Alright boys, this is currently being written as I am waiting for Echoxenvy to finish Storm Bringers so we can upload the crossover. This is literally going to be in the style of Death Battle, so expect an unconventional chapter at first, then we will write a full fight. Not sure how long this is, because of how it will be written. Alright, let's get into it. No reviews this time, as it will be on the crossover chapter in case this goes up before that does.
(Disclaimer: I do not own PJO or Death Battle. If the fact that this is on a FanFiction site didn't tip you off, you're fucking retarded.)

*Death Battle Intro*
Wiz: Gods, Titans and everything in between...
Boomstick: ...Are some really horny creatures if you really think about it.
Wiz: Indeed. Through this, er, horniness, comes children. Lots of them. Born to these beings are Demigods. Half human, half god. These spawn of the divine have the potential to become heroes of legend.
Boomstick: Like Percy Jackson, the son of Poseidon, from Zane Williams and The Gods of Olympus.
Wiz: And Malachi Stallard, the son of Ouranos, from The son of Hercules.
Boomstick: He's Wiz and I'm Boomstick!
Wiz: And it's our job to analyze their weapons, armor, and skills to determine who would win...a Death Battle.

[Percy Jackson]
Wiz: Growing up, Percy Jackson was also a troublemaker. Someone who couldn't sit still in class, someone who couldn't stay in a single school even for a year. A loser.
Boomstick: But that's just because he was a demigod! And not just any demigod, but a son of Poseidon himself!
Wiz: Caught up in a scheme to turn the gods against one another and destroy life as we know it, Percy went to Camp Half-Blood, A summer camp full of demigods. After a monster attack of course. Here, he learned how to fight and exist in the divine world. However, after his mother was apparently killed, he gets caught up in a quest. One that would require him to step up and save the world.
Boomstick: And then he spends an entire week playing second fiddle to Zane Williams, son of Zeusand the strongest demigod in the universe.
Wiz: Hey, don't say that. He did plenty of things during that quest. He fought Echinda, the mother of all monsters...and lost. But he did help Zane face off against the one apparently behind all the scheming but not really: Ares, the god of war.
Boomstick: Okay, I'll admit, Percy was pretty fucking badass in that fight! I mean, he punched Ares into the ground and buried him alive. This kid is a fucking badass.
Wiz: Yes, Percy Jackson is a very powerful demigod, being strong enough to fights gods like Ares and kill Titans like Oceanus at thirteen years old. He's certainly a cut above the rest.

{Abilities and Arsenal}
Boomstick: Well, it turns out being a demigod doesn't just get you constantly attacked by monsters and force you to live a lonely painful life. You also get fucking superpowers!
Wiz: Well...yes, as a demigod you gain a number of abilities that are passed down in your blood. It's different for each demigod, but Percy is a very extraordinary one.
Boomstick: He's strong enough to easily tear your average monster to pieces with his bare hands, fast enough that most scientistswould claim it to be impossibleand tough enough to effortlessly survive nuclear blasts point blank. Hell, they're basically firecrackers to him! Maybe not even that!
Wiz: Superhuman physical abilities are something that every single demigod gets, no matter their divine parent. However, Percy boasts a large arsenal of powers only unique to Poseidon's children.
Boomstick: Yeah, like being able to control fucking water! You'd think that would be a lame power and all, but Percy is so good at it he makes it look dope as shit. His water manipulation is so strong, he can literally pull water out of air molecules all around him. He can even turn his own body to water to strengthen all of his attacks and amplify his melee range. He can even generate storms with this power by manipulating the water in the sky! Not only that, he can even heal himself with water! How cool is that shit!?
Wiz: Water is not the only thing Percy can control. Percy can emit vibrational energy, basically having the means to recreate earthquakes. Meaning he could literally hit you with an earthquake coming from his fist. He has other uses for this power, making his attacks have a larger area of effect, echolocation and literally create earthquakes. But usually, he'll stick to just punching you in the face with it.
Boomstick: Like a real fucking man.
Wiz: Percy doesn't go into every fight barehanded, no. He carries a sword known as Riptide. This isn't any ordinary sword, however. It's made of a metal known as Celestial Bronze, regular bronze imbued with divine power to strengthen and bless it. This means Percy can kill monsters a whole lot easier and quicker, often a simple scratch would do the job.
Boomstick: Percy can coat the blade in water to strengthen its attack and lengthen its range, kinda like that Spirit Sword thing Trunks can do only not as stupid and bullshit. But Percy doesn't just have such an awesome weapon that comes from a pen. He's also really fucking good with it. With very little training and just a bottle of water, he disarmed Luke Castellan with an unbalanced sword. You know, the guy who was the best swordsman in all of Camp Half-Blood in like three hundred years! And he's only ever gotten better since then!
Wiz: Despite how powerful all of these abilities make Percy, they still pale in comparison to his ultimate trump card. His Earthshaker Form. Don't let the goofy name fool you. It amplifies Percy's already powerful physical abilities at least millionsfold. It puts him in a realm of power on par and even surpassing the gods!
Boomstick: He also looks like a mini Poseidon from God of War 3, with his water skin and rocky arms and shit. Fucking badass!
