The first story came, thinking about, 'What if Karai wasn't who she seems to be. And what if she's taking orders from a master, who wasn't Ch'rell aka Utrom Shredder. But someone on the good side' That's what the story, and others after it, will be.

13. Chapter 13

True Trust and Love that can't be Broken

AN: Believe it or not but I tried to shorten interaction with the turtles and their lovers' moments. To begin such things as actions and mutations; Which Turtle universes always have. But all their bonds need to develop for part 1 of the story to keep going. Therefore, the ones who want action to begin sooner. I'm sorry, for that won't occur until later through part 2 of the story.

So, as usual, that said. On with the fantasy story.

Chapter 13: Nightclub Immortal part Two

"What gave you the right to threaten Paul's job if he didn't allow you through. When I order him to allow no one entry, Mr. Lemint?" Demands Karai, in an all-business voice.

A while ago the Immortal's manager, Cody Lemint had arrived at the V.I.P level unannounced, and although Karai and Leo sense him coming up the stairs before he could walk in on them expressing their affections for each other. It didn't halt Karai from 'laying in on the man' for entering without her permission. Where the said man claimed the bodyguard, Paul had given him access pass. Resulting a second ago Karai fronting Paul only the bodyguard revealing that Cody had threatened to fire him if didn't let him through regardless Paul had informed him of Madam Karai's order.

Leading now Karai, Leo and, Cody standing outside the V.I.P level by the bottom of the entrance stairs where the bodyguard, Paul Sterton is stationed.

Naturally, Karai is suppressing herself from slapping the manager. For not just lying and using his manager status unfairly over the other employees. But, unknowingly to he and Paul, had ended her and Leo's alone time together before she could taste her turtle man's juice. And that alone was having her calling the manager by his surname. Actions Karai only does within the organization to show you either lost or never earned her respect.

And since nearly everybody knows of this. It's no surprise Cody's being nervous under Madam Karai's hard glare.

"Speak up, Mr. Lemint."

"I'm sorry I lied and threaten Paul here!" Cut in the shaken manager. Obviously, Cody usually doing the scolding to the employees of the club. Wasn't familiar with being the one reprimand. Something Karai was picking up-on. As well Cody was currently trying, as he did earlier, save himself from getting blamed for his poor actions. "But Madam Karai what I needed to speak with you was important." But by the urgent tone from Cody. Maybe she was reading him wrong this whole time and he had a perfectly good reason for intruding on her and Leo's date.

Thereby, with stepping up close until she's eye to eye with the man, Karai for a moment just stares at Cody before replying. "Is Immortal under attack or in danger in any way?" And once again her tone is all business.

"Oh no, Madam Karai. Immortal is in no danger of any kind." Slightly nods, Karai doesn't give anything away on her face to Cody as she speaks again.

"Are any of the staff or clubbers hurt or sick by any chance?" As he did by her first question, Karai watches Cody blink in puzzlement before responding.

"From my knowledge, Madam Karai everybody within the club is fine and safe."

Registering she read Cody right instead of wrong by those responses. Karai leans somewhat back from the man, crossing her arms. Her glare was back in place yet it's increasing by the time she hisses out her next words.

"Originally those are the only exception to allow you permission to enter the V.I.P level when it's been blocked access to all excluding the special guests to the club. So, you better have a good reason for interrupting my and Elite Jounin Leonardo's date."

"But I thought 'he' was only with you as a personal bodyguard, not your date?" exclaimed Cody, shockingly. This was the last thing the manager would have thought someone with Madam Karai's high status would do. Dating some Utrom experiment. Sure Cody, as a fourth descendant to an SRG, knows about the Utroms and their creations like the head Prof. Leatherhead and others he met since joining the organization in his teens; like several descendants did as tradition and loyalty within SRG families. But that doesn't mean (unlike his family) he accepts these creations feel they have a right to interact with humans as if they are the same.

Meanwhile, the red-haired's reaction and his unwelcome question would have Karai glaring harder alone. But the way he addressed Leo was what's turning the glare almost to a deadly stare. "Rather Elite Jounin Leonardo is my personal bodyguard or boyfriend. It is none of your concern. Your one concern now is rather I should slap you for addressing him with disrespect." It's here, prior to her boyfriend walking up behind her during her shouting, Karai feels him rest his arms around her waist before laying his chin atop her shoulder. Not bothered by this new position she's placed in if not a bit happy for it. Karai goes on like nothing as happen. "He is Elite Jounin Leonardo or Hamato Leonardo to you. And you will address him as such, addition to apologizing also!"

Originally not one who's smug or pleased by someone else's misfortune. Yet Leo can't wipe the smirk off his face at seeing the red-haired's disbelieving expression at Karai's statement of him and her as an item. However, once the man's expression turns to dislike at Karai scolding for showing disrespect toward him. The turtle proudly wraps his arms around her waist while resting his chin on her shoulder; displaying a casual embrace. And still, Leo's smirk stays even after Karai ended her rebuking on Cody.

It's obvious a mad Cody wasn't doing an excellent job in hiding his opinion on showing any respect toward an Utrom's creation. Nonetheless knowing he wouldn't be able to make Madam Karai see it his way like he couldn't do within his family. Cody performs a gentleman bow to the two higher-ups then him. And even though he holds back his stomach at the words. He speaks with nothing but fake respect toward the creation.

"Hamato Leonardo my deepest apology to you. I promise it will never happen again."

Wise and not dumb. Leo knows Cody didn't mean one word he said. However not really caring what the guy thinks about him or even his relationship with Karai. Leo briefly nods toward Cody in accepting the fake apology, before turning all his attention on planting a kiss on Karai's cheek.

Actions causing Cody to narrow eyes at them for a second when he was sure they didn't notice. But Karai and Leo noticed they just weren't letting it know to the red-haired. In fact, Karai restarts the early conversation of Cody explaining his important reason for needing to speak with her. Regardless its already known his reason has nothing to do with the top two high-priority emergencies in the club.

"My Madam Karai," Begins, Cody. Though he's disregarding Madam Karai and the creation is still in a casual embrace. Cody boldly reaches out and takes Madam Karai's hand to kiss it as he did twice tonight. "The reason I needed to speak with you, is because…" Only to trail off when Madam Karai rudely snatches her hand back before he could kiss it.

"There will be none of that nonsense. Proceed on." Here Karai crosses her arms, annoyed. Her tolerance for this man to remain in her presence was running thin.

Apparently still not on Madam Karai's good side despite his apology toward the creation. Cody nervously swallows the lump in his throat in preparation for continued in his explaining.

"Right, Madam Karai, of course. Well, early on my way back to my office, I stop by the main kitchen only to see you never ordered any of my club's popular drinks and I just wanted to know why?"

After Cody's 'important reason' was explained. Silent fell over the four. But not for long.

"You call that important?!" cried Paul, slapping his bald head. The buff-built man had been quietly standing at his pose since Madam Karai laid in on his boss, Cody. And though Paul rolled his amber color eyes when Cody didn't hide his shock or dislike at the head Elite Leonardo and Madam Karai being together. Hearing what the manager had said, the head bodyguard of Immortal couldn't stay silent anymore. "You were gonna fire me for that!" He added, angrily.

