Chapter 97 Cubby works as Izzy's nurse
Jake's POV
As the nurse handed me a nurse outfit, I went back to Izzy's room.
"Okay Cubby, you are going to work as a nurse." I said to him while I handed him the nurse outfit.
" Oh, what do I need to do?" Cubby asked me.
" You're going to be Izzy's nurse." I said to him.
"Wait what?" Cubby asked me.
" Your going to work on getting $250, to pay for the TV you broke.
"Witch means that your going to work a 12 hour shift eatch day, Everytime you work you'll be paid 20 bucks." I said to him.
"Oh, come on, Jake." Cubby said to me.
" Well, if you haven't already broke the TV, this would have never happen." I said to him.
" Ooh, fine!" Cubby said to me as he took the nurse outfit, and went to the bathroom to change.
Izzy's POV
As I was reading magazine, I saw Cubby go into the bathroom to change.
"Hey, Jake, is Cubby really going to be my nurse?" I asked him.
"Yeah, Izzy!" Jake said to me.
"Oh, okay." I said to him.
Cubby's POV
As I came out of the bathroom wearing a nurse outfit, I walked up to Jake and asked him a question.
"Hey, Jake, what am I supposed to do as a nurse?" I asked him.
" Well, let me get Dr. Lynch." Jake said to me as he went to get Dr. Lynch.
As Jake came back with Dr. Lynch, I was sitting on the couch waiting.
"Hello Cubby I heard you broke the TV." Dr. Lynch said to me.
"Yeah I did." I said to him.
"Well, you are going to work on getting $250 for a new TV. " Dr. Lynch said to me.
"Oh, great." I said to him.
"What am I supposed to do as Izzy's nurse, Dr. Lynch?" I asked him.
"Well, when it's Breakfast, lunch, and dinner, ask her what she wants to eat. When she needs to use the restroom, you or Jake can take her. And you need to look after her." Dr. Lynch said to me.
"Okay, that sounds okay." I said to him.
"Well, is there anything else I need to know, Dr. Lynch?" I asked him.
" Nope!" Dr. Lynch said to me.
" Okay, thanks!" I said to him.
"You're welcome!" Dr. Lynch said to me as he left the room.
"Well, that went well!" I said to them.
"Yeah, it went okay." Jake said to me.
"Daddy, up!" Princess said to him right picked her up in his arms.
"Aww hi Princess, how are you doing?" Jake asked her.
"Good, Daddy!" Princess said to him.
"That's good sweetie." Jake said to her.
"Hey, Izzy, what so you want to wat for lunch?" I asked her.
"I'll take Macaroni and cheese please!" Izzy said to me.
" Okay macaroni and cheese. Anything else?" I asked her.
"Nope!" Izzy said to me.
"Okay thanks!" I said to her as I left.
As i arrived into the cafeteria, I gave the staff Izzy's lunch menu.
"So, Izzy wants Macaroni and cheese?" The staff asked me.
"Yes sure!" I said to him.
"Okay!" The staff said to me as he left.
As the food was ready, I went back into Izzy's hospital room placed it on the table next to her bed as she just looks at it.
"Here you go Izzy, macaroni and cheese!' I said to her.
" Uh, Thanks." Izzy said to me.
"Yeah, I lost my appetite, Cubby." Izzy said to me.
"Excuse me?" I asked her.
" I'm not eating this." Izzy said to me.
" Izzy you better eat it." Jake said to her.
"Jake, I'm not eating it." Izzy said to him.
"Izzy, put the macaroni in your mouth." Jake said to her.
"No." Izzy said to him.
"You better put the macaroni and cheese in your mouth young lady." Jake said to her.
"No." Izzy said to him as Jake took the spoon of macaroni and places it in her mouth.
"Now, you better chew it." Jake said to her.
"No, this is disgusting." Izzy said to us as she started to cry.
"Hey, Izzy please calm down." I said to her.
"Izzy, please calm down, please." Jake said to her.
"No, Cubby, is not doing a good job as a nurse." Izzy said to him.
" Hey I'm trying my best." I said to her.
" We'll, you're not trying hard enough. I want a new nurse." Izzy said to us.
"That Doesn't hurt me." I said to her.
"I don't care, I want a new nurse." Izzy said to me.
"Well too bad, you're not getting a new nurse. I'm the only nurse you got." I said to her.
"I want a new nurse." Izzy said while crying.
"You are not getting a new nurse." I said to her.
"Fine, then I want something that I can eat. Because this macaroni and cheese is disgusting, Cubby." Izzy said to me.
" Sorry you're not getting another meal, until dinner time. So it's either eat the macaroni and cheese or nothing. You choose." I said to her.
"I choose not to eat nothing." Izzy said as she throw the macaroni and cheese on the floor.
"Isabella Rose green, shame on you. You're not a 5 year old don't act like one." Jake said to me.
"Don't act like one." Izzy said while mocking Jake.
" Did you just mock me?" Jake asked her.
"Yes!" Izzy said to him.
