Chapter 56 The competition reset
Izzy's POV
The next morning, I woke up, got out of bed and started to drag Jake off his bed while he bumped his head on the stand of his bed as I was walking to get my phone.
"Izzy, why am I on the floor, and where are you going?" Jake asked me.
"Well, I am going to cook breakfast, and you are in the floor because we are still handcuffed together." I said to him.
" You better not be getting your phone young lady." Jake said to me.
" What no I would never do that behind your back Jakey." I said to him as he pulled the cuffs and get me close to him.
"I don't believe you." Jake said to me as I gulped.
"Did you get a new haircut?" I asked him.
"Don't change the subject Izzy." Jake said to me.
"Sorry." I said to him.
"Now, were you trying to get your phone?" Jake asked me.
"Well, I you see I..." I said to him.
"Spill it Ms Green." Jake said to me.
" Okay okay I was trying to go get my phone." I said to him.
"I cannot believe you, Izzy. I already restarted the contest, and you're already going to get your phone? What is the matter with you?" Jake asked me.
" You want sausage or eggs for breakfast?" I asked him.
" Answer my question Izzy." Jake said to me.
"I don't know I just know that I need my phone." I said to him.
"Well, you're not getting it." Jake said to me.
"if you try to get your phone oh, you are not allowed to come with the troops to Disneyland. You are just going to stay home alone. Okay not exactly alone, but was Princess!" Jake said to me.
"Please Jake I want to go I want to go I want to go." I said to him.
" Then you don't follow the rules." Jake said to me.
" Okay okay okay I will I will I will I'm sorry okay I'm sorry." I said to him.
"Great! I'm glad we got that conversation over.
As I started to cook breakfast, Cubby came in with Princess in his arms.
"Hey guys morning!" Cubby said to us.
"Morning!" I said to him.
"Today is Monday right?" I asked them.
"I know today is Friday Betty White of course it's Monday Izzy. We all go back to the dance studio today." Jake said to me.
" Did you just call me Betty White?" I asked him.
"No I call you Izzy not your name it's always been your name." Jake said to me.
"Nice save Jake." Cubby said to him.
"Thanks!" Jake said to him.
"Jake, don't lie to me you called me Betty White." I said to him.
" No I didn't." Jake said to me.
"Yes you did." I said to him.
" No no I didn't you were hearing things Izzy." Jake said to me.
"If I was hearing things, don't you think I would notice?" I asked him.
"Yes." Jake said to me.
"Jake, can you take me to the bathroom?" I asked him.
" Fine but I'll have to go with you, due to that we're handcuffed together." Jake said to me as we went to the bathroom.
But as we were heading to the bathroom door, I turned around to the living room, as I was about to get my phone.
Jake's POV
As I thought Izzy needed to use the restroom, I saw her opened the box and trying to her her phone. But, I pulled on the cuffs as she fell on her butt, as I started to drag her towards me.
"I thought you said you had to use the restroom." Jake said to me.
"Yeah I lied, I was going to get my phone." Izzy said to me.
"I AM VERY MAD AT YOU RIGHT NOW." I said to her.
"I'm sorry." Izzy said to me.
"No, you promised me that you weren't going to get your phone, you broke that promise I'm sorry Izzy but. You give me no choice." I said to her.
" Jake you don't mean." Izzy said to me.
"Yes while everyone is having fun in Disneyland, you are going to stay home and babysit our daughter I'm sorry you can't come to Disneyland with us." I said to her.
."But..I...love Disneyland." Izzy said to me.
"I'm sorry." I said to her as I uncuffed us.
"Won't you go to your room and think about what you've done." I said to her as she went to our bedroom.
"Everyone else gets to go to Disneyland okay, except you I'm sorry Izzy." I said to her.
" I'm sorry to Jake. THAT YOU'RE THE WORST BIG BROTHER EVER!" Izzy said to me.
"I'm sorry to hear that." I said to her as I left our bedroom, and into the kitchen where Cubby was finishing making breakfast.
Izzy's POV
As I started to cry, I decided to leave the hideout, forever.
"I don't need Jake, I can take care of myself." I said to myself as I packed my stuff and left without leaving a note.