Wiz: The Earthshaker Form not only amplifies all of Percy's physical abilities, but of his powers like his control of water and vibrations are far more powerful as well. Seriously, he could destroy the entire planet like it's nothing with this form. He's comparable to Zane Williams, a younger version of Zane being able to destroy the entire solar system according to Koios, and Percy is even stronger now than him at that point!
Boomstick: Holy shit! Does this kid even have a weakness!?
Wiz: Yes. For all of his insane power, Percy does have his shortcomings. His biggest own would be his own weapon, Riptide. The blade can't even pierce his own skin at his full strength, and likely couldn't pierce the skin of others on the same level of power as him. While the blade is strengthened in his Earthshaker Form with some sort of green glow to it, it's still made out of Celestial Bronze.
Boomstick: Remember how we mentioned Zane a while back and how this Percy was even stronger than him?Yeah, well, Zane was completely immune to Celestial Bronze, like the shit literally bounced off of him. So despite Riptide beinga badass weapon and having several ways to strengthen it, it's still not a relatively powerful weapon.
Wiz: Percy is also weak to forms of fire or anything with a high temperature if it has enough power behind it. In his Earthshaker Form, he's basically made entirely out of water besides his arms and legs. Well, at least his skin is. Meaning if Percy comes into contact with something with high enough heat, he'll literally start to evaporate.
Boomstick: Well despite apparently being a sea version of Martian Manhunter with his weakness to fire and all, Percy is still really fucking cool, and really fucking strong, too!
Wiz: Yes. Percy Jackson is the Child of the Prophecy. He has the fate of the entire world in his hands, for better or worse.
"'I turned a blind eye when you killed that bus full of people last year, I turned a blind eye when you killed those tourists on the Princess Andromeda, I turned a blind eye when you killed that worker in the Monster Donut, I won't turn a blind eye here and now. You are nothing but a sadistic freak who hurts others for his own pleasure and you need to be put down before you end up killing us all." Percy said to Zane.'

[Malachi]
Wiz: Malachi Stallard, born to Ouranos and Julie Stallard, did not have the best start to his life.
Boomstick: Yeah, it turns out having a dad like Ouranos wasn't the greatest thing in the world. In fact, it fucking sucked!
Wiz: Growing up, Malachi was groomed to be his father's vessel. He was trained to the highest possible level of strength he could attain and taught how to brutally maim and kill almost as soon as he could walk. His father had him kill monsters and other incredibly powerful beings before you even learned how to tie your shoes.
Boomstick: Eventually, Malachi found out his dad was the one who killed his mom, which is something we might have forgot to mention before. Oops. Malachi attacked his dear old dad with everything he had to get some sweet revenge for his mother, but Ouranos wasn't having any of that shit. He beat Malachi black and blue, then sent him to the Cursed Island as punishment.
Wiz: The Cursed Island was an island that Kronos had many operations on during the Titan War, so naturally that meant a lot of messed up stuff happened on it. Kids killing each other for survival, casual brutal murder and a whole lot worse, Malachi had to cast his humanity aside to survive, despite not having much humanity beforehand.
Boomstick: Not all was bad for good ol' Kai. He met two people he considers to be his best friends to this day. Talon, son of Nikandreos and all around cowboy badass. And Sera Griffith, daughter of Khione and total cinnamon muffin!
Wiz: Meeting the two reminded Malachi that he was still a person as well, and they had all sorts of adventures together on the Island trying to survive. However, it didn't last. Eventually, the second Titan War ended, and Ouranos moved in on the island. He possessed his son, sealed Sera away, and drove Talon off the island. Malachi, a puppet of his father, was forced to do unspeakable things and begin the plan to overthrow the Olympians and make way for the original ruler. It wasn't until his climatic battle with Matthias Beckett on the island was he freed from Ouranos grasp, and reunited with the one he loves.
Boomstick: Enough of the boring sappy shit! Let's get to the stuff people actually care about, like how many people he can turn into a pile of meat with his pinky finger!

{Abilities and Arsenal}
Wiz: As the son of Ouranos, the original lord of the sky, Malachi has inherited a whole host of the primordial's abilities. Like Matt Beckett and other demigods, Malachi is blessed with superhuman physical abilities, however Malachi's are on an entirely different level than most. He's been able to clash with Matt several times, even when the son of Hercules was being possessed by his father, Ouranos.
Boomstick: And we all know how fucking strong Matt is! The guy was literally able to throw the fucking World Serpent into space! Not to mention Matt fought Zane Williams, and everybody knows how strong he is. And Malachi isn't just strong, he's fucking fast as hell, too! He's far above Cherry, a member of the Big Four and a daughter of Hermès, who can literally move faster than light! And Malachi makes her speed look pathetic!
Wiz: Malachi, as he is the son of Ouranos, has control over aspects of the sky as well. He can control the wind on such a level, he can effortlessly level entire cities with no real difficulty. He also can control lightning and strengthen it to the point where it can damage characters like Matt, who survived a brutal Beatdown from a Heavenly Diamond weapon. He can even heal himself with his own lightning. Not to mention his control over the weather, being able to control thunderstorms within a blink of an eye.