"Hush you." Scowl Cody. He might be in trouble with Madam Karai. But no way in hell was he going stand by and let someone below him speak to him in any nasty way. "Go back to the only thing you're good at. Standing by a door like a statue or a dog."

"Why you- "

"Silents, both of you." Saying this and by who, both men close their mouths. Where Karai seeing this, starts. "Mr. Lemint, the reason neither I nor anyone in my group order any popular drink. Is because they all have alcohol in them."

"Which me and my three brothers don't drink." Stepped in Leo, before Karai went on.

"And regardless you have allowed underage members to consume alcohol in this club. I will not have my Imoto drinking alcohol. Moving on, despite I have heard your reason and responded to it too. I do not see it as any importance enough for the actions you have made tonight. And as I'm in my right to fire you right now- "

"Please Madam Karai, don't do that. Without this job I can't stay in New York." By now Cody's nearly begging. His situation just seems to be getting worse and worse. And yet he has no idea why everything was happening like it is. "I'm physically unable to be a soldier inside the organization, and I'm lost when it comes to science let alone abnormal science. This job is all- "

"Stop." Interrupted Karai. Sighing at the now crying man. Karai places a hand against the front of her forehead. "As I was saying before you rudely cut me off. I'm in my right to fire you for not only threatening to fire an employee without probable cause to do so but thought something like your reason gave you the authority to go over my orders. There's a reason you are the manager and not the boss of this club." Stepping away from her boyfriend's hold still on her waist. Karai approaches Cody until she's dead in his face. "I'M THE BOSS AND THIS IS MY CLUB!" by this shout and how close it was, Cody couldn't help but fall on his butt. Nonetheless of his position now, Karai doesn't let up; though she's not shouting anymore. "That said and despite all you did. I will not fire you."

"Oh, thank you, Madam- "

Without a word but a simple held up hand by Karai to silent him. She continues as if she wasn't cut off by this man for the third time.

"But as punishment, you are hereby demoted to assistant manager and remained that way until I say otherwise. Do you understand."

"Yes, but- "

"I said do you understand!"

"Yes, Madam Karai." With that, quickly Cody gets to his feet before bowing. Yet he's smirking within at the not really punishment he was given. Afterall with he never hired an assistant manager for the club. There's nobody to take the manager spot regardless of Madam Karai's punishment to him. Resulting in later, him going back to his manager status once Madam Karai leaves.

However, lost in one's thoughts Cody doesn't see Karai walking over to the head bodyguard.

"In the meantime, I'm making you temporarily manager of Immortal, Paul."

"WHAT!?" Heard this, Cody whips around behind him so fast the other three are surprised he didn't get whiplash. Not paying no mind to this, Cody stares toward Madam Karai while points a finger at Paul, angrily. "You're giving my manager position to this dumb brute?"

Knowing what she's doing and expected Cody's reaction would be somewhat like this. Karai speaks while in a calm but strong voice.

"No, I'm not giving the manager position to a dumb brute. I'm offering the position to Paul. Who's not only certified as a bodyguard and commander in an army. But with all the skills and accomplishes he has to fall back on. Paul more than meets certain standards to run a club." Done wasting her time with the demoted red-haired, Karai turns attention back to Paul. "Anyway Paul, I never got your answer because of interruption. So, will you take it?"

"Only on one condition."

"And that is?"

"If I get to still remain the V.I.P bodyguard." Karai almost laughs at this.

"Of course, you are remaining the head bodyguard of the club. You're just now also the club's temporarily manager."

"In that case, I got an office that needs cleaning out." Stated Paul, looking in Cody's direction with a glee in his eye. Causing the other man to pale at his 'bad luck' before rushing off to his former office to gathered what he can before it's all thrown out. And the man still doesn't understand what he did wrong to deserve his misfortune.

It's by that funny scene Paul laughs leading to both Karai and Leo laughing also. "I wasn't really gonna thrown his stuff out." Admits Paul once his laughter calms down. "On second thought, after all the belittling and remarks I had thrown at me by him since Immortal opened up. Maybe I should get some payback."

"As long as you run Immortal fine and keep doing a wonderful job at head bodyguard. Do as you like, of course, you can't do any bodily harm to Mr. Lemint during getting back at him. Understand." Although she saw the prick insulted Paul earlier and is fine with the head bodyguard dishing out some payback. But under no circumstance will she allow violence with staff or anyone within Immortal.

Fortunately, with Paul not using violence unless in defense. He agreed with no trouble. "If you two don't need me for the moment I'm gonna excuse myself a bit."

"Not at all," Karai begins, "We were just thinking about returning to the dance floor." In fact, after speaking that, both her and Leo turn to leave.

"Well anyway, I'm taking my cell with me so if you need me. Just use the phone at the V.I.P level." Finished what he said. Both Karai and Leo watch Paul head in the same direction the former manager went.

Within the main floor of Immortal

As they're on their way for the dance floor and join their group. Karai and Leo pick up where they left off back on the V.I.P level during when Don and April had been up there with them. Where despite it seems to outsiders they have been silently gazing into each other's eyes. When in truth the two had been talking telepathy the whole time.

And like they have been doing since able to communicate telepathically. Both were speaking through their minds.

"I still don't get why you wanna wait?" asked Leo.

Since her boyfriend placed his arm over her shoulders once they reach the lower level of the club. Karai's hand has been somewhat intertwined with his hand that was hanging at the end of her shoulder to hold their mind-link. And it's by this question Karai gives his hand a little squeeze while answering.

"Like I said earlier. I want to be sure Leatherhead had dealt with all Chaplin's link devices to us before I go ahead with everything, including hiring the new members of the organization. Also, today and tomorrow is a free workday, remember."

"With the mind-link growing stronger between us. Of course, I remember. I just thought with the memory-wipe working- "

"Am I using it on Chaplin as I will if Mr. Lemint steps out of line again, as the council of the organization will expect me to do."

Unsurprised by Karai finished his question or sentence since they became mind-link. Leo nods to this, before placing a kiss upon her head. "Yes, that and why- "

At that moment and during their busy 'talking' while walking. The couple nearly collides into someone who suddenly steps into their path. Causing Leo to halt in his thoughts with Karai to lock his sight on the person who's now blocking them from reaching the dance floor. However, when Leo realizes who it is, the turtle can't help to growl under his breath.

Standing in front of Leo and Karai was none other than, Keno Lee. Yet before either of the couple could question the ninja. Keno speaks as he bowed to them.

"Madam Karai it's always a pleasure to be in your presence. But if you may allow me to. I would like to speak with Elite Jounin Leonardo for a bit."

Although it was clear by Leonardo's reaction to Keno popping up. Karai should decline the request, not to mention she and Angel was still working on punishment for him on his rulebreaking within the tower that's once she figures out who gave him the passcode to enter Angel's floor. Yet fortunately for Keno as Karai was in the motion of refusing his request.