Cubby's POV
As I was eating my breakfast, and Princess was eating her smushed bananas, Jake came in marching in looking mad.
"Somebody looks like he woke up on the wrong side of the bed today." I said to Princess as she nodded her head.
" So, Jake what's up?" I asked him.
"You want to know what's up cubby you want to know what's up? Izzy is what's up okay she grabbed her phone already and now the contest is over I told her that well, the contest is over for her, and for now on while we are all at Disneyland, she is going to stay home by herself." Jake said to him.
"Hey, where Izzy anyway?" I asked him.
"I don't know." Jake said to me as we went into our bedroom, and saw that Izzy took everything of here's with here.
"Jake, where did Izzy go?" I asked him.
"Why are you asking me?" Jake asked me.
"Well, for one you were her boyfriend, and two you should know where she went." I said to him.
"This time, I don't know where she went." Jake said to me.
"Jake, you don't think she went to the dance studio to live there do you?" I asked him.
"Well, you get Princess and we'll go check." Jake said to me as I went to get Princess and we went straight to the dance studio.
Jake's POV
As we arrived inside the dance studio, we saw Izzy living in studio A.
"Cubby, stay here with Princess." I said to him as I went inside.
"Hey, why did you leave the hideout?" I asked her.
"Oh hello Jake. Can I help you?" Izzy asked me.
" I want you to come back home." I said to her.
" Well, I'm not coming home Jake." Izzy said to me.
"What?" I asked her.
"You heard me." Izzy said to me.
"But, Izzy you need to come back home. I miss you." I said to her.
"Yeah, sure you do." Izzy said to me.
"Izzy I do miss you." I said to her as Cubby came in with Princess walking to her mommy.
" Mommy, come home please." Princess said to her with her baby eyes."
"See, how can you say no to that adorable little face Izzy." I said to her.
"Well, how can I Jake." Izzy said to me.
"So, are you coming back home?" I asked her.
"Yeah, I'm coming home." Izzy said to me.
"Uh, Izzy we forgot to change into our morning clothes." I said to her.
"Oh, yeah Jake, whoops." Izzy said to me.
"Cubby, you can go to your studio, with Princess." I said to him.
" Wait where you two going?" Cubby asked us.
"Hello we're not going to dance in our PJs duh." Izzy said to him as her and I went back to the hideout to change.
After we changed into our morning clothes, we ran back to the dance studio.
As we arrived back at the dance studio and into Studio A, everyone was waiting for us.
"Sorry, we're late, we had a little problem earlier this morning." I said to them.
"It's okay Jake and Izzy. The good news is, that the two of you are here now." Lisa said to us.
Izzy's POV
As Luke did another spine, I said this.
"Okay listen up, you morons. Whoops did I say moron I meant cool people. You are going to dance like Luke here ready set go." I said to them as we started to dance like Luke.
Cubby's POV
I was in studio B doing my thing, Yi know taking care of my little niece Princess.
"Hey, Princess how are you this morning?" I asked her as she clapped her hands.
"I think that means she's good my Cubby Wubby." Stormy said to me.
"Aww, thanks Stormy!" I said to her.
"You're welcome." Stormy said to me.
Jake's POV
As all of us were dancing, we were dancing up a storm. But that wasn't until Izzy did some gymnastics moves as we were all now confused.
"Izzy baby, we can't do all of that." I said to her.
"Well you are going to learn my mood is rather you like it or not Jakey." Izzy said to me as she flicked me on the forehead.
"Ouch that hurt." I said to her.
"Then quit your whining." Izzy said to me.
" Let's do it again people and 1 and 2 and 1 2 3 4 go." Izzy said to us as as we all did the wrong moves except for Luke Ross. Can you got Izzy's moved down perfectly, as we all had our jaws wide open.
"how do you when did you why did you what did you?" I asked them.
"Where you going to complete any of these sentences?" Luke asked me.
"How did you do that?" I asked him.
" What you jealous that I can dance better than you?" Luke asked me.
"I can dance." I said to him.
"Oh please Jake remember you couldn't do the skull in Bones stomp?" Izzy asked me.
