Chapter 137 Practicing the duet dance

Jake's POV

As Izzy and I came back from our nightly walk, Izzy was on her phone all night. So, I decided to practice our dance together. While we were practicing our dance routine, Izzy was literally trying to stay awake.

"Izzy, stay awake for me." I said to her.

"But Jake, I'm too tired." Izzy said to me.

"I know, bit we need to practice our dance." I said to her as I spun her around as she fell asleep.

"Oh, Izzy." I said to her as I placed her on the bed.

As Izzy was asleep, I laid on the bed as well, looking at my phone until Cubby came in.

"Hey Jake, can I watch a movie on TV?" Cubby asked me.

"Sure why not, but keep the volume down." I said to him.

" Okay Jake!" Cubby said to me as he went to go watch a movie on TV.

As I was reading my comics, I heard the volume from the TV.

"Cubby, keep the volume down, thanks!" I sakd to him.

"Jake, have you and Izzy practice your duet dance together?" Peter asked me as he walked in.

"Yes, we tried to but Izzy fell asleep while I spin her around." I said to him.

" Well, you got to wake her up the next round is about to start in the next hour." Peter said to me.

" Okay Peter!" I sakd to him as he left.

"Dang it. I only have an hour. I've got to wake up Izzy." I said to myself as I immediately went into our hotel bedroom where Izzy was still sleeping.

"Izzy Izzy, wake up wake up." I said tk her as I shook her lightly.

"Come on Izzy, wake up we're going to be late, we only have an hour left. So, can you please wake up." I sakd to her.

As I tried everything to wake up Izzy, I took a glass of water and pour it on a wet towel and priced it on her face.

"Jake, what's going on?" Izzy asked me.

"Oh good, you're awake come on we're next so let's go back to the competition." I said to her as she got up dried her face off as we all went back to the competition.

Cubby's POV

As jakw amd Izzy made it in time for their routine, I was sitting in the audience with baby Jake and Princess on my lap.

"Next up are Jake and Izzy." The judges as baby Jay Princess and i clapped our hands.

"Go, Daddy and Mommy!" Princess said as she was cheering or them as they were in the middle of their dance.

"Princess, don't distract them." I sakd to her

"Sorry, uncle Cubby!" Princess said to me.

" The winner is Jake and Izzy!" The judges said to them as I spit our my drink.

"Yay Uncle Cubby, uncle Cubby, mommy and daddy won." Princess said to me.

" So I've heard." I sakd to her as I was coughing a little bit.

As we went to go see Jake and Izzy, they were back stage.

"Daddy mommy you did it!" Princess said to them.

"Yeah, and your mommy was awake for this." Jake said to her.

" What if I wasn't awake, Jake" Izzy asked him.

"Then I would have to find a replacement." Jake said to her.

"Hey the good news is is that you two won. And I can't be more happier than that." I said to them.

"Thanks Cubby!" Izzy said to me.

"Jake, I'm getting really tired, after that routine I just did with you." Izzy said to him as we all went back to the hotel.

Jake's POV

once we arrived I got our hotel, I immediately placed Izzy on the bed.

"Sweet dreams my love." I said to her as I closed the door slightly.

" Hey, Cubby what are you watching on TV?" I asked him.

"I'm just watching the Lion Guard on YouTube, want to join?" Cubby asked me.

" Wete there be snacks?" I asked him.

"Yes!" Cubby said to me as I grabbed a bag of popcorn.

"Alright, let's get this show started!" Cubby said as we were watching the Lion Guard on YouTube.

"Wow, the is really good and all Cubby, but I am getting bored of it. I'm going into the room." I said to him as I got up and went into our hotel bedroom where Izzy was sleeping like an angel.

"Aww, I'm going to take a nap as well." I sakd to myself as I got under the covers and cuddled with Izzy.

Cubby's POV

As I was still watching the show Princess came out of her room and sat down with me.

"Oh, hi sweetie, are you doing okay?" I asked her.

"Yes, uncle Cubby." Princess said to me.

