Slight Gore Warning! I'll put a *** when it starts and when it ends!

"What do you mean Yoongi's dead?!" Jungkook said, freaking out. Was he going to be arrested? Was he going to be charged with murder? Was he... going to prison? Jungkook didn't want that to happen. Sure, he attacked Yoongi and beat him up, but he didn't know that it would kill him! Was he really that strong? He was very, very worried. What if they... What if they found out that Jungkook also..."I-I'm sure it was a mistake. There's no way Yoongi's dead, right?"

"No... The hospital just called me and said that Yoongi died. I think the police are going to arrest you for murder or something, but..." Hoseok seemed troubled in spilling out the words. He just couldn't take it all in. Yoongi, one of his best friends, dead. The one person that helped him through all of this was gone, and somehow... He couldn't be mad at Jungkook. It was a mistake, right? Hoseok turned his head toward the stairs, as he heard a knock on the door. "Oh. That was fast..."

"I don't want to go! Why do I have a be a part of this?" Jungkook screamed. He started to run, leaving Namjoon and Hoseok in a daze. As they stood there they heard footsteps and a slam of a door. They heard the police screaming, and Jungkook screaming, and it was all a mess. Namjoon and Hoseok just glanced at each other and left the room, making sure to close the trapdoor and hide it under the rug. As they went out of Namjoon's room and down the stairs, Hoseok noticed that Jungkook's room was messy, making Hoseok think that Jungkook presumably tried to hide there... Or maybe hide something. He honestly couldn't care about that right now.

They stopped at the last step of the stairs, noticing that the place was a mess. Jungkook... probably tried hiding in here. Hoseok thought to himself. They felt a slight breeze, and glanced at the front door, which was open. They ignored the mess and went outside, witnessing Jungkook running and the police chasing after him. The two of them glanced at each other, wondering how Jungkook could run from the police. Hoseok just grabbed the doorknob and closed the front door. Namjoon left upstairs, and Hoseok decided to go into Jungkook's room and get the diary.

Hoseok looked around, making sure no one was around to see him. Well, the only person who could see him now is Namjoon. Namjoon seemed very, very suspicious. He couldn't pinpoint what it was, but he was sure that Namjoon had to be Seokjin's killer. As he slowly opened the door, he found the room to be very... messy. He wondered why the room was messy. As he took a step in, he was interrupted by someone.

"Ahem. Are you perhaps looking, for this?" Hoseok turned around, seeing Namjoon standing at the doorway. He was holding a piece of paper which had the word "PLAN" at the top of the paper. Ah, so it wasn't Taehyung's actual diary. Hoseok felt a little relieved, but that didn't last for long as Namjoon started to its contents.

"PLAN

1. Pretend you're dead.

2. Get Jungkook to confirm that you're 'dead'

3..."

Namjoon didn't finish his sentence. Hoseok snatched the paper from Namjoon's hands, skimming the paper until the bottom. The words were smudged and scribbled out, but Hoseok knew that the word 'Kill' was there. Did Jimin want to kill someone? Why did he fake his death?

Namjoon snatched the paper from Hoseok's hand, and handed him another piece of paper. It was another list, and Hoseok could tell that this was Jungkook's part of the plan.

'1. Namjoon will 'kill' Jimin. Do the heartbeat stuff, and pretend he's dead

2. When he's buried alive, dig him up and'

was written, but 'get him out of there' was crossed off, instead having the words 'kill him' was written. Hoseok was in shock, trying to comprehend what he just read. "Wait, how is this..."

Namjoon sighed. "I don't know. We might have to check up on Jimin to see if this is true." Hoseok didn't know what Namjoon meant, but when he saw Namjoon leave and come back with a shovel he knew what was going to happen. "Found this in Jungkook's room. Concidence, or not?" He smiled, as he took Hoseok's hand and started walking. They went out of the house and started walking to the place where they buried their friends. It wasn't far, and there were all buried next to each other, but walking there felt like hours.

Hoseok's heart was racing. Maybe Namjoon was the one who wrote the plan. Maybe it was forged. But the writing was so accurate, it seemed so fitting. It all seemed true. Namjoon was also in the same boat. He remembered when Jungkook was so persistent in checking Jimin's heartbeat. He remembered when they were investigating Jimin's body, and Jungkook said that he was going to look somewhere else. Why didn't Namjoon say anything? It was so obvious that there was not going to be any evidence outside Jimin's room. He remembered being the one that choked Jimin. He did it in an effort to make Jimin snap back into his senses. But he went too hard, and Jimin supposedly died. But that's what Namjoon thought.

