Right, so I would like to express how sorry I am for how quiet I've been. Like I said previously, this was my last year in University, and I graduated last Thursday with a Bachelors in History. Unfortunately due to a mix up, I only have three credits left, and I'm taking one more class in the Fall. But overall I'm done with college, and I have time to relax and such before I start looking for a job. So wish me luck, and thank you all for your patience.

So for this story, I randomly thought of this parody. And I did this before with the Graveyard Shift episode from SpongeBob. But now the episode being parodied here is the Family Guy episode Petergeist, one of my favorite episode. So I hope you all enjoy. I decided to place this in the regular Loud House section, but if any of you feel like I should put it in the crossover section, then please let me know.

Also, I published another story that is kinda of out there. Please check it out, it's called A Change in the Play.

I own none of the content, and please enjoy!

Lynn Loud Sr. was watching TV in the living room, while everyone else in the Loud Family was off doing their own thing.

"We now return to The Simpsons." The TV announcer said.

The scene showed a normal couch gag, and as soon as the Simpsons got onto the couch, they all pulled out notebooks and pencils.

"Alright, we've been on television since the 80's, and we're still going strong, any ideas?" Homer asked.

"Hmm, now that's a tough one. I think we've done everything, Homie." Marge said.

"Maybe we can softly reboot the show about how you and dad met? So it'll appeal to this current generation?" Lisa suggested.

"Nah, we should end this show. Besides, SpongeBob is way cooler." Bart quipped.

Homer growled, and said," Why you little. I'll teach you about disparaging the show." He said and proceeded to choke Bart.

Someone knocked on the door, and Rita walked from the dining room, and opened it. On the other side, was Kotoro.

"Hey Rita, I wanted to come by and let everyone know that the people who will host the Neighborhood Block Party will be done by the Yates."

Lynn Sr. blinked as he heard what his friend said." What? But it was voted that we were going to be the host of the Party this year. I was gonna bring some food from the restaurant."

"True, but the Yates just finished setting up their backyard; it has a patio and everything. And I heard it's pretty sweet." Kotoro said.

At the aforementioned place later that day, the Yates backyard was full of people from the neighborhood. And the patio and the rest of the backyard looked brand new, and people were having fun.

"Dang, this place is rockin." Luna mused.

"Yeah, there's even a tennis court set up. And I am going to dominate everyone and win." Lynn Jr. said with a triumphant smirk.

While the Loud kids went off to do their own thing, Lynn Sr. and Rita were talking with Bumper and Jancey Yates.

"I must say, this all looks so fun. How did you both do this?" Rita asked.

"Oh, Jancey, the kids and I put a lot of hard work into this. Not to mention the fact all the supplies we got were from that supply store downtown." Bumper explained.

"Din-Dang over-achievers." Lynn Sr. grumbled under his breath.

"What was that Lynn?" Bumper asked.

"Uh, I said this is din-dang pretty impressive." Lynn Sr. said with a nervous smile.

Bumper smiled, and said," Thank you, come, let Jancey and I tell you and Rita about how we did the pool."

Later, the family was walking back to the house. Everyone was chatting happily about everything there, but Lynn Sr. was still fuming about what had happened.

"Are you alright sweetie?" Rita asked.

Lynn sighed, and said," Honey, I know we learned our lesson about competing with the Yates. But after what we witnessed, we need do something as well. I say we should build patio and add some fun things to our backyard."

"That sounds like a good idea. It does sound like a better idea than that time Luan built that small stage in the living room to perform comedy." Rita said.

The Loud's, minus Luan were in the living room, and they finished watching Operation Dessert Storm.

"Oh boy, that was a good episode." Lynn Sr. said.

Luan, who was in standing on a stage in the living room, was holding Mr. Cocoanuts.

"It sure was dad, what do you think Mr. C?"

"I'm glad it involves the last food at the end of the meal, cause I couldn't wait for it to be finished." Mr. Cocoanuts said.

