Chapter 2 Heroes, Jail, escape and school.
Peter could be seen working in the center of the room he was finishing his first arc-reactor it had taken him many Months since he didn't have the original blue prints and most of it came from memory but here, he was the one who made THE arc-reactor. "Now to work on making a suit of Iron…shouldn't be too hard and with Karen help he was able to find parts for sale that should help him build his suit.
-Peter there is a crime happening close by…someone is holding a group of civilian hostage.-Karen said as a live feed appeared on the screen of the Tablet Peter looked at the Criminal and let out a sigh. "Well it's been 6 month since I last went as Spider-man that should be enough time, Karen is my batch of Fire proof webbing finished? Also are my Ice shots ready for use I remember last time and I don't want frozen fingers again."Peter said as he started to suit up. -Anti-flame Web is ready you have 2 cartridges for use, Ice shot web is also read you have 3 Cartridges at the ready.-Karen said
"Alright keep sending out orders for everything and anything Nano-tech related I'll be back as soon as I can."Peter said as he jumped out of the window and swung away towards the crime scene.
-Scene of the crime.-
When Peter arrived, he quickly webbed the criminal holding the people hostage, pulled the trigger out of his hand and knocked him out all within 10 seconds he didn't know if he had a quirk that could act as a backup for the bombs on the people nor did he want to find out so all in all this was his fastest criminal take down. Spider-Man then started to disarm the bombs around the people while the police marched in.
"Arrest me later I am busy taking these bomb vest off never know if they are on a backup timer or if the villain will wake up soon."Spider-man said with a deep mature sounding voice. The police officers lowered their guns as they watched Spider-man work they were amazed he knew how to disarm bombs in the 1st place. Once Spider-Man was done he stood up with his hand behind his back. "You'll learn very quickly why a jail can't hold me."Spider-man said as he was cuffed the police tried to take off his mask but soon found that be impossible.
"The mask is stuck to my face as long as I want it to be stuck so you are not getting my I.D so easily, nor will you get to throw me into your most secure jail or whatever."Spider-Man said He was placed into a police cruiser and was driven off to a police station. Down at the Police station they tried to threaten Spider-man with time for life if he didn't unmask himself, But Spider-man kept calm and chill and smiled as he testing the quirk damping cuffs whatever the cuff was made for was not working on him as he could still use his strength, he could hear the cuff creak and moan but he stopped he wanted the police to believe they had the upper hand.
After a few hours he was escorted to a prison with lots of high-tech quirk damping machines, 4 layers of tall electric fences and a few officers at each post with sleeping darts loaded into their rifles. ~those fences are nothing compare to Electro if anything they'll feel like a strong joy buzzer and that's about it.~Peter thought as he was taken into the prison. He had to wear an orange jump prison uniform over his costume since the police officers still couldn't take his suit off this should have hinted to them he was different but they were blind.
After a few minutes of being pushed around here and there he was finally set into a cell with lots of electric key pads for locking him in. "so Karen have you hacked into their system yet?"Peter asked as he laid on the floor and made a web ball and began to bounce it against the wall. -Hacked into their system the moment your foot ground into the prison.-Karen said "Hmmm good job, I want to make my escape at 2 am in the morning until then I will just relax and sleep here."Peter said -Happy resting sir.-Karen said as she watched Spider-man sleep on the ground.
Peter was having a grand time the Officers tried to get him out of his cell for meal time, but he didn't trust to put something in his food to make him talk or whatever instead as they tried to move him with their taser he let out laughs and giggles to him they were just tickling him and when they tried to hit him with their Batons, he grabbed them and broke them.
-2 am-
"And Open says me."Peter said as he pointed to the door of his cell and they opened and then all the lights went out in the Prison. Peter made his escape through the vents thanks to Karen turning off all the defense systems in the vent and he ran out of the prison easily jumping fences and climbed the wall of the prison without getting shot thanks to everything being dark. He took of his cuffs on his ankle and wrist and placed them on a door knob of one of the towers that over saw the courtyard and climbed down and made his escape easily.
-time skip-
It's been one year and 3 months since I been in this new earth. I am 1/8 done with the Iron Spider suit I am working on, I been arrested and I escaped prison that same day all in all I flexed on the police pretty hard. The people love and hate me those who love are mostly people I saved or people who aren't blind and can see I done better work than some pro Heroes. Those who hate me are the Government, pro heroes and those who see me as a menace to their society.
