"Wow...the Middle Ages...it's so...historic." Theo said.
"Yeah, but where in the Middle Ages are we?" Eddy said as the group looked around, seeing a plain of green, flowers of all colors blooming across the plains.
"I don't see any civilization around here." Scarlet said. "You think there was a problem with the door, or-?"
"Avalon." Saber spoke up, getting the group's attention. "This is Avalon, the Isle of Legend, in the Reverse Side of the World."
"It is as she says." A voice said as appearing before them was a young woman with long dark blonde hair in a white blue dress. "It is the birthplace of the Sacred Sword, Excalibur."
"Wait...you mean...the place where the King Arthur legends take place?" Naofumi asked.
"The very same. Allow me to introduce myself, I am Nimue." The young woman said. "Lady of the Lake."
"And a lovely lady you are. Perhaps you could…" Emerald began before some of Mythos Hearts pounced on him.
"No...don't make the situation weird by trying to ask her for marriage." Cobalt whispered.
"Lady of the Lake...we seek a key. Perhaps you know of its whereabouts." Ainz said.
"Please, call me Nimue, Lord Ainz of Nazarick." Nimue said. "As for the key, please, follow me."
She soon led the way as the two groups followed after her.
"So...you know of the other worlds as well...not surprising considering you are a powerful being." Ainz said.
"Yes, I and several others in this universe share this knowledge with each other and many like you who adventure to other worlds." Nimue said as they soon arrived at a tower on top of a hill. "This is St Michael's Tower and the burial ground of King Arthur." she said before approaching the gravestone and lightly bowed before holding her hand out as a key with a radiant light materialized from it in her hands as she held it out to the groups.
"Well...this was the easiest key for us." Subaru said.
"King Arthur." Nimue said to Saber. "It is always a pleasure to greet you, oh great Universal Hero."
"Likewise, Nimue." Saber replied, bowing her head.
"Universal Hero, huh?" Mark said. "Heh, it's got a nice ring to it, don't you think, Saber?"
"Perhaps, though I doubt I will use the title in introduction." Saber replied.
"I wish you all good fortune on your journey, and no matter what lies beyond the door, I know you all will make the right choice." Nimue softly smiled before disappearing in a flash of light.
"Huh...that was...surprisingly easy." Theo said. "I was expecting a huge fight but it's nice to settle things peacefully from time to time."
"Well if it were a fight, we'd have annihilated them with ease." Albedo said.
"Maybe not annihilate but we definitely would have won." Filo said.
"What's amazing was the fact that Saber was acknowledged as a Universal Hero in our current generation." Scarlet said.
"Scarlet… Saber is the Heroic Spirit of King Arthur." Mark said. "Of course she'd be a Universal Hero."
"Your praise is appreciated, but there were only five to start with: Lucifer, Arthur, Solomon, Pandora and Noah." Saber said.
"For all we know, she could've been referring to Arthur himself, not Saber." Theo said. "Though since she and Arthur are the same person...maybe?"
"That's… well, alternate universes and all." Mark said. "She's King Arthur… well, King Altria… gah, it's confusing."
"Mark, trust me. Some things are better off not thinking about too hard." Subaru said. "Just the way the world works."
"Let's just agree not to have this conversation again in the future to avoid confusion." ZS said.
"Agreed." the group replied without hesitation.
As the group headed back to the main room, Saber smiled to herself. Even if she wasn't truly of the mantle her true name carried, she was still proud to be who she was.