" I'm going to make you a sandwich." I sakd to her as I went into the kitchen to make my niece a sandwich.

As I was making my niece a sandwich, baby Jay was crawling into the kitchen. Wait, what?"

"Jake Izzy, Baby Jay is CRAWLING!" I I set it up really loud so they can hear me as they immediately woke up and ran out of the room as Jake was in his undies hahaha.

"Hahaha, nice underwear Jake." I said to him as he covered himself.

"So what's this about? Oh my God. Get the camera Izzy!" Jake said to her as she went to get the camera.

After Izzy got the camera, she took a picture of baby Jay crawling.

"Baby Jay is growing up already." Jake said as he wiped a tear away.

"Oh Jake come on stop your crying, you're like Timon and pumbaa." I said to him.

"Oh come on Cubby, it's a beautiful sight to see." Jake said to me.

"Yeah I'll admit it's really cute." I said to him.

"I mean, will you guys happy when I first had my first crawling moment?" I asked them.

" Yes we were happy and young, but we were happy.' Izzy said to me.

"Please don't tell me Peter Pan took a video of that." I said to them.

"Oh, he did and it was the most beautiful sight ever." Jake said to me.

"Jake where you going?" Izzy asked him.

"I'm going to go take a nice shower, then I'm going to go put on my PJ's." Jake said to her.

" Okay! Have a good time in the shower." Izxy said to him.

"Oh, I will." Jake said as he went to go get in the shower.

Izzy's POV

While Jake was in the shower, I sat my butt down on the couch and watch TV for a little bit while Cubby and Princess were watching the Lion Guard on YouTube.

"So Izzy what are you going to watch on TV?" Cubby asked me.

"I have no idea know idea what to watch on TV.

" if I can make a recommendation, how about you just watch some Phineas and Ferb." Cubby said to me as I turned on the TV and changed the channel to Disney XD ad Phineas and Ferb was on.

"Awesome my favorite character in the world Isabella Garcia Shapiro." I sakd to myself.

" Why is she your favorite character?" Cubby asked me.

"Well if you don't know cubby my full name is Isabella Rose green. which means her full name is Isabella Garcia Shapiro which stands for the word Isabella in the sentence." I sakd to him.

" Oh I get it the both of you have the same full name that's cool." Cubby said to me.

"Yeah it is, it's the best." I said to him.

"I don't know why the Phineas character is so oblivious. I mean can't he see that Isabella's trying to flirt with him?" I asked myself.

" Apparently he can't, because the only thing he's focusing on is building inventions with his stepbrother." Jake said to me.

" Jake? When did you get out of the shower?" I asked him.

" 30 minutes later." Jake said to me.

" I thought showr time was only 15 minutes." Cubby said to him.

" Yeah, but it's for you though Cubby." Jake said to me.

" And just to let you know, I'm older than you so I get to take longer showers." Jake said to him.

"What about Izzy?" Cubby asked him.

"I don't control what Izzy does in the shower." Jake said to him as I smiled.

"But how come you got to control me, Jake?" Cubby asked him.

"Because you're the youngest, in our private crew. So I get to control you. As a matter of fact, go take a shower Cubby." Jake said to him

"Oh man." Cubby said as he went to go take a shower.

" And remember, don't use all the hot water." Jake said to him.

"Jake how did I fall asleep during our dance practice?" I asked him.

"Well long story shor,t I spun you around a little bit and then that's how you fell asleep." Jake said to me.

" Oh I'm sorry." I said to him.

" You see, that's what happens when you stay up all night." Jake said to me.

"Yes Jake I've learned my lesson." I said to him.

" Good, promise me it won't happen again." Jake said to me.

"I promise, Jake!" I sakd to him as he kissed my cheek.

"Good girl." Jake said to me.

Has Jake and I were watching TV, I picked up Baby Jay as we started to cuddle with him.

"Duck!" Baby Jay said as I picked up his Daffy Duck doll off the floor and headed to him.

"He is so precious." Jake said to me.

"Yeah, he is. You know Jake, he's going to grow up just like you." I sakd to him.

