Chapter 10: Rescue Mission
As the rangers broke up into two teams, the sky team started heading to the megaship departing to the skull cavern in the sky, as everyone enters the megaship Tommy is the last one to enter. Jason: "Tommy, wait, be careful bro, bring everyone back safely". Tommy: "I will, thanks". As Tommy enters the megaship it begins taking off and flies towards the sky as everyone else on the ground is looking on. Tommy: "Alright rangers, now that they are doing their part, let's do ours. Everyone nods.
On the megaship Tommy is advising everyone what the plan will be until Brody speaks up "In addition to that, I brought along some help that will be a big help as well". Out of nowhere Brody's dad Dane and Mick appeared out of nowhere. Brody: "I figured we can use our ninja skills to help us out". Shane: "I can definitely help with that too". Silas: "We're getting close". Tommy: "Leo, put the megaship in stealth mode now". Leo: "Right". The megaship goes into stealth mode. Connor: "Here we go".
Back on the ground in the base, Jason is advising a plan on how to destroy Zelbolico and how to repair the Transportal devices once they get the main one back from Zelbolico. "I don't know if we have the right set of tools and power here to fix them once we get the other one back". Devon: "Back at Grid Battleforce, I know we have the technology to be able to fix them with the morph-x". Marvin: "That will definitely work, Grid Battleforce has always had it, back in the future taking classes, we learned everything there was to learn about the history of power rangers". Chester: "It's still crazy to think you're from the year 3024, just makes you think how many power rangers are there from different dimensions and futures".
In the sky reaching the mountaintop with the megaship in stealth mode the rangers pull up right in front of it. Carter: "Ok this is it". Connor: "Come on everyone let's go". Tommy: "Connor, wait, I don't think all of us should go". Jayden: "I think we should Tommy, they won't be expecting us especially 15 of us". Leo: "Jayden is right, we have the element of surprise". Zayto: "What about the megaship?" Wes: "Zayto is right, someone should stay back in case anything happens to the megaship". Casey: "And have it ready to take off once we escape from here". Ace: "All of you go, I'll stay behind". Russell: "I'll stay with you Ace, so you won't be alone". Ace: "No, I want you to go, like Leo said we have the element of surprise they won't be expecting a lot of us to raid their lair and half of you can fight while the rest of y'all can free the others, I'll be fine". Everyone nods. As everyone else leaves Ace tells them "Good Luck".
Shane: "So what's the first plan?"
Mick: "When Brody called me and Dane, we were actually able to come up and create a ninja star that can make us invisible, but it's timed, only 10 minutes, since we were in a rush creating it and haven't tested it yet".
Dane: "We don't want to make it too easy on them, so we'll turn all of you invisible while myself, Mick, Brody and Shane can cause a distraction and use our ninja skills in case they want to party (cracking his knuckles).
Leo: "Well since we do have the element of surprise, let's make it two distractions".
Carter: "Teams of 3".
Tommy: "Team Ninja (Brody, Dane, Mick and Shane), Team Fighters (Myself, Carter, Leo, Wes and Connor), Team Rescue (Zayto, Silas, Casey, Russell and Jayden).
Casey: "Come on, let's go". As they all go up the stairs, enter the Skull Cavern and the 3 teams split up doing everything as planned.
As Ace decided to stay behind on the megaship, sitting where the controls are and looking into space. He pulls out a locket from his pocket opens it and sees a picture of himself hugging a girl (Stella, Pink Astro Force Ranger played by Hailee Steinfeld). He then sighs.
Back on the ground in the base; sirens are going off and Jason sees Commander Barash along with batlings, Tyrannodrones and Kudaks arriving to the city destroying everything in plain sight. "Alright Rangers, time to go to work". "Troy, Devon, Marvin, Vincent and Chester, team new school, you guys are up". Devon: "Come on guys, let's go". As they nod and leave the base. TJ: "Jason, come here quick". Jason: "What is it TJ?" TJ: "Look what Barash is holding". Jason: "Is that the Transportal device? No way they could have fixed it and have it functioning". Vincent turns towards the rangers and starts shooting at them. Sky: "Vincent, what are you doing?!" (Struggling to get up). Vincent: "(Laughing evilly) I'm no Vincent, I am the red tanuki brother". As he shapeshifts into his true monster form. Sky: "Where's the real Vincent?". Red Tanuki Brother: "Like I am going to tell you rangers. I am the last brother of the Trio Tanuki Brothers, Vincent and the other rangers destroyed my brothers and almost destroyed me, I was luckily to survive so now im here to plot my revenge after hiding all this time. I followed him into this time as I stowed away in his time ship, I caught him by surprise and took him out and replaced him. Now I am going to take you out rangers so you won't get in my way. Red Tanuki Brother begins torching the base with his fire attack.