Boomstick: He can even fucking teleport, too! He can not only teleport himself across the entire planet, but he's been able to transport up to eighty people at once. That's fucking crazy!
Wiz: Whenever Malachi was being possessed by his father, Ouranos, he wielded the primordial god's Heavenly Diamond spear. Heavenly Diamond is a material that is unbreakable, and can completely erase mortal souls and permanently kill gods. However, after he was freed from his fathers grasp, he no longer carries the weapon and as such, creates a spear made entirely out of lightning instead. It's nowhere near as powerful as his father's weapon, but it gets the job done.
Boomstick: Back in the first book of Son of Hercules, Malachi used to be bound to Typhon. You know, the monster that can fight fucking Zeus!? But after Matt laid the smackdown on Ouranos while he was controlling Malachi's body and Malachi's girlfriend talk no jutsu'd Typhon, Malachi was unlinked to Typhon and no longer can call his avatar. So no Typhon in this fight today, boys and girls!
Wiz: Malachi doesn't even need Typhon, since he's usually strong enough to deal with any threat himself. However, despite his incredible power and ability, even Malachi has his weaknesses.
Boomstick: Yeah. Unsurprisingly, being brought up by Ouranos doesn't exactly do wonders for your education. Malachi might be quite capable in combat, but he's dumb as a brick and has very little common sense. While this has yet to really affect him too much in battle, it might hinder him if he comes into contact with someone just as strong but smarter than him. I wonder who that could be...
Wiz: Nevertheless, thanks to his awesome power and incredible fighting ability, Malachi is an absolute monster. You really, really don't want to piss someone like him off.
Malachi: 'Matt, I deeply apologize for whatever pain I might cause you, but I must get this monster out of you!' *Malachi attacks an Ouranos possessed Matt*
(000)
Wiz: Alright, the combatants are set! Let's end this debate once and for all!
Boomstick: It's time for a DEATH BATTTLLLEEEEE!!!!
{Fight}
Percy Jackson was currently walking through the city of New York. It had nearly been a week since he and his friends had fought and defeated the Titan Atlas. It had been the hardest fight of his entire life, even harder than Oceanus. At least he could actually hurt Oceanus. Atlas had literally taken everything they gave him and laughed it off several times. Well, he didn't laugh off that chunk of Heavenly Diamond Zane shoved through his face, so there's that.
Licking the side of a soft serve ice cream cone, Percy thought about his path that had led him to this moment in his life. He had fought gods, Titans and all other sorts of monsters most people couldn't even dream of, and he wasn't even in high school yet! He looked forwards to what he had ahead of him, hoping that he and Zane could defeat Kronos and save the world, which was apparently his job now since Thalia abandoned ship on everyone and joined the Hunters.
Zane was still pretty salty about that, but he had been in a good mood lately, on account of his two boyfriends Taylor and Nico. Everyone in their mother knew Zane liked both of them and vice versa, so it was no surprise when the three of them started dating. Speaking of liking someone, Percy was head over heels for Annabeth, and he was currently in New York looking to buy her something that would make her happy and feel better, since she was still recovering from holding up the sky off and on for three days.
Percy's thoughts were interrupted by someone walking straight into him, causing his ice cream to fall out of his hands and onto the ground. Percy, not noticing that someone was strong enough to make him stumble, was more concerned with the fact that this bastard had knocked his ice cream out of his hand. Percy turned around and grabbed the guy by the hoodie he wore. "Hey! You knocked my ice cream out of my hand, asshole! Ice cream here in New York isn't cheap!"
The guy turned around, and Percy's eyes widened. The man who had knocked his ice cream to the ground looked almost exactly like his best fried, Zane. The resemblance was almost disturbing. They had the same hair style, same face shape, same eye color and same way that they walked. Percy reached out with his aura sense, surprised to find that this guy felt almost exactly like Zane. The only differences were that this guy was blonde instead of black haired, he was a little thinner and taller and he wore a grey version of Zane's normally dark clothing. Who was this dude?
This dude was Malachi Stallard, son of Ouranos. Malachi was a man on a mission right now and he was completely pissed. His girlfriend, Sera Griffith had been kidnapped by Levi and the Big Four, and she was current being held somewhere in this city. So when some guy grabbed his hoodie and stopped him in his search for the one he loved, he wasn't exactly going to take any shit.
However, Malachi was a lot more patient that he used to be, so he was going to be lenient with this guy. Malachi glared at the son of Poseidon, who was still surprised at his look. "I'm currently on a very important mission to find someone right now. You would do well to remove you hand from me, lest you suffer the consequences." Percy didn't remove his hand, still shell shocked from the Zane clone who stood before him and how his aura felt.
Malachi's patience broke and his face darkened. "I warned you." He slammed his fist into Percy's chest, blasting him back and sending him skidding across the road into a car, denting the side. Malachi turned away and looked into the sky. "Now where are you, Levi?" Malachi surveyed the city with his aura sense, finding nothing.