Both Luan and Lynn Sr. laughed, while the others groaned.

The next day, the Loud's were at the Home Supply store, and Lynn Sr. went over to one of the employees.

"Can I help you?" The worker asked.

"Yeah, I was hoping to build a patio for my backyard."

"Well, I'll take you to our patio builder aisle."

Lynn looked happy," Wow really? This place has everything."

"Not everything father unit. I once asked if they had Uranium or Tungsten Steel on the premises. But I hit the proverbial dead end." Lisa said.

Luna gave her a raised eyebrow, and asked," Why would you ask for that, sis?"

Lisa chuckled nervously, and said," No reason."

Flip was also at the store, and walked over to another employee.

"Excuse me, old Flip needs a sign to let people know when Flippee's are on sale."

"Well, I believe we have something here-"

Flip saw a sign, grabbed it, and said," Ah here it is. Just need to tweak it to say that when a Flippee is on sale, the next one is double the price. Hope to see you there. Cause Flippee's are 'Buy One Get Another Double The Price.'" He said, and walked off.

Later the Loud's were laying out all the materials they bought from the store in the backyard.

"I don't know why we all have to do this. All this work is going to stink up myself and my dress." Lola grumbled.

"Sweetie, this is going to be a family project. Just think of it like when we were stranded on Lake Eddy." Rita said.

"Well looks like we got everything. Oh boy I haven't been this excited since I learned Morse Code back at Camp Mastodon." Lynn cheerfully said.

Flashback to Lynn Sr. as a child, and he is with his father Leonard Loud.

"Alright son, let's put those lessons to the test. We're going to send a message to your mother." Leonard said.

"Oh boy, I'll send her the message 'I love you, from Lynn.'"

Lynn signaled a message, and Leonard looked at the handbook. Leonard's eyes widened, and looked at his son.

"Uh Lynn, you signaled it wrong, you sent 'I hate you.'" Leonard explained, and Lynn's eyes widened in shock.

Later the Loud's were busying digging up part of the backyard. Luan place the shovel into the ground, but felt like she hit something. she moved the dirt around, and picked up what it was, which was a skull that seemed to have feathers in it.

"Whoa, hey Luce, I think I found one of your skulls."

Lucy looked at it, and said," That isn't one of my mine."

Lisa examined it, and said," I believe this very well may be authentic indigenous remains. How fascinating."

"Luan, I believe you should put it back, you may be messing with a sacred burial site. Who knows what dark forces will be unleashed if you mess with it." Lucy gravely said.

"Yeah right, like I'm going to be believe that. How bone-headed do you think I am?" Luan said, and tapped the skulls head.

She and Lynn Sr. laughed while the others groaned, except for Leni, who looked confused.

Leni then laughed, and said," Oh I get it, it's like because your holding something that is actual bone."

Luan gave her a look.

Later that night, the Loud's were eating dinner, and Luan had the skull with her.

Lincoln looked at Lisa, and asked," So, did you figure out what tribe that skull belongs too?"

"Negative, Luan was too busy with her tom-foolery to give me the skull for proper testing." Lisa explained.

Lucy sighed, looked at Luan and said," Luan, once again I implore you to put the skull back. I have a feeling things won't go well."

Lynn Jr. scoffed, and said," What's the big deal? It's just a pile of bones. Whatever lame dark forces will happen won't." Lynn mocked.

"Precisely, the mere thought of spiritual forces is laughable. There is no scientific fact behind it. Everything superstitious can be explained with reasoning and science." Lisa said.

"That's great sis, that's using the old noggin!" Luan said as she tapped her head, and then the skulls." And Lisa, everything's going to be fine. I'll even knock on bone to help." She said and knocked on the skulls head, and laughed.

Lincoln's sighed irritably, looked at the readers, and said," Well folks, get ready for what's about to happen next."

Later that night, Lisa was busy writing things down on her laptop.