As Red Tanuki Brother burned the base down he leaves the rangers to burn alive. Just in time Nick uses a water spell to cool and water the base down saving the rangers in time. Hunter: "Good going Nick, nice save". Cole: "Is everybody alright?" Aurico: "I think so, the water really helped". Jason: "I'm pretty sure this was all a trap". TJ: "Come on, let's check on the others in the city". They all nod.
Entering the Skull Cavern, the rangers separated in 3 teams. Tommy: "Alright guys, this is it, Team Ninja you go the left, we'll take the middle route and Team Rescue take the right, I'm pretty sure that way is where they are keeping the other rangers captive. They all nod. As team rescue takes the right moving quietly, they see a door that's locked and can't figure out a way to open it. Zayto: "Let me use my telepathy, to make sure they are in there". Zayto closes his eyes, put his hand on the door and concentrates. In seconds he's in and sees the rangers chained up struggling. Zayto: "They are in there, but we better hurry their energy is being drained". Casey contacts the other rangers through a communication device letting them know they found the rangers and they need a key to get in and free them. Dane: "I'm turning everyone invisible with the ninja star now, ready?". Everyone on the communication device "Ready". Dane: "Ninja Spin!". All the rangers had turned invisible. Mick: "Remember everyone it's only for 10 minutes, so make it count".
Jayden: "Russell, if you can use your fast train ability to go find and the key".
Russell: "I'm on it".
Russell uses his fast train speed ability to get to the main room and sees team fighters and tells them what they are going to do. Out of nowhere a loud explosion is heard and Zelbolico and Queen Bansheera go and check it out to see what it was. Wes: "Look they key is right there hanging by Bansheera's throne. Kudaks, batlings and Tyrannodrones appear and team fighters start fighting them while Russell gets the key and rushes back to Team Rescue. Mick: "5 more minutes rangers". Silas: "Come on Russ, we got to hurry". Suddenly more batlings and Tyrannodrones appear trying to attack the invisible rangers. Mick: "Rangers 2 more minutes". Russell appears, puts the key in and turns it seeing the rangers almost drained from their energy and powers. Suddenly Russell and the rangers turn back visible. As Team Rescue finished fighting, they use the same key to free them from the chains, they free them. Jayden and Russell grabbed their morphers from the table inside. As they are about to leave the room more batlings and Tyrannodrones appear along with Kudaks causing them to fight.
Zelbolico and Queen Bansheera can't see what caused the explosion until they were caught in a trap being trapped by their own vice grip rope causing them to lose their energy. "Ninja Reveal". Dane, Mick, Brody and Shane appear out of thin air. Shane: "How's it feel being on the other end?" Brody: "Come on we better go". Tommy appears. "We definitely have to. While Connor and myself were fighting, Wes, Carter and Leo were putting on time bombs around here. This place is going to blow in 5 minutes. We better get the others and get the hell out now". Dane: "Right". As they rush to go and get the rangers out. Silas: "That's the last of them for now" (Finishing off attacking). Tommy and the others appear. "Is everyone here?" Leo: "We're all here". As the rangers help up and help walk the captive rangers slowing coming back to their senses. Wes: "Come on everyone, let's go, this place is about to blow". Tommy: "Ace, come in, start up the megaship now". Ace: "Starting it up now". All the rangers leave just in mere seconds as the skull cavern blows up and destroying it, just barely making it inside the megaship. Ace: "Is everyone ok?" Connor: "Yeah, we are". Ace: "Alright, everyone hang on". As the megaship flies away quick before the skull cavern rubble comes flying down on the megaship". Carter: "That was a close one". Ace rushes to Sir Tristan "Tristan, how are you feeling my friend?" Sir Tristan: "I'll survive". Andros: "Thank you everyone". Everyone nods. Suddenly there are huge thumping noises. Silas: "What is that noise". Andros struggling to get up "Sounds like it's coming from the engine room". Ace: "Stay here everyone Me and Silas will go and check it out, let's go". They go to the engine room and as they reached it, they see someone tied up in there. They are shocked to see who it is, pulling down the rope from his mouth. Silas: "Vincent?!". Vincent: "Silas".
