Chapter 115 A day at the Park

Jake's POV

It was Saturday, and I was I the kitchen cooking breakfast. So, for breakfast, I was making waffles with scrambled eggs and toast.

Izzy's POV

As I was in Jay's room, I was getting him ready for the day.

"Who's ready for the day? You are, yes you are, yes you are." I said to him as he giggled.

As I placed him in the stroller, we went downstairs as I smelled something really good.

"Good morning Izzy!" Jake said to me as I walked into the kitchen with baby Jay.

"Good morning, Jake. What's on the menu for breakfast?" I asked him.

" It's waffles, scrambled eggs and toast." Jake said to me.

"Sounds delicious!" I said to him.

" Hey, morning Jake, Izzy, and Jay." Cubby said to us.

"Morning!" We said to him.

" Where's Princess?" Jake asked us as we heard laughter coming from the living room.

Jake's POV

As I placed the food on the table, I called for Princess.

"Sweetie, time to eat breakfast!" I called her as she started to ignore me.

So, I marched over to the living room, I grabbed her hand and dragged her into the dinning room.

"Peppa Pig!" Princess yelled as Jay started to cry.

"Princess, go to your room." I said to her as Cubby and I followed her as Izzy started to walk around to calm the little guy.

Cubby's POV

As Jake and I were in Princesse's room with her, Jake was mad at her.

"What is wrong with you? I asked you to come eat breakfast with us and you completely ignored me, and you yelled Peppa Pig right in your little brother's ear and made him cry." Jake said to her.

"I'm sorry daddy." Princess said to him.

"it's okay." Jake said to her.

"Hey, how about we go to the park." Jake suggested.

"Yay!" Princess said with excitement.

Jake's POV

As we all left the room, Princess, Cubby and I went into the living room where Izzy was watching TV with baby Jay.

"Hey, Izzy we're going to the park." I sakd to her as baby Jay, started to smile.

So, as we went to the park, princess was excited.

"We're going to the park, we're going to the park!" Princrss said as she was singing.

" Hey, we're here." I said to them as Cubby and Princess went off.

" You guys be careful, and don't get hurt." Izzy said to them.

"Okay!" They said to her as Izzy and I went for a walk around the park.

Cubby's POV

As Princess and i went down the slide together, I was really fun.

"Oh, sand!" Princess said as I followed her to the sand box.

"As I laid down in the sand, Princess started to cover me with it.

" Hey! Look I'm a sandwich." I said as Jake Izzy and baby Jay started to laugh.

"Oh this is so sweet I'm posting this on Instagram. Say cheese, Cubby!" Jake said to me as I smiled once he took the picture and post it on Instagram.

"Uncle Cubby sandwich, hahaha!" Princess said as we all laughed.

As Izzy placed baby Jay on the sand, Princess was building a sandcastle.

"Aww, confess your sand castle is so cute. But, your fan council isn't compared to mine!" Jake said to her as Jake presented princess with Jake's sandcastle.

"Aww, awesome sandcastle Jake!" Izzy said to me.

" Thanks Izzy." Jake said to him as Princess destroyed his sandcastle.

"Oh man. Princess why? Why did you destroy daddy sandcastle?" Jake asked her as Princess was laughing.

"It's not funny you're grounded. Jake said to her.

"You are grounded, for one week, with no TV." Jake said to her as Princess started to cry.

"Oh, don't give me that. You know what you did was wrong. We're going HOME." Jake said to her as I got out of the sand box and dust myself off as the five of us went home.

Jake's POV

Once we arrived home, I immediately placed princess in her room.

"You're going to sit on your bed and think about what you've done to my awesome sandcastle." I said to her.

" I'm sorry Daddy." Princess said to me.

"I'll accept your apology, later." I said to her as I left the room.

As I went into the living room, Izzy, Cubby and baby Jay we're watching TV.

"I'm going to make us some lunch. Princess can have hers later." I said to them as Izzy followed me into the kitchen.

"Jake you okay?" Izzy asked me.

"Why is Princess acting so bad?" I asked her.

" She just doesn't like baby Jay still, Jake." Izzy said to me.

"Oh so it was a good idea for our daughter to destroy my sand castle?" I asked her.

" Jake she was only playing, and you know that." Izzy said to me.

"I know, sometimes I wish she was nice to all of us and baby Jay." 'i said to her.

"I know baby, I know." Izzy said to me as she hugged me.

"So what you're saying is you wish Princess was normal?" Cubby asked me as he was standing my the doorway.

"What? No. Okay, maybe a little." I said to him.

" Is our lunch ready yet anyway?" Cubby asked me.

"Huh oh yeah, I just need you guys a peanut butter sandwiches." I said to them.

"And my baby Jay, applesauce." I sakd to them as Izzy took the carton of applesauce.

"Jake I don't think that's a good idea." Izzy said to me.

"I'm not going to make the wish happen. I mean it's not like a little man comes out of nowhere, and makes my wish come true." I said to her.

" So you're saying that you're referring to the little man from iCarly?" Izzy asked me.