But before he could do anything else, a blast of water smashed into him and sent him through a store window. Malachi grunted on the ground and stood up, feeling a bit rocked from the sudden attack. He looked outside the shop window, only to find that guy he punched into the street, staring at him with a glare. "What...?"
Percy glared at Malachi and made sure his man bun was untouched, his pride and joy. "Now that was a mistake." He cracked his knuckles, ready to deliver the smackdown. Malachi glared at him, his own fists clenching. Percy got into a fighting stance, an expression of offense on his face. "First you knock my ice cream to the ground, and then you punch me first? You're about to learn some fucking manners, dude."
Malachi didn't even bother responding, too determined to find his girlfriend to even try calming this random guy done. He reached out with his aura sense, finding that he felt very similar to Percy Jackson, leader of the camp he had been staying at. He kind of looked like him too, only being slightly shorter, a little younger looking and he had an admittedly cool looking man bun. Malachi and Percy stared off at each other, not saying another word. Suddenly, the two charged each other.
FIGHT!
The ground shook where Percy and Malachi stood as they charged each other, meeting in the middle and creating a massive shockwave that shattered windows in a several hundred foot radius and flipped cars. They struggled against each other's strength for a few seconds, trying to overwhelm the other. 'This guy is strong.' Malachi thought. Malachi suddenly stopped pushing against Percy, causing the son of Poseidon to nearly fall forwards.
Malachi leaned back and slammed his fist in Percy's face, sending him flying away. Percy smashed into a car, denting the entire side of it. Malachi raced forwards, intent on continuing the assault. However, Percy grabbed the car and threw it directly into Malachi's path, forcing the son of Ouranos to smash through it. Malachi grunted as his sight was shrouded by the car for a split second, but he punched through the vehicle in an instant and continued on his original track.
However, Percy was no longer in the same spot. Malachi's eyes widened at the development and before he could do anything, a watery fist smashed into him, sending him sprawling to the ground. Malachi grunted and recovered, looking up at his attacker. There stood Percy, his arm completely made out of water and being several times larger than before. Malachi's eyes widened. "Water?" He was really a lot like Percy Jackson back at camp, especially if he could control water.
Percy smirked. "More than water, dickhead." He suddenly punched the ground with his other arm, causing the entire area around them to shake. Buildings aroun the two started to shake and crumble, causing Malachi to look at his opponent with wide eyes. Percy then shot from the area he was stand, right into Malachi's face. Malachi stepped back and defended himself from a rapid attack of punches and kicks from Percy.
Malachi blocked and redirected each and every one of the attacks, however, he was on the defensive. Malachi's eyes narrowed. He had enough. He threw out his hand, commanding the wind to throw the son of Poseidon back. The wind slammed Percy in the chest, causing his to skid back nearly a dozen feet. Percy raised an eyebrow, realizing what had happened. "You pushed me back with the wind. Wow, you are really just like Zane. What's next, lightning? Storm powers?" Percy asked rhetorically, not expecting a legitimate answer.
He was about to get one. "Yes." Malachi answered with a straight face, charging his hands with lighting. Percy's jaw dropped and Malachi decided to use the element of surprise to try and get the drop on his enemy. He shot a power burst of lightning at Percy, forcing him to dodge. Malachi scowled and tried to blast him again, only for the son of Poseidon to continue to avoid Malachi's attacks.
Malachi's eyebrows twitched. "Stop moving." Malachi said with a voice full of anger, yet his voice did not raise. A lightning bolt suddenly struck the son of Ouranos, causing him to disappear from view. Percy's eyes widened once more, but before he could do or say anything, he was hit with a burst of lightning from behind.
Percy twitched and contorted in pain from the attack, before he was suddenly kicked in the face and sent flying away. "Got you." Malachi said more to himself, pressing the attack. Percy recovered with a somersault in mid air, landing on the cracked ground below him.
The son of Poseidon hissed in pain. "So he actually has fucking lightning attacks? I really need to shut up when I'm in a fight, huh?" Suddenly, Malachi appeared in a burst of speed at Percy's left, forcing him to dodge a powerful kick from he son of Ouranos. Percy grinned as he avoided the attack. "You thought, bitch!" Percy formed his arm into a giant water fist, punching at Malachi, who was vulnerable due to still kicking.
Malachi barely avoided the kick thanks to the wind twisting him mid air, allowing him to avoid the attack. Percy's massive water fist suddenly disconnected into several watery tendrils and wrapped around the son of Ouranos. Malachi tried to force his way out of the tendrils, but before he could even make any progress in doing so, Percy formed his other arm into a giant water fist.
He slammed it into the trapped Demi-Primordial, who was unable to escape due to the tendrils. Malachi flew back with a powerful shockwave being created by the punch, grunting in pain the entire way. He smashed in a building, causing it to collapse on top of him, burying the son of Ouranos under a massive pile of rubble. Percy smirked at his handiwork. "Well, I guess that takes care of that."
Percy started to walk away, however, the rubble suddenly shifted and was suddenly blown away entirely. Percy looked back at where the collapsed building used to be, only to find Malachi, an aura of wind and slight lightning around him. Malachi held out his hand, forming a lightning spear. He pointed the weapon at the son of Poseidon. "I have to save her, no matter what. If you get in my way and try to stop me..." Malachi trailed off, glaring at the son of Poseidon. "...I will kill you."