"Izzy, that was a long time ago, and I did it." I said to her.
" Yeah you tried to do it in the beginning but you tripped, and fell on your butt." Izzy said to me.
"Hey, but you encouraged me to do it." I said to her.
"Oh yeah I said just follow the beat of Cubby's bongos." Izzy said to me.
" If I may ask a question, was this before you guys became boyfriend and girlfriend or after?" Austin asked us.
"Honestly Austin, I don't remember." I said to him.
"Why would you ask us that question anyway Austin?" Izzy asked him.
"I don't know I'm just saying I mean if you haven't done the skull and Bones stomp, and if Izzy hadn't encourage you to do it, you two will never became boyfriend and girlfriend." Austin said to us.
"He's right, I never thought all those years ago I would have never learned the skull in Bones stomp without your help Izzy." I said to her.
"I know I should have said this years ago, but I'm going to say it now. Izzy thank you for encouraging me to do the skull in Bones stomp." I said to her as I gave her the longest kiss of her life.
"Are you guys done?" Austin asked us as I pulled away from Izzy's cute lips.
"Yep! Let's go eat lunch I'm hungry." I said to him as we all went to the cafeteria leaving Izzy in shock.
But as I came back, I picked up Izzy and carried her to the cafeteria.
As we arrived at the cafeteria, I put Izzy down, still in shock.
As I placed Izzy on her seat, Cubby came over with Princess.
"Hey Jake, Hey Izzy!" Cubby said to us.
"Izzy can't talk right now." I said to him.
"Is she dead?" Cubby asked me.
"No, she's just shocked that I kissed her really long earlier." I said to him.
" Oh I seem Can you show me how you did it?" Cubby asked me.
"No." I said to him.
"Daddy kiss me then?" Princess asked me.
"Well you are my daughter so why not." I said to her as I kissed her long.
"Yay!" Princess said to me.
"Princess I didn't kiss you on the lips okay, I kissed you on the cheek." I said to her.
"Okay Daddy!" Princess said to me.
"Hey Izzy want to eat? Izzy? Earth to Izzy." I asked her.
" I'm sorry Jake what did you say?" Izzy asked me.
"I asked you if you want to eat anything?" I asked her.
"I'm good." Izzy said to me.
" Wait you're not hungry?" I asked her as she ran to the food court and grabbed everything.
"Izzy slow down you can't eat all of that at once." I said to her.
"I'm hungry Jake let me eat." Izzy said to me.
"Izzy, why are you eating a lot of food?" I asked her.
"Probably because you kissed me for the longest time. Now, shut up and let me eat." Izzy said to me as she kept on eating.
"Did you like the kiss Izzy?" I asked her.
"Liked it? Jake, I loved it!" Izzy said to me.
"I knew you would, my love." I said to her.
"So, Jake am still able to go to Disneyland?" Izzy asked me.
"I have a better idea, I am going to start the competition over. And the new rules are, if either one of you try to get your phones, you can still go to Disneyland, but you will have to take care of the little kids like, Princess, Maggie, Levi etc." I said to them
"Yeah and no sleeping on the job." Cubby added.
"And we should keep an eye on the kids are all times." Izzy added.
"oh yeah and the other rule is that if you ever ever ever ever try to grab your phone oh, you are going to clean The Hideout and do all the washing." I said to them.
"Come on Jake why?" Cubby asked me.
" Do you want to do this competition, or do the dishes? It's your choice Cubby." I asked him.
"Competition please." Cubby said to me.
"That's my little brother." I said to him.
"If you lose a kid, you got to clean the Hideout for the rest of the week, you're not allowed to use any other devices, that includes laptops iPods and my iPad." I said to them.
"Oh yeah, and you can't use your friends technology either that's also a loud in our competition, and I will make sure that happens." I said to them.
"Will we be able to watch TV tonight?" Cubby asked me.
"Of course! It's not part of its competition." I said to him.
"Oh thank God." Cubby said to me in relief.
"But Jake, isn't a TV a technology?" Izzy asked me.
"Sort of but you don't make calls or text so it's not part of the competition so don't worry about it Izzy." I said to her.
"Okay my Jakey." Izzy sakd to me.