That said would I do anything differently? No, I don't need no damn license that says I can be a hero, I am a hero, I am mother flipping Spider-Man and if people can't see I can do so much good as a vigilante then it's them who need to change. "Karen I am thinking of iron Like spider legs that can come in and out at my command Idea is based off of the rhino he didn't have to press buttons for most of his commands nor speak I am thinking of a nerve link."Peter said as he was working on the suit. -I see, in that case based on nerve link tech, you don't want anything that connects to your spine instead we should aim for something near the brain nor life threating.-Karen said as she displayed some ideas.
"Good…also are all my documents forged as I asked?"Peter asked -Yes sir.-Karen said as she displays Peter his 'records' his parent's death how he came from New York to live with his aunt who lived in Japan but she also died how he been dodging custody and is now 14 years old. -Peter there is a new disturbance…but the set feels like a trap.-Karen said as she saw a feed of group of people that could be seen doing some type of illegal shady business. "Trap or not It's best to go and if I do get caught I'll just do another Jail escape."Peter said he got dressed grabbed his web shooters and headed out.
-Alleyway.-
"Are you sure he'll come we look shady but even I can tell this is a trap."Midnight said "ahh good to know it was a trap, so you want to spar?"Peter asked in his deepen voice. "Is this what you see it as a little spar play date?"Mirko asked as she took off her disguise. "Well if it isn't the rank 7 bunny hero Mirko, I was wondering when one of the final bosses would appear."Spider-man said
"I don't know how you escaped prison, But this time I will leave you in state of pain so you can't move for a few months."Mirko said as sh she got ready for a fight. "Why? Because I am doing a better job at being a hero than you could ever be?"Spider-Man asked he jumped back as Mirko came rushing his way and he had to move faster to his right as Mirko was hot on his tail. ~Spider Sense I love you!~Spider-Man thought he blocked one of Mirko Kicks and he felt so much pain jolt through his arms.
"fuck you kick hard."Spider-man said as he shook his left arm. "Awe Spider-man can't take a hit is that why all you good at is dodging?"Mirko mocked. "Yes like who willingly wants to feel pain, but since you can hit hard that also means you can be hit hard as well."Spider-Man said as he rolled his shoulder and got ready, he saw Mirko come at him he faked jumping back wards but when she got closed he used a web-line to pull himself forward and deck her across her abs and sent her back. "Damn your abs are like steel you must work out a ton."Spider-man said
Mirko didn't reply the blow she received was hard but it didn't bother her, what worried her was how much harder could he hit. As the fight continued Spider-man would use his legs to counter her own kicks he was creative and was quick on the fly his style of combat was none like she ever seen before, plus he seemed to dodge almost any and all attacks she could try to get from his blind spots, but she told tell he was getting tired.
Spider-man was worried this Rabbit hero was too fast his spider sense help him block all her attacks but she hit hard really hard, his arms were starting to feel sore and so were his legs maybe that is why he was caught by Aizawa carbon fiber rope things and Midnight was able to use her sleep gas on him he struggled to get free but, one kick to his head from Mirko knocked his lights out as he fell into darkness and was knocked out.
Mirko walked up to the fallen Vigilante and tried to rip off his mask only for the head away. "Did we knock him out?"Mirko asked "yes, he did something like this before when Midnight used her knockout gas on him be on your guard."Aizawa said. Peter's body to rise up and stand on it's own as his body last command was and is protect mask. From behind Midnight swung at Peter's head who only had to duck slightly to dodge.
Mirko rushed at Spiderman she noticed he wasn't moving, she went for a downward leg kick to his head, but she let out a gasp as Spider man raised his hand and effortlessly stopped her attack and her midair, he didn't let go of her leg and his left hand raised up slowly as he made a fist and his head turned to look at her knee.
"NO! NO! NO! DON'T YOU DARE!"Mirko shouted as she felt fear, the Spider man who talked and made jokes, was kind and held back, whatever this sleeping Vigilante was cold, serious and deadly she watched desperately as Spider man reeled his fist back Aizawa tried to hold him but was to weak and Midnight tried to help as well, but Spider man Begun to swing his fist towards Mirko kneecap.
"FEAR NOT FOR I AM HERE!"All Might Exclaimed as he caught Spider-man's fist and Pulled Mirko free. "All Might careful Spider man, is knocked out somehow his body is moving on it's own."Aizawa said All Might nodded he saw Spider man turn his head to look towards Mirko and saw the lens on his mask squint in anger, but his body didn't move from it's spot.