As they entered the cemetery both of them noticed the increase in gravestones. "More people must've died. I pity them." Namjoon said as he glanced at the writing on the gravestones. Most of them were... young adults and teens. Huh, how strange. Namjoon thought to himself as he walked past them. Why were people dying at such a young age? What was their cause of death? Maybe... Maybe they were stuck in the same situation like them. Everyone murdering each other. Truly despair, huh?

They soon reached their friends gravestones and noticed that Jimin's gravestone looked like it had been dug up recently. As Namjoon pushed the shovel into the dirt, he found that it was slightly easy to dig up. Maybe it was because the dirt hadn't settled yet. Soon, all the dirt had been dug up and they saw Jimin's casket. Namjoon told Hoseok to look away, as Jimin was probably bloody. Hoseok looked away, and Namjoon opened the casket.

There laid Jimin, his head splattered with blood and bashed in. Namjoon could see some brain matter splattered out. It was splattered everywhere, forever stained on his head and the space around him. His face was stuck in a horrified face, eyes bulging wide and mouth stuck open. His hands were held close to his chest, in a protecting way. Did Jungkook hit Jimin with the shovel he was currently holding right now? He remembered how Jungkook came back, sweaty and out of breath. Namjoon didn't question it, but he knew that something must've gone on while Jungkook left.

Namjoon closed the casket, groaning at what he just saw. He would have that mental image in his head for the rest of his life. Namjoon glanced at Hoseok, who was about to say something. "Don't ask what I saw. Just know that there's blood and brain matter." Hoseok nodded, keeping his mouth shut. "We have to call the police. We've found Jimin's true killer." Namjoon said, taking out his phone and calling the police.

Jungkook had no idea what he was doing running from the police. He had somehow ran out of the house, and was currently hiding in a bush. This wasn't supposed to happen. Why was this happening? He did not want to be arrested. It was an accident, right? If he got caught, he could just explain that he didn't know that it would kill Yoongi, it was an accident, and that he didn't have the intention to kill Yoongi. He was telling the truth. He could only hope that they did not find out what he did to Jimin. He remembered everything that happened.

Jungkook walked through the graveyard, locating Jimin's grave. He hid behind a tree as he watched some people bury Jimin. Jungkook waited until they were completely and surely gone. Then, he walked over to Jimin's grave and started digging. It was easy, as they had just put the dirt over him. Jungkook wasn't sure how Jimin managed to bypass everyone and trick them into thinking he was dead, but by the way those people lazily buried him and immediately left, Jungkook could tell that it wasn't that hard. As he reached the casket, he wiped some sweat off his forehead and opened the casket.

There laid Jimin, quiet as ever. Staring at Jungkook. "Hey! Thanks for agreeing to do this 'murder plan' thing with me. I can finally-" Jimin started to say, sitting up and closing his eyes in joy. What he hadn't noticed was Jungkook raising his shovel and slamming it down on Jimin's head. Jimin's face immediately turned into horror, raising his hands up in an effort to protect himself. But Jungkook just kept on swinging at Jimin's head. He soon stopped, making sure that Jimin was completely dead. He couldn't muster the courage to stare at Jimin's dead body now, so he just closed the casket and started putting the dirt back into the grave.

When he finished, he ran away, bringing the shovel with him. He ran between hidden places, making sure no one could see him. He soon reached their house, unlocking the door and walking in. He ran to his room, taking off his clothes and putting on new ones. He grabbed a freshener spray and sprayed it on himself, making sure he didn't smell of blood. He then went to the back of the house and disposed of his clothes in the dumpster, moving some trash over it. He walked upstairs, making sure to look not out of breath or sweaty. He grabbed the doorknob, and walked in.

Jungkook shuddered at the thought of his actions. You may wonder why Jungkook did this. Well, Jungkook had an explanation. He found out that Namjoon suspected him. Jungkook looked up greatly to him, and hearing that made Jungkook's heart shatter. So he decided to prove himself to Namjoon. Helping him, following him around, talking to him, and just trying to make Namjoon not suspect him. In turn, Jungkook and Namjoon grew close. Namjoon told Jungkook what to do. He told Jungkook what to say, and how to help him. But when Jimin started to go crazy, and came up to him with that crazy plan, Jungkook couldn't help but feel bad.

