Chapter 28 Izzy throws up in the middle of the night

Izzy's POV

As I was continuing to throw up again, Jake held my hear back.

"Thanks for hodong my hair back, Jakey!" I said to him.

"Hey its yhye least I can do for my beautiful girlfriend."

"Aww, thanks!" I said to him.

Thats when Princess cake to our bedroom.

""Mommy, Daddy, I had a bad dream." Princess said to us.

"Princes hunny, I'm dealing with mommy right now, we will be with you soon okay?"

"But I am scared, to go back to sleep though." Princess said to us.

" Hey, Princess, I couldn't over hear that you had a nightmare, so if you want you can sleep with your Uncle Cubby. If you want." Cubby suggested to her.

" YES!" Princess said to him.

Jake's POV

As Princess climbed up Cubby's ladder, I was still dealing with Izzy.

"Thanks, Cubby, that gives me time to deal with my girlfriend." I said to him.

"Hey, anytime Jake." Cubby said to me.

"Hey Izzy, I am sorry for giving you the applesauce from the trash." I said to her.

" Hey, it's okay, Jake I forgive you. But next time you do something like that again, I want you to eat something out of the trash can." Izzy said to me as I gulped I'm fear.

"Oh, boy." I said to myself.

"So, anyway, how about we go back to sleep." I suggested to her.

" But, what I start to throw up again?" Izzy asked me.

"There's a bucket right next to you Izzy." I said to her.

"Ugh, how about I just throw up in the bathroom instead." Izzy said to me.

" Um, no then how am I supposed to know if it's green vomit or blood?" I asked her.

" Jake I'm sure that I'm not going caugh out blood." Izzy said to me.

"Hey I'm just saying." I said to her.

"Yeah, yeah yeah whatever, go to sleep, my prince." Izzy said go me as I smiled at that comment.

"As you wish my queen." I said to her playfully, as I went to sleep.

Izzy's POV

As Jake, Princess, and Cubby were sleeping, I was laying down on my bed thinking about maybe possibly adopting Princess. I was also thing about what dance we can do together once I get better. As I fell asleep, I held on to the Jake do tightly.

Jake's POV

The next morning, I saw my daughter, my little brother Cubby, and Izzy were still sleeping. So I went to the kitchen.

As I was in the kitchen making breakfast, I saw Princess walk in.

"Good morning my daughter. How did you sleep?" I asked her.

"Like a little baby." Princess said to me.

"Haha, I'm glad. Do you want some toast?" I asked her.

"Sure, daddy." Princess said to me as I have her a piece of toast with butter on top.

"There you go my sweetheart." I said to her as I gave her a kiss in her forehead.

"I, love you daddy." Princess said to me.

"I love you too Princess." I said to her as we had breakfast together.

"Izzy are you still sick?" I asked her.

"Yeah, I am still sick." Izzy said to me.

"Aww, mommy still sick." Princess said to me.

"Maybe if you haven't told me to eat that applesauce from the trash Jake, I wouldn't be sick." Izzy said to me.

" Hey, it was your fault." I said to her as I chuckled a little bit.

"Oh, so you think it's funny Jake, well let me tell you something, it's not funny." Izzy said to me.

"Okay, then. What was all about?" I asked me.

"Beat me, I'm not in this conversation between you and your girlfriend." Cubby said to me as he took Princess out for a walk around the Hideout.

As I went to our bedroom, I saw Izzy reading her book.

"Hey Izzy, how's it going?" I asked her.

"How's it going? Is that all you have to say to me Jake?" Izzy asked me.

"Well, I..." I said to her.

"That's what I thought if you need me, I'll be in the living room reading my book. I'll be waiting for an apology from you." Izzy said to me as she went into the living room taking her book and the bucket with her.

"Why is my Izzy in a bad mood? Why does she way me to apologize to e for? I didn't do anything to her." I asked myself these questions.

As I went to the living room, I saw Izzy still reading her book.

"Izzy why are you in a bad mood today?" I asked her as I sat down on the couch next to her.

"I am not talking to you Jake." Izzy said to me.

"Oh come on." I said to her.

"Izzy why aren't you talking to me?" I asked her.

"Because you are the worst boyfriend on earth." Izzy said to me.

"Okay that is it Young lady go to your bed right NOW!" I said to her.

" No, I am not going to my bed, because I am not listening to you." Izzy said to me.

"What did I do wrong?" I asked her.

"Well, let's see, you almost made me die with the jalapeno sauce last year, you got me sick after you told me to eat the apple sauce out of the garbage can." Izzy said to me.

" Okay the jalapeno sauce then was last year okay, and the eating applesauce out of the trash then was your fault. If you just ate the whole thing you would have never gotten sick." I said to her.

"And that's why I'm not talking to you." Izzy said to me.

Cubby's POV

As Princess and I came back from our long walk, we went to the living room.

"Hey, Izzy, we're back." I said to her.

"How was your walk?" Izzy asked us.

"It was fun mommy." Princess said to her.

"What she said." I said to her.

"That's great guys." Izzy said to us.

