Chapter 8: Plans Ruined

As Wes, Ace and Marvin are in the time force ship traveling to the year 2044, the 3 of them start talking. Wes: "So you knew and worked with the SPD, Thief Brigade and Justice Patrol rangers?" Ace: "I did, I was flying on my Lion Astro Zord with the other rangers chasing after Maddako who stole an Astro sphere from us and she escaped through a black hole and me being the heroic savior I went after her and there I was dropping in on Newtech City. The SPD rangers definitely helped us, so I know Sky will be on board on helping us. A year later we joined forces with the thief brigade and justice patrol rangers on helping us. I know Silas the red justice patrol will be a big help as well, but Vincent the red thief brigade ranger is a little head strong, so I know getting him on board won't be that easy".

Back in the present, in the ranger's base, alarms are ringing, Tommy sees on the video camera Zelbolico has appeared with the batlings, Tyrannodrones and Kudaks. Tommy: "Zelbolico is back from where he was hiding, Morphin, Tyler, Sir Tristan, Eric and Jonathan, I want you five to go and stop them". Jonathan: "Right, come on guys let's go". As they leave the base and head towards Zelbolicos location they pull up in front of them. Tyler: "Stop right there". Zelbolico: "Right on time rangers". Eric: "It's been a long time, but I can still pull it off, you guys ready?" All 5 of them yell "Ready!" Eric: "Quantum Power" Tyler: "It's Morphin' Time! Dino Charger, Ready! Energize! Unleash the Power!" Jonathan: "Beast Instinct! Awaken!" Sir Tristan: "Phoenix Astro Sphere!" "Astro Change!" Morphin: "Gear Ranger, Force Change!" All transformed in rangers. Zelbolico angrily growling "Get Them!"

As the 5 rangers are attacking the henchmen, they seem to be going down fairly easily Morphin: "We got them". Sir Tristan: "Yeah" Eric: "You're next Zelbolico" Zelbolico: "Oh, I don't think so, now!". As Zelbolico said now, vice grip ropes coming flying out tying up the rangers. Jonathan "What the? Who did this?" Queen Bansheera comes out "I did, you pesky rangers" Carter looking through the cameras back at the base has his eyes widened, can't believe what he is seeing "Queen Bansheera?! How is she there?" The vice grip rope tied up around the rangers is sucking up their power and energy causing them to de-morph. As soon as they go down and faint batlings and Tyrannodrones come out and take them as both Zelbolico and Queen Bansheera are laughing as they are leaving. Back at the base the rangers can't believe what has happened and Troy is trying to leave to go find them, but TJ, Cole and Devon are holding him back. Andros: "Troy, we can't just go and find them because it could be another trap and they can take the rest of us as well, as always we have to come up with a plan, first we have to find their lair, I may have an idea where it is, I have to go to the megaship to run diagnostics on the location to make sure it is the place I'm thinking of. Caleb and Scott, if you both can come with me". Scott: "You got I". As they are walking out the base Caleb is saying to Scott "Working together once again", as they have worked together previously when the pirate rangers needed their ultimate power. Tommy is sighing "I hope Wes and Ace come back soon".

Back in the year 2044 as Wes, Ace and Marvin arrived to Newtech city sirens are blazing as they come out of the time ship. Ace: "Not again". SPD officers arrive pointing their guns at them "Don't move". One of the officers comes towards them and puts handcuffs on Wes, Ace and Marvin. Another officer tells him to "Hurry and take them to the Delta Base". The other officer "On it". Arriving to the Delta Base, Commander Sky Tate appears: "Are those the intruders that just arrived?" Officer: "Yes sir, Commander Tate". Commander Tate: "Hmm, put them in the cell for the meantime, I'll go and get them in a bit". 10 mins later in the cell; Marvin: "I can't believe those officers took our morphers". Wes: "Just be patient, they'll let us out". Ace: "As soon as they do, just leave all the talking to me. Me and Sky go way back, literally".

About 5 minutes later an officer comes to the cell to release Ace, Marvin and Wes, he directs them to go to the bridge as they do. As soon as they get there an officer hands Ace and Marvins morphers to them. Just as Ace is about to talk to Sky with his back turned, he turns around and says to the 3 of them "I'm in, this to you Wes and Ace is the future, so I know all and whatever happens in the past affects my present, so I will definitely fight alongside the 3 of you and the other red rangers". The 3 of them nod. Ace: "That was easier than expected".

Sky: "No disrespect, but who are you?"

Marvin: "I'm Marvin Shih, Hyperforce red ranger, I'm actually an extra-terrestrial human from the planet Kaien from the year 3044".

Wes: "Well we better get going, come on the time ship is this way".

Ace: "Wes wait, we can't forget Silas and Vincent".

Sky: "Ace, they are actually in the year 2024 already"

Ace: "What? How?"

Sky: "Vincent was doing well, Silas and the rest of the team were helping him adapt slowly to the new good lifestyle, but out of nowhere something went wrong with him and he snapped, he even started attacking his own team, then he just took one of our own time ships. SPD and GSPO started experimenting with time travel a few months ago, opening portals and building our own time ships, we built two prototypes, they weren't tested yet, until Vincent took it yesterday, Silas wanted to go after him and I gave him permission I authorized it. Good thing we were able to track the ships and if it's correct, they are in the year 2024.

Ace: "I told you Wes, Vincent is a hard head".

Marvin: "We have to go back now, because we don't know what trouble Vincent is trying to do or cause".

Sky: "You're right". Ace: "Come on guys, let's go". The 4 of them leave to the time ship, set the coordinates to the year 2024 and they take off.

Back in the present-day Andros, Scott and Caleb are in the megaship trying to locate the lair of Zelbolico and Queen Bansheera. Scott: "Can we just track them through their morphers?" Andros: "If I could, we would have located them already, when they got hit and tied up with the vice grip ropes it drained their energy and de-morphed them, unstabilized them since their power comes from the morpher." Scott nods.

Caleb: "How's Zhane doing Andros?" Andros: "You know Zhane?" Caleb: "I do, he gave me and the other pirate rangers the space ultimate power when we were needing them to get the greatest treasure in the universe". Andros: "Oh yeah". Scott: "You know Andros, it surprised me how you had another megaship just lying around, since the other one got blown up from the batlings". Andros: "Well after the original one got destroyed by Trakeena, I learned you always have to have a backup in case something like that happens again. So back in Ko-35 after me and the other red rangers finished off the remaining evil machine empire, we decided to make an Astro megaship mark 3 just in case and with the press of a button on my battalizer gauntlet being modified it auto piloted itself to my location".

Scott: "That's definitely impressive Andros".

"Here's something impressive for you rangers".

Zelbolico appears with the batlings, Tyrannodrones and Kudaks are immediately attacking the rangers. They are overpowering them being too many of them. The 3 rangers are in disbelief and are too weak to get up. Zelbolico presses a button on the controls and a screen pops up to the ranger's base "Well rangers looks like we have kidnapped 3 more of your friends and there wasn't anything you could have done to save them; don't you worry we have big plans for them". (Laughing evilly, transporting out).

Jason is mad and punches a table breaking it. Mack: "Zelbolico is going to pay".