An instrumental piano playing 'Inochi No Names (The name of Life) filled the space. Making Karai reach for her cellphone within the pouch attached to the strap on her left thigh. And once it's in view revealing the music was coming from it. Karai answered it.

"Saroeto-sobo can I call you back in a second?" Just to ask her surrogate grandmother if she can call her back before ending the call and turn her attention to Keno while telepathically encourage Leo to hear Keno out while she's speaking on the phone.

"Sorry for that, Chunin Keno. And as for your request. You may speak with him." After saying this and removing herself from Leo's side. Still having a hand resting against Leo's chest, Karai sends some last words to him.

"No matter what he says or does. Keep a clear and calm mind. I'm sure it will help overall." With that Karai strolled away from the two until she's standing by some seating sofas. Unfortunately for Leo, she was the further distance from where he stood for his liking. Nonetheless feeling no danger within the club to cause him to not focus on the man in front of him. Leo brings all his attention to Keno.

"So, you wanna speak with me."

Seeing he has his chance. Keno wastes no time. "I challenge you, Hamato Leonardo." Despite dressing in nothing but a simple white shirt that shows a colorful lizard riding a skateboard on it, dark blue jeans with a thin-looking belt and black shoes covering his feet. Keno wasn't going to let this chance past even though his ninja uniform would have been best to fight in. "For my former sensei Faraji's place as the head Elite Jounin and Madam Karai's personal bodyguard." He added, before pulling out a small looking sword from the strap attach to the back of his belt.

"Whoa, back up."

Regardless he recognizes the small sword is a wakizashi and he's taking to remain calm in all this. Leo wanted to get a few things straight to not just Keno but also to the crowd that was starting to fill around them. "Faraji was never her personal bodyguard. He was just the head Elite Jounin. And Karai doesn't have a personal bodyguard. Just SRG bodyguards and those are Cole and Han."

"Well whatever, maybe Faraji sensei wasn't Madam Karai's personal bodyguard but you are. And I don't think you are capable of that position. And- "

Recalling that prick Cody mention he thought Leo was some personal guard of Karai's. Which he and Karai had no clue of such a title for him. Now it was time to give the facts of his title and his relationship with Karai. Thereby Leo didn't feel wrong in cutting Keno off.

"Look I don't know who's spreading this rumor around of me being Karai's personal bodyguard. But it stops now. The only title I hold in the organization is I'm the head Elite Jounin. And I'm not Karai's bodyguard, personal or not. I'm her boyfriend." Once giving these facts to everybody around him. Leo folded his arms over his chest. "And knowing with my title I have no choice but to take all challenges that come my way. So, I accept your challenge. And if you win. Your rank will go from a high Chunin to a low Jounin. And you can be one of Karai's bodyguard when either Cole or Han are in Japan. But you will not, and I mean will not be a personal guard to my girlfriend. Are we clear?"

Although Leo's voice stays calm in his speaking. It was clear to anyone there including Keno. Nobody was getting close to Karai beyond their duty to her in the organization. The turtle will make sure of it.

Thereby Keon, though trying to hide he been a bit scared of Leo, agreed.

"Good you understand. Now the terms if you lose. You will become my student and will remain a Chunin under my teaching until I feel you have passed enough to move on to low Jounin. But I will keep you as a ninja bodyguard for Karai. Only cause my friend Faraji was your sensei. Do you agree to these terms? If you do, we will begin."

Even though he wasn't looking to lose. Keno had to admit from what Leonardo was saying. There wasn't much different in terms he loses or wins. Realizing this, Keno didn't take long to agree fully.

But as they position themselves facing the other. Keno halts as he notices something odd. "Where's your weapon. Young Madam Ayame said you go nowhere without your twin katanas. Where are they?"

Nonetheless, he was facing off an opponent. Leo's arms were still crossed over his chest. In fact, Leo didn't even look to be in a fighting stance. That's until Keno question of his weapons. However, Leo just shrugs to this. "Don't have them. Didn't expect to be fighting on my date with my girlfriend. But it's fine. I can still fight if I need to. So, let's begin."

Only able to blink a bit at the response he got. Keno shakes off the uneasy he's feeling by the Elite's relaxed behavior to turn in anger for assuming the humanoid turtle wasn't taking him seriously.

Therefore, without thinking, Keno rushes toward the Elite with sword raised high. "Take me lightly will you. Then taste my grandfather's wakizashi!"

Just as Keno was in an inch of his sword meeting Leonardo's head. Leonardo avoids it by simply stepping to the side. Causing Keno to strike nothing but air. Whipping around at missing his target. Keno found the Elite behind him. But what was making Keno annoyed is the turtle was still holding his pose. In other words. Due to his crossed arms pose and calm appearances, Leo still held. It looks like neither him nor Keno had moved despite they are on either side than they had been before the battle.

"Fight me!" Keno shouts. As such the crowd around them was whispering among themselves about how the top rank Chunin was looking to be riled up. Something that's never been heard of. Keno has always been a calm ninja. That's why the crowd wasn't daring to move or speak too loudly. They wanted to see what the outcome of the match will be. They didn't wait too long.

By the fight pattern not changing between Keno and Elite Leo for a while until Keno was exhausted enough to wipe sweat from his forehead. And just got more irritated with his opponent's unchanged relax pose and remaining to evade his slice attacks.

Keno finally shouts out while in the middle of striking his blade toward the Elite's left shoulder, "You claim you don't need any weapon to take me down. Then prove to me you don't and fight me!"

Regardless of his words and anger. Keno didn't assume anything would change within their battle pattern. In fact, Keno was expecting the turtle to remain not giving any reaction except for evading his attack coming. Yet by noticing the Elite's eyes narrowed toward him within mid-strike of his attack. Keno couldn't hold a gasp leaving him at the Elite begin speaking.

"I have no reason to prove anything to you or anyone here." Not pausing in talking, Leo once again evaded Keno's strike. But instead of moving away as everybody and Keno assumed. Leo shifted his hip to the side to stand sideways only to grab Keno's wrist holding the sword in miss-strike. "But since I'm getting bored and you're itching for this to end." Recalling the move Bishop used on him once before, Leo twists the wrist in his hold before snatching up the sword Keno unintentionally release when withdrawing his now sore wrist from the Elite. "So, let me end this for us." Then quicker than Keno caught to avoid, Leo, still with the sword in hand gives a swift low kick to Keno's legs. Causing the ninja to meet the floor and then find the edge of his weapon pointed at his face. "Battle over. I win." Finished and seeing the ninja nods to his defeat while the crowd whispers among themselves of the battle. Leo steps back before using the hand not holding the sword, to help his new student up.

Despite his defeat and he been recently annoyed and angry at his new teacher. Keno couldn't help grinning as he got to his feet with Leo's assistant. Because unmistakenly by the defense move Leonardo had used on him. Was the same his grandfather did back at his first lesson as a kid.