" Oh yeah, then Princess is going to grow up just like you." Jake said to me.

" Oh really and what do you think our daughter is going to do?" I asked him.

" I don't know, use the pixie dust for fun and games." Jake said to me.

" Oh no she isn't. And by the way jake, we're going to move to New York." I said to him.

"Yeah, I decided that we should not move to New York in the future." Jake said to me.

" What, where did you decide this?" I asked him.

" Just now, Izzy." Jake said to me.

" You know, we could have talked about this privately. But no, you wanted to say you're out loud in front of our kids." I said to him.

" Oh what do you know, princess is only 2 years old and Baby Jay is just one years old he won't understand what we're talking about. princess, maybe." Jake said to me.

"so let me get this straight, you don't want to move to New York when we're older?" I asked him.

"No, I don't." Jake said to me as Cubby came out of the shower.

" Cubby we need your help. Jake, says that he doesn't want to move to New York when we're older. Do you have anything to say about this?" I asked him.

" Yes, I do! Jake you should move to New york, Izzy stop yelling." Cubby said to us.

"I wasn't yelling." I said to him.

"You're yelling." Cubby said to me.

"So what Cubby's like our couple counselor?" Jake asked me.

"Yes! Just like Carly was for Freddie and Sam." I said to him.

"Baby Jay can we play with your toy?" Jae asked him as he handed him his toy to him.

"I am Daffy Duck, and I'm so despicable." Jake said in his Daffy Duck voice as Baby Jay clapped his little hands.

"Jake Jake, he likes it keep going." I said to him.

"Boy oh boy where is my friend, little baby Jay?" Jake asked in his Daffy Duck voice.

" Peekaboo peekaboo, peekaboo!" Jake said to him as baby Jay took his doll revealing Jake's face.

"No my face, how dare you take off my duck face." Jake said to him.

"Now you're going to get the tickle of your life time." Jake said to him as he started to tickle his son as he giggled.

"Me next to me next daddy me next!" Princess said to him as I started to tickle her.

"No Mommy!" Princess said to me as I did a raspberry on her tummy as she started to laugh.

As we were having so much fun with our kids, cubby was watching The Simpsons.

"I'm hungry when is dinner?" Cubby asked us.

"We can go now if you want." I said to him.

"Yes I'm begging for a burger." Cubby said to me as we all went to go have dinner.

As we were having our dinner, Cubby was having a cheese burger, Jake was eating a burrito, princess was eating a ham and cheese sandwich I was getting a hot dog, and Baby Jay was just eating some smushed bananas.

"Remind me again, why did you have to come here with your pajamas, Jake?" I asked him.

"Hey come on, I was too lazy." Jake said to me.

"Whatever you say Mario hahaha!" Cubby said to him.

"Cubby, you did not have to call me Mario." Jake said to him.

" But it's funny hahaha." Cubby said to him.

" I'll admit it is kind of funny Jake." I said to him.

"Who's side are you on?" Jake asked me.

"Yours, sweetie." I said to him.

"That's better!" Jake said to me.

"Sorry Jake, I didn't mean to be rude to you." I said to him.

" Please don't embarrass yourself, there's people watching us." Jake said to me.

" I won't embarrass myself Jake, I promise." I said to him.

Jake's POV

After dinner, we all went back to the hotel, we went into our bedroom to watch TV as a full family.

"So, what are we watching on TV, daddy?" Princess asked me.

"I was thinking we can watch... I don't know you pick something." I said tl her as I gave Izzy the remote.

"As Izzy was scrolling through the list of movies on disney plus, we all started to watch High School Musical.

"Really? Why High School musical?" I asked her.

"It's a perfect movie Jake, get used to it. Izzy said to me.

As Izzy and I were watching the movie, Princess baby Jay, and Cubby all fell asleep. So, I first carry the baby Jay to his crib, then I carried princess to her bed. Once I came back, I pulled Cubby closer to the pillow, and cover him up.

"Well, just you and me." I said to her.

"Yeah, Just the Two of us." Izzy said to me.