"Let's see… to the Director of the Swiss Science Center in Switzerland, I would like to formally thank you for-"

Before she could finish, the laptop turned off, and then on. It then started to write on it's own in gibberish.

"What in Sir Isaac Newton?" Lisa said befuddled.

"Poo-Poo." She heard Lily say.

Lisa looked behind her, and her eyes widened to see Lily's crib floating, with Lily in it.

"Huh, something tells me I really need to start doing my experimentation somewhere else. Or else mother and father will ground me for whatever I did to cause this." Lisa mused.

Lisa then jumped when a loud screech was heard downstairs, and a scream. And then jumped again when Lily's crib dropped down to the ground, but fortunately she and the crib were unharmed.

Downstairs a minute ago Lori was watching TV. She was busy flipping through channels when the TV started to show static.

"Ugh, we literally need a professional to look at this. Mom and dad need to stop trying to fix it on their own."

Lori went over to the TV to see what was wrong. But once she got closer, she started to hear things from the TV, like whispers. She furrowed her brows, and tapped on the screen. A loud screech came from it, and Lori screamed in fright.

Everyone came out from their rooms to see what was had happened.

"Lori, what happened?" Lincoln asked.

Lori blinked, and said," I literally don't know."

The next day, Rita was in the kitchen doing some dishes when Luna came into the room.

"Hey mom, have you noticed anything weird happen lately since Luan brought that skull into the house?"

"No, I don't think so."

"Well… I gotta feeling that things aren't alright. I think Luce maybe on something about the whole dark force bit after what happened last night."

"Oh honey, it's probably nothing. There are no such things as- gasp!"

As she was talking and turning to her daughter, Rita saw that the chairs that were the kitchen were stacked weirdly on the table. Not only that, but the fridge was also stacked on the chairs as well.

"Oh… I guess I accidently stacked those things together, and forgot about it. Heh, yeah that's it." She laughed nervously.

"Huh, and I thought Lori was the most in denial. Considering how much she's lights one up." Luna mused.

"For the last time it's my shoes!" Lori yelled from another room, having heard what her sister said.

Later that night, it was shown that a thunderstorm was brewing outside. Back inside the house, Lana and Lola were both shivering due to being afraid of the thunder and lightning. It was so bad, that Lola actually got into bed with her sister, which she normally wouldn't do, due to how filthy she was.

"Oh man, I think it's getting louder. I hate this." Lana whimpered.

"Yeah, this so not the part of a story I like when I'm pretending to be a princess." Lola agreed.

The next thing the twins knew, a bright light appeared, and it came from their closet. The doors to the closet opened on its own, and the light got brighter. The next thing they knew, something was sucking all of their things, including their bed, towards the closet.

Both girls screamed as they tried to hold onto something, but they lost their grips, and found themselves being sucked into the light. Once that happened, the light disappeared, and all of their stuff that was floating, dropped to the ground.

Meanwhile in the bathroom, Lincoln was brushing his teeth. He stopped when he noticed something sticking out of his neck. He pinched it, pulled, and his face ripped off. It was shown that his face was SpongeBob Squarepants's face.

"Hahahaha! I'm ready!" He said.

Rita ran into the twins rooms to find the entire place in disarray.

"Lola, Lana? Where are you?" Rita called worriedly.

She then ran downstairs, where everyone else was at.

"Lynn, I can't find them anywhere. Did you?"

Lynn shook his head, and said. "Not a peep."

"I couldn't find them after I tried to locate them with my trackers." Lisa said.

Lincoln raised a brow at her, and said," What trackers?"

Lisa chuckled nervously, and said," Uh… it's nothing."

"Uh guys?" A familiar distorted voice said.

Everyone looked to where it originated, and found the TV was on, and it just showed static.

"Someone get us out of here! Mommy, Daddy help!" Lola's voice cried from the TV.

"Yeah, it was kinda cool at first, but now it's kinda freaky!" Lana said.