Unfortunately, during the crowd breaking up and Leo in the motion of handing back Keno's sword to him. Without warning Keno's teacher vanish in front of him, along with his sword. Yet before Keno had time to understand what happened

A loud sound of metal meeting metal reaches Keno and other nearby hearing. Making not only Keno to head in the direction of where the sounds came from but also everybody else. Having, as he came up, Keno seeing a bigger crowd form around where the sound came then the one during his battle with his teacher. Thereby the crowd was too thick for him to get through to see the source of the commotion.

"Make room and I mean NOW!" By this order coming from Young Madam Ayame. Immediately the crowd instantly made a path for the teen and the group waving behind her, including the DJ Victor.

Taking this advantage opening, Keno, with being the silent ninja he is, followed the group before the crowd could block him again. However now with a clear view of what was going on in the middle of the crowd. Keno has discovered where his new teacher and his sword had gone.

For in the middle of the crowd is Madam Karai, who seem to be on the floor as if she fell, with his teacher in front of her fallen form defending her by using Keno's wakizashi to block a set of sai coming from an unfamiliar humanoid turtle dressed in black\red biker clothing. It's here Keno spots an Elite Jounin metal armband familiar to the four Elites' including his teacher's, on the unknown turtle. He becomes confused for by the armband the turtle wasn't just an Elite but a distinguished member of the organization. So, the question, on everybody here's mind, is if the person is a member. Why was he trying to attack Madam Karai?

Near Immortal's front entrance\exit a moment before Leo and Keno's battle ended

"If you're sure tomorrow is the right time. Then I'll begin everything after breakfast." Karai says. "Tell Master Splinter I said goodnight and thanks." Ending the call after her grandmother, Akemi gave a goodbye. Karai stares puzzled at the black screen of her cell.

"Why did Saroeto-sobo's voice sound uneasy when I spoke of speaking with Joi today?" Despite saying this while within the club. Taking caution earlier to keep her conversation with her surrogate grandmother private. Karai moved closer to an area between the conversation seating sofas and the exit\enter to the club to be out of hearing range of the other clubbers, regardless she couldn't see Leo. Nevertheless with where she's been standing nobody could eavesdrop on her enough she didn't need to whisper during informing her surrogate grandmother of what all occurred inside the club so far; including the situation with Cody and Paul after Akemi explained the detail of the training schedule her and Master Splinter finished for the ninjas to her as well as learning Raphael has accepted to be a member and an Elite ninja.

But beyond all that, Karai can't understand the odd behavior she heard in her grandmother Akemi's voice. And only become more suspicious when she went back to her calm compose after Karai stated she had spoken with Joi before the feast and not after. Actions having Karai currently racking her mind of what all this means. Was her grandmother once again concealing more secrets from her?

Unfortunately, deep in her thoughts and feeling no reason to be on guard. Karai didn't sense the killing intent coming her way. Unfortunately, not prepared for this attack all Karai has time to do is step back, drawing her arms up in a motion to block the attack coming.

HIT THE FLOOR!

With no time figuring out how her boyfriend was speaking in her mind without them touching. Karai falls to the floor only to sense Leo's form standing over her a second before hearing metal meet metal. Hearing the later Karai raised her head to see from her falling position. Leo was above her where he's standing with his feet on either side of her legs. It's here Karai while drawing her legs under her, notice a growing crowd around the space she, Leo and the unknown attacker are.

Knowing she needed to get up and find who the would-be attacker is. Karai, unclear why felt a bit shaky from her fall. Nevertheless, Karai knew she should get up. However, as she does Angel's voice rings through the crowd.

"Make room and I mean Now!" And with the making a path it isn't long until Karai sees Angel and their group. However, it's after Karai watches Angel's expression goes from shock once looking in the direction of the unknown attacker to boiling mad while shouting, 'Raphael!? You damn stubborn idiot! You- "the Foot's leader freezes up completely while Michelangelo holds back the raging teen from entering the fight.

But where it looks like Karai is displaying fear to onlookers at this moment. She wasn't. No, in fact, Karai's frozen state is from learning the attacker is Raphael. Causing a memory to appear within the mind of her first encounter with the turtle brothers and like then Leo block an attack from Raphael who tried to strike when her back was turned.

Just then as if it were engulfing her. Karai is utterly horrified to sense so much killing intense not just flowing off Raphael. But Leo. Feeling the last one's Karai quickly moves closer to her boyfriend to lay her hand upon his clothed shell-back hoping what she was feeling wasn't true.

Yet the second her hand made contact. Karai was nearly brought to tears at what Leo's thoughts and emotions told her. Resulting in her standing to her feet while reaching her boyfriend to drawl back.

Yet sensing, though barely, the sadness Leo was feeling for having to be fighting one of his brothers. It is enough to keep Karai from giving up in convincing Leo to stand down. Furthermore, she believes she has come to an idea that will keep the peace not just within the organization but also between Leo and Raph.

With this way of thinking. Karai removes her hand from Leo's shoulder to rest it upon his wrist holding the sword that's blocking Raphael's ongoing attack. Suddenly Karai catch, in the corner of her eye, Raphael is displaying a certain red armband on his arm. Stating him a member and Elite. Noticing this information, Karai had to do everything to keep the peace. Even if Leo is mad at her later.

"Sister don't!" cried Angel within Mikey's still hold on her. It was clear to anyone there as Karai accepted the space Leo made for her. She was walking to her death.

Despite the others shouting, Karai comes face to face with the glaring turtle. She's sure this way was best making her more dead set on completing her idea she didn't allow Leo to know of until after it's said. She just hopes she can keep the peace afterward.

But unfortunately for her, Leo wanting to let her know he was still there for her. Suddenly Leo takes her hand, and in addition to doing this, he was able to learn Karai's thoughts in stopping his brother.

Karai pulls her hand from his only for him to take it back in his, where this time his grip on it was much stronger not enough to hurt but enough to keep her hand in his. Causing Leo to hear her sigh within as she lowered her head to the floor.

But instead of using the weapon in his possession, Leo took a non-violence approach by swiftly hitting the two pressure points to his brother's hands leaving Raph losing grip of his sais to drop them upon the floor.

"There's a rule of no violence between members. So, stop making our clan look bad and hear her out." Although he had something more threatening to say toward his brother for daring to try again in attacking his Lotus. Leo disregards this once the crowd around them had halt altogether, in the motion of attacking his brother. By his words and action, they're reminded there's nonviolence between members within the organization. Including Angel who too stopped fighting Mikey's hold who been keeping her from getting to Raph.

Furthermore, knowing his brother was now temporarily unable to use his hands or sais. Leo gathered up his brother's fallen sais to hold them but also keeping his own hands busy from stopping his girlfriend's plan before it can be set in.

Meanwhile doing this, Karai resumes talking to Raphael. As if he didn't just try to hurt her for the second time or she been wrong to face a hot-temper Raphael without caution and protection. Where she's glad Leo was keeping her safe to go on with her idea. In fact, though she should just treat Raphael as she has done with Mr. Lemint like the secret organization council expect her to as the leader of all of them within the organization on earth. All of them including Oroku clan, Foot and all the SRG members. But catching Raphael's deadly stare at Leo keeps her on the path she has chosen to oversee him and his hate toward her.

