Chapter 38 Jake is still visiting Izzy

Cubby's POV

As Izzy was asleep, Jake and I started to talk about how can we protect Izzy.

"Okay, so how do you think we should protect Izzy Jake?" I asked him

"Dude, I have honestly have no idea." Jake said to me.

" Oh come on, you can't think of any ideas how to protect your own girlfriend Jake?" I asked him.

"No!" Jake said to me.

"Jake she's your girlfriend, you should start protecting her more." I said to him.

" How? I didn't protect her the first time, and look where she ended up. She ended up in the hospital thanks to mr. John!" Jake said to me.

"Look Cubby, I want to protect Izzy, but I don't know how." Jake said to me.

"We could put her in a big bubble!" I suggested.

"How is a Big bubba going to protect Izzy?" Jake asked me.

"It will keep you away from boys and when we go home, she can come out! What do you think?" I asked him.

" I think you've been spending too much time with Dez in the cafeteria." Jake said to me.

"I got it! You know what I'll do, I'm going to protect Izzy 24/7 and with any boys trying to touch to her, I can just slap their hands away apart from you Cubby." Jake to me.

"Great plan!" I said to him.

"Thank you." Jake said to me.

"You're welcome." I said to him.

"Alright, so how are we both going to going to protect Izzy?" I asked him.

" How about you do the first 24 hours, then I can do the 24 hours. That way it's fair." Jake said to me.

" That's a good idea, Jake!" I said to him.

"Jake, don't we need to protect Izzy, at the same time?" I asked him.

"Oh yeah that does make sense, considering the three of us live in the same hideout." Jake said to me.

"Cubby, I think we are going to put Izzy in a wheelchair again." Jake said to me.

"But Jake, her legs aren't broken." I said to him.

" Yeah, I know, but it's going to be for two weeks only." Jake said to me.

"Should we tell her?" I asked him.

"Let's wait until she's discharged." Jake said to me.

"Okay, Jake." I said to him.

"it's getting late, we should go to sleep." I said to him.

"You can go to sleep, Cubby I'm just going to watch Izzy sleep." Jake said to me.

"Okay! Goodnight." I said to him.

Night, buddy." Jake said to me as he feel asleep.

Jake's POV

As Cubby was sleeping on the couch, I was sitting on my chair holding Izzy's hand making sure nothing bad happens to her.

Izzy's POV

The next morning I woke up, and saw that Jake was sleeping on my bed. I know Jake's my boyfriend and all, but man he is so cute when he's asleep. As I looked to my left, I saw Cubby still sleeping on the couch.

As I was relaxing on my bed Jake woke up.

"Morning Jake!" I said to him.

"Morning! Izzy, we need to talk." Jake said to me.

"Sure!" I said to him.

"You need to come back to the studio." Jake said to me.

"Oh boy, not this again. I'm not coming back." I said to him.

"Izzy you need to come back please?" Jake askes me.

"Not in a million years." I said to him.

"Come on Izzy please come back everybody misses you especially me." Jake said to me.

"No. Like I said Jake, I'm not coming back anymore not after what happened!" I said to him.

"But, Izzy you need to come back to the dance studio, because Troupe A has to get into the Regionals, and your their Captain." Jake said to me.

"I'll think about it.," I said to her.

"Thanks, and also you are going to be in a wheelchair for two weeks once your discharged from the hospital." Jake said to me.

As Jake and I were still talking, Cubby woke up.

"Morning, guys!" Cubby said to us as Jake and I just waved at him and Continued our conversation.

"So you really want me back?" I asked him.

"Izzy, of course I want you back at the dance studio. EVERYONE, wants you back." Jake said to me.

"Okay, I come back! But can we wait until 2 weeks are over first?" I asked him.

"Sure!" Jake said to me.

" And Izzy, we are going to do everything in our power to protect you. And when I mean we, I mean Cubby and I are going to do everything in our power to protect you!" Jake said to me.

"Thanks, Jake. You too, Cubby." I said to them.

"You're welcome Izzy." Both Cubby and Jake said to me.

"I love you guys!" I said to them.

"We love you too Izzy!" Jake said to me.

Jake's POV

After Izzy and I had our talk, I had to go back to the dance studio to do some more paperwork.

