Amara's Pov (Year 1945)

It's cold…. Nevermind, I'm always cold, I have no one left and I'm living on the streets. I'm hungry and I feel sick. This was all that was on my mind. Im Amara don't remember my last name but that's fine im me and always will be me.

I live in a town in Greece. It's small and I have lived alone ever since my parents died a year ago. I'm 17 now but the only thing is that I don't have much of my home left, maybe a person here or there but other than that no one comes through here.

It was a normal day for me to get up,get dressed and look around to find anything that's edible or clothes that I'm able to wear because winter is all but there's barely anything anymore.

I went back to my tent and sat there in the cold until I heard a voice. I left . That was my first mistake.

I saw a man who was tall and looked wealthy. His hat was sitting on his head and I was amazed he was wearing a suit that was dark . I never saw that but it's been a while since I've seen anyone up close.

The man looked at me and i froze why did he look so scary his eyes were dark and it looked like he had veins coming out of his face he ran over to me and stopped, i had fallen on my behind and it kinda hurt and my hands started to bleed the man walked the rest of they way to me and looked down on me I tried backing up but was caught "Hey let go, Let me go" i struggles against the man but he was strong TOO strong as i was struggling i felt something pierce my neck and i couldn't help but scream in pain and as i was screaming a metallic tasting liquid was forced into my mouth and i couldn't get the guy to release me the pain was still in my neck and i was getting drowsy and losing consciousness and soon i just passed out.

When i came too i was still where i remember and then everything came back to me and i started to freak out my throat was killing me, i got up and when i went to go back to my tent i was fast and i wasn't even running it scared me and i hid in my tent.

The next morning I heard people, my throat started to burn, my mouth was hurting and my mind went blank. I felt the wind in my hair and soon heard screams "AHHHH" and my teeth pierced the poor person's neck and all i could think about was how cool the liquid felt going down my throat and soon my throat wasnt burning as bad anymore, and after it stopped my sensis came back and i saw the woman on the ground and i stood there shocked.

Did i do that, please don't tell me i just killed someone my mind was racing all I could think about was the woman she could have children a family and i just killed her I was in shock and but also for some reason I felt powerful like i could do anything.

Well that was until morning happened 'Dang that sun hurts' i rub my hand so i can't go out in the morning or when the suns out but i'm able to move about when its night.

It hit me 'I TURNED INTO A VAMPIRE' this all makes since the blood drinking, the speed and strength and the inability to go out during the day Ugh this sucks well at least i don't have to worry about food or if im gonna die well i wonder if everything else is right.

Over the years I found out that I can control people with my mind and I could also erase their memories and I loved it. This power is amazing.

Present time. (2009, 63 years)
