Vulnerability refers to "the quality or state of being exposed to the possibility of being attacked or harmed, either physically or emotionally."

"Albedo, do you know what vulnerable means?" Alexie asked as she took her seat at the table Albedo and Zhongli normally took over as they talked in the mornings. Alexie had somehow wormed her way into the small group after having lunch with them about three days prior.

Albedo didn't mind the other, though it was a dent on not being able to discuss with Zhongli about his newest finds on emotions. "Vulnerable or Vulnerability, is the emotional output of being exposed, is it not?" He replied back as he flipped a page in the book Viox had let him borrow, it was about Clay Golems. She had written some detailed notes on some of the pages, but Albedo didn't mind the extra information, though it was rather odd seeing his name a few times, but he was going to assume Viox was trying to piece together what he was and how he came to be.

"You are correct My Alchemist friend! Now I have a very important question for you about this emotion." Alexie said as she leaned in a little

Albedo merely closed the book in his hand, using one finger to keep his page bookmarked so he could return to it after Miss Alexie's meddling was done. "Go on."

Alexie smirked, "Did you know you're not very vulnerable? In fact, I've been trying to get you to open up to me for the past three days, and you have not cracked once."

Albedo fought the urge to pull a 'Viox' as he could quote, and roll his dull eyes, he had learned it after he watched Viox interact with Miss Alexie a few times as Miss Alexie would say something that excited her but in response, Viox would roll her eyes in a way that seemed as if she was bored of Miss Alexie's very interesting energy. Which is another reason Albedo didn't dare tell Miss Alexie what room his small group was staying in, he almost could say he 'feared' that Viox would rip off Miss Alexie's head if the other was to come knocking on their Inn door. "I presume you are trying to befriend me?" He asked

"You are correct, Mister Alchemist. I've been trying for a while." Alexie chuckled with a large grin on her face.

Albedo nodded a little, "I see."

"So are we friends now?"

"Ask me again later, I am busy with researching."

Albedo watched as lunchtime rolled around about two weeks later when Miss Alexie and himself talked about being friends. Viox and Klee had said they were going off to the shore line to find a spot for launching fireworks that would be happening in eleven days. Lantern Rite was up and causing everyone to be extremely busy. Guests from all over came around a week ago, as even the Inn started to fill up. He had taken his normal seat as Miss Alexie took up Viox's spot, which the pink haired woman seemed more relaxed with the other woman around. Though today was different. Albedo could truly feel the emotion vulnerability, as Miss Alexie awaited his response.

"You want to court?" He repeated her question.

"Yes. I want to learn more about you and I wanted to see if you would like to court as we learn about each other." She explained

Albedo didn't really know how to respond to her asking to court. He knew what it was but could he do such a thing? Courting between two people was to form a bond of love and support, when you courted someone, it was for the long run. Albedo couldn't really see himself courting Miss Alexie, though it might help in allowing him to feel new emotions as well. Perhaps he needed to talk with Viox about it tonight and see her thoughts on the matter; she seemed to know much about the subject of courting, even though he didn't believe Viox had courted before.

"Albedo?"

Albedo took a small deep breath as he looked at the blonde haired woman. He took in her appearance. She was taller than Viox and Rei by a few inches, she was almost Albedo's height, and he was five foot seven. She was a curvy woman, with a well endowed chest, which she showed off proudly. She had thicker hips and thighs than Viox, though the only reason he knew how big Viox's were is because the woman had a habit of ending up in his bed since Klee started kicking poor Viox in the back as they went to bed at night. Viox merely would curl up at the edge of the bed, forcing Albedo to have to pull her away from the edge so the other didn't fall off and onto the flooring. They had their fair share of 'cuddling' as Klee put it one day, where Albedo had been the big spoon and Viox had been tucked up to his form. Miss Alexie had long blonde hair that was straight as shiny compared to the short hair of Rei and Klee. Though Viox beat Miss Alexie in length of hair. Viox's hair brushed down to the back of her thighs in large fluffy waves. When wet, her pink hair reached easily to her knees. Miss Alexie had bright purple eyes that were wide with natural curiosity like Klee's. Though Albedo leaned towards the more nurturing and kind eyes of Viox's bright green ones.

He paused in his studying as he leaned back in his chair, why was he comparing Miss Alexie to Viox much more than anyone else? He couldn't really compare her to Klee as that was his little sister nor Rei he guessed due to the fact that the woman was going to be Wedded in a year's time to his longest known friend, Zhongli. Though he could compare her to his assistant Sucrose, though she and one of her close friends Miss Amber and Miss Eula, had gone towards Inazuma for a bit of a research project for Sucrose, so he hadn't really seen his right hand assistant in a few months. So the ability to compare Miss Alexie to Sucrose would be difficult. So Viox seemed like the only good comparison, though it seemed to make his chest feel funny.

