Chapter 108 Cubby cooks breakfast for himself

Cubby's POV

The next morning, I woke up feeling a little bit better. So, I got off the couch and went into the kitchen to cook myself some breakfast.

Jake's POV

As I woke up, I went into the kitchen to see if Cubby was okay.

"Hey, Cubby you need me to take over?" I asked him.

"No, thanks Jake, I can take it from here thank you very much." Cubby said to me as Izzy came into the kitchen.

"Hey, Jake, I'm hungry." Izzy said to me.

"Well bad news, Cubby's just making breakfast for himself." I said to her.

" Oh man, he's going to use all of the foods." Izzy said to me.

"What's wrong with Cubby taking all the foods?" I asked her.

"Well if he takes all the food and we're going to be starving, we might have to live in a box." Izzy said to me.

"Izzy, Izzy, calm down. You know I can just go to the grocery store and get new foods." I said to her.

"Oh, yeah I forgot." Izzy said to me.

As I heard Izzy coughing, I took her back to the living room to lay down.

"Izzy, I don't think its a good idea to eat anything right now, you're still sick.

"But Jake, I'm fine." Izzy said to me as I crossed my arms.

"Okay, fine, I'll stay on the couch." Izzy said to me.

"That's my girl." I said to her.

As Izzy was taking a nap, I sat down on the couch, and just watched her sleeping while stroking her cheek.

Once I arrived back in the kitchen, I saw cubby having trouble cooking his breakfast. So, I went to him I took over since I know he was still sick.

"Cubby how are you going to lay down, I'll take care of this." I said to him.

" Jake I'm fine, I don't need you to take over for me.

" cubby I don't want you sneezing all over the food. So, I suggest you go lay down on the couch." I said to him.

"Okay." Cubby said to me as he went to lay down on the couch.

As I was done making breakfast, I placed it on a tray and took it to the living room where I saw Izzy and Cubby napping. So, I just placed the tray on the little table and went to check up on Princess.

As I arrive into my daughter's bedroom, I saw her playing with her toys.

"Daddy daddy daddy daddy daddy daddy daddy daddy daddy daddy daddy daddy daddy daddy daddy daddy daddy daddy daddy!" Princess said to me as she knocked me to the ground.

"Hey baby girl, how is my princess doing this morning?" I asked her.

"Happy!" Princess said to me.

"Daddy play with me today?" Princess asked me.

"Sure I'll play with you princess." I said to her as I sat in the floor with her while playing with her.

As I was playing with my daughter, I was having the best time of my life.

"Daddy, what about uncle Cubby, and mommy?" Princess asked me.

" Oh, mommy and your uncle Cubby, are taking a nap." I said to her.

" Oh, okay daddy, let's continue playing together." Princess said to me as I nodded my head in agreement as we continued to play.

Izzy's POV

As I woke up, I was on my wheelchair, as Cubby was pushing me to Princess's bedroom. Once we arrived into my daughter's room, we saw Jake and Princess playing with her toys.

"Hey, boyfriend, playing with Princess?" I asked him.

"Yeah, Izzy!" Jake said to me.

"Hey, Jake, do you want to watch Cory in the house with me?" I asked him.

"Why? So, you can watch over your alter-ego Sophie?" Jake asked me.

" Well no, I just want to watch the show with you." I said to him.

" Yeah Jake come on, take a break from playing with your daughter, I'm going to watch Peppa Pig on my phone while you watch Cory in the House with Izzy." Cubby said to him.

" All right! But, don't start playing rough with her." Jake said to him.

"Okay okay I won't, I promise." Cubby said to him as he took princess to our bedroom while Jake and I went into the living room to watch Cory in the house on YouTube.

Jake's POV

As I got up from the couch and went into the kitchen, I opened the fridge and saw nothing. I then opened the cabinet, and saw nothing. As I figured out who ate all of the foods, I went to our bedroom to have a talk with Cubby. But as I arrived to our bedroom, I saw all of the foods on Cubby's bed as I also saw him everything.

"Cubby what is all this?" I asked him.

"It's food, Jake." Cubby said to me.

"do not know their three people living in this house other than you?" I asked him.

" Yes, but I didn't think you two or you three would have eaten these foods." Cubby said to me.

"you know what I don't care. Take all this food, go throw it in trash, and go sit down in the living room. You and Izzy better behave yourselves, I'm going to the grocery store and I'm taking Princess with me." I said to him as he did what I told him to do.