"Where's Jake?" I asked her.

"Don't mention that me again Cubby." Izzy said to me.

"Okay, did I miss another argument between the two of you? " I asked her.

"Oh yeah, you missed it." Izzy said to me.

"So, I'm guessing your not talking to Jake?" I asked her.

"Nope!" Izzy said to me.

"Okay, so Princess and I are going to watch Peppa Pig on my phone." I said to her

"Okay, you two have fun!" Izzy said to us.

"We will, love you Izzy!" I said to her.

"Bye." Princess said to her.

As princess and I were watching Peppa Pig on my phone, I walked into our room, and I see Jake pacing around the room.

"Jake, are you okay?" I asked him.

"Oh, Cubby, I didn't see ser you come in. And yeah, I'm fine why?" Jake asked me.

"Because I see you pacing around the room." I said to him.

"Well, Izzy might have told you that her and I got into an argument." Jake said to me.

" Yeah, she did, and she also told me that she's not speaking to you is that true?" I asked him.

"Yeah. I don't know what her problem is and why she's so mad today." Jake said to me.

"Well, maybe it has to deal with the facts that she wants to have children." I suggested to him.

"Oh come on Cubby if that's the reason, then why isn't she telling me this?" Jake asked me.

"She did tell you many times, Jake I know she wants kids. Stormy and I have been talking about it as well for the future, I mean take a look at Princess she adores you guys." I said to him.

"Well Princess is cute and all but, I don't know." Jake said to me.

"Cubby we're too young to have kids." Jake said to me.

"Oh come on Jake, haven't even thought about having kids one day?" I asked him.

" yes ever since I was little I thought about having kids with Izzy but not now like I said, we're too young." Jake said to me.

" Have the two of you thought about even adopting a child?" I asked him.

" cubby you don't got to do you. Izzy and I are too young to have kids and we are not adopting." Jake said to me.

" You guys take care of me when I was a baby." I pointed out to him.

" Izzy and I were 2 years old, we didn't know what we were doing until Peter pan helped us. I mean Peter Pan did all the cleaning and changing your diapers and trust me Izzy and I were not fond of your baby smell." Jake said to me.

"So do you think that we are ready to have kids yeah no way not happening at least, not right now." Jake said to me.

Jake's POV

So as Cubby and I were still talking, Izzy came into our bedroom.

"Izzy, what do you want?" I asked her.

"I want to adopt princess!" Izzy said to me as my my went wide.

"You want to adopt who?" I asked her.

"I want to adopt princess." Izzy said to me.

"ARE YOU OUT OF YOUR MIND? IZZY WE ARE TOO YOUNG TO HAVE CHILDREN, WE'RE ONLY 11 YEARS OLD WE'RE NOT HAVING CHILDREN, WE'RE NOT ADOPTING CHILDREN ESPECIALLY PRINCESS. THAT'S IT CONVERSATION, OVER! AND IF YOU EVER EVER ADOPT HER IN FRONT OF MY BACK YOU'RE GOING TO GET IT ONE WAY, OR ANOTHER." I said to her.

"I need an aspirin, don't follow me." I said to both of them as I went to the medication cabinet and got two tablets of aspirin with a cup of water.

Izzy's POV

As Jake left, Princess runs to her room crying.

"Oh no, Cubby can you go deal with Princess?" I asked him.

"Of course she's my niece." Cubby said to me.

As I marched into the kitchen, I saw Jake drinking water. So I took his glass and splashed water all over his face.

"Izzy? What is the matter with you?" Jake asked me.

" What's the matter with you? You know what you did you made princess cry." I said to him.

" She's only two years old, she cries all the time." Jake said to me as I slapped his arm.

"Would you stop hitting me?" Jake asked me.

"Sorry, but that's what you get. All Princess wants is to be part of this family." I said to him.

" No, that's what you want that's what you always wanted is for princess to be part of this family." Jake said to me.

" That's what we both want, Jake." I said to him.

"how did it ever occur to you that princess has been visiting us for 2 years now. She adores us, she wants to be part of this family Jake." I said to him.

"She is part of the family." Jake said to me.

"Yeah when she's visiting, but I mean she wants to be permanently part of this family." I said to him.

"Well that's not going to happen, Izzy." Jake said to me.

Izzy's POV

As Jake left, Princess runs to her room crying.

"What if Peter Pan decides to leave Princess on the sand, with a note that says please take this child?" I asked him.

"Maybe someone will take her, because we're not going to." Jake said to me.

"You know, you're so mean to Princess." I said to him.

"You know what, I don't need to listen to you." Jake said to me.

"Yes you do, I'm your girlfriend." I said to him.

"Okay, so the promise is that when we get married in the future, I want to adopt princess with you." I said to him.

"Izzy, I don't know about this promise, your giving me." Jake said to me.

" Please Jake? If that doesn't work then I want to make a baby with you once we get married in the future." I said to him.

"Well okay, we'll make a baby, in the future I love you." Jake said to me.

"I love you too Jakey." I said to him.

As we went back to our bedroom, Cubby and Princess came out of her room with Princess still crying.

