what's better than her own race? The race of the founding monster?
Plus, it also would make Naruto become a true holder of the Fateburn bloodline.
"Hell no"
Alipheese said with another snort, and without any explanation, Tamamo already know what crossed the head of the Monster Lord.
"Your children will be sad if you die"
"… That's a low blow, even for you"
As the image of her daughter crying and her son bawling while hugging her cold, dead body crossed her mind, Alipheese glared at a smiling Tamamo-no-Mae.
This woman is so vexing!
"Enough, I'll not change my mind. If you have nothing else to say, you're excused"
"… Alright, alright"
Carefreely, Tamamo used her magic to make many foods appear, each placed on top of the table beside Alipheese's throne, with the Monster Lord herself merely closing her eyes so she won't see Tamamo's teasing eyes.
She has had enough of Tamamo's teasing for this day.

Alipheese said haughtily while munching on the food Tamamo give her as a tribute after the foxy woman is no longer in front of her.
But what she said… it was not that far from the truth.

Tamamo said with honest eyes, and hearing this, Naruto's eyes become narrow as he delves down into his mind, deep in thinking.
Seeing this, Tamamo smiled.
Unlike most of the monsters that lived in this Castle, Naruto always loves to train his body and mind.

Asking for Naruto's suggestion for this situation is a good idea.

For a few minutes, the two children keep crying while their mother carried them while shushing them with nothing but motherly love.
A few meters away, Tamamo-no-Mae was leaning her back against the wall with her tails waving around, her eyes watching the three with a pair of melancholy eyes.
Naruto stopped his cries before Alice, and despite still hiccupping, he's looking up at his mother with determined eyes.

Hiccupping, Alice followed suit and looked up toward her mother.

Alright then…" seeing none of her children is crying anymore, Alipheese gently, put them down so she can explain something "… First, mommy's going to explain my original plan, after that, we can decide how we'll move from there, alright?"
Not only Alice and Naruto, but even Tamamo also nodded with serious eyes here.

Being twelve years old, Naruto now stood at the height of 5'0 ft, or about 155 cm. taller than most humans around his age, but still shorter than most monsters he befriends with.
Then again, most monsters are just taller than humans.
Even compared to her, Naruto is just around her breasts level in height. Though, he's about the same height as Tamamo-no-Mae.
His blonde hair has become a little bit longer, and right in front of his bang, a crimson mark of the vertical eye can be seen. A mark of a Monster Lord, something that the Alipheese made half a year ago at the request of Alice.
No, Alice will still be the one who takes the throne. However, she wanted her brother to be seen as her equal by other monster rulers.

The door to the throne room opened with a simple word from Alipheese Fateburn the fifteenth.
And from it, Naruto walks in with all of the Heavenly Knights.

Unlike most humans, he is not clad in any kind of armor and wears nothing but the simplest-looking t-shirt topped with a large haori.
And strapped on his waist, is the sword well-known among every monster that has lived long enough.

The ugly sword that was made by melting the fleshes of 666 angels, it is also said the holder will be able to hear the pained groans of the hundreds of angels if he were to focus enough.
"Naruto pay respect to mother!"
Kneeling on one knee, Naruto clasps his fist and palm together while bowing his head once he's in front of the Monster Lord's throne.
The Heavenly Knights that entered together with him keep walking until they're standing beside their ruler's throne, two on the left and right respectively.

One by one, the Monster Lord began to explain what kind of torturous painful feeling he will experience the moment the ritual started.
From the strongest physically like the Dragon race to the weakest of the chart which is the Slime race, his mother didn't leave any explanation.
And by the end of it, all Queens within the room have uncomfortable faces.
Naruto himself still looking calm.
For his mother, his sister, and everyone he befriended all of these years…
"This son will not even let any pained sound, mother"
The moment Naruto said such a thing with a straight face, all of the Queens looks startled.
'This boy… seriously?'

Stopping in front of kneeling Naruto, Alipheese raised a rather large bowl.
And at the same time, the room began to glow dark red as Queens from all races slitted the back of their arms and let their blood to flies into the Monster Lord's direction.
Ten minutes later, the bowl in Alipheese's hand become half-full with purple liquid.
Lastly, the Monster Lord slit her own hand and let her royal blue blood pour out into the bowl, mixing her blood with the blood of the Queens under her rule.

Naruto stood, his face showing nothing but determination when his mother gave the blood-filled bowl into his hands.
And after she did this, she turned around and slithered back to her throne, where she sat, watching.
On her face, is a tell-tale of a smile.
Drink it, my son
And drink Naruto did.
There's no hesitation, no pause, or whatever.
The moment his mother ordered him to drink the blood, he did it with a few gulps.

And thus, the bowl fell and broke.
-With the Others-
They all can see it.
They can even hear it.
*Crack*
Naruto's bones cracked under the pressure of so many powers converging within one bowl of blood.
But just after his bones cracked, they recovered once again.
Then the other torture began…
His white, soft skin was ripped as black draconic scales appears across his body, ripping all of his clothes like a knife to a paper.
The skin returns after that, leaving him nude and sweating, eyes already red from the pain he felt.
"…"
Soft it is, everyone could almost hear a pained grunt the moment his skin turns cold as snake-like scales appear and disappear, followed by the sound of other bones cracking as six pairs of large black wings appeared and disappears on his back.
Again, and again.
Dragon's scales, Harpy's wings, Mermaid's gills, Lamia's tail, Goblin's muscles, Beast-like furs, and many others… everything keeps appearing and disappearing one by one.
And by the time fifty or so transformations finished, Naruto already kneeling in all four with blood-shot eyes and bulging veins.
Just as he promised, he hasn't let out any sound.
But still… it looks painful.
And most of the Queens of their race can only admire this Naruto's willpower.