As I got into princess's room, I told her this..

"Hey princess, you're going to the grocery store with Daddy." I said to her.

" Yay! Grocery store yay!" Princess said to me with excitement.

So as I grabbed at the shopping cart, and placed princessy on to the child safety seat, we we're off to the grocery store.

zOnce we arrived at the grocery store, the first I aisle we went to was the cereal aisle.

"Okay Princess, what cereal do you think I should get for the hideout?" I asked her.

" Awe, Captain crunch Captain crunch Captain crunch!" Princess said to me while pointing at the Captain Crunch cereals.

So as I grabbed two cereals of Captain Crunch, we them went to the bread aisle.

"So, witch bread would be good for us to eat? What do you think Princess?" I asked her.

" Whole wheat bread!" Princess said to me.

"Okay!" I said to her as I grabbed three whole wheat breads and placed them with the cereals.

The next aisle we went to was the fruit and vegetables.

"Okay so I'll grab bananas, apples, oranges, grapes, tangerines, and a big water." I said to myself as I placed them into the cart.

The next aisle we went to was the cheese aisle to get some american cheese and some milk.

As I grabbed the chesste and milk, I placed them both in the cart.

"Okay, so is that it Princess?" I asked her.

"Yes!" Princess said to me. As we headed to the checkout desk.

After I paid for everything, we went back to the hideout.

Izzy's POV

As Jake was grocery shopping, Cubby and I were fighting with the blanket again.

"Hey, that's my blanket." Cubby said to me.

" No, it's mine." I said to him.

As we were still fighting over the blanket, it started to rip.

"Look what you did, Cubby!" I said to him.

"No you ripped it, Izzy." Cubby said to me.

" No. Both of you ripped it!" Jake said to us as he saw us fighting over the blanket.

"Jake! When did you get back?" I asked him.

"Just in time to see you two fighting over the blanket until the two of you ripped it." Jake said to us.

"I told you two to behave yourselves while I went shoppjng with Princess.

."I can't believe you two broke my promise to behave." Jake said to us.

"Sorry, Jake." Cubby andd I said to him.

"You know what, you two to your beds NOW!" Jake said to us as Cubby helped me to my bed.

Jake's POV

As I placed Princess on her high chair, I started to put the groceries away.

"Daddy, I love you." Princess said to me.

"I love you too sweetie!" I said to her.

As I was done putting the groceries away,I took Princess to the living room as I placed on the couch to watch Peppa Pig on TV while I go check up on Cubby and Izzy.

After 15 minutes later, I come back into the living room and I saw Princess watching people getting hurt on you on YouTube. So, i walked to her as I took the remote and changed it back to Peppa Pig.

"Princess I don't want you to wat b that kind of stuff, because you could have nightmares about those things." I said to her as she started to cry.

" I told you not to watch those stuffs." I said to her as I picked her up and calmed her down.

"Shhhh, shhhh, it's okay, shhhh it's alright Princess." I said to her.

Cubby's POV

As I was on my bed, I started to watch people getting hurt on Youtube.

"Cubby, are you watching people getting hurt on YouTube?" Izzy asked me.

"Yes, yes I am why do you ask?" I asked her.

" You know Jake's going to catch you, watching that right?" Izzy asked me.

"Jake doesn't have to know, I'm my own man." I said to her.

"Well technically, you're not a man Cubby, you're still a kid." Izzy said to me.

"Yeah, I don't care." I said to her.

"Well, I wouldn't watch those kind of stuff on YouTube." Izzy said to me.

"of course you would never want these, because you're scared that you might have another nightmare haha." I said to her.

"That's supposed to be private." Izzy said to me.

Jake's POV

As I came into their room with a plate with a bowl of cereal for Izzy and Cubby.

"Jake, can we watch TV in the living room?" Cubby asked me.

"Sure, you can." I said to him as I was carrying Izzy to the couch.

But as I placed Izzy on the couch, she started to throw up again. So, I handed her the bucket while Cubby was watching Phineas and Ferb on TV. As Izzy was done throwing up, she was about to lay down on the couch for another nap. But I picked her up as I carried her to her bed to take a nap.

"Thanks, Jakey." Izzy said to me.

"You're welcome!" I said to her as I covered her up with her blanket.