"Girls?" Both Lynn and Rita said.

Luna grinned and said," Oh cool. Can you guys sing the Phil Collins song 'In The Air Tonight'?"

Luna then grinned sheepishly from the looks the others were giving her.

"Right, my bad, dudes."

Later, the Loud's were holding hands at the dinner table, with Lucy taking the lead, due to them about to commence a séance.

"Good thing Lucy is an expert in this." Lincoln said.

Lori glared at Luan, and said," Yeah and we literally didn't need to this, if someone didn't mess with those Indian remains."

"Yeah, I sorta used the skull head to make another dummy. I'm calling him Chief Bone-Head."

Leni smiled, and said," I like made the period clothing for him. He'll look so fab for the next comedy club Luan is going to."

Lucy commenced the séance, and said," Spirits from the great beyond. I summon thee to this house. In the hopes to get our family back to us, and to also put you all to rest."

Lucy hummed when she started to communicate with them. She hummed or said 'uh-uh' a couple of times.

"Gasp!" She loudly said at the last bit.

"Sweetie, what's wrong?" Rita worriedly asked.

"Well… the spirits said that Lola and Lana are in their realm. And the portal to it is in their closet. But the exist… is Lori's butt."

Everyone's eyes widened at what Lucy just said. And they all looked at Lori, who didn't look too good.

"Wait what?!" Lori finally exclaimed.

"Huh, this more shocking than the time Luna had her K-Pop phase." Lincoln said.

The scene showed Luna wearing stereotypical female K-Pop clothing, and was both singing and dancing to a song. She was doing it in the garage, but she didn't notice the door opening. Once she did notice, she was met with the shocked looks of her family.

Luna blushed scarlett, and said," It's just music! And I asked for privacy."

Later it showed Lynn Sr., Luan, and Lincoln was upstairs in the twin's bedroom, with the portal in their closet opened. While the rest of the family was downstairs, with Lori bending down so her butt was showing, and she had both an embarrassed and mortified look.

"Alright, Lynn, we're ready!" Rita called.

"Well I'm literally not!" Lori disagreed.

"Aw, like cheer up Lori, at least this time no one will be complaining about what will come out of your butt." Leni attempted to cheer her up, but all Lori did was hung her head in shame.

Lynn tossed a ball at the portal. Downstairs the same ball came out of Lori's butt or the portal, and Rita caught it.

"I got it! Lynn, we found the portal to the other side!" Rita said.

Lynn Jr. laughed, and said," Oh man this so cool and gross at the same time!"

Lucy looked at Lisa, who had a shocked look, and said," Still believe this all fake?"

"I'm still processing the fact that our wayward siblings can only be saved if they came out of an interdimensional portal to another dimension that is currently residing in our oldest sibling's posterior."

Something else came out of the portal, and Rita moved out of the way in time to see a pie impact the wall.

"Luan! Now's not the time for one of your pranks!" Rita yelled upstairs.

"Oh man, I feel like the butt of the joke now! Haha! Get it Lori?" Luan laughed upstairs.

Lori growled, and said," I will literally make your life miserable if you try anything else Luan!"

"Lola, Lana! If you can hear me, the portal out is Lori's butt!" Rita called.

"Are you insane!?" Lola called in disgust.

"Yeah… I like gross things as much as the next person. But that crosses the line for me." Lana said.

"Hey guys, I'm going to try something!" Lincoln called.

Lori yelped as something else came of the portal, and Lincoln landed on the ground.

"Oh wow! That was kinda fun!" Lincoln cheerfully said.

"I wanna try that!" Lynn Jr. said.

"And I will literally turn you all into human pretzels if you even try that!" Lori screamed in rage and mortification.

Sometimes later, the Loud's were still waiting for Lola and Lana to come back, but nothing had happened.

"So Luce, how long does this type of things normally take?" Lincoln asked.

Leni, who was getting held by Rita agreed, and said," Yeah like, I feel scared. Will we ever see them again?"

