Popo and Nana were going through the Spiral Mountain for they bumped into Banjo and Kazooie, with the Ice Climber pair having found the bear and bird collecting the various collectable items from different games that were popping in and out of their world.
"Whoa! Where did all these items come from?" Banjo asked upon stuffing the items into his backpack.
Kazooie scoffed while using her wings to attack the random googly eyed vegetables bouncing around their grassy meadow home. "Where do you think? Some random portal that just opened up!"
"This is fun!" Popo cheered while whamming the bouncing food with his wooden mallet upon feeling his stomach growl.
"Yes it is!" Nana added in upon letting out a frosty fart that froze the veggies behind her. "Though maybe we should go and help our fellow Smashers solve this particular case."