"Don't mock me again." Jake said to her.
"Isabella Rose green don't ever ever mock me again." Jake said to her.
"Bad mommy." Princess said to her.
"Okay okay okay, Jake take princess out for stroll I got this." I said to him.
" Are you sure oh wait of course you are cuz you're nurse." Jake said to me as he placed Princess in her wheelchair while laughing.
"It's not funny Jake!" I said to him.
"Oh, one more thing smile!" Jake said tow as he took a picture.
"Jake you better not send it to Troupe B." I said to him as he already sent it.
"Oh God, Stormy better not laugh at me." I said to myself.
After Jake left with Princess, I walked up to Izzy who was still crying. So, I got on her bed and rubbed her back.
"Shhhh, it's okay Izzy, it's okay it's okay big sister." I said to her as she was calming down a bit.
" Now, would you like to tell me what's going on without crying again?" I asked her.
" I just don't like hospital foods." Izzy said to me.
" I understand. But carrying on like that, is it going to get you nowhere." I said to her.
" I know, I just want to go home Cubby." Izzy said to her.
"And you will go home." I said to her.
"Yeah, but when will I get to go home?" Izzy asked me.
"Hopefully soon." I said to her.
"Okay, but I'm not eating hospital foods though." Izzy said to me.
"All right then, so what do you want to eat that's not related to hospital foods?" I asked her.
" I don't know, maybe a Granola bar from the vending machine." Izzy said to me.
"Okay! I'll be back." I said to her as I went to her a Granola bar from the vending machine.
As I went to the vending machine, I didn't see any granola bars in there. But I did see a muffin with pink frosting on it. So, I took out my gold doubloon aces it in the slot and the muffin came right out.
As I took the muffin, I went back to Izzy's room.
"Okay so they didn't have any granola bars, in the vending machine so I got you a muffin with pink frosting yay!" I said to her.
"That's better than a granola bar anyway. Thanks, Cubby! " Izzy said to me as she took the muffin our of my hand and started to eat it.
"Whoa whoa whoa whoa slow down Izzy. Don't eat the muffins too fast." I said to her.
"But it's so good!" Izzy said to me.
"And I know it's good, but the frosting has sugar, so don't lick it too fast." I said to her.
"OK Cubby!" Izzy said to me.
Jake's POV
As I was taking Princess on a stroll around the hospital, she asked me this.
"Daddy, is mommy going to be okay after she throw her food on the floor and refused to eat it?" Princess asked me.
"I don't know ideas sweetie. Your mother doesn't like hospital foods." I said to her.
"Oh." Princess said to me.
"Hey, but she's going to be fine Princess." I said to her.
"Okay, daddy, I love you!" Princess said to me.
"I love you too sweetie pie." I said to her.
Izzy's POV
As I was calming down, Cubby was sitting on my bed still rubbing my back.
"Hey, you okay now, Izzy?" Cubby asked me.
"Yeah, I'm fine now." I said to him.
"Good, don't act like that again." Cubby said to me.
"Yes nurse Cubby!" I said to him.
"Hey, guys! Izzy are you calm now?" Jake asked me while walking into the door with Princess I'm her purple wheelchair.
"Yeah, Jake I'm calm." I said to him.
"That's my girl." Jake said to me.
"Cubby I'm hungry." I said to him.
"Izzy, I just gave you a muffin. And you're still hungry?" Cubby asked me.
"Yes, nurse Cubby." I said to him.
"Can I have some flapjacks nurse Cubby?" I asked him.
"Okay, fine!" Cubby said to me as he went to go get me some flapjacks.
"Yay flapjacks!" I said to myself with excitement.
"Wow, you're really excited for flapjacks." Jake said to me.
"I know they're so good!" I said to him.
As Cubby came back with my flapjacks, I was really excited to eat them. So, I immediately grabbed it from his hand and started to eat them.
"Cubby, how many hours has it been since you started working as Izzy's nurse?" Jake asked him.
"I don't know, 2 hours." Cubby said to him
"Okay!" Jake said to him.
"Cubby, I need to use the restroom." I said to him while trying to bend my knee.
"Oh, okay, Jake help Izzy to the bathroom." Cubby said to him as she started to help me.
As I was using the bathroom, all I could see is blood coming out of my private part.
"Oh no no no no no no." I said as I pulled my underwear up as Cubby came in while helping me sit on my wheelchair.
"Jake, go get the doctor and nurse." Cubby sod to him as Jake went to go get the doctor and nurse as Cubby was helping me to lay some on my bed as I saw blood dropping.
As the nurse and doctors came, they immediately rolled me into the operating room with Cubby following.
As we arrived in the operating room, the doctor placed me on the operating table as I was immediately put to sleep.
Cubby's POV
As Izzy was put to sleep, the doctors immediately takes off Izzy's hospital gown but kept her underwear on as they started to cut it off, and left her naked Was actually believed that I was seeing Izzy naked.
As the doctor was spreading her legs and putting them in leg holders they wear ready to do the surgery.