"My last question. Will you please answer."

"Fine!" Raphael shouts while turning dagger eyes on her. Even with being without a weapon or uses of his hands. Raphael was intimidating to onlookers excluding Leo and Karai's group. "Yes, I know what it means. But I join only to keep my eye on you and protect my family and friends from you." Not pausing in speaking, Raphael turns his eyes back to Leo's. "Cause they're too stupid to see you can't be trusted."

Even though Leo growls and Angel shouts back, "The only stupid one is you, Raph!" followed by others in the crowd agreeing with Angel's statement. Karai doesn't stop shouting at the crowd to be silent before looking back at Raphael.

Paying no mind to the crowd fallen quiet by her demand. Karai continues where she left off in the conversation. "In that case, I have an offer for you. An offer I'm sure you will agree to."

"I doubt it." Disregarding the comeback Karai continues.

"My offer to you is. From this day forward if I for any reason betray your family and friends. I give you the honor in taking my life. -"

Immediately there was a roar of disagreement throughout the crowd while Karai's group were made speechless all excluding Leo though he's frowning. While Raphael wears an unreadable face toward Karai's dead serious expression. But cause the crowd wasn't letting up on their opinion of all this. Karai whips around to them.

"ENOUGH!" By that powerful shout, the crowd once again went silent leading Karai turning back around to the unmoving Raphael and yet it seems his glare was looking so deadly no longer. He's still glaring at her. However, overlooking this, Karai resumes where she left off in the offer.

"With no one stopping you. And I give you this offer for three reasons. One, with everyone within the organization. You will be the only one not to hesitate in killing me if I ever turn against everybody. Two, you believe my words or not. I'm happy you joined and are still with Joi. Three, I do not want any bad blood between you and the organization members. I want them to respect you as they respect your clan. So, if you take this offer. Hamato Raphael, second elder son of Master Splinter, Elite of the entire organization. You will halt in any future assault on me outside the offer. And though your hate toward me still stands. Above all, you will remain professional within the organization including taking orders from me. As you would any higher up members."

As all could do nothing but stare at what their leader's been saying. Karai extends a handout to Raphael. "Do you accept the offer and the conditions along with it?" Only to stop at remembering Raphael's hands are nothing but dead weight now. However, Karai, staying professional, knew to take only his word. Wasn't enough mostly with a crowd of members ready to disregard the no violence rule to get a piece of Raph? And she wasn't having that.

"If you're serious with the offer." Spoke April to Karai, though she didn't approach them instead remain aside Don. "Have him swear as a ninja and the honor of the Hamato clan. Trust me he rather slit his own throat than break a commitment like that."

After hearing that without second questioning, Karai believed in April. Even though as she looked back to Raph to see him throwing April a dirty look while shaken in anger. Was solid proof. "In that case. Hamato Raphael on your honor as a ninja and your Hamato clan's honor. Do you accept my offer and the conditions along with it?"

Raphael, on the other hand, should just tell Miss-Shredder to stick her offer where the sun doesn't shine. And he kept that in mind as soon as he arrived and when Joi took off for the restroom. However, that idea went out the window once he spotted Karai. Because before he could control himself. He was seeing red and launching himself at Karai before he knew his anger lead him, but instead of meeting his sais with her flesh. Leo interfered. Causing his already hate for Karai to grow at seeing his brother once again become the bitch's fool.

Still now, even though he knows he doesn't need Karai's permission to kill her and he's beyond fed-up with Leo protecting her every time she's about to get what she deserves. Wanting to not keep making trouble with his family and seen even April was on Karai's side like his family and girlfriend.

Raph knew to keep the balance between his family and the organization; especially the Utrom and SRG that are the reason he and his brothers are alive. Is the offer. Then again when Karai betrays them, which he knows she will, he can kill her without any interference from anybody and prove he was right all along about her to everyone mainly his oblivious brother.

Thereby coming to his decision Raph stares down at the person he hates just as much as Shredder, and since earlier, Casey. To make sure their eye to eye.

"I'm doing this for everybody I care for. And not you and that lovesick turtle you have wrapped around your finger." He got a deep growl from Leo for his words. But Karai is still patiently waiting for him to finish. And for some reason that just irritates Raph more. Nonetheless, he goes on. "I swear I accept the offer and all that goes with it. Happy Miss Shredder?" When Karai frowns to the name, Raph smirks to her negative reaction. "Get use to it, nothing will stop me from calling you to what I see you as."

"Fair enough," Karai says all business before bowing in respect to him. "I'm still pleased to have you as a member." Soon as she was upright her attention went to the crowd.

"As you all just witness. And saw Elite Raphael accepted my offer. From here forth, nobody will treat him any different than the rest of the members. Because above all. He is a member like all of us. And I will not tolerate hate among members. Is that understood."

Many there didn't want to look at this with a blind eye, even though the turtle dressed in biker attire is one the Hamato saviors. For Karai has done nothing but helped and saved each individual member here some way or another. Such as the NY Foot. Rather its either taking them off the street from starving or picked them up before Khan's gang could make them unwillingly join like Keno. While the SRG members here heard multi times how Karai alone kept them safe and hidden from their enemies. Whereas the Oroku clan members know all about her putting their clan first even when she always ended up punished for standing up for them and the ones long since passed. Therefore, it was hard to just not do something to defend their leader.

Thereby within the crowd, Karai's respond from them was grumbles of unsure. Resulting Karai frowning back at them. But instead of ordering them with anger this time especially knowing all of them was being this way for her. Karai picks a more calming way.

"I appreciate everyone's loyalty and protection. But it is unnecessary. So please as the head leader of the entire organization, I ask you all to treat Hamato Raphael with the same respect you give me and the rest of the Hamato clan."

By a request like that from their leader. None there could refuse what she asked of them. Resulting in each member lower their head in a bow, obediently saying, "Yes Madam Karai/Oroku."

Pleased with this response. Karai bows back. "Thank you all." Saying that Karai stood upright. "With that, I will retire for tonight. But please go back to your enjoyment of the club, that means you, Victor. Get those speakers back playing music."

"You got it, Madam Karai." Response the DJ as he rushes for his station to do just that. Resulting in Karai smiling at all that who was left. "Goodnight, everyone." And with that Karai took to leave.

During Victor rushing off to turn the music on. Leonardo took that moment to hand back the wakizashi to the high Chunin and his new student, Keno. "I'm sorry I had to use it. But thank you for it anyway. I'll see you tomorrow for training. We'll start after breakfast."

Unable to deny he didn't sense any danger earlier within the club. But apparently, his teacher did and acted instantly in protecting Madam Karai when he himself had no clue of the harm toward her. And by his teacher displayed a different if not serious side to him against Elite Raphael. In fact, the warrior Young Madam Ayame spoke about to Keno was the one he'd saw. Not to mention with both turtles held their own against each other without either making headway of the other. Keno had realized he's not even close to their level of fighting enough to accept he was glad his teacher went easy on him during their battle. Thereby Keno was beyond terrified of his teacher's strength. But also impressed too.