He remembered trying to hide it from Namjoon. Namjoon had stormed into his room and found his 'plan' sheet. He asked Jungkook why there was a sheet in his room, why he was going being his back, and how he felt. In that moment, Jungkook felt embarassed. He shouldn't have accepted that plan. He shouldn't have let Namjoon down. And so, for Namjoon, Jungkook was going to end ties with Jimin, and kill him so Namjoon wouldn't have to. Sure, maybe Namjoon looked bad in someone's eyes, but to Jungkook he was not a bad guy. He had bad intentions, sure, but everyone makes mistakes. After Jungkook had killed Jimin he vowed to Namjoon that he would follow in his footsteps of despair.

To him, Hoseok was the enemy. The hope in everyone's despair. The antagonist. Well, that's what Namjoon had said. During that car ride, Namjoon had told him everything. He had told him how suspicious Hoseok was, why he didn't come to save him, all the evidence he had, and everything else that didn't come to mind at the moment. But looking back at all those memories, Jungkook thought to himself... Maybe Hoseok was right.

Maybe Namjoon really was the bad guy. After all, Namjoon felt super controlling. Jungkook had sometimes resorted to hiding in his room or staying with someone else so he could avoid Namjoon. Maybe... Maybe Namjoon was manipulating Jungkook. It gave Jungkook chills as he remembered his past. Manipulated and used, told that was all Jungkook was worth for. He was only worth serving under others and following them like a mindless slave. And as memories started flying through Jungkook's head, he snapped.

He got up, walking out of the bushes with his hands up in the air, surrendering. As he was put into handcuffs, he thought of one last thing. Hoseok, I only hope that you find out Namjoon's true nature.

As Hoseok and Namjoon watched the police investigate Jimin and take his body away, they sighed in relief. At least they found one murderer. They would've never suspected Jungkook as a killer. Well Jimin's killer to be exact. They thought that Jimin died of suicide. Why hadn't they investigated further? It was obviously not suicide, judging by the choke marks on his neck. As they were the ones who made the call, they had to give the evidence of the plan papers and the shovel.

After being interrogated, they left and went back to the house. As they opened the door, they remembered the mess that had occurred. "..We should probably clean that up." Namjoon said. Hoseok nodded, agreeing, and with that they started to clean the house. They started downstairs, slowly making the way up. Hoseok still had the diary on his mind, so when Namjoon wasn't looking he snuck upstairs. If anything, he could just say that he was cleaning Jungkook's room. He rummaged through each mess, cleaning it up and putting it back exactly where it was. He soon reached the drawers, and noticed that it was jammed. Jammed...

Hoseok had flashbacks of when him and Yoongi tried to open it, and found a shocking discovery. Maybe that would happen with this one? There's going to be something shocking in here. Hoseok pulled the drawer, and tugged at it. It immediately opened, making Hoseok fall down on his back. As he held the drawer piece in his hands, he took a look inside. It was... the diary. Hoseok almost laughed at the irony. As he opened the book, he noticed two words on the front page.

'Taehyung's Diary' was scribbled onto the paper, along with a bunch of doodles. Oh. So this was Taehyung's personal diary. He noticed that the book was kept neat and tidy, which lead Hoseok to believe that Jungkook had never opened the book. Hoseok skimmed through the pages, focusing on the dates at the top until he reached a page dated on the day of Seokjin's murder. He read the paper. 'Today I saw Seokjin and someone wrestling. I don't know who was wrestling him, but they were pretty tall and muscular. That's all I gotta say. Hopefully I didn't witness a murder or something, lol." The way it was written made Hoseok think that this was written before they found out Seokjin was dead.

He took the diary, walking out of Jungkook's room. If he could just put it in his room, and hide it, he could-

"And what are you doing in Jungkook's room?" Hoseok's thoughts were interrupted by Namjoon, who he almost bumped into. Hoseok almost jumped in fear as he quickly hid the book behind his back. He didn't expect Namjoon to be here, but he assumed that the mess downstairs was already clean. Geez, and he was getting scared and worried for a moment there.

"I was just cleaning his room. That's all." Hoseok said, walking away from Namjoon. He didn't have time to talk to Namjoon right now. Right now he had to add this to his evidence list. He had a whole evidence chart surrounding on who killed Seokjin. The chart suspect consistently changed, but for the past few days or so it had been stuck at Namjoon. As he went into his room and locked it he sat down on his bed, staring at the diary. It was Taehyung's legit diary. His description of what he saw lied in this diary.

