Izzy's POV
As Cubby was taking a nap on the couch, I was still worried that I might get beat up again.
"Jake, I'm still worried that I might get beat up again. " I said to him.
"Aww Izzy, I know you're still scared but, Cubby and I are going to protect you from any of those bad people." Jake said to me.
"Thanks Jake!" I said to him.
"Hey, anytime." Jake said to me.
"Jake, are you sure that you and Cubby ate going to protect me?" I asked him.
"Of course we will. Izzy, we will make sure that you are safe, and sound anywhere in the world." Jake said to me.
"Thanks, Jake." I said to him.
" Okay, you know what you need, how about I take out for a stroll around the hospital." Jake suggested to me.
"Yeah, thanks!" I said to him.
Jake's POV
As I went into the hall, I called for a nurse.
"Excuse me nurse, can I have a wheelchair to take my girlfriend out on a stroll?" I asked the nurse.
" Sure, thing Mr. Hutchinson I'll bring a wheelchair into the room." The nurse said to me as she went to go get a wheelchair.
After five minutes, the nurse came back with the wheelchair.
"Thanks for the wheelchair." I said to the nurse.
" You're welcome, Mr. Hutchinson!" The nurse said to me then left.
"As I pulled the wheelchair, up to Izzy's bed, I picked her up and placed he in the wheelchair, and we went for that stroll, around the hospital.
"Are you feeling better now, Izzy?" I asked her.
"Yeah, a little bit, bit still scared." Izzy said to me.
"Don't worry about that too much." I said to her.
"I'll try, Jakey." Izzy said to me.
"Jake do you think that if you do a good job would you be able to get a promotion?" Izzy asked me.
"I'm only working temporarily, Izzy you know that." I said to her.
"Oh yeah forget what I just asked you." Izzy said to me.
" No, no it's fine to ask me those questions Izzy, I'm mean, if I ever get a real job in the future, I want that job to pay me loads of money." I said to her.
"Jake we are here to focus on me, not your personal life." Izzy said to me.
"Don't you mean our personal life my future wife?" I said to her as she blushed at the word wife.
"Oh Jake, you're so sweet." Izzy said to me.
"Hey you're sweet too." I said to her.
"Aww, thanks my little crumb cake." Izzy said to me.
"Hey the only crumb cake around here, is you cuz your sweet, kind, and cute." I said to her.
Cubby's POV
Once I had a long nap, I realized that Jake nor Izzy are not in the room with me.
"Okay, I am now worried, vanity best friend has been walking around the hospital, or they've been abducted by aliens either way I'm scared." I said to myself.
"Okay okay just take it easy cubby take it easy cuz they'll be back they'll be back. Hopefully." I said to myself.
"But what if they don't come back, what if they went into adulthood, and staryes there loves together?" I asked myself.
"I would have just start living my life with Stormy forever, and not go back to The Hideout because my friends aren't with me. I would have to name my future kids after them." I said to myself.
"I would have to take over as the new leader. I'll have to change the title to Cubby and the Neverland Pirates." I said to myself.
Izzy's POV
As we came back from my stroll around the hospital, Jake and I saw Cubby having an anxiety attack.
"Oh my God Cubby!" Jake said to himself as he ran towards him.
"Cubby you okay?" Jake asked him.
"No, I'm not I was worried about you guys." Cubby said to us.
"Cubby I only took Izzy out for a stroll around the hospital we didn't go anywhere far away. What made you think we got abducted by aliens?" Jake asked him.
" Yes. Not only that, I thought you guys went to the mainland and grew up." Cubby said to us.
" So in this case, you were having an anxiety attack?" I asked him.
"Yes Izzy!" Cubby said to me.
"Aww, Cubby it's okay we're back now you don't need to have an anxiety attack little brother." I said to him.
"Thanks, Izzy." Cubby said to me.
"You're welcome!" I said to him as Jake was helping me back on my bed.
"Thanks Jake!" I said to him.
"You're welcome, and remember we will keep you safe." Jake said to me.
"I will. Anyway I'm tired so I'm going to take a nap." I said to him.
"Okay, Izzy have a god nap." Jake said to me as he gave me a kiss on the cheek and he covered me up with a blanket.
Jake's POV
Once Izzy was taking a nap, I went over to the couch to ready my comics that I brought over from the hideout.
As I was still reading my comics, Cubby broke the silence.
"Jake, I can't believe Izzy had that nightmare." Cubby said to me.
"Yeah, I'm still worried about that." I said to him.
"Why is that Jake?" Cubby asked me.
"I mean, what if she starts having another nightmare?" I asked him.
"Don't worry Jake, she has her teddy bear to keep her safe and sound." Cubby said to me.
"I know, but I am still worried that something bad is going to happen." I said to him.
"Oh, come on what bad thing do you think is going to happen?" Cubby asked me.
"Oh I don't know Mr. John, maybe escaping from jail, coming to heart Izzy again." I said to him.
"Okay okay, I get it I get it, you're worried about Izzy." Cubby said to me.
"You know I am. I'm even more scared that I might lose the love of my life." I said to him.
"Jake, that is so not going to happen." Cubby said to me.
"I know Cubby, but I have a feeling that it might happen." I said to him.
"Hey, we ate here to protect Izzy, not put her in more danger." Cubby said to me.
"Yeah, I know that Cubby." I said to him as I walked up to Izzy.
"She means a lot to me, and I really want to spend my whole life with her." I said to him.
"Hey, you okay?" Cubby asked me.
"Yeah I'm fine Cubby." I said to him.
"Jake, I can see that your not okay." Cubby said to me.
"How can you tell?" I asked him.
"Well, there's tears coming down your face bro." Cubby said to me.