So, looking forward to Leo's teaching tomorrow. Keno proudly bowed to the turtle as he uses to with his former sensei Faraji. "Of course, sensei Leonardo. And it was an honor you use my late grandfather's wakizashi. I can't wait until tomorrow's first lesson. Goodnight, sensei."

With this sendoff, Leo couldn't stop a smile gracing his face when he says goodnight to his new student before starts for the club's exit where Karai just left through.

"It won't be long until feeling comes back to your hands. So, he's holding on to them until then. If that's all I'm leaving." But Raph stays blocking him even when Leo tries to pass him. "Why so you can follow that Miss Shredder like a pet."

"No, I'm not a pet. I'm her boyfriend." Leo couldn't overlook the anger rising on his brother's face, yet Leo doesn't back down. "And being her boyfriend, I need to make sure she's okay. So, move. I won't ask again." By now Leo knew there were observers including his other two brothers; Mikey and Don as well April and Angel. On a growl that wasn't low, Raph towered over his brother.

"You walk out of here to follow that bitch." Instantly Leo was seeing red enough to growl up at his brother, in a deep warning. But if Raph knew his brother had reached his limit with him. He wasn't showing it was known. "You can forget us being brothers, blood or not."

"Ah man, Raph don't be that way!"

"Can it, Mikey! You all shown who you bow too." Raph shouted at his baby brother, before locking eyes on a certain red head. "By the way thanks April. I can always count you got my back." Getting a frown and roll of the eyes from April as she responded to his sarcastic statement. Raph was able to watch Mikey on the verge of tears allowed Angel to comfort him within her arms. Which Raph starts to regret his shout earlier at his baby brother fuel by his already resentment toward their elder brother. That's until Angel threw threatened eyes toward him, causing him to forget hurting Mikey's feelings and turn his sight back down to his elder brother. "Well, fearless leader, what's it gonna be?"

Within the time Mikey spoke and Raph shouting at their baby brother and then April. Leo was taken that moment to think about his next move. Either way, he goes. He is losing someone he loves. The question is which path is bearable than the other. And then as if it were simple all along. He came to his answer.

Realizing what he picked Leo stepped back from Raph's towering form while lowering his head as if giving in to Raph's threat. Actions having many from others. Unaware, though sensing the thick tension in the air, of everybody's thoughts Leo speaks.

"I'm sorry it has come to this." Raising his head to be eye to eye with his brother. Leo was shedding tears, but he wasn't crying. In fact, he's glaring so hard at Raph that he's gripping his teeth together and clenching and unclenching his fists at his side. "Cause I love you, Raph like any family of mine. But I can live with you hating me. But can't or won't live without Karai." Immediately the members who thought bad of their new member and Karai's boyfriend was ready to kick their own ass for doubting the turtle. Whereas both April and Angel gave out a sigh of relief, while Don silently watches Mikey and Keno give each other a quick high-five or for Mikey high-three before laughing they knew Leo wasn't giving up Karai. Though Mikey is still disappointed Raph caused Leo to go this way.

Raph on the other hand, now beyond ticked that his no longer brother picked that bitch over him. When it was him who was there every time after Leo was let down by her. And this is how Leo ends it. Him choosing a fuck over their family.

Raph lost conscious but not before shooting a betrayal expression to a, though still with tear stains on his face, unashamedly looking Leo.

"Hey, Keno you think you can stay with him until he wakes up for me?" Asking this to his student Leo with no trouble the whole time carrying his unconscious brother tossed him upon an unoccupied sofa. Answering his teacher Keno walks over yet so does Angel, April and Leo's two other brothers.

"Sure, sensei." Thereby Keno took the sofa opposite side of the sofa Raph's passed out on.

"Fuck the offer and rule, right now I wouldn't feel bad if Raph didn't join." States Angel as she and Mikey take the loveseat aside the sofa April and Don join Leo on. "Because of him. Tonight, is ruined."

"Believe me, Angel I don't agree with Karai's choice any more than you. But that is just It. It was her choice, not ours. We got to accept she knows what she's doing." Angel hung her head.

"You're right and I do believe you. If anybody is against my big sister having an Undertaker. It's you, Leo."

"Mostly that Undertaker being Raph." Mikey slipped in. It would seem he was making a joke. But every one of them knew he wasn't making a joke, just telling a fact.

"That too," Angel added. Before April spoke up.

"Anyway Angel, just cause we're done here. I'm sure like Don and I decide to continue our date at my place. You and Mikey can do the same."

"You mean me, and Angel can join you two." Assumed Mikey, smiling carefree. At this, both April and Don start blushing while Angel quietly giggles while Leo stands to finally leave.

"Well, you guys work on that explaining. Me, I'm leaving and hoping I reach Karai before she leaves for the tower. Thanks again for the help Keno. See you all tomorrow." With that Leo finally left the club.

Fortunately getting Mikey to understand without embarrassing themselves that they wanted to continue their date alone with each other. April and Don left soon after. Leaving the young couple, Keno alone with the still knocked out biker turtle. Leading thereafter Angel and Mikey agree on going back to the tower and watching a movie on Angel's floor. Yet instead of leaving as Keno thought they would. Angel still has something to discuss with him.

"Don't you think talking about my punishment without Madam Karai here isn't right?" Keno tries to convince. But Angel just shrugs.

"If we were speaking about your punishment than yes, she should be here. But we're talking about where the passcodes to my floor came from. Because I know you couldn't get them on your own. So, who gave them to you?"

Realizing Pearl is going to get punished for his wrongdoings. Keno couldn't have that happen. Nervously he rubs the back of his neck. "Before I tell you who help me. Please don't punish them. If you must punish me ten folds for it. Then I'll take it."

"Can't really promise anything. But I'm sure if I talk to my sister. Then maybe the person will be free of punishment. Now tell me who they are."

Sighing, Keno nods his head. "It was from Pearl Brown. But please don't blame her. I kind of flirted her into telling me." Hearing the words aloud. Although Joi's laughter rang through the club, with the speakers shooting out dancing music again since Karai told everybody to go back to enjoying their night. Her laughing was drowned out. However, when her laughter faded, she sat upon on the floor in front of the sofa her boyfriend is on, that's after Keno gives her Raph's sais and takes off to speak with Pearl.

Reaching a hand up to the side of his cheek, she softly taps her hand against it. "Slap. There, Angel, I slapped him for you." Then touching the hand, the same with her lips, Joi lay the hand at the fingertips to Raphael's lips.

Instantly the turtle began groaning before opening his eyes to meet Joi looking up at him from the floor.

"If I knew a kiss would wake you. I should have used lip contact instead of my hand being the sender. I guess I should start calling you my sleeping beauty." Joking at the last part and caught she was. Raph stays silent while he lets his mind recollect the last thing he remembered.