"It varies. We just have to let the twins do it on their own, and let them find their way back by theirselves." Lucy explained.

They waited for a little more time, but still nothing happened.

Rita got up with a determined look, and said," That's it, I won't stand for another minute of this. If the girls can't find their way out of Lori's butt, then we have to go into the other realm, and get them ourselves.

"Uh mom, I told you it isn't safe."

Luna snorted, and said," I'll tell you what's not safe, going Paintball shooting with Lynn. She's a demon. Right Linc?"

Lincoln gulped at the memory, and nodded.

The scene showed both Luna and Lincoln in Paintball gear, and they were looking around. The next moment they cried out as they got pelted with paintballs. Lynn was shooting nearby with two paintball guns.

Lynn laughed triumphantly as she shot her siblings, who yelling at her to stop and in slight pain.

"I'm the winner of this round suckers! Lynn Loud Jr. for the win!"

Upstairs in Lola and Lana's room, Lynn Sr. was finishing up tying a harness to Rita's waist, so she would be anchored if anything happened.

"Be careful Rita, and get our girls back." Lynn said as he held his wife's hands.

"I will, Lynn. I promise." She said, and they hugged.

Rita looked at her husband one last time, took a breath, and walked into the portal. Lynn held onto the rope as tightly as he could when he started to feel pulling. Luckily, Lincoln was also there, and helped his father with it.

"I literally don't feel anything!" Lori called.

"Pff, that's what she says with Bobby." Luan said to Leni, Luna and Lynn Jr. who snickered.

Lori yelped as something came through the portal, which was Rita as she held the twins. Another thing was that all three of them were covered in slime like substance.

"Oh, my babies, you're all right!" Rita happily said.

"Oh thank goodness you guys are alright! And what is that stuff?" Lynn Sr. asked the last part in disgust.

"Ew! This is the worst and grossest thing that has ever happened to me!" Lola said in disgust.

"Yeah… normally I wouldn't say this, but I think I want to take a bath." Lana said as she wiped herself off.

Lisa had a container, and scooped some of the slime, no doubt to test it later on.

Lori screamed, and everyone turned to see spirits come out of the portal and flew around.

Everyone screamed, ran out the door, and got into Vanzilla. Before she got in, Luan tossed the dummy that had the Indian Skull on it into the garbage can.

Once everyone got in, Rita realized they were missing someone.

"Wait a minute, where's Lori?"

The Loud siblings made non-committed answers to why she wasn't there.

"Oh no, Lynn, we gotta get her."

Lynn nodded, and they were both about to, but Lori came running into the car.

"What the heck was that for?! You all literally left me in there!" Lori screamed in anger.

"Sorry, honey, things were moving fast. But let's get out of here!" Lynn said as he floored Vanzilla, and they left the house.

As they left, the spirits caused the house to go in on itself, and then it disappeared, leaving the foundation of the house.

Later, a news story started, and it showed Katherine Mulligan in front of where the Loud House was originally was.

"This is Katherine Mulligan reporting to you live from what were formally the residents of the Loud Family. Due to unforeseen issues, their house had been taken away by ghosts. I have their neighbor, Bud Grouse, Mr. Grouse, what do you have to say?"

"I tell you what; those din-dang ghosts took part of my garden when they took the Loud's house. I spent a lot of time on at. Once the Loud's get back, they owe me a new garden, and hopefully some of their dad's lasagna." Mr. Grouse said.

"There you have it folks. This is Katherine Mulligan, signing off."

Later the Loud's were shown to be at the front door of the McBride's house, with Lincoln knocking on the door.

Lucy looked at the twins, and asked," So I gotta ask, what was it like on the other side?"

"Well, believe or not, we actually met some of our ancestors." Lana said.

"Really?"

"Yeah, they were on daddy's side. Apparently we are descended from a Scottish Royalty and have our own town named after us. Or something called a Loch. I knew I was descended from a royalty." Lola happily said.

