Hello again, everyone! Valentine's Day of 2022 is now behind us, and its time for Chapter 6 of this brand-new story of mine! In the last chapter, Gio Fischoeder helped Tina Belcher out by giving Tammy Larson a very brutal and well-deserved beating, and got Tina a brand-new notebook for writing her fanfiction in. Now, in this chapter, Gio is about to visit not one, but two locations that his father landlords, both located in the local shopping mall. And I must let you know that while most of these businesses are in the actual cartoon, some I made up to give the town a sake of variety. I also made up some original characters here and there, all for the purposes of this story. Now, with that disclaimer out of the day, let's all begin Chapter 6 of this brand-new story of mine!
(The scene cut to show Gio walking towards the local shopping mall, "OMG Mall", all before walking up to the front doors and pulling one of them open. Gio then stepped inside, and allowed the door to close behind him. Once inside the mall, Gio made his way towards the mall's food court area. Once inside said food court, Gio walked to a business that Calvin land lorded, "Mrs. Field's Cookies"...)
Gio (walks up to counter): I could use a snack right now...
(As Gio approached the "Mrs. Field's Cookies" stand, the white black-haired counterman standing behind the cash register looked up at Gio, and smiled at him before speaking...)
Counterman: Welcome to "Mr. Field's Cookies"! How can we serve you? (smiles)
Gio: Well, I'll have 4 chocolate chunk cookies, a brownie cake slice, and a plain "M&Ms" cookie.
Counterman: Whoa! That might put you on a sugar rush with that much, but okay. Coming right up! (he then walks away and gets the food that Gio asks for by using tongs to pick them out from the display, as he then puts the 4 chocolate cookies into a brown bag, the plain "M&M" cookie into a separate bag, and places the brownie cake slice into a small white box and places all the items on the counter) Okay, that'll be about $25.75.
Gio (gets out 26 dollars in cash): Here you go...(hands cash to Counterman)
Counterman (takes the cash and processes the payment): And here is your change...(gets a quarter and hands it to Gio)
Gio (takes the quarter): Thanks!
Counterman: You're welcome! (hands Gio his order) And here is your order!
Gio (takes the bags and box): Once again, thank you! (steps back from the counter, turns around, and walks away) Now, let's see how these taste...(begins eating a chocolate chunk cookie)
(As Gio proceeded to walk away from the mall's food court area, he ate each of his treats, one by one, all until he finally finished them all. The scene cut to after Gio finished his treats, all before he tosses the trash away into a nearby trashcan. As he does this, he found a business that his father also was the landlord of, but it wasn't a food establishment...it was a therapy doll shop and therapist office that operated in the mall called "Mr. Frond's Therapy Office and Doll" store...)
Gio (chuckles): Hehehe...this therapy store that Mr. Frond operates in the summer...Dad told me about how pathetic he seems...(puts on a phobia-filled face) Time to test him...(goes inside) Uh...hello? (looks left and right)
Mr. Frond (looks up from a doll display he was organizing): Hm? (notices Gio) Oh! Why hello there young man. Welcome to "Mr. Frond's Therapy Office and Doll Store"! You here for guidance? All you have to do is pick one doll of your choice and take a seat right over there as we talk about all your troubles. I'm Mr. Frond by the way. (He holds out his hand to shake as he waits for Gio to do the same)
Gio: I...would rather use a private office to discuss my problem...(shakes his hand) If you don't mind, that is...(looks around nervously)
Mr. Frond: Well…um…there is the storage room at the back, but that's for me only. This here is the only office available I'm afraid...(points to the inside of the store around him)
Gio (frowns): In front of other customers? Therapy is a private matter...
Mr. Frond: C'mon, don't you want to open up to others?
Gio: Therapy is always private!
Mr. Frond: Well I'm sorry young man, but it's the store's policy. (folds arms) Besides, it be good to let others know how you feel. Now grab a doll and take a seat or you could just leave.
Gio: Well, I don't believe in public therapy! Good day! (walks towards the door, opens it, and steps outside)
Mr. Frond: Well, I never…(with an unsatisfied frown, he watches Gio leave his store)
Gio (grabs notepad and pen from jean pocket): So, "Mr. Frond's Therapy Office and Doll Store" is foolish, and could use an option for private therapy sessions...(writes that information down)
(As Gio wrote his notes on his notepad while walking away, he didn't notice Linda Belcher approaching his direction. They then both bumped into each other with a light "THUD!", causing Gio to look up suddenly at Linda...)
Gio: Ooof! (puts notepad and pen away into jean pocket): Hey, watch it! (glares at Linda)
Linda (turns around): Oh my! Sorry! I didn't see you there!
Gio (glares and continues walking away)
Linda (gulps): I sure hope I didn't hurt that boy...
(The scene then cut to show an exterior shot of the "OMG Mall", all before showing a close-up shot of the exit doors, all just as Gio pushes open a door, and steps out, allowing said door to close behind him...)
Gio (takes out notepad and pen again): So, Mr. Frond's place might've been a flop, but I did like "Mrs. Field's Cookies" quite a bit...(begins writing notes) The only complaint I have is that the chocolate in the chocolate chunk cookies was a little bitter...(stops writing notes) But other than that, they were delicious! (puts notepad and pen away back into jean pocket) Well, time to go to my next business!
(And with that being said, Gio walked through the massive parking lot surrounding the "OMG Mall", all before exiting said parking lot, and finally, walking down the sidewalk back towards Ocean Avenue. It was still early in the day, and he had a lot more business to visit while undercover that day...)
And that was the very calm conclusion of Chapter 6 of this brand-new story of mine! Now, Mr. Philip Frond never had his own store in the cartoon, so I decided to make one up for the purpose of this story. And "Mrs. Field's Cookies" is a real-life place that you can find at most food courts inside most shopping malls within the U.S.A., but the "Bob's Burgers" cartoon never had one featured in it, hence why I added one for the purpose of the story. And...Gio did seem a little stubborn towards Mr. Frond, but he DID have a valid point he was making. Private therapy sessions can and should be available as an option for customers visiting his store, especially for introverts. Now, its time for us all to move on to Chapter 7 of this brand-new story of mine!