Immediately Raph jolts upward on the sofa. "Why that backstabber. Just wait until I get my hands on him…. Uhh." Without warning, dizziness clouded his mind enough to grip his head in slight pain, from the aftermath to Leo's pressure points. Furthermore, it's here through the speakers a bass guitar and piano play. Soon after a lovely voice fills the club.

Rather you are wrong or right, I will remain by your side." Then Joi's smile forms into a sexy smirk. "Sorry my tough guy, you're stuck with me."

Feeling something, he never felt before not even from his family and the words to the song just fueling what he's feeling from Joi. Unconditional faith in him. Nearly on tears by this, Raph whips his arms around Joi before slamming his lips on hers in a crushing kiss. Which Joi returns and moans in their kiss happily despite the onlookers.

"Let's go dance," Raph says after their kissing ended. "That's what you wanted to do after we got here." By now the song was repeating the choirs.

Naturally, Joi did want to do that. However, despite Karai's words to them, Joi's sure. She can clearly see nobody wanted her boyfriend here. So, Joi plays off the offer. "Nah, I just really came here to flaunt my handsome hot tough guy. But since you did that without me. Let's go back to my place. We can order take-out?"

Of course, whenever his vixen sugarcoats or wants him to not ask questions just go along with what she's saying without her really saying it. She always brings out 'free' food to him. However, been aware of the not so happy looks he was getting from the clubbers. Raph knew what Joi was doing. Basically, despite she was all for dancing tonight. She was brushing off her plans were messed up by him. And seeing for the second time how much Joi was doing for his sake. Raph knew he was ready to take the last step he been delaying for too long.

"That sounds great, but instead of your place. Come stay the night at the lair." Instantly Joi's eyes widen. Throughout their relationship never once was she asked to stay the night at the lair. Sure, she's been to the lair but never had she been invited to stay overnight. Yet shock of this turn of event. Joi couldn't help getting giddy within.

"You mean with you in your room and not one of the guestrooms?" She asked to be sure they are on the same page. Although Raph wanted to roll his eyes at her question. He could understand her reaction and question. This was new. This was saying she didn't just have his love. She had his trust as well. Because the actions he was taken meant something as if he were asking her to marry him. For once he shares his territory (room), he's sharing everything with her no matter what afterward. Thereby Raph lays a kiss on her head before responding.

"My room." Getting more excited, Joi brought Raph into a toe-curling kiss. A kiss that had onlookers turn away quickly to hide their blushing faces.

"I'm glad, but let's stop by my place so I can pick up some clean clothes and order our take-out." Explain Joi once ending their kiss.

Leaning back in his chair within his window office inside the Dun's company building. Khan or Bradford Xever Hu as he's known currently in New York. Dressed in a business suit, strokes his trim red dye chin beard as an unwanted redhead James Chaplin fuss inside his office.

"I'm telling you, my Mistress Karai has to be corrupted by that abomination mutant crocodile." Normally due to detest the little worm pacing back and forth in front of his desk and he doesn't need it getting back to Kenzo Dun that he still interacts with Foot members. Yet, as it helps him when he bailed the doctor out of jail in the past, Khan's looking over the information James brought with him of the going-ons within the Foot. Info that could cause him trouble soon.

"For a week after destroying the Demon Shredder. My Mistress Karai and I were talking about planning for our wedding in Autumn the same season Lord Shredder offered her hand to me. Until she unexpectedly hired that lady's purse to my lab. Suddenly my Mistress Karai becomes distances and took on an apprentice; some little brat called Ayame. Then suddenly, she suspended me from headquarters." But what Chaplin isn't mentioning is that an hour ago before he came to see Master Khan, he couldn't activate his ghost cameras in the Foot's tower to his mobile devices. Devices linked to his PC in his apartment. In fact, all his links to the Foot have been locked out. "There's no other reason my Mistress Karai would push me away unless someone made her. So, I come to you, Master Khan. Help me save my fiancée." Chaplin added then plops into a chair, waiting for the ex-Elite to aid him in setting his fiancée free from another mutant thinking they can have his Mistress Karai.

The first one being that slimy mutant turtle Leonard he caught trying to manipulate Karai during the Shredder having him spying on her during his early time as Baxter's assistant. Fortunately, his Mistress Karai fought the turtle's trickery enough were, though she betrayed Shredder first, Chaplin himself was able to remind her that he's her one and only love. And with Khan's help, he'll get her back again. After all, they're meant to be.

Khan on the other hand now finished reading all the info given and working up new plans in his head to fix his old ones. Holds from rolling his eyes at Chaplin's plead and him believing there's something romantically between him and Karai. When Khan even knew Karai's action toward the doctor was by Shredder's orders so the gullible man would steal Baxter Stockman's work. And of course, with his acknowledgment of what Karai's been up to. Khan's sure with no uses for Chaplin anymore, Karai fired him but made the doctor assumed he was suspended from the Foot instead of permanently fired.

With this last thought and thinking, he could use Chaplin one last time. Khan places the info notes Chaplin gave him upon his desk before turns his attention to the man while wearing a concern expression.

"Rest a sure, James. Although I'm too busy working for Kenzo Dun as his second in command for his underworld operations. I will investigate what I can do for you. That's after I handle the info you brought. But in the meantime, while you're ban from the Foot's headquarters. Why not take a vacation. In fact, I have an opening for someone to go to California to check on the warehouse labs Kenzo needs an update on. And since everything from the private plane to the suite you be staying in the entire month is paid by the company. You could spend your free time enjoying yourself. Mainly, after all, you have been through so far. Also, if you do this for me. It will make things so faster around here that I'll be able to help you sooner in getting Karai back for you. After all, you and I are not just loyal Foot members to Lord Shredder. We're old friends."

Heard what Khan said. Chaplin thinks over his options. For one, if he does this for Khan, sooner than later he'll have the support he needs to get his fiancée back. Yet that means he'll be away from Mistress Karai longer than he liked. However, Chaplin knows without Khan's help there's no way he can save Mistress Karai. Thereby his only choice is to take the assignment.

"Good," with the doc playing into his hands. Khan happily hands over the documents, company credit card, and cell phone. "You leave tomorrow, so be at the airport before 9 a.m. and on the private plane dock in port 8 by 10:00." With a nod and gathering all he was giving. Chaplin left where the doc missed Khan smiling sinisterly.

Closing the shades to the office window and locked his door from his desk. Khan strolls over to a computer screen mounted to the wall, while he walks up to it a compartment opens in the wall under the screen to reveal a console. Presses in the right keys, the screen came on to display a Caucasian guy with short brown hair and dark color eyes. The guy's attire is a standard Earth Protection Force (EPF) uniform, within the background is a lab facility.

"Master," the guy bows on the screen. "to what do I owe this honor?"

Trained under Lord Shredder. Khan understood to build an empire while working under your future competition. You need loyal dogs to infiltrate your enemies' territories, so you'll always be one step ahead of them. Therefore, during being Elite within the Foot, Khan sent many subordinates of his to underworld organizations. So, when he became the leader of the Foot after Shredder left to rule the universe. He has the organizations under control enough that no one on earth would dare take him on. Not to mention with the Foot Mystic in his possession he still is using the magic that they gave him as an Elite. The magic that caused his eyes to glow red, heal faster, abnormal human strength, and ability to teleport from short distances. However, that change when he battles Karai for the leadership of the Foot.

