A few minutes into walking around, both Willow and Gus had come to realize something about Luz.
"You never got out much when you were younger, did you?" asked Willow as the three just stood around at no stall in particular.
"Where I grew up was kind of weird," said Luz.
"My only friends were my twin sister and stepbrother, but now I can't even talk to them thanks to some things that happened," she said while rubbing the back of her neck.
"Sorry to hear it, but you have at least two more friends now," said Gus as he and Willow placed a hand each on one of Luz's shoulders.
"Thanks," said Luz with a smile.
"Hey Willow, Gus!" came a girl's voice from behind them.
"Hey Amity!" said Willow as she noticed the girl running their way. She was wearing a purple dress with black stockings underneath.
"Whoa, who's the new girl?" asked Amity once she noticed Luz.
"Luz Noceda, I'm Eda Clawthorne's niece who I'll be staying with for a while," said Luz while holding her hand out.
"Nice to meet you, I'm Amity Blight," said Amity as she shook Luz's hand. Suddenly, the sound of thunder rang out through the air.
"What the," said Willow as a portal appeared in the sky above the city.
"It couldn't be," thought Luz as she took this time to sneak away to change into her witch outfit.
"Please tell me you're seeing this too," said Amity.
"Uh-huh," said both Willow and Gus.
"Hey, where did Luz go?" asked Amity who had realized that the mentioned girl was missing.
"Something's coming out!" said Gus as he noticed a giant fur ball falling through the portal and landing near the flea market.