Before I went to my office, I went to Studio A to tell the rest of the Troupes about Izzy despite from Austin of course.

"Good morning everyone!" I said to them.

"Good morning Jake!" Troupe A said to me.

"As the rest of you didn't know this, but Izzy is going to be in the hospital for a week." I said to them again despite Austin Moon.

"Oh my goodness what happened?" Luke asked me.

"Well mr. John happened of course he's the one that abused her and beat her up. And to top that all of, he also got her pregnant." I said to them.

"What?!" They all said in unison, except Austin.

"Do they get the baby out of her?" Amanda asked me.

"Yes they got the baby out of her yesterday Amanda." I said to her.

"If anyone has more questions, please come see me in my office, thanks you!"

"Wait Jake, is she going to be okay? Will she be able to dance but she comes back out of the hospital? Is she still our Dance captain? Because we need her with us for the Regionals." Lisa asked me.

"Yes she's still your dance Captain, no she won't be able to dance for a while because she will be in a wheelchair, and I did talk to her about coming back she's going to think about it. Hopefully, she'll make the right decision." I said to her.

"Wow, I feel bad for Izzy." Lisa said to me.

"We all do Lisa." I said to her as I putted my hand on her shoulder.

"We really want Izzy to come back, especially you Jake." Austin said to me.

"I'm still part of the team, but I still need to be in charge of the dance studio for a while until Peter Pan comes back." I said to them.

"Hey Lisa, where's Princess?" I asked her.

"Oh Bart's looking after her.

" YOU LET YOUR DUMB BROTHER WATCH OVER PRINCESS?" I asked her.

"I had no choice it was rather Bart, or Ally." Lisa said to me.

" Well here's an idea, NEXT TIME IF YOU WANT PRINCESS TO BE TAKEN CARE OF, YOU DO THE JOB! DON'T LET YOUR DUMB BROTHER TAKE CARE OF MY DAUGHTER EVER AGAIN!" I said to her as she started to cry and ran off.

"Oops." I said to myself.

"You guys, saw that right?" I asked them.

"You know Jake it's bad enough for you to yell a Izzy, but the way you yelled at Lisa, that was way over your league." Luke said to me.

"I'm going to go apologize to her." I said to them as I left the studio, to find Lisa.

As I went to the Cafeteria, I found Lisa crying. So I walked over to her.

"Lisa, I'm sorry." I said to her.

"I know you are Jake but that's not why I'm crying." Lisa said to me.

"Then why are you crying?" I asked her.

"I just miss Izzy!" Lisa said to me.

"Aww you miss your best friend." I said to her.

"But anyway Jake, you really hurt my feelings." Lisa said to me.

"I know and I'm sorry. I just don't know what Bart's doing right now with Princess." I said to her.

" Come on let's go see what's going on with your daughter." Lisa said to me.

"Wait, why are you helping me?" I asked her.

"You're my best friend's boyfriend I help people." Lisa said to me.

As Lisa and I went to Studio B, we saw Bart playing a game on his phone.

"Bart Simpson where is Princess?" I asked him.

"I don't know she's probably somewhere why?" Bart asked me.

"YOU WERE SUPPOSED TO WATCH HER YOU IDIOT!" Lisa said to him.

As Lisa and I were yelling at Bart, the three of us both look to what princess was touching.

Once I immediately looked to what princess was about to touch, I ran to pick her up.

"No Princess no, we do not touch plugs you can get electrocuted and die. And that is not happening on my watch." I said to her.

"Bart! You're fired." I said to him as I left the studio.

"Wait Jake, I can still babysit Princess right?" Lisa asked me.

"Of course you can. because I think princess makes you more, then you're dumb stupid brother." I said to her as we Laughed.

" Yeah, that is true. Besides, one time when Bart was supposed to watch Maggie, she started to drive a car." Lisa said to me.

"Oh my God, he's the worst babysitter you can never have." I said to her as we started to laugh at what I said.

"Yeah, I know." Lisa said to me.

"Anyway, I am going back to my office to do some paperwork." I said to her.

"Alright, Jake see you later." Lisa said to me.

"Yeah, you will during lunch time." I said to her as I left to go back to my office.
