Chapter 2: Out of Nowhere

Living peacefully at home in Mariner Bay, CA Firefighter Carter Grayson has been married to Dana since 2002 having 2 kids a boy age 20 now and a girl age 18 now, throughout that time he only returned to action twice; when he teamed up with the red rangers and when he was a part of the Legendary War. Little did he know he would return to action for a 3rd time.

Carter: "Hey honey, I'm home from work, how was your day?"

Dana: "Hey sweetie, it was good and yours?"

Carter "It was good, no fires or accidents today, so it was peaceful, did CJ or Mikayla (their children) call today?"

Dana: "They did, but out of nowhere their calls got dropped"

Carter: "Hmm, weird so I was thinking for dinner we should go to- (out of nowhere their house burst into flames shot up everything), honey are you ok? Come on let's go outside quick, geez I wonder what happened?" Dana: "I don't know, but im just glad we are both ok and the kids weren't home" (Zelbolico appears floating down from the sky) "Hello red and pink rangers we meet again" (Carter and Dana couldn't believe it as they were in shock)

Carter: "How? The tomb, we sealed it along with you in it"

Zelbolico: "My good friend Zeltrax freed me and now me and him are one united as my new host, I might have saved you from Bansheera years ago, but now I'm here to destroy you slowly and surely, your house was first and as you can see, I have your children in these bottled tubes, so I know you wouldn't dare by attacking me right now, if you want your children back, you have to call Dr. Tommy Oliver and have him along with you meet us tomorrow by sundown on the beach, come alone." (Zelbolico leaves).

Dana crying hysterically over him taking the children, Carter consoling her "Baby everything is going to be fine, ok? Please be strong for me, im trying hard as well, listen I want you to go and stay with your dad and brother, ok? I will take care of this and get the kids back, ok? I love you.

Dana: "Ok, I love you too, be careful and be safe. Carter: "I will" (kissing her on the lips before leaving).

Carter leaving in the rescue rover all worried and in disbelief he parked at the park, pulled out his phone and scrolled down in his contacts till he saw Tommy's name, he calls him. after 3 rings, he answers, Tommy on the Phone "Carter, hey man long time no talk, how are you?" Carter: "Hey man listen, I need you to come down to Mariner Bay, there's been an emergency" Tommy: "Ok man I'll be there soon" (They hang up).

After an Hour and almost a half Tommy is finally in Mariner Bay and meets up with Carter at a secure location, Carter immediately wasted no time in telling what happened to Tommy.

Tommy: "I'm sorry about your kids Carter, we will get them back I promise, but what I don't get why would Diabolico immediately attack you and dana and your house and calling himself Zelbolico".

Carter: "I don't know man and this new host he has has given him more and more power with black armor".

Tommy: "Wait, black armor? ("Could it be?" (Thinking to himself)), I'm not certain, but that person with the black armor and calling himself Zelbolico might be Zeltrax, but it can't be possible myself and the Dino Thunder Rangers destroyed him.

Carter: "Zeltrax huh? But if he is alive, why would he release Diabolico from the tomb?"

Tommy: "I don't know carter, but he is asking for us to meet him tomorrow, but we both know it would be a trap so we have to be ready".

Carter: "Right, what do you suggest we do? Plan out? Definitely something he won't expect".

Tommy: "I was thinking that Carter, I think it's time for a Red Ranger Reunion. Carter nods at him.

Tommy and Carter drive to Silver Hills to go and find Wes and Eric, by the time they arrived both Wes and Eric were being attacked by Batlings and Tyrannodrones, they hurried out the car and helped them Wes and Eric couldn't believe they were there, but were glad to see them after they defeated the batlings and Tyrannodrones they regrouped and went to the restored clocktower Carter and Tommy informed them what's been going on.

Wes: "Carter we will gladly help on getting your kids back", Eric nods at him.

Tommy begins on calling Andros.