" Yes, and his name was Mitch." I said to her.

"Yeah but Jake, this isn't Christmas." Cubby said to me.

"Yeah I'm aware of that, it's summer." I said to him

As baby Jay saw one of Princesse's toys, he started playing with it. But that didn't stop him, until princess came downstairs and saw him playing with it.

"Hey that's my toy!" Princess said as they started to fight with it.

" Mine!" Princess said to him.

"Mine!" Jay said to her.

"Mine!" Princess said to him.

" Mine!" Jay said to her as Princess fell.

"Princess, were you and your little brother fighting over a bear?" I asked her.

" Baby Jay started it." Princess said to me as she pointed to him.

" When are you going to get along with him?" I asked her.

" Until he dies." Princess said to me.

" Princess, that is not nice. Say sorry to him." I saod to her.

"No." Princess said to me.

" Princess Hutchinson Green, you apologize to your little brother, right now." I said to her.

"No." Princess said to me.

"That's it, go to your room and don't come out." I said to her.

"I wish you were raised normal." I said to her.

"Don't worry baby Jay, everything's going to be alright." I said to him as he was teething on the bears head.

Cubby's POV

After what I heard, and I went into Princesse's room to speak to her.

"Princess you okay?" I asked her as I saw her crying onto her pillow.

"Daddy don't love me anymore." Princess said to me.

"Princess your Daddy does love you. You just can't deal with you behaving like this." I said to her.

" I want a new Daddy." Princess said to me.

" I can't help you with that, sorry." I said to her.

As I was talking to Princess, Jake came in.

"Hey, look princess I'm sorry." Jake said to her as he hugged her.

"You not my daddy anymore." Princess said to him.

"Princess, I said I was sorry." Jake said to her.

"Princess, can you please accept your daddy's apology?" I asked her.

"Fine." Princess said to me.

As Jake was hugging Princess, Izzy came in holding baby Jay in her arms.

"Hey is everything okay in here?" Izzy asked us.

"Yeah!" I sakd to her.

"Oh wait Princess, I got you something." Jake said to her as he went to get the garbage bag from the hallway.

" My toys!" Princess said with excitement.

"Yep! And there's something else too." Jake said to her as Princess was confused.

"I was going to wait until your second birthday but, I think you should have it now. Go ahead, open it up." Jake said to her as Princess opened her present.

"It's a stuffed panda bear, and it's huge." Jake said to her.

"Thank you thank you thank you thank you thank you thank you Daddy." Princess said to him as she gave him a big hug and a kiss as Jay started crying.

"Aww, what's the matter buddy?" I asked him.

"Bear." Jay said as he was upset that he wants the panda bear as well.

As Jake placed princess down on the floor, she walked over to the bear and hugged it. But, that wasn't until baby Jay took the arm and pulled it.

"Mine!" Jay said to her.

"Mine!" Princess said to him.

"Hey! hey, hey, hey, how about you two share is a big giant panda bear.' Izzy suggested to them.

"No." Princess said to her.

"Maybe Princess doesn't know how to share or be a good sister."' I said to her.

"Well, she is going to learn, with our help Cubby." Izzy said to me.

"Whoa whoa whoa whoa whoa, I'm not in this." I said to her.

"Yes you are, it's for princess and Jay's sake for becoming the best siblings ever! So go do what your big sister tells you to do." Jake said to me.

"Fine." I said to him as I walked out of the room.

"Are the four of you coming, or not?" I asked them as they followed me into the living room.

Izzy's POV

As Cubby and I were standing next to each other, I took my stuffed dog, and handed it to Cubby.

"Here you go Cubby, you can play with my stuff dog." I sakd to him.

" Thank you Izzy that is so sweet of you. You're the best big sister, ever." Cubby said to me.

" Okay, now you try Princess." I said to her as I handed her my stuffed dog.

" Here you go little brother, you can play with mommy's stuff dog." Princess said to him as baby Jay took it.

"Izzy I think your plan is working." Jake said to me.

"It's supposed to work, Jake." I sakd to him.

"That was beautiful." Jake said as he was crying.

"Really Jake reall?" I asked him.

"What the way you two shared that teddy bear was adorable, and sweet." Jake said to me.

" You have to cry over this?" Cubby asked him.

" Sorry. Anyway, don't you see Princess, your mommy shared two things with Uncle Cubby. so, would you please try and share your toys with another brother?" Jake asked her.

" Yes daddy I'll try." Princess said to him.

"I love you both equally." Jake said to them.

" We love you too Daddy." Princess said to him.

"Dada." Jay said to him.

"Did baby Jay say his first word?" Cubby asked us.

"Yes he did! He said dada!" Jake said to me.

"Awesome, Jay can you say Cubby? or Uncle Cubby?" Cubby asked him.

"Hubby!" Baby Jay said to him.

" Close enough, but I'll take it." Cubby said to him.

"Can you say Mommy?" Jake asked him.

"Izzy!" Jay said to him.

"No, mommy!" I said to him.