The threat would have made any regular human and god shit their pants, but Percy wasn't just anybody. He didn't know what Malachi was talking about, just that this fight got a lot more serious. He pulled out his pin and pulled off the cap, summoning Riptide. The pen shifted into the sword, and he held the weapon in his hand. Percy got into a fighting stance, a perfect version of Luke's fighting style he had practiced. Malachi's glare continued and he shifted into a fighting stance of his own. "So be it. Remember, you chose to die." Both Malachi and Percy disappeared from view.
Percy and Malachi clashed weapons, the force of the blow creating a shockwaves that shook and damaged the entire city, not to mention also forcing the clouds away above them. Both of them attack each other with a flurry of blows, creating dozens of smaller scale shockwaves as they deflected and blocked each other's attacks.
Eventually, Malachi thrusted his spear forwards hard enough to force Percy back a couple of feet, giving the son of Ouranos the advantage. Malachi did not let up and pressed the advantage, slamming a number of slashes and stabs against Percy's defense. Percy, however, did not give Malachi and inch. The son of Poseidon blocked and deflected every blow with terrifying precision. As he blocked a downward slash from Malachi, Percy slammed his foot on the ground.
A burst of vibrational energy erupted from his foot, creating an Earthquake from his foot to destroy the ground underneath a Malachi. The sudden lack of ground caught Malachi up off guard, and before he could us the wind to right himself, he saw a massive watery fist heading directly towards him. He brought up his spear to block the attack, being forced back nearly ten feet. However, before Malachi could right his posture and recover, Percy formed the massive fist into a fifteen foot long water blade and slashed down at the son of Ouranos.
Malachi's eyes widened and he was forced to block again. Malachi nearly buckled to his knees from the force of the blade, leaving him vulnerable. Percy rocketed forward, shifting his arm back to normal as he did so. He slammed his fist into Malachi's sternum, unleashing a burst of earthshaking power as he did so. Malachi grunted in pain as a bit of blood escaped his mouth and he was forced back. Percy continued the assault, not letting up.
Malachi deflected every attack, although he was having incredible difficulty. Percy then shifted his arm into a water hammer and smashed it against Malachi's defense. Malachi stumbled, his guard and posture broken from the slam. Percy then slashed Malachi's stomach and he passed by him, the son of Ouranos' blood spraying on the ground behind them. Percy then reverse held his blade, and slammed it through Malachi's stomach.
Blood erupted from Malachi's mouth and he felt to one knee. Percy ripped Riptide from Malachi's torso and slashed his back. Malachi screamed in pain, but he was quickly silenced by Percy's blade piercing through his chest. More blood erupted from Malachi's mouth as Percy pulled his blade from the son of Ouranos once more. Percy held his blade above his head as Malachi was on his knees, clutching his wound. "Any last words, sparky?"
Malachi looked up at Percy, a fierce look of determination on his face. "Yes. You should have have gone for the head." A storm almost appeared immediately overhead with a thunderclap off in the distance. The sky darkened and it immediately begun to rain, causing Percy to flinch. He looked up in the sky with wide eyes. As Percy was distracted, Malachi raised his arm in the air. Lightning struck the son of Ouranos, causing him to be enveloped by the energy.
Percy was blown back as the lightning slammed into Malachi below him. Malachi stood up, his wounds completely healed and a look of cold fury on his face. He pointed the sparking spear at Percy, who was surprised at Malachi's healing ability. "I am going to end this. Now, perish." He threw out both of his arms, raising his base aura to full power.
A burst of wind and lightning appeared around him and he roared. Percy's eyes widened at the dramatic increase in strength of his opponent. Malachi appeared in front of him in a blur of speed, quicker than Percy could even react to. He slammed his fist into Percy's stomach, causing a massive shockwave to be created and for Percy to fly backwards.
Percy grunted in pain as he slammed into one of the last buildings in the city standing, as the whole city has practically been leveled by their battle. Percy ripped himself out of the rubble after the building collapsed on him, only to be kicked to the ground and into a crater by Malachi. Percy clutched his side in pain as he tried to stand, only for Malachi to strike at his torso with his spear. Percy barely deflected the attack, being forced backwards nearly ten feet from the blow, skidding in the rubble.
Malachi continued to attack Percy, which his attacks narrowly being blocked and deflected, continuously forcing him back. Percy grunted as he defended against Malachi's attacks, knowing he had to do something. In between Malachi's next attack, he pointed behind the son of Ouranos. "Look, it's your mom!"
To Percy's surprise, Malachi actually turned back, confusion on his face. Percy took to opportunity to try and skewer the Demi-Primordial in the neck, but Malachi's full power and speed allowed him to react to the surprise attack. Malachi quickly avoided the blow and slammed the end of his spear into Percy's gut, causing him to spit up blood. "S-Shit!" Percy yelled as he staggered back.
