"I can't believe I'm stuck in another world," said Luz as she sat on the couch petting King who was laying on her lap.
"Maybe not," said Eda.
"I've been selling items from the witch world for years now," she said.
"Wait, does that mean you have a way for me to get home?" asked Luz as she looked up at the older woman.
"Not really," said Eda.
"All of the items I have were found all over the world, which means there must be natural spawning portals that lead to your world," she said.
"So, you're saying that I'm stuck here until I find one of these portals by chance?" asked Luz.
"Afraid so, kid, but it's a better idea to think of than you being stuck here with no way home," said Eda.
"Guess you're right, and the name's Luz, Luz Noceda," she said.
"Well Luz, if you're going to be staying around here then you need to fit the Bill of a normal human so something has to be done about your ears and clothes," said Eda while looking at the younger girl and thinking of what they could do.
"I can change my ears using magic," said Luz while using illusion magic to give herself rounded ears.
"Interesting, but you're going to need a change of clothes if you really want to pass as human, especially seeing how they are covered in dirt," said Eda.
"Oh pixies," said Luz who had just realized.
"Sorry, I cleaned your face after getting you back here but wanted to wait for you to wake up so you could change clothes on your own," said Eda.
"Luckily I have some clothes that will fit you, I'm always going to thrip shops to buy cheap things," she said while getting up to get the clothes. Meanwhile, back on the Boiling Isles, Belos was standing where the portal had been.
"That pest managed to destroy the door and now I have no clue where she went," said Emperor Belos while kneeling down.
"But she did leave one thing behind," he said while looking down at a glyph formula that had been burned into the floor.