"Izzy." Jay said to me

"Dou" I said as I was now upset.

"What is this an episode of The Simpsons?" Cubby asked us.

"It feels like it right?" Jake asked him.

"Yeah!" Cubby said to him.

Cubby's POV

As I took Princess to her room, she was getting sleepy. So, I took one of the books from a shelf and started to to read to her.

Once I was reading to her, she fell sleepy and sleepy until she fell asleep.

"Sweet dreams Princess I love you." I said to her as I closed her room door.

As I went into the living room, Jake was in the kitchen making dinner, so Izzy had baby Jay on her lap while he was watching Teletubbies.

"Hey, Jake, what's for dinner?" I asked him.

"I might just make us mac and cheese with hot dogs!" Jae said to me.

"Yay!" I said with excitement.

" Welll, while you go eat macaroni and cheese and hot dogs, I'm going to make myself a sandwich and feed baby Jay with more applesauce." Izzy said to me.

" Wait, you don't want the dinner that Jake's cooking?" I see her.

"Uh, no. Besides, I don't like macaroni and cheese anyway." Izzy said to me.

"That's okay Izzy, you don't have to eat it." Jake said to her.

"Thanks, Jake." Izzy said to him.

" Anytime." Jake said to her.

"Where's big sister?" Jay asked us.

"She's napping." I said to him.

"Oh." Jay said in disappointment.

" Don't worry little buddy she'll come back after her nap." I said to him as he smiled.

As we went into the dinning room, I started to eat my mac and cheese with hot dogs while Izzy made herself a sandwich.

Princess's POV

As I was jumping in my bed, I fell and and started to cry.

Jake's POV

once Izzy, Cubby, and I heard princess crying, we ran in her room fast get Cubby holding baby Jay in his arms.

"oh my God princess! what happened sweetheart you okay?" I asked her as she was still crying.

"Jake, I think Princess broke her leg. We got to get her to the hospital, quick." Izzy said tk me as we went to the hospital.

As we arrived at the hospital, Princess was really crying.

"What happened?" the doctor asked us.

"Princess, it's okay you can tell him.' I said to her.

"I was jumping on my bed, and fell." Princess said to the doctor.

"I see and you broke your leg in the process again?" the doctor asked her as she nodded her head.

" Don't worry Princess, we're going to get you all fixed up." the doctor said to her as I laid her on the hospital bed.

"Jake, we're going to have to do surgery on her leg." the doctor said to me.

"Ahhhhhhhhh!" Princess screamed.

Princess's POV

as I woke up screaming and crying, I called for daddy.

"DADDY!" I creamed his name as he rushed into my room.

"Princess, what's wrong?" Daddy asked me.

"I had a nightmare about about breaking my leg. Oh daddy." I said to him as I hugged him.

"Shhhh, it's okay, sweetie, it's okay daddy's here." Daddy said to me me as he was calming me down.

Izzy's POV

As I heard Princess crying, I went to check on her with Jay in my arms.

"Jake, is Princess okay?" I asked him while Jay was clapping and laughing.

" Yeah, she just had a nightmare, but she's fine now." Jake said to me.

" Come on sweetie, maybe you can eat some dinner." Jake said to her as he took her hand as they went into the dinning room with us following.

As we were all eating our dinner, Princess was not feeling well.

"Princess you okay?" I asked her.

"I don't feel well." Princess said to me.

"Come on, Princess I'll take you to bed early." Jake said to her as he carried her to bed.

Jake's POV

as I brought princess into my room a little early, she was not feeling well.

"Daddy, I don't feel so good." Princess said to me.

"Do you feel like you need to throw up sweetie?" I asked her.

"No." Princess said to me.

" Okay, just get some sleep okay. Ilove you." i said to her as I left her room.

Izzy's POV

as I was in baby Jay's room, I was in the middle of brushing his teeth. after I was done brushing his teeth, I got him dressed in to his PJs. That's when Jake came in.

"looks like Jay is ready for bed!" Jake said to him.

"Yeah he is! Jake, do you mind reading him at that time story?" I asked him.

" sure thing Izzy!" Jake said to me as he started to read Baby Jay a bedtime story.

five minutes later...

After Jake was fine reading Jay a bedtime story, he fell asleep.

"Good night buddy we love you." I said to him as we left his room.

after baby Jay was asleep, we went to check up on princess, to make sure she was okay. Once we went inside, I felt her forehead and it was warm.

"Jake, Princesse's forehead is warm." I sakd to him as we left her room.

But before we left, Jake placed a baby monitoring Princesse's room, and then in baby Jay's room. as we walked into the living room, Cubby was watching The Simpsons on Disney plus.

"Hey, how's Princess?" Cubby asked us.

"Well, I felt her forehead and it was warm." i said to him.

" Yeah, maybe she's getting sick, because of the cheese that she ate during dinner." Jake said to us.

" Do you think we have to take her to the doctor?" Cubby asked us.

"Well, let's just see, how she's feeling tomorrow and we'll go from there." I said to him.

"Okay." Cubby said to us as the three of us went to bed.