"Aww look Princess is sleeping." I said to them as they all looked at her sleeping.
"That is so cute it's a good thing I brought the stroller." Cubby said to me as I placed Princess inside and buckled her in.
"Hey Jake, can let we go home?" Cubby asked me in a whisper.
"Sure!" I said to him as the four of us went home.
As we arrived home, Izzy and Cubby went to go watch TV, while I putted Princess to bed. After I placed her in her bed, I immediately took every electronic except the TV nice day and a big giant shoe box. Then, I hid it somewhere that they couldn't get it.
After that was done, I went into the living room to watch TV with Cubby and Izzy.
"So, how is dance today Jake?" Cubby asked me.
"Well Izzy did gymnastics while dancing and guess who phone with her, Luke. Luke Ross followed her and he did amazing. All about my jaws dropped." I said to him.
"That must have been amazing." Cubby said to me.
"So it was, and guess what Jake couldn't do it." Izzy said to him.
"Thank you for pointing that out Izzy." I said to her.
"What Jake you can't do gymnastics HAHAHA." Cubby said to me when pointing and laughing at me.
"it's just like you couldn't do skull and Bones stomp all those years ago Jake." Cubby said to me.
"You have to rub that in Cubby?" I asked him.
"Hey it's not Jake's fault that he can't dance." Izzy said to him.
"Hey, whose side are you on Izzy?" I asked her.
"You're my love." Izzy said to me while moving to my right.
"Yeah nice save there Izzy." I said to her.
"Calm down Jake I was only joking." Izzy said to me.
"Yeah, she was only
joking and I was too so stop being a baby about it Jake." Cubby said to me.
"I'm not being a baby about it Cubby." I said to him.
"Yes you are, I can see you pouting." Cubby said to me
"I'm not pouting Cubby." I said to him.
" Jake remember what you said to me take deep breaths? So maybe you should take deep breaths please I don't want you to lose your cool tonight." Izzy asked me.
"Yeah I remember Izzy." I said to her.
"So take deep breaths. I think we should all take the breaths, to calm ourselves down cuz I think we are getting really cranky right now." Izzy said to us as we all started to breath in and out.
"There are you boys calm now?" Izzy asked us.
"Yes Izzy we're calm." I said to her.
"Yeah, me too." Cubby said to her.
"That's my two strong boys." Izzy said to us as she gave us kisses on our cheeks.
"I thought I was your strong boy?" I asked her.
"You're my strong boyfriend, Kirby is my strong little brother." Izzy said to me.
" Well, you could have just said it that way." I said to her.
"Sorry." Izzy said to me.
"It's okay." I said to her.
"Jake, I miss my phone." Izzy said to me.
"You will get it back on Friday, you're doing a good job so far Izzy, keep it up." I said to her.
"I'm trying, but it's hard." Izzy said to me.
"I know it is." I said to her.
Izzy's POV
As I was paining and start thinking about how I miss my phone at the same time, I didn't realize that I accidentally got paint all over me. that's when Jake came over and started to yell at me.
"ISABELLA ROSE GREEN! WHAT GOT YOU YOUR A MESS DON'T TAKE A BATH!" Jake said to me.
"But, Jake I really really really miss my phone." I said to him.
" GET IN THE BATH NOW!" Jake said to me as I was went straight to the stupid bathroom to a stupid bath, as Jake was right behind me.
"That's it, MARCH MARCH MARCH!" Jake said to me.
"But I don't want to take a bath." I said to him.
"GET IN THE BATH NOW I'M NOT PLAYING AROUND WITH YOU TONIGHT IZZY I HAVE OTHER THINGS TO DO. SO IT'S RATHER YOU TAKE A BATH, OR I'M GOING TO HAVE TO BATHE YOU MYSELF. IT'S YOUR CHOICE WHICH ONE DO YOU PICK?" Jake asked me.
" I'll get in the bath, but I won't like it." I said to him as I got my clothes off and went inside the tub.
"AND MAKE SURE YOUR CLEAN EVERYWHERE, BECAUSE YOU HAVE PAINT ALL OVER YOU." Jake said to me as he left the bathroom.