All Might grabbed Spiderman hand, the spider tried to pull back but All Might held firmly. "Now, Now sir, you are under arrest, for illegal use of quirk, escaping jail, and some other charges."All Might said Spider man tried to punch All Might in the Face, but All Might hit him hard and this time Spider-man's body went limp.
-5 hours later-
Peter woke up and he knew he was screwed his face felt the wind in the area he was in meaning he had been unmasked while he was knocked out, he let out a sigh as he knew he could now be trailed, fined and other things since the police now knew his identity. Fuck he should have just left the trap alone instead his ego gotten the best of him and here he was. "ahh so the kids wakes up."All Might says as he looked at Peter.
"Yeah he does."Peter replied with a smirk. "I'm not gonna beat around the bushes I was never good at stalling, you have very few options, spend about 25 years in prison or attend U.A get a hero license and become a pro hero."All Might said as he looked at the young hero"Hehe I could and will bust out of jail again and again but that be to tiring I can save people stop villains but I'm called a villain for not being licensed this system sucks."Peter said "Yeah like losing all your family members to villains."All might said somberly as his eyes locked with Peter's.
"If a hero can't save a person but I could have, but due to your dumb laws I have to turn my head the other way because an official heroes has to arrive, and that person gets injured harshly or worst dies, guess what? that death is on me because I COULD HAVE DONE SOEMTHING!"Peter yelled "…I can't say anything to change your ideals but you know what your choices are."All Might said sadly said. "fine I guess I have no choice prison it is."Peter said "good we can get working on your adoption pa-… wait what?"Mirko said as she walked into the room that Peter was being held in. "I can escape, easily I won't tell you how and you'll know never know how but I can escape at any time I want. I'll spend the night rest and leave at dawn."Peter said.
"really? Can you open that door?"All Might asked as he pointed at a door that needed a pass code and an eye scanner. "Open SAYS ME!"Peter shouted and the door opened without anyone being near it. You really can escape our prisons…, I'll hunt you down everyday, you'll never rest."Mirko said "I'll disable you, like you said, I'll hurt so much you won't move for a few months."Peter said as he glared at her, Mirko stepped back as her mind remember at how he had almost did that 5 hours ago.
"Peter Please I only wish to Help, Join U.A and all charges will be dropped."All Might said as he let out a sigh. "…what did Mirko mean by adoption papers?"Peter asked as he let out a sigh.
"We can't trust you with a foster home, nor with a family that doesn't know about your records, so I suggested one of the heroes to adopt you, Heroes that have no problem teaching you and helping you, or how long are you going to be a hero by yourself? Are you gonna be a Vigilante until you collapse!?"Mirko asked "I will collapse 100 times over if it means I can save the people I do, then yes I will collapse Don't test me Bunny."Peter growled at her.
"Sigh, anyways kid you are in luck."Mirko says "No I don't you dare say I have luck, that does not fucking exist, because you're here."Peter said as he started to groan he knew how bad his luck could be. "anyways the hero couple you rescued have requested to look after you so I say be good and don't mess up your chance."All might said as he showed them the lovely couple he had saved from the villain Muscular. "Well, let's see where this goes."Peter said as he let out an annoyed sigh as All might smile widen.

Kaiyo and Mizu had decided to live with their family/family in law due to needing lots of time to heal.
Peter received a family kinda, Kota was like a younger brother who kept looking up to everything he did since he saved his parents life, Kaiyo was like a warm and kind aunt May and Mizu was like uncle Ben expect he preached more on how to be a hero and talked a lot on the laws thing which Peter didn't care about since he was a vigilante, he was only going to school to avoid fines and more hero harassments and jail.
"Hey Peter! Are you finished working on your project!?"Kota asked as he clings to Peter arm who easily lifted him up. "I think I did, not sure until I check what I was reading after dinner."Peter said as he walked down the stairs. After walking around in the house Peter made it to the dining room.
Tomoko Shiretoko aka ragdoll she's ok in his book, they don't but heads but they don't talk much as incase most of the wild wild pussycats, Yawara Chatora aka Tiger is strong but Most heroes are trained not to like vigilantes so he saw Peter as more of a punk who thought would just punch his way out of any problem. Tsuchikawa Ryuuko aka Pixiebob she was pretty chill…until you bring up her age and she will claim she is 18 in heart.