That would've meant that the one Namjoon and Jungkook had was the fake one. Perhaps Namjoon forged the paper? The paper did seem too off, and it was not like what Taehyung would've wrote. Comparing it to the actual paper made it seem obvious. Hoseok wondered why Namjoon would even make a fake one anyways. Was it to trick Jungkook? Was it to make Jungkook turn against him? Hoseok didn't know, but he hoped that Jungkook would find out about Namjoon's true intentions.

Hoseok got up, putting the diary in a safe place where no one would find it, and walked out. As he went out of his room, he heard Namjoon talking. He slowly tiptoed towards Namjoon's room, standing close the his door. It was slightly open, and he could see that Namjoon was calling someone.

"Hello? ..Yes, he has been exterminated. I always hated that guy, man. He sucked ass to be around... Yeah, he's all mutilated at the police station... Uh huh, no need to thank me. Seriously though, that man was a real bother." Hoseok heard Namjoon say. Wait, what?! Mutilated... at the police station? Who could it have been? Was he... talking about Jackson? The thought of Namjoon, Jackson's best friend, killing Jackson made Hoseok shiver in disgust. Just... what was Namjoon?

And he was just starting to trust Namjoon. Damn it. Hoseok thought to himself. Why does he have to be so damn gullible?! He went outside, noticing that it was almost nighttime. Hoseok just decided to go to his room and sleep. He was tired of everything that was happening, after all. He only hoped that there was going to be more evidence that would convict Namjoon.

As Jungkook sat in the rusty chair that was barely holding up, he remembered how Yoongi was kind of in the same position as him. Being accused of murder, sitting in an interrogation room, and everyone not believing you. Except this time Jungkook really was guilty. There was no way that he would get out of this. How many years would he get for involuntary manslaughter? As he wondered what sentences he would get, an officer suddenly slammed open the door, scaring Jungkook.

"We have gotten evidence that you are involved in Park Jimin's murder. We need to talk to you. Remember, anything you say can and will be used in court." The officer said, sitting down in the chair in front of him. At this point, Jungkook couldn't care anymore. He explained his plan, everything that happened, his and Jimin's plan, the murder, and how he did it. As the officer frantically took notes, Jungkook sighed. What was going to happen? The officer looked up at him and told him that his trial will be starting soon, and that he should get prepared.

Jungkook didn't know how to get prepared. After all this time being coddled and manipulated by Namjoon, he didn't know if he could depend on himself. But he had to try. That's what he had told himself all this time, and yet... As he stared at the courtroom door in front of him, he felt nervous. Like a nervous wreck. As he pushed the door open with his side, he walked to the defendant stand and stood there. He took deep breaths, staring at the courtroom he was in. And when it was his turn to testify, he spoke in a not-so confident voice.

And as soon as the trial had started it had ended. The whole trial was a blur. He tried to remember what happened. He saw his friends, Hoseok and Namjoon testify against him. That alone broke his heart. To see them go against him, to see him in this state, in this point of life, was simply saddening. He remembered trying to justify his actions, testifying hundreds of times, sobbing as the tears went down his face onto the stand. The objections, the evidence, everyone staring at him in different degrees ranging from disappointment to horror. He was an embarrassment, and he knew it himself.

He was walked away from the stand, being prepared to be put into jail. And as he was being put into a police car, he looked up at the night sky one last time. I'm sorry.

Hoseok woke up, groaning as the sun hit his face. He got up, ready for a new day. As he brushed his teeth, he noticed the defying silence in the house. He finished brushing his teeth, walking out of his room. Where did Namjoon go? Hoseok searched each room for Namjoon, even calling out his name, but nothing. Hoseok checked his phone, hoping that Namjoon texted him, but there were no recent texts. Huh, how weird. Hoseok thought to himself.

Wait. Maybe Hoseok could... sneak into Namjoon's room and see if there was any other evidence. It was a perfect time to investigate. He looked around, walked to Namjoon's room and opened his door. He noticed that it was oddly clean. He stepped inside, looking around. Where would be the perfect place to hide some evidence? Hoseok thought about some places where you could find evidence and started searching those places. They consisted of secret hiding places in inconspicuous spots. As he searched those spots, he found that there was nothing of use. There was nothing hidden there.