Malachi, a glare on his face, thrusted his spear forward to try and skewer the son of Poseidon. Percy tried to block the blow, but Malachi knocked his spear to the side, leaving Percy completely vulnerable. Malachi stabbed his spear through Percy's gut and out the other end, causing blood to erupt from Percy's mouth this time. Malachi lifted Percy off the ground with one hand while the son of a Poseidon was on his lightning spear.
Percy tried to grab the spear and pull it out of him, only to be shocked when he touched the weapon. Malachi then twisted the weapon towards the ground slammed Percy against the floor. Percy yelled in agony from the fast and sudden slam, only to be silenced when lightning struck Malachi's weapon from the sky, sending the energy flooding through his body.
Percy twitched and shook from the lightning coursing through him, not able to yell in pain from the power. Malachi pulled his spear out of Percy's gut, and leveled a glare at the downed and fatally injured son of Poseidon. "You brought this upon yourself." Malachi rose his spear in the air, about to finish the job.
Percy grinned, spitting a bit of blood from his mouth. Malachi looked at the expression in confusion, wondering why his enemy would make such a face as he's about to die. "You should of followed your own advice, dumbass!" Before Malachi could do anything, Percy ripped the water from the air molecules all around them, and commanded the water to make contact with him. Percy healed to full strength and form in nearly an instant from the water, and shifted into his Earthshaker Form, blasting Malachi back.
Percy's skin turned into water, the only exception being his forearms down and his knee down turning into a blue, fluorescent rock. His aura increased millions fold, blowing Malachi's current aura out of the water. Malachi looked at the changed son of Poseidon in shock, feeling how massive his aura had become. What were the chances that he just ran into this guy on the sidewalk? Malachi knew he had to go full power right away to even the odds, but he couldn't do that this close to such a powerful enemy.
Before Malachi could do anything, Percy was in front of him faster than he could even see, Riptide planted firmly into him chest. Blood erupted from Malachi's mouth as he struggled to stand. Before Percy cut pull out his sword and decapitate the son of Ouranos, a bolt of lightning struck Malachi and he vanished.
Percy looked around for the son of Ouranos, finding him behind himself. Malachi was completely healed from the lightning that had teleported him away, facing the son of Poseidon. Malachi's look of fierce determination pierced Percy's soul. "I grow tired off this. I must save her." Malachi threw out both of his arms again, yelling as he did so.
Lightning erupted from his form, completely surrounding him. His aura skyrocketed, matching Percy's own in power before leveling. Malachi opened his eyes, which were glowing bright blue like a son of Zeus. Percy's eyes widened, not from Malachi's increase in power, but from his near complete perfect copy of Zane's Thunder Form. Malachi leveled his lightning spear at Percy, who assumed his fighting stance. "Let us end this." Percy and Malachi both disappeared from view and charged each other, for the third time.
Percy and Malachi clashed weapons, the entire planet feeling the force of their attack. Their movements quickly became blurs, creating thousands upon thousands of small shockwaves as they traded blows. Malachi eventually took the upper hand, knocking Riptide to the side with a swipe from his lightning spear. He tried to impale the son of Poseidon with his weapon, only for Percy to form a water barrier from the water in the air.
Percy grabbed hold of the water, sending a burst of vibrational energy through it towards Malachi. Malachi was sent skidding back a few feet from Percy's attack. Percy formed the water into a whip, the glowing water wrapping around his hand as he did so. Percy unleashed a barrage of whip strikes and slashes with Riptide, trying to overwhelm Malachi's defense. Malachi continuously stepped back, defending against Percy's multi weapon attacks. Eventually, Malachi threw out both of his arms. "Enough!"
Wind burst from Malachi in all directions, forcing Percy back a few dozen feet. Malachi glared at the son of Poseidon and growled. "I grow tired of this." Malachi lifted his hands into the air, controlling the thunderstorm above. Lightning exploded from the dark clouds, coming down on Percy form. Percy formed a barrier of water around him, pulling from the air once again. Percy was forced to his knees as he defended from the lightning, Malachi slowly approaching the kneeled Demigod.
"Submit!" Lightning erupted from Malachi's hands like a Sith Lord, forcing Percy even further down. Percy grunted in exertion defending against Malachi's lightning, and he scrambled to think of something for the situation. He slammed his rocky fist in the ground, shaking the entire ruins of the city and making Malachi stumble. Malachi lost concentration and the lightning ceased, freeing Percy from Malachi's relentless assault.
Percy appeared in front of Malachi, swing Riptide right at his throat. Malachi brought up the hilt of his spear in defense, deflecting and defending against a barrage of Percy's strikes. Malachi grunted in exertion as Percy gained the advantage, being forced back as Percy pressed forwards. Percy shoulder checked Malachi, breaking his guard and leaving him vulnerable.
Percy slammed the tip of his blade against Malachi's chest, only for the blade to bounce off of Malachi like a balloon weapon. "Shit." Percy cursed his weapon's weakness, as it was only made of regular celestial bronze. Percy coated Riptide with his aura, the bronze blade now taking on a green hue. He swung it directly at Malachi's neck, intent on decapitating the son of Ouranos. However, Malachi had recovered his defense in the time it took Percy to strengthen his blade and dodged Percy's attack narrowly.