"Princess you okay?" Jake asked her as she kicked him in the knee.

"Okay, ouch, Princess, you do not kick Daddy." Jake said to her.

"Go to your room!" Jake said to her.

"hahaha princess kick you in the knee." Cubby said to him.

"Yeah, no kidding!" Jake said to him.

"She's probably still mad." I said to him.

"Well she can be mad all she wants, I'm not dealing with her behavior right now." Jake said to me.

'Jake you are her father, you're supposed to deal with it." Cubby said to him.

"You're her uncle, supposed to help her calm down." Jake said to him.

"Well I tried to, she just didn't want to talk to me." Cubby said to him.

"And what happened?" I asked him.

"She kicked me out of her room, so she can her have alone time." Cubby said to me.

"She is so grounded, for kicking me in the knee." Jake said to himself.

Jake's POV

As I went into princess room, I was really mad at her.

"Princess you are in big trouble, go to the Time out chair NOW." I said to her.

"No." Princess said to me.

"Oh yes you are, you're going to the timeout chair right now let's go!" I said to her.

"No no no." Princess said to me as she was throwing her toys at me.

"Princess, go sit on the Time out chair RIGHT NOW!" I said to her.

"Would you stop throwing the toys at me?" I asked her as she kept on throwing her toys at me.

As princess kept throwing her toys at me, Izzy came into the room.

"Izzy, help...me." I said to her.

"What happened?" Izzy asked me.

"She won't listen to me I told her to going to her Time out chair, but she said no, she is now throwing toys at me." I said to her.

" Princess would you please go and sit down on your Time out chair for Mommy?" Izzy asked her.

"NO!" Princess said to her.

"PRINCESS GO SIT ON YOUR TIME OUT CHAIR NOW!" Izzy yelled at her.

"NO!" Princess said to her.

So as Izzy picked her up and immediately puts her on the timeout chair, Princess starts to cry.

"I'm sorry princess but this is what you get for kicking your father in the knee. NOW I WANT YOU TO APOLOGIZE!" Izzy said to her.

"No!" Princess said to her.

"Princess, APOLOGIZE TO YOUR DADDY NOW!" Izzy said to her.

But right before Princess could apologize to me, Izzy started to cough.

"Izzy you okay?" I asked her.

"I'm going to get some water." Izzy said to me.

"How about you take your medicine instead." I suggested to her.

"Okay." Izzy said to me as she left the room.

"Princess, can you please apologize to me?" I asked her.

"I'm sorry!" Princess said to me.

"That's okay." I said to her.

"I'll be right back Princess I'm just going to check on Mommy." I said to her as I left the room.

Izzy's POV

As I was about to take my medicine, Jake came into the bedroom.

"Are you taking your medication Izzy?" Jake asked me.

"Yes, I'm taking them right now, Jake." I said to him.

"Good! That's my girl." Jake said to me as he gave me a kiss in the cheek.

"Hey, guys, what just happened in princess room?" Cubby asked us.

"Well, I told princess to go sit on her timeout chair, and she said no. After that, she started to throw her toys at me." Jake said to him.

" That's when I came in and immediately put her on the timeout chair." I said to him.

"So, that's why I heard you, coughing Izzy?" Cubby asked me.

"Yes, yes you did." I said to him.

"Izzy, please be careful." Cubby said to me.

"I will, thanks, Cubby!" I said to him.

"Cubby's right Izzy, try not to yell too much." Jake said to me.

"Okay, I'll try!" I said to him.

"Hey, I am going to cook us some lunch, who's hungry?" Jake asked us as the three of us just rashed our hands.

"Okay, what do you want for lunch?" Jake asked us.

"Can you just make us a sandwich," Jake?" asked him.

"Okay, I'll make the three of us a sandwich, but for Izzy I am going to give her another applesauce for lunch." Jake said to me.

"YAY!" all three of us cheered.

Jake's POV

As I was in the kitchen making lunch, Cubby came inside.

"Hey, Cubby, what's up?" I asked him.

"I was wondering if you need any help?" Cubby asked me.

"I'm good, thanks!" I said to him.

"Okay, I am going to watch Peppa Pig with princess on my phone." Cubby said to me.

"Alright, I call you guys when the sandwich is ready." I said to him.

"Cool." Cubby said to me then left.

After the three sandwiches were made, I went to get Cubby and Princess.

"Cubby, Princess, your sandwich is ready it's in the dining room." I said to them as they just ran pass me.

"Okay, that was so weird." I said to myself.

"What did you make for me, Jakey?" Izzy asked me.

"There's an applesauce in the dining room with hearts surrounding it and your name on it!" I said to Izzy.

" Oh Jake, I love you so much, thank you thank you thank you thank you thank you." Izzy said to me when giving me kisses.

"Yes, yes, yes you're welcome you're welcome, now go eat your applesauce before I change my mind." I said to her.

"Yes sir!" Izzy said to me as she went into the dinning room to go eat her applesauce.

So, as Izzy, Cubby, and Princess were eating their lunch, I was in my room reading my comic books.