Cause due to that last battle with Karai; a battle that he assumed he come out victorious. Not only did he lose leadership of the Foot to Karai. But because an unknown mutant monster interrupted, his comrades Foot Elite attack and, once he was in danger of being killed, sacrificed themselves so he and Casey could getaway. And although Casey got out without harm done to him. Because the monster attacked Khan first before the other Elites stepped in. Khan was left with a scar that starts at his neck and ends at the upper part of his leg. Making Khan go in hiding to heal.

Nonetheless of his defeat and having a red snake tattoo covering most of his body to conceal his scar. Using the connections, he made during his early years in the U.S. after Shredder had him leaving Japan. Khan slitter his way into Kenzo's trust enough to become second in command of the Dun's empire and director of Kenzo's underworld illegal departments including all the assassins under the organization.

Furthermore, by the funds from Dun's industry, Khan's been rebuilding his own Foot in Shredder's honor in secret despite Kenzo's aware of the Snaketail gang that's masked as a karate school Khan leads. And thanks to him keeping those loyal dogs within the organizations he left them in. He's still got an insight into all their doing. Such as E.P.F. which Jeffrey on screen is his loyal dog there.

"I will get right on why I contact you. But tell me first, how far you got with the poison?" A poison that was created after Jeffrey stumbled on, Agent John Bishop's best friend, Jeremy Finn has a link with Utroms after Jeremy got caught trying to free a Utrom from Bishop's alien prison and while Bishop punished Jeremy for freeing the Utrom; who in the end got away, by experimenting on him. Jeffrey stole a blood sample of Jeremy's. Leading to him discovering Jeremy has Utrom blood within his DNA. Discover he kept from Bishop but informed Khan. Resulting in Khan having Jeffrey produce a poison to kill Utroms from the inside to percent to the Shredder to use on his kind.

However once learning from the Foot Mystic after he left Japan, that not only did Karai's DNA hold Utrom blood, but with the Utrom's blood. Karai heals faster than normal and ages slowly. Khan had made one of his followers' stabs Karai with a dagger coated in the poison. Unfortunately, cause the poison was only 30% complete at the time. It was no surprise to Khan that Karai came out alive after nearly being killed by Casey. Well, he wasn't surprised after Jeffrey inform him the poison was incomplete to destroy Karai's heal factor let alone all the Utrom blood in her DNA.

"It's only 70% complete. But with Bishop too busy in Washington, D.C. with the President for a few weeks. I'll have more free time to work on enough to estimate it will be completed by October."

Khan nods to this news. "And how's placing the ticks among your coworkers' uniforms?"

"In place in most of my department, but not yet all of them. But I promise before I leave and return to you, Master Khan. No one here will be alive once I set the ticks off."

"Very good. Now the reason I'm reaching you. There's a bug within the E.P.F? A bug coming from Karai."

"A bug? From that bitch?" Jeffrey narrows his eyes. "Master tell me who and I'll make sure they never breathe again."

Hearing this and amused what Jeffrey called Karai. Khan slowly smirks as he shows two pictures and the name of the bug working for Karai to Jeffrey. Which the spy's eyes grew in shock at the familiar face in the second picture.

"Her? But in the brief time she's been here, she raised from cleaning experiment messes to being Bishops' secretary. In fact, she's with him right now in Washington. I won't be able to get close to her until they get back. But from the backstory, you have on her. I'm surprised Bishop doesn't recognize her. Then again without her disguise in place. She does look unrecognizable in that picture. So, her name is Moana Finn instead of Cecile Flint." Jeffrey pauses when he notices something wasn't being mentioned in the notes. "But wait it doesn't say why she's here?"

"No, it doesn't. My informer never learned that detail. But that's where you come in. I want you to learn all you can about her and then take her out. However, make it look like an accident because of what you pointed out. Bishop would notice her disappearance. Until then I'll stay in touch, Jeffrey."

Ended the conversation there and then shut off the screen to move back to his desk. Once sitting in his chair, Khan snatches up his phone, taping in the short keys to reach who he's calling.

"This line is only used by the Dun family, who's calling."

"Hello, Katie. Still upset missing going to Spain with your mother and stepdad." Chuckles Khan and increases at hearing the little princess's angry groan.

"I swear, having my bratty stepbrother killed so my geezer stepdad has no choice but to name me his heir. After Daddy made Sidney the heir to his empire. You think my luck would change after all I been through. But no, now mama and stepdad have been taking couples trips lately, leaving me out. What have I done to be treated like I have? Can you answer me that, Brady?"

"Well since you asked so nicely. Despite your accomplishment in returning to being, the only heir to Polish's wealth after having your stepbrother killed. From Tommy's death has brought your mother and stepdad leaning on each other forming into them rekindled their love for the other enough they are spending much alone time together. Where before his death they were distance so much that they had lovers on the side." And Khan should know, he was, for an abbreviated time, been one of Kelly Polish's many lovers. While Willard Polish was spending his time and money at the men's club. "Not to mention by your actions you might lose what you accomplished if your mother gets pregnant during these couple trips. In other words, you might have just wasted your time." By this Katie's scream rings through the phone yet Khan grins at being the cause of her misfortune.

"Oh, Bradford your so mean. If you weren't daddy's favorite subordinate. I would have ordered your death and watched you take your last breath!"

"Oh Katie, you know the right words to flatter someone." By the second scream, Khan let out a full laugh and nearly falls out of his chair at hearing Katie calling out for her daddy. In wasn't long until Katie's voice was replaced with a familiar deep voice.

"Hu, what am I going to do with you. Every time you call, you and my little Katie always get in an argument resulting in my Pumpkin being pouty for hours."

"Off the record, boss. She's always pouting so what's the difference?"

"I heard that!" cried Katie in the background. Shortly thereafter Kenzo's voice was still deep but it was all business, saying Katie had left or he was no longer on speaker.

"Ok joking aside. Why you are calling, Khan?" Now Kenzo calling him by his birth name, Khan knew nobody was listening to their conversation.

"I've produced the perfect idea to distract all New York, namely the paparazzi and police. So, you can clean up some loose ends such as Don Hogan. Who's been on edge or seen getting drunk in bars since he destroyed the evidence that without a doubt would of lead Casey in prison, regardless that punk took the blame so the Blaze- Shots could join us."

"Blaze-Shots, that's part of those loose ends I need to take care before moving out of the country. Besides you and leaving Sydney the estate for her and my grandchild. Everything else link to my empire needs to be erased. So, this distraction you're speaking about. Can it keep everybody occupied for more than two months?"

"Trust me, boss. With this idea, I can keep their attention for months. That's with your unbeatable lawyers' help. With them, it can last until October."

"Sounds promising, but before I hand over them to aid you. What's this idea you have?"