The skin on Malachi's neck was nicked, drawing a small amount of blood from him. Malachi knew his enemy's blade was far more dangerous. Malachi continued to dodge Percy's attacks, causing much irritation to the son of Poseidon. "Just let me fucking kill you!" Percy yelled at Malachi in frustration as he attempted to disembowel him with Riptide. Malachi didn't respond immediately as he blocked and deflected a frenzied Percy's attacks. Malachi saw that Percy overcommitted with a swing, prompting him to bash Riptide with his lightning spear, knocking Percy away.
Malachi returned the offense on Percy, who had difficulty defending against Malachi's attacks. Malachi knocked Percy's blade to the side and head butted him., causing Percy to grunt in pain. "No." Malachi finally responded, grabbing Percy by the neck. Malachi charged lightning into Percy, who grunted him pain and jerked around from the lightning. Malachi threw Percy nearly ten feet away. "That would be foolish." Malachi said, not having much common sense.
Percy slowly got up off the ground as Malachi approached the downed son of Poseidon. Malachi slashed his lightning spear in an arch, sending a wave of pressurized wind at Percy. Percy swung his blade into the wind, unleashing a burst of vibrational energy and dispelling it. Malachi's eyes widened in surprise, however, they quickly narrowed and the son fo Ouranos charged Percy. The two trade blows as they met, creating more shockwaves that the entire planet could feel.
Malachi eventually pulled his blade back and tried to skewer Percy, however, Percy slammed his blade into Malachi's as he unleashed another burst of vibrational power. Malachi was forced back from the surprising attack, completely off balance. Percy raced towards Malachi, doing a backflip once he reached the son of Ouranos and kicking him in the chin.
Malachi flew in the air, seeing double as he did so. Percy ripped water from the air, forming it into a massive thirty foot long club. Percy swung the massive glowing water right into Malachi as he was in the air, creating a massive shockwave and sending Malachi into the sky. Percy's swing split the clouds above, dispelling Malachi's thunderstorm.
Malachi recovered in the air, his side blaring in pain. He felt the blow from his enemy had broken all of his ribs on the right side of his torso. He clutched the wound in pain as the wind beneath him kept him floating over the ruined city. Malachi formed another thunderstorm over head, allowing lightning to strike him and heal him. He felt Percy's aura beneath him, as bright and powerful as ever. He could barely land a hit on this guy, and his enemy has proven to nearly be his equal in terms of skill.
He hit just as hard as he did, if not even stronger. Malachi knew he had to bring everything out if he was going to end this fight and save Sera from the clutches of the Big Four, so he was going to. Malachi charged his aura around him, roaring as he did so. The thunderstorm above him intensified, and started to surge all around with lightning. Malachi commanded the light to build up around him, increasing the amount of lightning around him tenfold.
Malachi was nearly completely surrounded by lightning, his form nearly being completed covered. "This is something I must do..." Malachi trailed off. Malachi slammed his hands together, forming the lightning around him into a massive surging dragon made entirely out of lightning. Malachi glared down at where he felt the son of Poseidon, his resolve strengthening. "...FOR HER!!" Malachi charged down, completely surrounded by the lightning dragon avatar he had formed.
Percy's eyes completely bugged out seeing the massive lightning dragon around Malachi coming straight at him. He felt immense power coming from the son of Ouranos, a level he's only felt from people like Zane and above. However, Percy couldn't give up. He had to give his all as well. Percy raised his arms, commanding the waters all around the ruined city of Manhattan. The water roared from the sea level, glowing a bright blue green from Percy's might.
Percy surrounded himself with millions of tons of water, completely flooding what was left of New York City. Percy opened his watery eyelids, his eyes now glowing a bright sea green. Percy formed the water into a massive torrent of glowing water and sent it at Malachi's lightning dragon. The two ultimate attacks clashed together, creating a massive burst of power that grinded away the ground below it with sheer force. Malachi roared, trying his hardest to power his way through Percy's attack.
Slowly but surely, Malachi's lightning dragon was starting to overpower Percy full power water torrent. Percy looked on in horror as Malachi started to overpower his attack, knowing if he did Malachi would kill him. Percy's entire life flashed before his eyes, trying to call on any memory or knowledge to overcome this enemy, but he found nothing. Percy's legs shook as he tried to hold Malachi back, but the son of Ouranos was starting to win.
Suddenly, a memory of a certain daughter of Athena came to mind. When Percy first met Annabeth. Quickly, every memory Percy had with her came to mind, and Percy was reminded why he needed to win. To stay alive. His resolve strengthened tenfold, Percy looked at the slowly overpowering Malachi coming closer to him. "ANNABETH!" Percy roared at the top of his lungs, putting everything he had into the blast.
Slowly but surely, Malachi was starting to be pushed back. Malachi's eyes widened as he was overpowered, his lightning dragon starting to fade and its form starting to weaken. "No! No no no no no n-!" Percy's glowing water completely enveloped Malachi's dragon and started to rip it apart. Malachi tried to force it to stay, to strengthen its defenses somehow, but it was all for naught. Percy's glowing water blast tore Malachi's dragon apart, the dragon disappearing with a massive burst of energy.