The front door opened opened, and it showed Clyde in some type of period clothing.

"Hey Buddy, sorry for disturbing you, but long story short, we made some ghosts mad, they took our home, and now we need a place to sleep for the night. Is that okay?" Lincoln asked.

"Sorry Linc, I normally would, but my dad's have friends over, and we're doing the Broadway play for Les Miserable." Clyde said.

"Do you hear the people sing, singing the song of angry men!" The loud singing of Clyde's dad's and their friends sung in the house.

Lincoln looked inside, and he had a small version of the barricade from the play/movie, and saw Clyde's dad's holding up a flag. While other people sang.

Later the next day, the Loud's were shown going into the local library. Luckily last night, Lynn Sr. had his keys for his restaurant, and they ended up staying there for the night. After eating breakfast, they decided to go the library to see what they could do about their ghost situation. Lucy would've had been able to deal with the ghosts easily, but she wasn't sure how to properly exercise them, and needed one of her books to give her some help. But due to all of her book being in the house, they had to go to the library.

"Excuse me; do you have any books on how to get rid of ghosts?" Lynn asked a librarian.

"Well, have you tried telling them you're ready for a commitment?" The librarian joked, and chuckled.

Luan laughed, and said," Haha! Like a relationship. Man, we came here for looking for information, but we also got laughs. Thanks!"

"No problem. And I believe I have the book for you." The librarian said as she got a book off of one of the shelves.

Once she got the book, Lucy placed it on another table, and looked through it.

"Let's see… here it is. To get rid of a spirit, we must restore all disturbed remains to its original resting place. That shouldn't be a problem. Luan, give us the skull."

Luan chuckled nervously, and said," Yeah about that… as we were leaving the house… I threw the skull into the garbage."

She scowled at the looks everyone was giving her. "What? How was I supposed to know we would need it for that?"

"Alright! We're going to the dump!" Lana cheered, while the others groaned.

At the Dump, the Loud's were shifting through various piles of trash.

"I don't know which is worst, being covered in goo after we got out from the other side, or looking through garbage." Lola grumbled.

"This is better, and I found a couple of parts I can use for various projects around the house!" Lana said.

A worker approached Lynn and Rita, and asked," Can I help you folks find something?"

"Yes, please. Uh… you wouldn't happen to have any bones lying around would you? More specifically a skull?"

"Actually we do. We normally have stuff in our human remains bin. But we got cleared out today by a group of spooky kids."

"They wouldn't happen to be Goth would they?" Lucy asked as she appeared behind the worker, and she caused him to scream in fright.

"Uh yeah, they were. They said something about laying them all to rest, and giving them a proper burial."

Lucy nodded, pulled out her phone, and dialed a number.

"Haiku? It's Lucy, did you and the Mortician's Club procure a skull… oh you have it? And saw the news report by whoever she was? Can we have it so we can put the spirits to rest? Alright, thanks." Lucy said and she ended the call.

"Well, what did she say?" Lincoln asked.

"She said we can head over to the cemetery and get the skull." Lucy explained, and the Loud's cheered.

Later that night, after getting the skull from the Morticians Club, Lucy placed the skull back into the ground, and buried it with dirt.

"Be at rest, spirits." Lucy said.

As soon as she said that, the Loud House reappeared from the spirit realm, and was placed back where it originally was. Everyone cheered again, and walked back to the house. Before they could though, the house disappeared again.

They all looked to where the skull was buried, and found Lily playing with it. Rita gave Lily a pacifier, and she lets go of the skull. Lucy reburied it, and the house reappeared again.

"Well, I guess we learned our lesson. Never mess with spirits, and to stop trying to compete with another family." Lynn said.

Rita gave her husband a hug, a kiss, and said," Very true sweetie, let's go home."

The Loud's walked into the house, happy that this adventure was over.

So tell me what you all think.

Till next time.
