Mirage and Cliffjumper are a happily married couple. Cliffjumper felt he was married to the most beautiful femme in the entire universe. Mirage was in the garden relaxing with Cliffjumper. It was wonderful day to be out to say the least. They were laying on the ground and feeling really good.

They were really happy together. "You know Cliffjumper I want to talk to you," Mirage said.

"About what love?" Cliffjumper asked.

"Well I am thinking, with the war over and now that we are married I think it's time we discuss more about our future," Mirage said.

"What about our future?" Cliffjumper asked.

Then Mirage sat up and did Cliffjumper. Then they saw one of Mirage's friends looking a little different and she was with her sparkmate. They decided to say hi to her.

"Hello Shineburst," Mirage said.

"Hello Mirage and Cliffjumper it's good to see you both," Shineburst said.

"How are you two doing today?" asked her husband Copperbreak.

"We are doing good," Cliffjumper said.

"Are you pregnant? You seem to have a extra happy look to you today," Mirage asked.

"Yes, my first one" Shineburst she said..

"That is wonderful," Mirage said smiling. Cliffjumper smiled at her and looked at Shineburst.

"Congratulation you two," Cliffjumper said.

"Thank you," Shineburst said. "So you two thought about having kids yet?" she asked.

Cliffjumper and Mirage looked at each other and smiled. "We are about to talk about it to be honest," Mirage said.

"Yes we were, I think we may have one soon," Cliffjumper said.

"That would be lovely you too, I hope it will be soon because I hope my sparkling won't grow up without a playmate," Shineburst said.

"Yes well we better get going," Copperbreak said.

Mirage and Cliffjumper were wondering if it was the right time to have a sparkling. Things had been going well for them lately so they decided it was time to start a family.

They started trying to have a sparkling. Mirage bought thing full of pregnancy tests. They were eager to get pregnant. They were trying for a couple of months and then Mirage took test because she noticed her energon period hadn't come on schedule. It had been a little over week past due and no sign of it so she took a test to see if she was pregnant.

Then she saw what she was hoping to see. The pregnancy test read positive. So she called Ratchet and told him about her positive pregnancy test. He told her to come in for a life blood test to confirm it.

So Mirage came in and Ratchet did the test.

A couple of days later the com rang. Mirage picked it up. "Hello Mirage I got the results of your life blood test for pregnancy and it's positive congratulations," Ratchet said.

"This wonderful Ratchet," Mirage said.

"Yes I would like you to set up an appointment with me later next week to see how things are going," Ratchet said.

Mirage was waiting for Cliffjumper to come home from work. Cliffjumper came in a couple of hours later. "I am home darling," Cliffjumper said. He saw Mirage sitting on the couch and he sat down next to her.

"I have some good news," Mirage said.

"Oh is it what I think it is?" Cliffjumper asked.

"I am pregnant," Mirage said.

"This is the best news ever," Cliffjumper said. "We are going to have a sparkling together this is the most wonderful thing ever," he said.

Cliffjumper went with Mirage for their first visit to see how the sparkling was doing. Ratchet was there and happy to see them. Mirage laid down on the bed and was waiting for Ratchet to start. He turned on the ultrasound machine. "Okay now let's get started," Ratchet said. He started moving the wand around Mirage's middle. There on the screen appeared an outline of a little form. "There is your sparkling right there," he said pointing at it. "It's about the size of a cyberi bean now, and there is the little spark beating," he said.

"How wonderful," Cliffjumper said.

"Oh Cliffjumper this wonderful," Mirage said.

"It sure is," Cliffjumper said.

Mirage sometimes didn't feel quite like herself because she was pregnant and she was looking forward to tell her friends and family. After few weeks Mirage was ready to tell her friends and family about the sparkling.

"I'm pregnant," Mirage told her parents.

"I'm going to be a grandpa," Mirage's father said.

"I'm going to be a grandma," Mirage's mother said.

Cliffjumper told his parent's too and they were plenty excited too. Mirage told her rich friends and the both of them told their friends from the ark.

Everyone was so happy for them.

Mirage's check ups were going really well. Cliffjumper was excited that soon he was going to be a proud father very soon to say the least. His workers were asking him if he and Mirage were going to find out if it was a boy or girl.

Cliffjumper told them he and Mirage had decided to find out but it was still to early to tell whether or not it was a boy or a girl.

Mirage was pregnant along with her friends Shineburst who was due in a couple of months, Overlight who was a couple of months behind Mirage, and Heatstart who was due about the same time Mirage was.

Mirage was looking forward to the birth of her child. She and Mirage went to Shineburst's sparkling shower. She was a expect a little boy. Mirage and Cliffjumper gifted her with a cute plush toy.

"Oh thank you so much I know the sparkling will love it," Shineburst said.

Overlight is one of those femmes where pregnancy makes her feel really lousy and doesn't really agree with her. It was harder on her because she was having twins. But her friends were very supportive of her.

While Heatstart she was one of those femmes who got little to now symptoms of pregnancy and felt pretty good.

Mirage told Ratchet she was surprised that her two friends were dealing pregnancies that are either making the miserable and the other like nothing has changed and her days that can go either way. Ratchet told pregnancy is different for everyone and not to worry about it.

Months passed and the nursery was almost finished it was very cute. They also found out what they are having a little girl. They were very excited indeed.

It was going to be sometime before the sparkling was born.

"So we are having a girl, what should we name her?" Mirage asked.

"I am not sure really I think we will know what to call her when she is born." Cliffjumper said.

"That makes sense," Mirage said.

The birth was going to be in a couple of months. Mirage got to meet Shineburst's son Highmark. He was very cute.

The birth maybe a couple of months away but it sure was exciting.