He then thought back to one of Yoongi's detective lessons. He and Hoseok used to have lessons about detective and solving stuff. Everyday, they would learn new information and then gather up and share their knowledge. He remembered Yoongi saying something about hidden evidence spots. He remembered, quote to quote, Yoongi saying that "evidence could be hidden anywhere. it could even be hidden under someone's pillow!"

Hoseok thought about it, and then decided to take that advice, He walked up to Namjoon's pillow and took a look under it, picking it up. Ironically, there was a piece of paper there. It was bloody, and Hoseok got worried that he was going to faint, but as he opened the piece of paper he noticed that it was only a little bit. If there was a lot of blood Hoseok would've fainted, but little stains of blood didn't make Hoseok faint. On the piece of paper was writing, which read this.

"Dear Seokjin,

I apologize for the sudden surprise, but I would like to meet up with you at 10:50am. I know I could've written you a letter, but hey. We're pen pals and besties, so I thought writing a letter to you would be more appropriate.

From,

Namjoon"

Hoseok stared at the letter. Why was this... Did Namjoon write a letter to Seokjin so that he could lure him? How did Seokjin reply? Was there another letter? Hoseok wondered. He'd have to find out later, when-

"Ahem." A voice said. Hoseok immediately turned around, and saw Namjoon.

"Namjoon! What are you-" Hoseok said, but Namjoon had gone on his knees, begging for forgiveness. "H-Huh?"

"I'm so sorry, Hoseok. I feel so guilty, I feel regretful, I feel so sorry." Namjoon started. Hoseok bent down, making eye contact with Namjoon. Hoseok had no idea why Namjoon was saying sorry, but he was interested. Namjoon put his hands to his chest, in a sorrowful action. "I was the one that killed Seokjin."

"What?! Namjoon, you couldn't have... Please tell me that you're lying to me!" Hoseok screamed, still staring at Namjoon. Namjoon didn't look back at Hoseok, instead staring at the ground. His plan was working. Hoseok was feeling bad for him, falling for his trap. Such a gullible kid. Namjoon thought in his head, laughing inside. On the outside he was being all sad to Hoseok, but that's not what he felt on the inside. What he felt on the inside was... nothing.

"I'm not lying. Listen up. I'll tell you why I did it." Namjoon said, bringing Hoseok closer and sitting down, Hoseok following. "Ever since I was a kid, I was smart. You know that. Everyone knows that. I got good grades, and I was nice, respectful, and a good kid overall... But I felt weird. Every time I got the top scores, people would congratulate me and ask me for help whenever they needed it. I hope you understand what I mean by what I'm going to say next. It felt great. To be on top of everyone and for them to be helpless without me... It felt powerful. I loved the attention." Namjoon started.

"But then everything changed... We formed to become BTS, worked together, disbanded, and then lived in peace here. Even though I was assigned the role of leader, it seemed that Seokjin was in control. After all, he was the oldest. We had to respect him, and follow his rules. I soon grew jealous of him, and I devised a plan... To kill him." At this point fake tears were falling out of Namjoon's eyes. He had prepared for this a long time ago. He was technically telling the truth. He had nothing but greed, manipulation, and despair in him.

"I wrote the letter so that I could get Seokjin alone. He responded by telling me that we'd meet at that time, but when it was time, I noticed that Jimin was there. I realised that Jimin would've said that I was with Seokjin last, so that's why I got you to be the one to open the door. It was so that you'd be the last one with Seokjin. Anyways, I put a knife to his throat, but that bitch slapped my hand away and ran to the other side of the room. He was trying to juke me, but I accidently pushed him and he hit his head on the bedframe. I kicked his body to the wall and stabbed him." Namjoon paused to catch his breath. He had just said a lot.

"...What?" Hoseok said. He was completely dazed, eyes dull and face emotionless. He just didn't get it. "What about the dying message? Your name doesn't start with a J-"

"Hold on, I'm still talking. In the process of the fight, some books fell. When I turned my back, he somehow wrote a dying message on his bookmark. And when I turned around, I saw it. Instead of disposing of it, I decided to keep it, putting it back in the book. It was so that others would be framed. Unfortunately, I did not know that Taehyung was the one that saw our fight. Jungkook showed me his diary later. I'm honestly surprised. Jungkook read that book, but he was so stupid that he never told anyone, and therefore forgot about it. I didn't expect Taehyung to commit suicide, though. Anyways, that broke Jimin, and then I got to eliminate Jimin. Surprisingly, Jimin and Jungkook already made a separate plan, and Jungkook eliminated Jimin himself." Namjoon continued.