Malachi closed his eyes, expecting to be surrounded by water, but it never came. The son of Ouranos hesitantly opened his eyes, only to see Percy Jackson charging through the water that was in front of him. Malachi summoned a lightning spear with whatever power he had left to defend against the incoming Percy, however Percy's hard and powerful strike destroyed his guard in an instant. Malachi was blasted back a few feet, completely disoriented.
Malachi's sense returned just in time to see Percy's glowing green blade slash through his lower torso, spilling his blood and entrails right out in front of him. Malachi felt pain spike all throughout his body, but somehow it felt slight. He paid no Mind to it, barely bringing his spear up to block Percy's next hard and quick strike in time. Percy glared at Malachi as they locked weapon and Malachi returned the glare with just as much intensity, knowing what was going to come next.
Malachi tried to call some lightning from the sky to heal him, but Percy bashed his blade against his spear, leaving him vulnerable. Percy, having no mercy in his gaze and stance, slammed his blade directly into Malachi heart. Malachi's face tensed up and his eyes trailed down to the blade in his heart. "..Se..ra.." Percy pulled the blade out of Malachi's heart and decapitated the son of Ouranos, ending his life for good.
Gravity finally took effect on the son of Poseidon, as he had been moving too fast for it to affect him earlier. Percy and Malachi's body feel towards the ruined, flooded city below, blood spewing from the son of Ouranos' corpse. Both of them crashed into the water, with only the son of Poseidon surfacing. Percy stood on the water, carried by his father's domain as if it was as solid as the ground.
Percy sighed, dropping his Earthshaker Form and putting his blade back into pen form. "Well, that takes care of that. At least my man bun didn't get messed up." Percy touched his hair as if it was made of glass, careful not to ruin it. Percy looked around at the destruction around him, realizing what had just happened. "Ah, shit." The Olympians we're definitely not going to be happy with the son of Poseidon

{Conclusion}
Boomstick: Holy fucking shit! Now that was what I call a fight!
Wiz: Indeed. This particular fight was far closer than most of the ones we cover, and for good reason. Percy and Malachi were nearly the same in many aspects. Strength, durability, power, skill, they were nearly even in almost all of these regards. However, there were two key aspects that allowed Percy to pick up the victory.
Boomstick: One of those keys is just how fricking fast Percy is! The kid scales and is stronger than a version of Zane that was seven thousand times faster than light! And Percy is even faster than that version of Zane now!
Wiz: Malachi so certainly incredibly fast, far above the speed of light in his own right. However, he has nothing on Percy when it comes to speed.
Boomstick: But Wiz, isn't Malachi almost as strong as Matt, the same Matt who nearly fought Zane to a stand still?
Wiz: Not necessarily. The version of Matt who fought Zane is nearly ten times stronger than before, after receiving an amp during the endgame of the Storm Brings. Malachi never received such an increase in power, putting him at slightly weaker than the version of Matt before this amp. This version of Matt is equal to Sea of Monsters Zane when it comes to feats, as both of them has thrown objects that weigh more than the earth into space. So Malachi is no longer on either Matt or Zane's level, as Matt is over ten times stronger and Zane is fifteen times more powerful.
Boomstick: And that would put him in the same realm of power as Percy, who was only slightly weaker than Zane at that point. That means the two of them are virtually the same strength. And not to mention almost the same skill, as ZW Percy is more skilled than the canon version of Percy at that age, and Malachi could fight SoH Percy to a standstill in terms of skill. And while that would put Malachi slightly above Percy in the skill department, it's not enough to tip the balance in most versions of the fight.
Wiz: Well said, Boomstick. And this brings us to point number two. SoH Percy and Malachi have sparred many, many times but only in sword fighting. The two have never used their powers in their duels. The only time the two have battled with their powers was in Son of Hercules chapter nine, where Malachi was being possessed by Ouranos.
Boomstick: So it wasn't even Malachi he was fighting at the time! So Malachi isn't exactly used to fighting someone with Percy's powers. However, ZW Percy is! Percy has sparred with Zane Williams a hell of a lot of times, both of them using their powers in such duels. While neither of them were completely serious, it does give Percy an edge in fighting enemies with lightning and wind based powers.
Wiz: This by no means is a completely concrete result. There are certainly different outcomes of this fight depending on the situation and setting, but we have found in the majority of situations, Percy comes out on top. Malachi was definitely an incredibly skilled fighter and terrifyingly powerful, but Percy simply gets the edge in terms of speed and experience fighting a similar foe.
Boonstick: Percy would just 'shake' Malachi to his core!
Wiz: The winner is...Percy Jackson.

Hey guys, I'm glad you made it to the end of this chapter and I hope you enjoyed this Death Battle styled chapter. This fight is for enjoyment purposes only and is by no means canon to either main stories written by me or Echoxenvy. Both me and him talked about the outcome of this fight extensively, and this is the outcome we decided. It was certainly close, but we gave it to Percy as the winner. This was fun as hell to write and I hold it holds you over until the crossover comes out. Anyway, see you guys next time!