"May I give you an answer tomorrow morning? I wish to talk with Klee and Viox about the courting before I do so." He replied, watching the woman lean back into her seat

"Why Miss Viox? She seems like she isn't a fan of me all that much." Miss Alexie asked

Albedo blinked, "She is a close friend, I value her opinions even though they do not match my own."

"I see. So tomorrow morning?"

"I shall give you an honest answer then."

Albedo waited till dinner time rolled around as Klee and Viox played their newest game. It was a small box with colored picks sticking out as they both had five playing cards in their hands. Klee was in the lead with almost five spaces left before the finish line, where Viox had ten.

"I got you beat now Klee!" Viox squealed happily as she set her cards down, "Look! I have a total of fifteen!"

"You were close, Big Sis Viox! But I have twenty-one!" Klee giggled as she set her cards down, showing the number was indeed larger than Viox's

Viox groaned loudly, "Man again? You've beaten me like five times today. How are you so lucky, Klee?"

"You just deal the cards to me better than yourself."

Albedo watched as Viox chuckled, ruffling Klee's hair before she started picking up the game pieces and such. "Do you two have a moment before your next game?" He asked in a quiet tone

Viox paused, "Yeah, what's up Albedo?"

"What's wrong Big brother?" Klee asked as well

Albedo removed himself from the chair he had been sitting on, and made himself comfortable on the flooring next to Klee, "I was wondering if I can play as well?"

"Of course! Here I can explain it to you!" Klee said happily as she crawled into Albedo's lap.

Viox smiled at the scene of the siblings. Klee was explaining each piece as well as what the rules were to a very stoic Albedo. Who would nod in understanding if Klee would ask if he understood what she was explaining. The pink haired woman, though, knew there was something on the other's mind, she had heard Albedo and Miss Alexie at lunch today. She had asked to court Albedo, and Viox knew the other wanted to ask about it.

"Albedo…" Viox began softly, though inside, something was telling her to stop, "There is something on your mind isn't there?"

Albedo looked at the other, his eyes connecting with Viox's, "I was wondering about your feelings on Courting Miss Alexie."

Viox swallowed the lump in her throat, something ached inside her chest as she took a breath, "I don't see why you are asking that. She seemed like a fine young lady to court. Klee your thoughts?"

"I'm not sure. Miss Alexie seems nice, but…courting is something that should be done between two people who love each other. Mommy told me that Albedo needs a strong woman or man by his side when it comes time to fall in love, but he needs to see it for himself." Klee said slowly, taking her time to answer.

"Do you not wish for me to court Miss Alexie?" Albedo asked his younger sibling

Klee frowned, "I don't know."

Viox carefully reached out and touched Klee's hand, "Klee, do you need a moment to speak with your brother alone? Without me here?" She asked the other softly

Klee nodded, "Please?"

Viox smiled warmly as she gently got up off the floor, "Ill go see if dinner is made and bring it back, you two take a moment."

Albedo watched the other leave as Klee made her way out of his lap, "Klee?"

"I'm not a big fan of Miss Alexie." Klee started, "She is nice, but she hasn't taken the time to get to know Klee like Big brother."

Albedo nodded, he agreed, it was a tad unfair to Klee that Miss Alexie didn't try to open up to the youngest of the group, but also his sister in all cases but blood.

"I want you to court Big Sister Viox." Klee's words flew from her mouth as she pressed her lips together to stop more from coming out.

Albedo froze for a moment as his brain tried to process that his little sister wanted him to court not only their traveling companion but also the woman who made it clear she had feelings for the Cavalry Captain of Mondstadt. He had seen many of her mindless notes where she had been bored from studying too much and had written his name on some of the pages.

"Klee…she has feelings for someone else, as well as I don't know the proper feelings for Viox." He explained, though something inside him twitched harshly. He gently touched his chest as if the words of saying that Viox liked Captain Kaeya out loud, caused the pain. His sea-green eyes took in the upset state of his sister, her lips were pulled into a frown as her eyes looked back at him, some unshedded tears appeared. Albedo carefully opened his arms as Klee rushed into them

"You can court Miss Alexie…" Klee's voice piped up

Albedo nodded as he held his little sibling close. He wished she would have said no.

"So your answer?" Miss Alexie asked

"We shall court. Though please get to know Klee as well. She is my sister after all." Albedo replied
