This is inspired by Aragorn II Elessar's story 'A Devil in the City of Angels' and Bl4ckHunter's 'The City of Fallen Angels' and it won't be a long story.

Takes place post-Season 3 of Daredevil and the finale 'Chosen' of Buffyverse.

I do not own Buffy: The Vampire Slayer or Marvel Cinematic Universe.

A dark-haired woman in a blue jean jacket with an orange tank top and black pants was in a nearby bar, talking.

"So… that's it. The whole town crumbled down and then most of us went our separate ways. And then B. asks me, 'You won't stick around, Faith?'" Faith said, doing an impression of Buffy. "And I told her I needed find my own way, so I hit the road and next thing I know, I'm talking to you, here in the Big Apple." She said with a chuckle as the tall bulky female bartender stared at her incredulously. She had seen a lots of sorts around, but this one was taking the cake. "You know what, you wouldn't believe me anyway, so…" She pulled out a dollar bill from her pocket and put it on the counter. "Thanks for the drink, anyway." She then got up and walked away.

Unknowing to Faith, a blind man with red glasses had been eavesdropping the whole time with his enhanced hearing from the corner. Vampires, demons and such, usually he would say that was nonsense but the woman's heartbeat didn't change at all, so either she was just crazy or, considering that aliens and magic also turned out to be truth, there was something going on in New York.

Two men were accompanying two girls into a nearby alley.

"So, you guys really know the doorman?" One of the girls asked.

"Yeah, but I don't really wanna go clubbing. Why don't we party right here?" The man asked as he roughly wrapped his arm around the girl.

"Hey! Back off!" The girl shoved the man back before he grabbed her by her neck.

"Shut up and die." The man said and the girl suddenly was terrified as his facial features changed, yellow eyes, fangs sticking out of his teeth and very visible wrinkles that made him look like a monster as the other man's face suddenly had similar appearance as he grabbed the other girl.

"Excuse me!" Faith called out as she approached and they turned to her, while she was staggering on her feet, seeming drunk. "Excuse me, have you seen my car? Big, shiny…"

"Piss off or you're next." The vampire said as Faith staggered to him, while he snarled into her face.

"Breath mint?" Faith quipped as the vampire threw the girl away as she fell against a trash bin.

The vampire attempted to punch Faith but she raised her arm to block and counter as she struck him in the face as he fell down. The second vampire rushed at Faith, who blocked his blows and kicked the first vampire as he fell down again. The second vampire pinned Faith to the wall but she shoved him and threw him away. In that moment, a man with a black scarf around his eyes and a black shirt jumped down from above, kicking the vampire down, not that he had any idea what it was, asides from hearing its snarling and sensing no heartbeat.

"Whoa, so he is real." Faith quipped before the first vampire got up but Faith kicked a nearby palette, smashing it and picked a piece of sharp wood before she stabbed the vampire in his heart as he gasped in pain and staggered back, turning human as he collapsed.

The masked man blocked and dodged as the vampire threw punches and kicks and the masked man had to admit, the vampire was as strong and fast as Murakami. Couldn't be the Hand, though, but he certainly wasn't human either. The masked man spun around and kicked the vampire in the back as he fell down. As he got up, Faith picked a tray and threw it, decapitating the vampire as he fell down, though Faith wondered what kinds of vampires was she dealing with. Certainly not the Hellmouth variety and they weren't humans either.

Faith turned to the girls, who stared in shock. "Get out of here." She ordered and the girls nodded, running.

"What was that?" The masked man asked.

"A vampire." Faith said and the masked man could tell she was telling the truth but vampire? Even after knowing about aliens and such, that one was a bit more difficult to believe.

"Freeze!"

Faith turned to see an officer aiming his gun at her before she turned to see that the masked man was gone. Faith turned to the officer as she put her hands up, while he pulled out his cuffs.

Sergeant Brett Mahoney entered the interrogation room with a file in his hand, while Faith sat across him in cuffs.

"Faith Lehane. 26 years old. Serving time in California State Prison in Los Angeles, murder two, 25 to life until you escaped three years later. What brings you here?" Brett asked.

"You wouldn't believe me if I told you." Faith said.

"That's how you wanna play this?" Brett asked.

"Wolfram & Hart later got the charges dropped, since I served my time as a model prisoner. I escaped, because I was helping with a crime investigation elsewhere in California." Faith pointed out.

"Then you won't mind answering my questions." Brett said as he closed the file. "What happened in that alley?"

Faith sighed, having no idea how to explain this. "Look, Sergeant, this is gonna sound crazy—"

In that moment, the door opened as she turned to the red-haired man in a suit, wearing red glasses and a cane, apparently a blind man. "Faith Lehane, stop talking. This interrogation is over, Brett."

"Wait, aren't you the guy that defended the Punisher few years ago?" Faith asked, recognizing Matt from the news.

"Matthew Murdock. I'm your attorney." Matt said and Faith stared at him incredulously.

This isn't like when Faith killed Deputy Mayor Finch, not knowing he was human. If you have seen Buffy: The Vampire Slayer film, the vampires there don't turn into dust upon dying but their corpses remain. Hope you liked the reference to the pilot episode of Angel and the end of Defenders 1x02.

What bugged me though is how Faith could get away with breaking out of prison, it would make sense if Angel and Wolfram & Hart pulled some strings.