Still Peter hated one person out of all of the wild wild pussycats and that was Sousaki Shino aka Mandalay, she had some weird quirk that could 'talk' to him 'Telepathically' when she first tried to use it Peter was glad to know his Spider sense somewhat worked like a mental barrier so he focused all his thoughts on blocking out Mandalay and it paid off she was forced to back off due to her head hurting from hearing large amounts of ringing, she tried to explain how that how she talked to most people but Peter wasn't buying it he was pretty sure she could do something else with her quirk and he wasn't going to let her drop his guard.
At the dining table Kaiyo and Mizu were already seated helped by Tiger, they have almost recovered from their injuries but it would be a few more months. "Ahh Peter you must be hungry after all you skipped breakfast and lunch."Mizu said "not super hungry, but yeah I'm hungry."Peter said as he placed Kota down on seat next to him but also next to Kaiyo. "Well I am just glad we all get to eat together! So tell me Peter are you done working on your project?"Kaiyo asked. "…meh I think so, plus U.A entrance exam starts in like 6 months right?"Peter asked
"Yes they do, regretting not taking our offer to make you PLUS U-"Tiger said but Peter used his index fingers to cover his ears and let the Old male rant. Once Peter saw he finished flapping his lips he got many disappointed looks from everyone expect Kota. "punk."Tiger said "rock was a meh movie."Peter said "we are trying to seriously help you Peter."Kaiyo said with some slight hurt in her voice.
Peter took a few deep breaths and covered Kota ears. "I didn't ask for your help,I am just in a situation by law I love some of you guys, yes I truly do but I didn't ask for help, I was perfectly fine as a Vigilante I wasn't getting hurt, I helped people without them getting hurt I was doing more work than any other Hero other there beside for the top 10, I was doing such a great job guess who saved who and no that was not meant as a low blow."Peter said.
"But Peter you are gonna need help as a hero you can't fight alone forever."Kaiyo said knowing her words held more weight she just didn't know why. "and I won't ok, I just don't want help from a guy who views me as punk, so he can try and 'beat' the punk out of me? No thanks I a perfect as I am, I am not perfect don't try to twist my words I am just happy being me."Peter said as he let out a sigh. "I'm not hungry anymore I'm going back to work."Peter said he let go of Kota ran towards the open window smashed about 10 rock monsters and jumped up to the 4th floor where he was working and sleeping.
-Next day 1 pm.-
Peter could be found working out he was doing push up and he was at a high number. "231, 232, 233, 234,…what do you want tiger?"Peter asked as he kept doing push ups he was not wearing a shirt since he knew he was going to sweat a lot. "why did you go out and se-"Tiger began "Stress relief."Peter quickly answered not pausing on his push ups. The silence between the two was awkward more for Tiger than for Peter, once Peter reached 250 push up he started to do sit ups. "…are you sure you don't need any pointers for U.A?"Tiger asked all he received was silence.
Tiger swung a swiping right hook jab towards Peter, Peter kicked Tiger's hand hard and glared at him before resuming his sit ups. Tiger kept his face calm as he walked away but his hand was hurting a lot from Peter's kick. "Use ice on that."Peter said loud and clear as Tiger entered the front door. Peter kept doing sit's up until he did 250. Once he was warmed up, he suited up.
-All Systems are ready, we are ready Peter.-Karen said. Peter walked downstairs he passed Kota who looked at him in awe. "MOM! DAD! PETER DID IT! COME LOOK!"Kota shouted well everyone in the house heard Kota and they were quick to come outside. "My name is the Iron-Spider!"Peter said he did a flip and web lined towards tree, before he started to shoot energy blast at some of the rock monsters.
"…HOW!"Tiger asked as he saw the energy blast. "science and being better at tech than any of you, and guess what you'll never be able to take this from because look."Peter said as the nanotechnology that made up the suit moved away like sand and hid it self or moved away from peter's hand. "and it has a failsafe that will leave me body until I call for it to come back."Peter said as the many small nanomachines left his body and hid into the trees.
"now then to submit this as my hero custom before they try to make me so trash of a hero suit and send in only the need to know basis not what they need to make their own suits, this is Parker tech and if anyone wants one they need to pay."Peter said as the Nanomachines covered his body once more and they sprouted out metallic spider legs as he laughed joyfully.
"so is your project done?"Kota asked "yes part one of the project is done."Peter said "oh ok…wait part one what's next?"Mandalay asks "oh I made some blue prints for a very bulky version that will be able to fight on even grounds with heroes or villains with All Might level strength."Peter said as he jumped up and used the suits thrusters to start flying, this was only the start of his preparations he wasn't going to stop until he could be free again.