Once we were nearing the end of the movie, Izzy immediately fell asleep. So, I turned the TV off pulled her closer in the middle of the bed covered her up and then I went to sleep too.

As Izzy was in her coma still, I was alone with her while crying.

"Izzy...please...Wake up." I said to her continuously crying.

" Iz, I, I need you to wake up please. Cubby Princess, and Baby Jay, want you to wake up too. But the most important person that wants you to wake up, is me. Please, please wake up." I said to her as I was crying ready hard this time.

"Jake, do you want anything to drink?" Cobby asked me.

"No, no thanks all I want is for my beautiful Izzy to wake up." I said to him.

" I'll just leave you alone." Cubby said to me as he closed the door shut.

"Oh, Izzy I need you." I sakd tl her whole was stroking her cheek.

Izzy's POV

As I immediately woke up from another nightmare, I went into the bathroom to wash my face.

Jake's POV

During the middle of the night, I woke up and saw that Izzy wasn't with me on the bed. So, I went to go check the bathroom.

"Iz, are you okay in there? it's Jake." I asked her.

"Yes, yes I'm fine I just had another nightmare." Izzy said to me.

" So are you fine, or not fine? cuz I'm confused." I asked her as she opened the door.

" I'm not fine. Jake, I hate having these nightmares." Izzy said to me who's I hugged her tightly.

"It's okay Izzy, I'm here for you I'm here." I sakd to her as I was stroking her hair.

"Jake, I'm scared." Izzy said to me.

"I know you are sweetie, but I'll be with you every night. If you start to have a bad dream, I'll wake you up immediately." I said to her.

"Jake, I don't want to go back to sleep." Izzy said to me.

"Because of the nightmare?S you've been having?' I asked her.

"YES!" Izzy said to me.

"Okay, okay, okay you don't have to go back to sleep you can just stay up on the bed and watch TV if you want.' I sakd to her.

"Thank you Jake, thank you!" Izzy said to me we went back into the bedroom.

Once we arrived back at the bedroom, I went back to sleep and Izzy was watching TV.

Izzy's POV

As I was watching TV, I was getting really tired. So, I turned off the TV, and tried to thing of happy thoughts and fell asleep on Jake's chest.

As those happy thoughts became nightmares, I woke up immediately.

"No, you are not going to make me have nightmares. I'm stronger." I said to myself.

"You will never ever wake up from that coma you're having in your nightmare." The evil ghost said to k me in my head.

" You're wrong, Jake's going to wake me up." I said to the ghost.

As I was arguing with a ghost, it revealed himself to be none other than... The man who got me pregnant.

"You're going to wake up from that coma you know why, because I'm the one that ran you over in your nightmare." Mr. John said to me.

As I fell asleep, I started to continue having the nightmare and it got worse.

Jake's POV

Once I was still with Izzy, somebody came inside the room.

"Oh no, I accidentally ran over Izzy. Too bad you're not going to wake her up Jake." The man who seems to be Mr John said to me.

" You're the one that ran her over?" I asked him.

"very good Jake it took you long enough to realize, that I was the one that ran your girlfriend over with my car." Mr. John said to me.

" But why would you do that?" I asked him.

" So, I can see the pain and emotional you're getting. The way you feel for Izzy, is the way I'm going to destroy her." Mr. John said to me.

" You're not going to lay your hands on her. Not when I'm around." I sakd to him.

"Oh, but what if you weren't around Jake? you're the one that put me in jail. And I can easily kill you." Mr. John said to me.

Izzy's POV

Once I really immediately woke up from that horrible nightmare, I started to cry really bad.

"IZZY!" Jake said to me as he held me tight.

"Izzy what happened?" Jake asked me.

"Mr John, it was Mr John who ran me over in my nightmare. And he was going to murder you because you put him in jail." I sakd to him as I was crying.

" Izzy, I'm so sorry that happened in the nightmare, but I'm alive." Jake said to me.

" I'm scared, I'm scared, I'm so scared." I said to him while I was sobbing uncontrollably.

" What if my nightmare continues?" I asked him.

"I promise you, it won't continue." Jake said to me.
