Chapter 98 Izzy's weird dream

Izzy's POV

The next morning so will kw up to my hospital bed looking around to see that it was just a dream.

"What a weird dream." I said to myself.

"Good morning Ms. Green, what did you want for breakfast today?" Cubby asked me.

" Cubby no, don't see me naked." I said to her.

"Why would I see you naked? That's just weird." Cubby asked me.

"So, anyway breakfast?" Cubby asked me.

" Oh, yeah! I want to have bacon, scrambled eggs with cheese, please." I said to him.

"So you just want bacon, and scrambled eggs with cheese and nothing else?" Cubby are me.

"Yep!" I said to him.

"Okay, I'll be right back with your breakfast and you better eat it this time." Cubby said to me.

"Okay, so your knee is really improving since you first came in." Cubby said to her.

"Yeah, but I still have ten weeks till my knee is fully healed." Izzy said to him.

Jake's POV

As we were all strolling around the hospital, Princess was getting fussy.

"Princess, what's wrong, sweetie?" I asked her.

"Princess cranky!" Princess said to me.

" Hey, it's okay sweetie, just take deep breaths." I said to her as she took deep breaths to calm herself down.

"Okay, daddy!" Princess said to me.

"Good girl." I said to her.

"Here, Princess you can watch Peppa Pig in my phone." I said to her.

"Awe, Peppa Pig!" Princess said as she giggled.

"There that should keep her busy. Until she falls asleep." I said to them.

As we were still waking with our patients in their wheelchairs, Princess fell asleep.

"Aw, well Princess fell asleep, mates." I said to them.

" Yeah, I guess Peppa Pig tired her out." Izzy said to me as I took my phone out of her wheelchair.

" So, what do you guys want to do when we get back home?" I asked them.

" Well, I am going to watch some TV when we get home." Cubby said to me.

" I don't know about me/ but I'm just going to lay down in my bed, and read my book, while my knee is healing." Izzy said to me.

"Awesome choice, Izzy!" I said to her.

"Thanks, Jake." Izzy said to me.

"I guess, I'm going to do the same thing, but with my comics." I said to them.

"Cool!" Izzy said to me.

As we went back to Izzy's hospital room, Cubby was helping Izzy back in her bed, as I handed Izzy the cute sleeping Princess.

"So, what should we do now?" Cubby asked us.

"Well, we can't watch TV since you broke it, so there's got to be other things we can do." I said to him.

"Like what Jake?" Izzy asked me.

" I don't know what did people do back in the day before TV was invented?" I asked them.

" I know this answer. They throw rocks at each other." Cubby said to us.

"Cubby, we're not cavemen." I said to him.

"Okay Jake Izzy, you two can draw, I going to check you chart Ms. Green!" Cubby said to us.

"Okay!" I said to him as I grabbed two pieces of paper and crayons.

cubby's pov

As Jake and Izzy were drawing, I was doing my nursing job, and making sure Izzy is okay.

"Hey, Cubby look, I drew, Minnie Mouse playing with a ball!" Izzy said to me.

"Cute, big sis!" I said to her.

" I have no idea what I just drew. I don't know if it's Minnie Mouse or just a big giant head." Jake said to me.

"I think it's Minnie Mouse, with a big head." I said to him.

"I think it looks cute!" Izzy said to him.

"Thanks Izzy!" Jake said to me.

"Jake you know Minnie Mouse does not have that kind of a big head." I said to him.

"I don't care Cubby it's my drawing, and I like it I'm going to put it on the fridge when we get home." Jake said to me.

" Okay whatever you say. You're not a good drawer though." I said to him.

" At least Jake is trying, Cubby." Izzy said to me.

" Yeah, I agree with Iz." Jake said to me.

" Whatever you say mr. And mrs. Hutchinson hahaha." I said to them.

" Oh yeah, Mr. Mermaid!" Jake said to me.

"Hey I'll have you know that Stormy, is going to have my last name when we get married so don't put her last name into mine." I said to him.

"And where do you think you two are going to live when you get married?" Izzy asked me.

"We'll just follow you guys to the mainland." I said to her.

" Wait didn't just say you want to live in Neverland for the rest of your life?" Jake asked me.

"No I did not, Jake you got your head screwed." I said to him.

" Oh I got my head screwed? Says the one who broke the TV." Jake said to me.

"Guys, no fighting, please." Izzy said to us.

"Look at you Cubby, you're wearing a nurse outfit." Jake said to me.

"Cubby Jake, don't hurt each other. You two already have somebody in the hospital, I don't want you guys to get hurt and end up in here as well." Izzy said to us.

"Okay, we won't fight, Izzy." I said to her.

"Thank you!" Izzy said to us.

"Good. Now that we got that out of the way, let's do something else." Jake said to us.

"Yeah, I'm going to go use the restroom, Jake." I said to him.

"Well, okay!" Jake said to me as I went to use the restroom.

Jake's POV

As Cubby was using the restroom, I just sat on Izzy's hospital bed, and just relaxed next to her.

"Jakey!" Izzy said to me with excitement.

"Izzy, you're happy to see me?" I asked her.

"Of course I am, Jakey wakey." Izzy said to me.

"Aww, that is so sweet of you to say, Izzy." I said to her as I gave her a kiss on the cheek.

"Hey, you are my boyfriend, Jake." Izzy said to me.

"Yeah, I am, Iz." I said to her.

"Hey, Princess is still sleeping, Izzy." I said to her.

"Yeah she's really tired out, Jake." Izzy said to me.

"Yeah, she really is Iz." I said to her.

Cubby's POV

After I came our of the restroom, I went over Izzy's chart with her.

"Izzy, are you?" I asked her.

"Yeah, I'm okay!" Izzy said to me.

"Do you need to use the restroom?" I asked her.

"No, not the at moment." Izzy said to me.

"Okay, I am going to check you knee." I said to her as I examined her knee.

" So, is it healing, Nurse Cubby?" Izzy asked me.

"Yes, it is!" I said to her.

"Yes!" Izzy said with excitement.

"But, you still have ten weeks, for it to fully heal." I said to her as she put her hand down.

"Hey, don't worry Izzy, your knee will be good as new!" Jake said to her as she smiled.

"Daddy, Princess don't feel well." Princess said to him.

"Aww, you don't feel well? Let me feel your forehead." Jake said to her ax she felt her forehead.

" Well, you do feel warm, sweetie. How about you stay with mommy, while get you a got blanket." Jake said to her as we went into the closet and grabbed a warm blanket for Princess.

"Here you go sweetie, nice and toasty." Jake said to her.

"Thank you, daddy." Princess said to him.

"You're welcome, sweetie pie." Jake said to her.

While Jake was taking care of Princess due to her not feeling well, I went over Izzy's medical records.

"So, Ms Green due to last year you've had a lot going on according to the things that are in your medical records. Like, her broken leg, your appendix being taken out, your leg surgery, you having breakdowns such as taking your IV out of your wrist. Also, you were trying to get out of bed so they had to suspend your leg. let's not forget your eating disorder, your chicken pox, staying in the ICU due to having severely chicken pox, your tonsils taken out and both your knee and knee surgery." I said to her.

"okay okay I admit I did all of those things, why are we going over my medical records now?" Izzy asked me.

"Because I want to make sure you don't do those things again, minus the IV part." I said to her.
