Popo and Nana wereoon the run because they were being chased by a group of angry people that they accidentally smashed while they were spreading their icy snow magic around; indeed they decided to eat at a fancy restaurant, eating incredibly expensive vegetables because they wanted to feel regal while consuming food: it went downhill when they broke wind and caused such a blizzard within the dining facility it caused a chase to unfold and thus the Ice Climbers found themselves in complete trouble.
"Why is this happening?" The Ice Climber pair asked each other with tears going out of their eyes. "We just wanted 1 night to be fancy...!"