" That's just water coming down my cheeks." I said to him.
"Jake? You're crying, and I can sense it." Cubby said to me.
Cubby, I'm going to take a walk around the hospital alone." I said to him as I left the room.
As I was walking around the hospital, I thought about new way to protect Izzy.
"Maybe I can put my arms around her to protect her." I said to myself.
"Yeah, and I can make sure nobody come near her not even Bart Simpson." I said to myself.
Izzy's POV
I was in the middle of my dancing lessons by myself, until I heard the fire alarm go off.
"FIRE FIRE EVERYONE GET OUT, FIRE!" Jake shouted out in the hall as everyone evacuated.
"Jake I'm coming! Hold on, let me get my stuff." I shouted back at him but he didn't hear me.
As I grabbed my stuffand I was about to head up the door, the ceiling collapse and blocked it.
"What's going on? I can't get out!" I asked myself.
"Oh what a shame you can't catch up to your boyfriend boohoo. Enjoy heaven Ms. Green!" Mr. John said to me as he just vanished out of nowhere.
"There's no way I'm dying in here Jake need me." I said to myself.
Jake's POV
As everyone got out safely, I looked around and I noticed that Izzy was missing.
"Has anyone seen Izzy?" I asked them as they a shook their heads no.
"no no no no no no no no no she still might be inside. I have to go get her!" I said to myself bit Cubby stopped me.
"Jake no, it's too dangerous." Cubby said to me.
"But Cubby Izzy's in there." I said to him.
"I know, but what can we do?" Cubby asked me.
"Don't worry children we are here to put out the fire." the firemen said to us.
"Excuse me, but you need to save my girl her name is Isabella Rose green." I said to the fireman.
"I'm sorry son, but she might be dead by now." the fireman said to me as I just grabbed his collar.
" LISTEN TO ME YOU ARE GOING TO GET IN THERE, AND SAVE MY GIRL NOW! YOU GOT THAT?" I asked him.
"YES SIR RIGHT AWAY SIR WE'LL GET YOUR GIRLFRIEND OUT!" the firemen said to me.
"Thank you!" I said to him as I released him.
Izzy's POV
As the fire got bigger, I started to cover my mouth, bit it was no use. no matter what happened the fire just got bigger and bigger. but no matter how hard I try to hold my breath, the smoke went into my nose and down my throat. As I tried not to inhale it, I start to cough really bad.
"Somebody...anybody...helpme." I said in a week voice as I started to get dizzy and blackout. But before I blacked out completely, I start too blurry fireman come over and I just passed out once I saw them.
Jake's POV
it has been 5 hours since the policeman went inside, and 5 hours later they came out with Izzy and one of their arms.
"Oh my God, IZZY!"I said in fear.
"We got to get her to the hospital." I said to Cubby as the fireman handing me Izzy as I just held her tightly.
"Don't worry Izzy we're going to save you.
Cubby's POV
I was on the couch just watching The Fairly OddParents on YouTube, until I went over to Izzy and saw her twisting and turning.
"Izzy Izzy!" I called to her but no answer.
"Excuse me nurse, can you get Jake?" I asked the nurse.
"Is everything okay?" the nurse asked to me.
"No, I think Izzy's having a nightmare go get Jake quick!" I said to the nurse as she ran to go get Jake.
As a nurse went to go get Jake, I just sat there on the chair making sure she doesn't kill me when she wakes up or in this case hits me.
Jake's POV
As I waooos about to head back to Izzy's hospital room, a nurse came up to me.
"Excuse me Mr. Hutchinson? are you about to go back to your girlfriend's hospital room?" The nurse asked me.
"Yes I am, is something wrong?" I asked the nurse.
"Well your friend Cubby told me to come get you because, your girlfriend Izzy, is having a horrible nightmare and won't wake up.
"WHAT?!" I asked in shock as i ran back to her room.
As I finally made it back to her room, I saw her twisting and turning trying to wake up but she just couldn't.
"Cubby! What happened?" I asked him.
"I don't know I was watching The Fairly OddParents, on my phone until she was groaning and twisting and turning." Cubby said to me.
"Izzy Izzy it's Jake it's okay it's okay wake up I'm here I'm here wake up wake up you're having a horrible nightmare, wak up." I said to her as she woke up with tears coming down her face.
"Jake it was horrible so horrible." Izzy said to me.
"Just tell me, what happened?" I asked her.
"Well, I was just dancing in studio A, until I saw smoke coming from the hallway and you shouted FIRE EVERYONE GET OUT, FIRE! I told you I was getting my stuff but you didn't hear me. After I grabbed my stuff, the ceiling collapse and block the door. But as the fire got bigger and bigger, I turned around and saw Mr John. he told me that nobody nobody would come and save me not even you Jake." Izzy said to me.
"So, it was a bad nightmare. Wasn't it?" I asked her.
"Yes And now I'm scared of fire. for now on, I'm going to eat my food cold I don't want anything to do with fire not even cooking." Izzy said to me.
"Does this mean I'm going to have to stop cooking?" Cubby asked us.
" No Cubbt, you can still cook for me and yourself, but Izzy is terrified of fires. so we won't cook for her for a little while until she is ready to deal with fire again." I said to him.
"I don't think I'll be able to Jake." Izzy said to me.
"Well you're going have to at least try one day. I know you're scared of fires already, and you're scared of getting beat up by mr. John don't worry we are going to make sure that you're safe and sound okay?" I asked her.
"Okay Jake. Can you please sleep with me?" Izzy asked me.
"Of course!" I said to her as I got into her bed and got under the covers.
"Thank you Jake, I feel safer now that you're here with me. I love you." Izzy said to me.
"I love you too Izzy." I said to her as we kissed.