"Oh, and to answer your question Seokjin and I had nicknames for each other. I was Joonie, and he was Jinnie. He must've only had that nickname in mind seconds before his death, so in a rush he wrote a 'J'. That's another reason why I eliminated Jimin. He heard Seokjin call me 'Joonie'. Ah, but he was so stupid. He never once mentioned the nickname, or how I was there with Seokjin last. But Yoongi started getting in the way with his smart-ass. So, I had to get rid of Jimin quickly." Namjoon said, smiling. He looked at Hoseok, whose face was full of horror and fear.

"You... Did you really plan all this? Everything? Why are you... acting like this...?" Hoseok was shaking. All the evidence was so painfully obvious, everything made sense now, but... He didn't want to believe that Namjoon was the one that planned everything. Every death, every action, every... everything?

"Most of it. I didn't expect Jungkook to actually kill someone! And to think that Jungkook thought I actually cared about him! Also, the fight Jungkook and Yoongi had. It ended with some pretty unpredictable results. I didn't expect Jungkook to do that. Just for me! He killed two people, all because I said that I thought he killed Seokjin. He wanted to prove himself to me. But, as always, he will just be a little minion to me." Namjoon said, laughing. His expression then changed, turning into boredom. "How sad. I guess we'll never know, huh? Even I don't know why I'm like this. It's all a blur. All nothing, and all despair. Nothing has ever made me truly happy. Even despair hasn't made me happy, believe it or not." Namjoon sighed.

"Namjoon..." Hoseok said, hugging Namjoon. Even if his actions were horrible, Hoseok did truly feel bad for Namjoon. Going through something like that hurt Hoseok's heart. As he hugged his arms tightly around Namjoon's body, he sobbed. "H-Haven't you tried therapy? Or advice? Have y-you ever just... sat down and thought about it? M-Maybe write your t-thoughts down?" Hoseok suggested.

Namjoon sighed. "Hoseok, you don't get it. Nothing ever worked. I don't know. Even though I've been told that I have trouble finding my own emotions, I... I still feel happy, and unhappy, and... I can't really describe my own emotions." Namjoon ran his hands through his hair for dramatic effect. He was 100% telling the truth to Hoseok, as the truth was more sad then his pointless lies. "Wow... Just look at the situation now. Hope and despair, a deep battle between these two. You're the hope, and I'm the despair. I am truly in love with the hope that sleeps inside you. Hoseok... I'm so sorry, but unfortunately my time is over. It's the end. The end of my despair." Namjoon said, softly. He hoped that what he just said would work.

And it did. Hoseok completely broke down, feeling guilty. Inside, Hoseok didn't even know why he was crying now, but he just let it happen in the moment. Namjoon hugged Hoseok back, but in reality he didn't care about Hoseok. He wasn't sorry in any way. In fact, he wasn't sorry at all. He didn't regret his actions, but he wasn't happy about them. It was just for despair. Now, you may ask why Namjoon was all obsessed with despair. Well... He wasn't sure why. He had always felt weird inside. He felt empty, in a way. The closest thing to that was despair, and so Namjoon decided to indulge in despair. But even that didn't work. Despair was just another concept. "You have to turn me in, Hoseok. I deserve to be caught for my actions."

Hoseok sighed, trying to regain his thoughts. He did have to turn in Namjoon. Even if his heart didn't agree, it was for the sake of everyone. Seokjin, Taehyung, Jimin, Yoongi, and Jungkook. After all, Namjoon... was the cause of all this. He was the cause of everything that had happened. Hoseok grabbed the phone, and dialed the police. As they arrived and put Namjoon in handcuffs, all Hoseok could think about was everything that happened, what Namjoon had told him, and just despair in general. Namjoon's plan was so simple, and yet... They couldn't find it out until the end, when it was too late. Everyone except him had either died or been arrested.

And as they took him in for questioning and the trial, Hoseok made sure not to let those feelings get in the way. As he objected, testified, and showed the evidence, he couldn't help but remember Yoongi. Yoongi would've been like this. He would've been doing the objections and the testimonies and sorting the enemies. Just like a real attorney. The two of them would've been working together, to find the truth. Like black and white. Like red and blue. He groaned, trying not to remember too much about the past. He didn't want to cry in front of everyone.

The whole trial was a bit of a blur, but was fast since Namjoon confessed at the start. He had confessed everything that he had told Hoseok. As the trial finished and they let Hoseok go, he couldn't stop thinking of everything that happened earlier. They drove him to his house, letting him go. Hoseok opened the door to his house and walked in. There was still a faint smell of blood, which Hoseok had got sick of. He decided to sit down and watch some TV. He turned it on, and immediately saw Namjoon's face on the screen.

"Authorities say that he was very decisive and manipulated everyone around him. He had even manipulated his friends into submission. He is currently on the death penalty, and is awaiting his punishment. It's been said that..." Hoseok just turned off the TV. He was tired. Tired of everything that has happened. After hearing what Namjoon had told him earlier, he just couldn't take it anymore... Everyone around him had died. His friends, once alive and happy, were dead because of Namjoon.

And Hoseok wondered to himself why he acted like that when Namjoon talked to him. Why did he cry? Why did he...? Hoseok stopped as he remembered his past. He remembered when he was young. He remembered being gullible. Believing anything and everything people told him. He remembered his mom dying because of it. His dad was very negative, and in turn Hoseok decided to be positive to everyone so that they wouldn't have to feel like how he felt. But now he didn't feel so positive. Everything around him felt negative.

As he looked around the house, he noticed how quiet it was. All the memories, everyone, and everything was gone now. It was way too quiet... and uneasy. He remembered how he would have fun with his members, hanging out with them and doing everything together, but now it was all gone, and Hoseok just couldn't take it anymore. He just didn't have the motivation to live. How could he, when there was no one to comfort him? There was nothing for him now. Maybe... Maybe Namjoon's despair truly lived on. It lived on long enough to infect hope, and now...

As Hoseok went through each room trying to find a gun, tears rolled down his face. He went into everyone's room, desperately searching for something to kill him. He wanted to end it quick, so he decided on a gun. There had to be a gun somewhere. Someone had to own a gun somewhere. As he went through Yoongi's drawer, he found a gun. Of course Yoongi would have a gun... Hoseok thought, laughing to himself.

***Gore Start!

He put the gun to his temple. He wasn't sure what would kill him instantly, but it was worth a try. His hand shook as his finger reached the trigger. He hoped it was loaded to the max, or else he had to play some Russian roulette. He put his finger on the trigger, and pressed it. His hand slipped from being nervous and was aimed lower than expected. He heard the gun fire, and the bullet going through his cheek and stopping at his eye. He felt his eye slowly bulge and pop out. He fell to his knees, feeling numb. He decided to rest in a comfortable laying position, and looked up at the ceiling.

And as the blood seeped out of his face, he smiled one last time.

Jimin: "So... like, after I walked away from Seokjin I went to the kitchen and saw Taehyung and Hoseok arguing. I tried to like, stop them, but they didn't so I left them and went upstairs, where I saw Jungkook. We talked for a bit and then I left, going to my room. I just went on my phone for the rest of the time and showered until Hoseok had to come in and tell me about Seokjin's death. Huh. How tragic."

Jungkook: "There's nothing much I did. All I really did was play games the whole day. I went out once just to get another slice of cake, and all of a sudden everyone's mad and arguing. What a great day to be alive, huh? Couldn't say the same for Seokjin, though.."

Hoseok: "Today I bought a cake, a nice one. It was chocolate, but I made sure Jungkook covered that part. There was barely any chocolate yet, but Taehyung and I argued about it because he was allergic, but a little wouldn't hurt. Jimin tried to stop us but he ended up leaving, and after he did and Taehyung left I just went on my phone. Then, Namjoon texted me saying I had to check on Seokjin, so I did. That's when I found the body."

. "Reason" of Murder:

Jimin: "In the moment of anger, he would've murdered Seokjin because he was controlling to him."

Hoseok: In the kitchen, with his phone. Namjoon texted him to open Seokjin's door, and is also when discovery of body was made.

Namjoon: On a walk, gone for 6 hours.

Yoongi: ?

Jimin: ?

. Jungkook's Account: "Because if I murdered Seokjin [which I didn't], why would I need a lint roller to clean my hair off the floor? Remember? I used to share a room with Seokjin. Moved out a week before Seokjin died. My hair is guaranteed to be there forever, unless.. No point in removing the hair anyway."
